Salt-N-Pepa's DJ, Spinderella, is really pushing it by suing her groupmates ... mainly because she doesn't even have her facts straight, at least according to people close to Salt and Pep.

Sources connected with the group tell TMZ ... the ladies think Spinderella's suit is really about her own insecurities -- that she feels like a third wheel, and has ever since 2007's 'Salt-N-Pepa Show' on VH1. Spin was only a featured guest.

We broke the story ... Spinderella sued, claiming she got cheated out of royalties and says Salt-N-Pepa excluded her from a bunch of gigs and appearances before getting unceremoniously axed from the group.

However, our sources say Spin's not entitled to any royalties in her contract -- including the $125k she says she's owed from the 1999 'Best of' album. We're told she was always paid as an independent contractor, but S and the P still made sure Spin always got the finest accommodations to go with her paycheck 

As for the TV show ... our sources say it was TV producers who didn't want her involved and it was out of Salt and Pepa's hands. We're told they think Spinderella's bitterness also stems from talk shows regularly requesting only the 2 front women for interviews.

Our sources also say the Salt-N-Pepa brand is owned by Salt and Pepa, not Spinderella ... so her claims of trademark infringement in her suit are also baseless. We're told they haven't used her name or likeness once since her departure from the group. 

Before this suited-up star was front-and-center in one of the biggest shows on television, he grew up in New Zealand and fell in love with the guitar, playing the instrument on street corners around his family home in Auckland. When he was only 14 years old, he recorded a solo guitar album.

He's the youngest of three children, born to a mother from New Zealand and a father from Samoa. As you can see, his hair was brown when he was a little guy ... but now it's red. He also sings and writes lyrics. 

Farrah Abraham held no punches in talking smack about her former "Teen Mom" costars Amber Portwood and Jenelle Evans' legal troubles.

Farrah was in L.A. Thursday and said she flat out saw Amber's troubles coming from a mile away ... she certainly didn't show any empathy for Jenelle either.

As we reported ... Amber was arrested on 3 felony charges, including domestic battery and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. She allegedly went after her BF, Andrew Glennon, with a machete and threw a shoe at him. She also lost custody of her and Andrew's infant son.

Jenelle, on the other hand, regained custody of her kids not long ago but only after going through weeks and weeks of turmoil. And now ... cops say Jenelle admitted to them she made up the whole David-Eason-shot-our-dog incident and called it a PR stunt.

Disney has decided to honor Cameron Boyce by canceling its "Descendants 3" red carpet premiere event ... and instead will donate to a charity close to him in his honor.

Disney tells us the company will make a donation in Cameron's name to the Thirst Project ... a nonprofit that helps deliver clean water to communities around the world. Cameron helped raise more than $30k for that organization ... one that was close to his heart.

Disney said, "We are proud to be part of Cameron Boyce's legacy by showcasing his talents on screen but we are cancelling the red carpet premiere event for 'Descendants 3' scheduled for July 22 and instead, The Walt Disney Company will make a donation to the Thirst Project, a philanthropic organization to which Cameron was deeply committed. Thank you for understanding."

Cameron appeared in every 'Descendants' film. He played Carlos, Cruella De Ville's son. He began his Disney career in 2011 on the series "Jessie" and also appeared in "Jake and the Never Land Pirates" and the Disney XD series "Gamer's Guide to Pretty Much Everything."

The company said, with permission from the Boyce family, the Disney Channel will dedicate the telecast of "Descendants 3" in Cameron's memory.

As we first reported ... Cameron, who died in his sleep, suffered from epilepsy. He was only 20 years old.

Audrina Patridge was all smiles showing off her bikini bod during a trip to paradise ... a welcomed scenery change a week after experiencing hell.

Audrina threw on a black bikini and some shades Wednesday in Laguna Beach ... enjoying the crashing waves and picturesque view of the sun beginning to set behind the Pacific blue. She sported a grin ear to ear and made good use of it ... taking tons of selfies.

It's a far cry from her stress-filled 4th of July when, for a moment, she couldn't get in touch with her daughter, Kirra. TMZ broke the story ... Audrina and her ex, Corey Bohan, were supposed to exchange custody that morning at the Costa Mesa Police Department ... but Corey was a no-show.

Making matters worse ... a strong earthquake struck SoCal that morning, causing more panic. They eventually met up hours later for the custody exchange. Kirra was fine, but a hectic day for sure.

YNW Melly is putting on a brave face as he awaits trial in his double murder case ... flashing a huge grin and looking generally happy during a court hearing. 

Check out this footage from Melly's court proceedings Thursday in a Broward County courthouse ... he's smiling like a kid on Christmas and yukking it up with his legal team, despite being heavily shackled in his jail jumpsuit.

Not much happened in the hearing ... some procedural paperwork to officially add a couple lawyers to his defense team, but the mundane process didn't seem to bore Melly. 

At least from the outside, it seems like the rapper's upcoming trial doesn't have him fretting much, which is interesting ... considering prosecutors have already said they will seek the death penalty. 

