Jordyn Woods wasn't thinking about the Kardashians when she promoted Ray J's new earbuds ... so she says it's not on her if people have misinterpreted her M.O.

Sources close to Jordyn tell TMZ ... when she popped in a pair of Raycon Headphones for a promo vid, it wasn't done out of spite or even as a subtle dig at her ex-bestie's family -- it was simply a favor for Ray.

We're told Woods was among 12 celebs backstage on the set of VH1's "Hip Hop Squares" earlier this week who Ray J enlisted to be part of his video for his new brand ... and she just went along with it like the rest of them.

The perceived shade, of course, is that Ray J was the other half of the Kim K sex tape ... something the family has steadfastly tried to put in their rear view.

Our sources say there was nothing pre-planned with Ray, and certainly no devious mission concocted to get back at the Kardashian-Jenner fam ... by either of them.

We were told Ray's manager made a substantial offer to Jordyn to promote more of his products in the future ... but our Jordyn sources say she's not doing that.

She's just doing her, we're told, and has no hard feelings toward the Kardashians ... so any perceived disrespect isn't her intention.

As we've reported ... Jordyn's been doing plenty of her own things since the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal, including music vids, Coachella gigs and promoting her own cosmetics products.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason are in the nation's capital on business, but there's NO gridlock for them -- they're dodging D.C. traffic, and having fun while they're at it ... on scooters.

Sources close to Jenelle tell TMZ ... the couple's spending some time in Washington D.C. because she's attending meetings about her upcoming cosmetics line. She's meeting with potential distributors -- the launch is set for August -- and Thursday, David was clearly along for the ride.

The duo was cruising around on rented electric scooters near the National Mall with David leading the way.

Jenelle and David's D.C. excursion's probably a little easier to pull off than normal, because they still don't have their 3 children ... as they continue fighting to regain custody. This is the first time we've seen them in public someplace other than the North Carolina courthouse where they've had court-monitored visits with the kids.

As you know ... the couple's custody issues began last month after David shot and killed the family dog. Since then we've learned police have been going to their home with alarming frequency.

TMZ broke the story ... there were 25 emergency calls to their home over the course of a year -- something that certainly can't help their child custody case.

Melissa Rycroft's mysterious illness in the Dominican Republic is triggering an investigation from the Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort in Punta Cana ... where the 'Bachelor' alum was vacationing with her family.

The Nickelodeon Resort tells us they've been in touch with Melissa ... and our sources say the hotel hired an outside firm to review the resort's cleaning and sanitary practices, to see if there's any link to Melissa's strange illness.

Sources close to Melissa tell TMZ ... the former "Dancing With The Stars" contestant NEVER left the resort the ENTIRE time she was on the island. It's uncertain what's caused her sickness.

Several Americans have been falling ill and dying in the D.R. recently, but Melissa is the first to get sick at the Nickelodeon Resort.

We're told Melissa was taking extra precautions by staying clear of the mini bar in her hotel room and staying away from tap water ... though she DID have a few drinks from the bar cart and imbibed at various bars on the property.

It's interesting ... Melissa is the ONLY one in her family feeling ill, and her husband was only drinking beer, so her camp thinks it's plausible tainted alcohol could be the culprit.

Melissa got slimed at the hotel but has since deleted a picture she shared on her social media. She got sick on her second day of vacay, started feeling better, but then experienced other symptoms, including cramps.

Other sources tell us ... the Nickelodeon Resort is FREAKING OUT and lots of people are canceling their reservations, though it's unclear if news of Melissa's mysterious illness is the reason for the cancellations, or simply the general hysteria involving tourist deaths on the island.

The Nickelodeon Resort says they're still treating this as an isolated incident. The hotel adds it's taking "all possible measures to ensure a safe and healthy vacation environment, exceeding preventative measures and enforcing strict sanitation protocols."

Fetty Wap allegedly manhandled a woman he had just met at a music video shoot ... and TMZ's learned he's now under investigation for felony battery.

The accuser went to LAPD and filed a report after her alleged Wednesday night run-in with the rapper at a home in the Hollywood Hills ... according to law enforcement sources.

Their interaction began earlier Wednesday. Sources close to the situation tell us they met at a music video set and afterward, Fetty invited the accuser and several other women to a party at an Airbnb. We're told at some point during the evening ... the accuser went into a room with Fetty, and that's when things allegedly turned violent.

