Bryan Kohberger -- the alleged quadruple Idaho murderer -- spends his days watching TV and more specifically, news reports on his own case.

Kohberger is segregated from other inmates at the Latah County Jail in Moscow, Idaho ... this according to Newsweek.

The alleged killer has his own TV and basic cable. One inmate tells the DailyMail, "He watches himself all the time," referring to news reports about the murders. The inmate adds, "It's really kind of bizarre."

The DM goes on to say Kohberger has found God ... meeting with a local pastor on Sunday mornings.

The alleged killer faces 4 counts of first-degree murder. The death penalty is on the table though prosecutors have not yet said if they'll seek it.

Brendan Fraser's Oscars celebration is now a full-fledged family affair ... after his fun night at a legendary Sunset Strip club where his son hopped onstage to jam out.

TMZ obtained video of Brendan and his son, Leland, having a ball Monday night at Whisky a Go Go in WeHo ... chilling in the green room and signing the performer's wall.

Brendan takes a few beats to find the perfect space to leave his John Hancock, with onlookers making a wisecrack about his handwriting ... and then Leland follows suit, and gets an earful too.

Folks who were there tell us Brendan and his son got to the venue around 9 PM and watched an '80s cover band perform ... with Leland even jumping on the stage to play guitar with the band at one point.

Leland's dad was a big hit at the Whisky, as tons of people came up to his table to congratulate him 24 hours after his Academy Award victory ... and we're told he didn't turn away anyone. Folks who met Brendan described him as very down-to-earth.

The Bella Twins are going back to their roots in their post-WWE careers -- the famous wrestling superstars will be known professionally by their birth names moving forward -- Nikki and Brie Garcia.

The duo announced their decision on "The Nikki & Brie Show" ... saying it was time to say goodbye to the Bella Twins moniker once their contracts with Vince McMahon's organization expired.

Nikki and Brie joined WWE in 2007 ... and were known as the Bella Twins throughout their rise and fame with the promotion.

Nikki explained the two are now so much more than wrestlers -- they're mothers, businesswomen, television producers and more ... and the name change will help them dive into their future endeavors.

"I just want to thank Brie Bella, the character, the name, all of it that I have been the last ... 16, 17 years," Brie said on the show.

"I am so excited to close that chapter on Brie Bella, put that book to the side, and open up a new one and see what Brie Garcia's going to do next."

"And I am so beyond grateful for Nikki Bella," Nikki added. "Nikki Bella, she powered me, she inspired me, she truly made me become fearless. And the road that she has paved, what she's done for women and the youth -- and will continue to do as Nikki Garcia."

A forklift collapsed and seriously injured a worker at JFK Airport in NYC ... and TMZ has obtained footage of the chaotic aftermath.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the lift toppled over at a Delta building on Tuesday night, landing on the worker.

We’re told cops and Emergency Service crews quickly responded to the scene and extricated the man from under the lift.

Check out our video showing police cars and ESU trucks with lights flashing and the scene cordoned off with yellow tape. You could also see what appears to be the forklift.

Our sources say the victim was conscious, but suffered a serious leg injury and needed a tourniquet to stop the bleeding. He was rushed to a local hospital for treatment ... his condition was not known.

Signature Bank, once upon a time, was confident they wouldn't go under -- but now that that's happened ... their old skits and music videos are being seen as a crystal ball.

Two different filmed projects that the failed NY-based bank produced years ago are under a microscope of irony in the wake of the feds stepping in after their infrastructure collapsed this weekend ... the same way Silicon Valley Bank did, and that others may do too.

The clips -- one being a sketch, another being a Broadway-style music video -- are oozing with cringe-worthy conviction ... but they also appear to include some predictionary lines.

For instance, in one sketch where everyone's sitting around and brainstorming ways to start Signature Bank ... you hear them talk about the risks of their shared venture, and they say (with some worry) that it could "diminish and fail." They also discuss building Signature from "scratch" ... and riff that they might need a 'How to Build a Bank for Dummies?' book.

Clearly, that kind of instruction manual would've come in handy considering how everything's gone since then. The musical number they did is just as embarrassing though. It's a fun. parody of 'Some Nights' ... and they're just as righteous/loud as those fellas were.