Heidi Klum is a married woman, and has been for several months now ... TMZ has learned.

Heidi and Tom Kaulitz essentially pulled off a secret marriage the same way Justin and Hailey Bieber did, but looks like they were way better at keeping it under wraps.

According to a public document, the German rocker and supermodel obtained a marriage certificate, and sources familiar tell us they said their "I dos" way back in February of this year.

They were seen out on February 22 on what we thought was just a dinner date at Mr. Chow -- but now we know they were quietly celebrating becoming Mr. and Mrs. just a few hours earlier. 

BTW, that's a significant date for the couple -- Heidi's said they first met on Feb. 22, 2018.  

You'll recall ... Heidi said yes when Tom, guitarist for the band Tokio Hotel, popped the question back in December -- she posted a grinning pic of them and flaunted her engagement ring.

This is Heidi's third marriage -- after Seal and Ric Pipino -- and Tom's second. He doesn't have any kids ... of course Heidi has 4 from her previous marriages. Welcome to stepfatherhood, Tom.

Dina Lohan's done with the California man she's had an online relationship with but has never actually met, but not because of that ... it's because he's buddied up with her ex-husband.

A rep for Lindsay's mother tells TMZ ... she's called it quits -- officially this time -- with Jesse Nadler for a "myriad of reasons," but most significantly ... due to Nadler being in constant contact with Dina's ex-husband, Michael.

Dina's side says despite her having an abusive relationship with Michael, he "makes a habit of inserting himself in her life even after many years apart and remarrying" ... including getting close to Nadler.

Apparently the guys' connection was the final straw for Dina, who was already miffed at her catfish-questionable boyfriend for going to the media to air their personal biz.

Dina's rep says Jesse "became obsessed with having his name in the press and then made delusional statements of proposals, diamond rings, elaborate meet ups and breakups," adding it was all "grossly exaggerated for his personal notoriety."

As we've reported ... the couple's been on-and-off ever since Dina revealed their e-relationship on "Celebrity Big Brother" last year. It appeared to be over in April, but then Jesse claimed he bought her an engagement ring and planned to propose once they finally met. They never did.

News of another breakup came in June, but the 2 seemingly reconciled -- based on lovey-dovey social media comments -- as of just days ago.

According to Dina's rep ... there'll be no more of that, and insists the relationship between the couple was just a friendship.

Jenelle Evans' husband, David Eason, won't be charged for the killing of their family dog ... and investigators say halfway through their findings, Evans switched up her story and said the whole thing was a PR stunt. 

The Columbus County Sheriff's Office says when deputies first responded to Evans' home, she stated David took the dog outside and she heard a gunshot ... though she never saw the dog get shot. Investigators say several weeks later, during a follow-up interview, Jenelle walked her story back, saying she never even heard a gunshot and didn't know what happened to the dog.  

According to investigators, Evans claimed the whole thing was simply for publicity. However, cops say Jenelle disclosed she just wanted the whole thing to go away ... so it's possible the publicity stunt excuse was just to end the investigation and protect her family.

Cops claim they did a thorough search of the property and never found a weapon nor any blood or evidence of an animal killing. Combine that with Evans saying she made the whole thing up ... and investigation wrapped. 

As we reported ... the saga began May 1 when Jenelle claimed on social media she was heartbroken and distraught over the loss of her French bulldog, Nugget. Her husband, David, said he killed the dog because it bit the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Ensley.

The alleged dog killing had serious implications for Jenelle's family ... she temporarily lost custody of her three children in the fallout.

The Columbus County Sheriff's Office says it's closing the investigation and will not file charges against Jenelle for filing a false police report.

Busta Rhymes apparently wasn't in the mood to mingle with a fan, and all hell broke loose when that fan got sour and used a homophobic slur while arguing with the rapper.

TMZ's obtained video that picks up in the middle of the heated confrontation that went down around 5 AM Wednesday in NYC. You can see the rapper arguing with a couple of men wearing construction crew reflective vests. Busta's being held back by friends and several NYPD cops. 

There's a lot of shouting going on and Busta gets right up in the grill of one of the construction dudes. Things quickly escalated when one of the guys appears to drop the f-word on Busta. You can see in the video ... Busta appears to retaliate by throwing a punch but misses. Cops step in between the man and Busta and that's where the video ends.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... one of the construction workers filed a harassment report around 10 PM later that night .... claiming Busta was the aggressive one before cops showed up and before action picks up in our video.

The man alleged Busta swung at him but made no contact, and told him "I will f*** you up" after saying hello to the rapper. The man said he felt threatened and dropped his phone because he was scared.

Our sources say cops didn't witness what the man alleged. We're told besides the harassment report, cops have washed their hands of this incident. There's no further investigation and the matter's considered closed.

Lately, it seems everyone wants a piece of Busta. As we reported, he got into a heated argument with another man who was pissed the rapper hit on his wife.

Fresh off her World Cup celebration tour, Megan Rapinoe hit up the UNINTERRUPTED party at The Hollywood Athletic Club ... where she grabbed a bottle of champagne and kicked it with LeBron James!!