TMZ obtained a video shot in that room. When it begins you can hear a woman accusing Fetty of having just put his hands on her, and she dares him to do it again. Fetty then appears to smack the phone out of her hand.

Our sources say there was a witness -- one of the accuser's friends -- in the room at the time. As for what started the argument ... we're told there was an angry discussion about the other women he'd invited back to the house.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Fetty's now a battery suspect and detectives will attempt to interview him about the allegations.

The two suspects who allegedly stole half a MILLION dollars worth of stuff from Le'Veon Bell were 2 women he left naked in bed earlier in the day ... this according to the Jets star himself.

In 911 audio obtained by TMZ Sports ... Bell tells dispatch on May 25 two women stole "clothes, shoes, money and my jewelry" in a burglary at his Hollywood, Florida home.

When dispatch asks for a description of the females ... Le'Veon says he can't say what they were wearing -- because when he left them earlier in the day, they were naked in his bed!!!

Of course, according to the police report, Bell describes the two as his "girlfriends" ... so seems the NFL superstar at least had a solid start to the day ...

"When I left, [one of the women] was in the bed," Bell said on the 911 call ... "She was in the bed, not wearing clothes when I left. So, I didn't see her. You know what I'm saying."

And the other lady ... "She was in the bed too. They didn't have clothes on."

Bell says in the 911 call the women stole his watch, his jewelry and "a couple more things of value out of my house" ... and estimated everything they took was worth around $1 MILLION.

Police eventually determined the value of the jewelry Le'Veon lost was $520,000. As we previously reported, one of the items that was taken is a diamond Black Panther pendant.

Unclear if Bell has been able to get his stuff back -- or if the suspects have been caught. The Hollywood PD tells us the investigation is still ongoing and "no update yet."

Kevin Spacey's sexual assault accuser was texting his girlfriend during their alleged encounter at a Nantucket bar ... and in the texts, he claimed Spacey was getting him drunk and grabbing his genitals.

A string of text messages between the accuser and his girlfriend are included in a new court filing -- obtained by TMZ -- in the criminal sexual assault case against Spacey -- and they're pretty disturbing. According to the docs, the texts are from screenshots taken by the accuser and provided to investigators.

The alleged victim texted his girlfriend ... Spacey, "grabbed my dick like 8 times", "pulled my zipper down", and "reached down my pants." The man ends the convo by writing, "Kevin Spacey is gay."

Spacey's lawyers say the texts appear to pick up mid-conversation, beginning with the man telling his then-GF, Spacey's, "hanging around me in the bar. He got my number and asked me to come out with him." The girlfriend replies, "Sounds like he's hitting on you."

Spacey's team thinks the texts don't tell the full story, because most of them lack time stamps ... and it's possible the accuser deleted other texts that could change the context.

The man also allegedly sent group texts to his friends, writing, "I'm serious. One sec. I'm calling my mom. I'm serious. I'm dead serious. I swear on everyone ... I'm drunk but I'm not f***ing around."

To say Irv Gotti's ecstatic to finally unveil Kanye West's new track on his show would be a severe understatement ... Irv's damn near losing his mind!!!

The Murder Inc. Records honcho joined "TMZ Live" on Thursday, and was visibly hyped about season 2 of his BET series "Tales" ... because it features new music from Ye. The track "Brothers" serves as the soundtrack for the episode ... and it's also the basis for the 2-hour episode's storyline.

Check out the clip ... Irv says the idea to work on this project was conceived back in October 2017. Way back then, Gotti hinted he and Kanye had "something enormous" coming ... but no one knew.

Irv captioned the post, "2 crazy. Out of the box thinkers. That only thinks about serving the world!! Hahah. Stay tuned. Great great great meeting of the minds."

And, here they are ... on the verge of dropping the new track AND a TV episode. Irv dished on what it was like to produce with Kanye and what he learned from a guy he says is "largely misunderstood."

The judge and jury in the murder trial of the alleged killer of one of Ashton Kutcher's friends went on an emotional field trip ... checking out the place Ashley Ellerin died a grisly death.

Ashton has already gone in front of the jury on behalf of his slain friend, providing testimony that could be important in the case of a man prosecutors say is a "serial sexual-thrill killer" ... and now the jury is getting an in-person look at the crime scene.