The vibe ... let's treat banking like a startup that can run on belief and enthusiasm. In light of all that's happened, though, that philosophy obviously wasn't enough to keep 'em afloat.

Jeff Thomas, a model with a big social media following, has died after cops received a call that he had taken his own life ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Thomas's body was discovered last Wednesday at a Miami apartment complex. We're told it appears he jumped from a balcony, but cops are still investigating.

For now ... we're told it's being viewed as an apparent suicide. Our sources say the autopsy has been completed, but officials haven't yet officially ruled on the cause of death.

Thomas was based in the 305, and boasted upwards of 120K+ followers on IG. He also founded a contemporary art consulting agency. He was repped by London's AMCK Models. The guy also rubbed shoulders with celebs, like Megan Fox and Nicole Scherzinger.

He did commercial shoots, art magazine shoots and runways ... and seemed to specialize in underwear fashion.

"Selling Sunset" is getting an upgrade ... the real estate office from the Netflix show is carving out a bigger footprint, and taking over the space next door.

Our sources tell us The Oppenheim Group's flagship office in West Hollywood -- where the streaming series shoots all the office banter -- is expanding, and construction is already underway.

As you can see, scaffolding is up in front of the office building adjacent to the current "Selling Sunset" HQ ... and we're told the Oppenheim bros are taking over the property and knocking down a wall to make the current office bigger.

Tourists and locals driving past the office, which sits on the Sunset Strip, might have noticed a ton of activity there this week ... with movers and construction crews hard at work.

Office supplies are being boxed up and carried out. but we're told it's just to clear the space for the renovations and expansion.

It appears new signage may be part of the office facelift ... the current sign has vanished, at least for now.

We also got "Selling Sunset" star Romain Bonnet at Sunset Plaza and asked him about the expansion .... and he told us he's helping oversee construction on the new and improved office.

Remember, Romain's a project manager on the show and is also married to another cast member, Mary Fitzgerald.

The Oppenheim Group office has been the backdrop of the hit Netflix series for all of its 5 seasons ... and it's since become a tourist attraction.

"The Real Housewives of Miami" star Alexia Echevarria tells us she still isn't on speaking terms with her costar Adriana de Moura, after comparing her foot injury to Alexia's son's near-fatal car crash ... but she's still holding out hope the relationship can be repaired.

We got Alexia and her hubby Todd Nepola outside Il Pastaio in Bev Hills and she says Adriana hasn't reached out to her after filming their explosive reunion -- she was hoping she'd hear something from her costar.

Fans of the show know Adriana messed up her foot after castmates Guerdy Abraira and Kiki Barth fell on top of it on their Bahamas cast trip this season, and Adriana compared her foot injury to what Alexia's son Frankie faced in 2011.

Frankie was in a friend's car when they got into a serious crash ... resulting in permanent brain damage. Needless to say, the two events are not even close to comparable.

Adriana already attempted to repair the relationship a couple times on the show this season ... but Alexia still hasn't accepted an apology.

Travis Kelce is weighing in on the NFL's greatest tight end debate ... telling TMZ Sports he's not worthy of the G.O.A.T. title.

Many have thrown Kelce's name into the debate lately -- including Giants star Darren Waller and Chiefs great Christian Okoye, who both told us #87 will go down as the best to ever play the position by the end of his career ... over legends like Tony Gonzalez, Rob Gronkowski and Antonio Gates.

So ... now that he's a two-time champion, what does Kelce think about being considered the tight end G.O.A.T.??

"Nah, there's a lot of great tight ends out there," Kelce said. "I can't just say I'm the best."

The Kansas City Chiefs superstar points out his set-up with Patrick Mahomes and a Super Bowl-winning team certainly helps his success ... adding, "I know I'm taking advantage of the situation, though."

Kelce already ranks among the top tight ends in receiving yards, catches and touchdowns through 10 seasons ... and shows no signs of slowing down. If he ends up #1 in all those categories by the time he retires, it'll be hard to argue he isn't the G.O.A.T., no matter what he thinks.

Speaking of being humble, we also talked to Kelce about the rave reviews he got after hosting "Saturday Night Live" last weekend ... and he downplays the high praise -- telling us he had a lot of fun, but isn't too sure about having enough talent to make it in acting.