Of course, both Megan and LeBron have been targeted on Twitter by President Trump -- back in August, Trump went after James and called him dumb. Earlier this month, he told Rapinoe to stop publicly criticizing him and focus on winning. 

Well, she won ... and dug in her heels about not going to The White House. Instead, she talked about wanting to meet up with like-minded people who can help unite the country. 

Danielle Bregoli's favorite color has to be green by now -- she's getting a ton of it after inking a seven-figure deal with a publishing company ... at just 16 years old.

According to new docs obtained by TMZ ... Bhad Bhabie signed a $1 million exclusive songwriter and co-publishing agreement on June 12 with Pulse Music Group.

Danielle's deal calls for her to get $350k up front ... so, CHA-CHING!!! She'll also get two $325k installments later, once she hits certain revenue targets.

The $1 million is an advance on her future royalties, but she'll also get at least 70 percent of her future record sales, licensing fees and digital streaming.  

Other popular Pulse clients in hip-hop include Ty Dolla $ign, Run The Jewels and Rich The Kid.

She was already balling, but you can definitely say Danielle is one rich kid now.

Beyonce is getting the star treatment at one of the most beautiful locations in the Grand Canyon -- but her music video shoot will likely piss off a few die-hard campers.

TMZ obtained this footage of Bey and her crew as they shot Wednesday in the shadow of the spectacular Havasu Falls. That's her draped in a blue dress with the stunning backdrop ... a majestic waterfall, bright blue waters and a tiny forest of green.

Easy to see why Beyonce would want to shoot here -- for those not in the know, Havasu Falls is right next to a super-exclusive campsite that requires a reservation that's tough to get. The Havasupai tribe owns the land and only approves 300 camping passes a day. Thousands of people get turned away daily.

Beyonce plays by different rules.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Beyonce's team arranged the visit beforehand, and the tribe made an exception in her case by granting her use of the land for a few hours. Police are handling crowd control, because the nearby campground is packed.

Our sources say Beyonce and her peeps flew in by helicopter ... shot for about 5 hours and then bolted.

In our footage, you see Beyonce climbing into the chopper in a white robe, accompanied by Blue Ivy.

There's something a little off about the enraged man who went viral for ranting about women on dating sites before getting attacked -- he has a pattern of noisy and disturbing altercations.

In case you missed it, this NY bagel shop video went viral Wednesday due to the guy tearing into women who ridicule him for his height. The added bonus of him challenging 2 larger men to fight before getting his ass kicked had all the makings of social media gold.

TMZ's learned the vid's just the latest in a series featuring the guy getting into arguments and altercations all around Long Island, usually because he claims he's been harassed for his height or slighted in some way.

The videos come from the YouTube channel of Chris Morgan, who is presumably the 5' tall man from the bagel shop, but unlike the viral vid ... they are selfie vids he's angrily narrating. In several of them, the people he is accosting and filming call him Chris.

In a 2-parter from May, the man is pissed off in a 7-Eleven because he says one of the employees asked him how tall he was. He shouts at the guy for a couple minutes before calling the cops to file a harassment charge, but as you can see ... the officer's mostly confused and irritated.

In another bizarre and disturbing vid from December, the man accuses a woman of cursing in front of her child and cutting in front of him to use the bathroom at a store. It looks like things get physical and she accuses him of putting his hands on her, and he yells that she slapped his phone.

The woman is referred to as a "ghetto hoodrat" in the video title, and he yelled at her ... "f**k you, bitch" and "you're a loser ghetto skank."

There are many more vids on the channel that include the guy using homophobic slurs (calling his neighbor the f-word after calling the cops on him), being racist (posting a vid of 2 Asian men talking and titling it "The Orient Express") and getting into fights with people who seem to know him ... including a Jets fan at a bar. There are also more examples of him being misogynistic.

Ice Cube is opening up about why Lamar Odom was cut from his BIG3 basketball league -- explaining, "We want players that are actually playing."

As we previously reported, 39-year-old Odom was axed by the league on Wednesday -- essentially ending his dream of returning to pro ball. 

Odom was a member of the "Enemies" -- playing alongside Gilbert Arenas and Royce White. 

But, Odom only posted 2 points and 4 rebounds in 3 games and our sources told us the guy simply wasn't ready to play. 

Cube echoed those sentiments at LAX ... "You know, as a league we want players that are actually playing."

He added that players who aren't playing or who "can't play" or have "health issues" that prevent them from playing really don't have any business being on a BIG3 roster. 

When asked if he was concerned about Odom, considering the serious issues in Lamar's past ... Cube replied, "Always, I love the guy."

The move was shocking, considering Odom had been training like a maniac before the BIG3 season -- and it seemed like he was in shape and ready to go.

But, as the league continues to get more competitive, it became clear LO just couldn't hack it anymore. 

Odom has already been removed from Enemies' official roster. Baron Davis, Jermaine O'Neal and Bonzi Wells were also part of the BIG3 purge.