Two vans filled with the judge and jury ventured out over the past 2 days to the sites of the horrific crimes ... including the place where Ellerin was found dead back in February 2001, laying just outside her bathroom with more than 47 stab wounds.

Judge Larry Fidler milled around the property with the jury ... and they were accompanied by police detectives Tom Small and Mark Lillienfeld, along with defense attorney Daniel Nardoni.

As we reported ... Ashton says Ashley was supposed to be his date to a Grammys after-party, but she never showed.

Ashton testified ... on the night of the Grammys, he went to her house around 10:45 PM and knocked on the door, but no one answered. He peeked through a side window and saw what he thought was red wine spilled on the floor, so he left.

Ashley's severely stabbed body was found the following morning ... and authorities say Michael Gargiulo is the murderer.

Justin Bieber wants to fight Tom Cruise in the Octagon, and we know this because of a secret phone call laying the groundwork for what could be the biggest fight in UFC history.

As you know, Justin tweeted earlier this month that he would like to take Tom on MMA style. We were initially told it was a joke and that Justin -- who never met Tom -- revered him. That's all true, but turns out there was truth behind the tweet.

We've learned last Friday, Ari Emanuel, the co-CEO of the William Morris Endeavor agency that owns UFC -- called Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, and then conferenced in Dana White. Ari said this would be an epic fight that needed to happen, and Dana chimed in that he was "100%" down with it.

We're told Scooter then made it clear ... Justin would absolutely fight if Tom wanted to do it.

And, there's more. During the call, Ari said he strongly believed the 56-year-old actor would agree to enter the Octagon and take on the 25-year-old singer.

Dana White told TMZ Sports earlier this week the fight's a no brainer ... the easiest event he's ever promoted in his career.

Lindsay Lohan's beach club is no longer the heart of the party scene in Mykonos ... it's completely deserted and looks like an eerie ghost town.

This glamorous scene was once where LiLo shot her MTV reality show, "Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club" ... but a rep for Lindsay, Anna Rothchild, tells us she's canceling the show after its inaugural season.

As you can see ... the rows and rows of cabanas, beach chairs and umbrellas that once covered the landscape have disappeared, leaving behind nothing but sand. The images are from May, according to the person who snapped the pics.

All traces of Lindsay are pretty much gone as well ... the iconic sign with the Lohan Beach House logo has been removed, and the backdrop full of succulents just looks desert dead.

It definitely ain't Insta-worthy these days.

Nikki Bella says she's incredibly grateful the cyst doctors found on her brain is benign -- but going through the process was "super scary."

The WWE superstar first revealed her medical issue this week on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" -- but she didn't really open up about the situation ... until now.

"They found a cyst on my brain, which thank god, it's benign," Nikki tells TMZ Sports ... noting, "I'm so grateful for my health."

Nikki says the diagnosis -- along with her neck injury -- will most likely keep her out of the WWE ring forever ... but she believes in miracles and hopes one day she can return to wrestling.

"You never know ... we'll see what the man upstairs has in store for me."

In the meantime, Nikki says she will monitor the tumor for the rest of her life "because you never know how it can change."

Matt Lauer did not have a single special moment on "Today" during his 20-year run as cohost of the show ... at least according to the producers of an anniversary montage.

NBC released a highlight video Thursday in honor of its morning program celebrating 25 years in the famed indoor/outdoor Studio 1A ... but Lauer's nowhere to be seen.

Check it out ... the 5 and half minute vid opens with Savannah Guthrie talking about the big move to 1A in 1994, and features clips and interviews with several other "Today" stars like Al Roker, Hoda Kotb, Lester Holt, Craig Melvin, Jenna Bush, Carson Daly and of course Katie Couric and Bryant Gumbel.

The montage leaves out Lauer, though, who took over for Gumbel back in 1997 and remained there until November 2017 ... when he was fired by NBC for sexual misconduct.

As you know, Lauer's accused of sexually harassing multiple female NBC staffers during his time with the network, along with specific allegations of exposing himself, giving sex toys as gifts, and having a button under his desk to lock the door without getting up.

The scandal is still clearly on the minds of "Today" honchos who decided to keep him out of the "special" tribute. Interestingly, Ann Curry -- who had issues with Lauer and claims she told NBC brass he was a problem back in 2012 -- was also left out of the montage.