Before this handsome fella in his swag outfit and flowing hair turned into a voice actor and a Broadway star, he was just poppin' his collar, growing up in Hollywood, Florida and gearing up for college at Carnegie Mellon University.

After attending college with Broadway stars like Leslie Odom Jr., this angry bird was a frequent guest corresponded on "The Daily Show" with Jon Stewart, but if you don't recall him then ... you've definitely heard his animated voice as he melted away in one of Disney's classic films.

Alec Baldwin's gonna like this ... the special prosecutor overseeing the "Rust" shooting case says she's stepping down.

Andrea Reeb had been under fire from Alec's legal team, with his defense calling for Reeb to step down because Baldwin's camp has argued that her trying the case while also being a state legislator in New Mexico violates the state’s constitution.

Well, Alec and co. got their wish Tuesday, when Reeb announced she was stepping down from prosecuting him.

In a statement to TMZ, Reeb says ... "After much reflection, I have made the difficult decision to step down as special prosecutor in the 'Rust' case. My priority in this case -- and in every case I’ve prosecuted in my 25-year career -- has been justice for the victim."

Reeb adds ... "However, it has become clear that the best way I can ensure justice is served in this case is to step down so that the prosecution can focus on the evidence and the facts, which clearly show a complete disregard for basic safety protocols led to the death of Halyna Hutchins."

The challenge from Alec's legal team was also referenced, with Reeb ending her statement by saying ... "I will not allow questions about my serving as a legislator and prosecutor to cloud the real issue at hand."

The office of New Mexico's First Judicial District Attorney tells us official paperwork has been filed with the court to formally remove Reeb as special prosecutor.

Reeb stepping down is a huge development ... there have already been some miscues by the prosecution, with Baldwin's lawyers recently getting the D.A. to drop the gun enhancement charge against him.

Alec's still charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Hutchins ... and last month he pled not guilty.

Todd Chrisley's son, Kyle Chrisley, has serious legal trouble of his own -- although, his resulted in much less time behind bars -- so far, at least.

A rep for the Rutherford County Jail in Tennessee tells TMZ ... Kyle was arrested and booked for felony aggravated assault Tuesday, and was released after posting a $3,000 bond. We're told he was busted by Smyrna PD ... and looked none too pleased in his mug shot.

We're still working on details about what landed him in jail.

Kyle's arrest comes 2 months after his father started doing time in federal prison for bank fraud and tax evasion.

Todd is serving a 12-year sentence, while his wife, Julie, is doing 7 years.

Things have been tense between Todd and Kyle over the years ... with the former gaining custody of Kyle's daughter, Chloe. Kyle accused his father of using her for TV ratings, and for a while, things were nasty between them on "Chrisley Knows Best."

However, Kyle's said they mended fences, and he's asked the public not to judge.

We've reached out to cops for a report regarding Kyle's arrest ... so far, no word back.

Stanley Wilson Jr.'s family claims the ex-NFL player didn't simply collapse and die while in police custody last month ... they believe he was actually beaten by law enforcement officials before he passed away.

The attorney representing Wilson Jr.'s family, John Carpenter, said at a news conference on Tuesday photos of Wilson Jr.'s body show the Detroit Lions cornerback was a victim of excessive force before he died suddenly at a Los Angeles County mental hospital on Feb. 1.

Carpenter said pictures of abrasions on Wilson Jr.'s head appear to show he was kicked or stomped. Images of markings on his wrist, meanwhile, seem to reveal he was cuffed at the time of the attack, Carpenter said.

Wilson Jr.'s mom, Dr. D. Pulane Lucas, said county officials had told her the former football player had collapsed and fallen out of a chair while going through the intake process at Metropolitan State Hospital before he died. But, Carpenter said the photos show a "stark contrast to what we've been hearing."

Carpenter filed three claims against L.A. County on Tuesday morning over it all -- one on behalf of Wilson Jr.'s mother, one on behalf of his father, and one on behalf of his estate -- asking for damages in excess of $45 million.

"The County has grossly misrepresented the cause and circumstances of Stanley Wilson Jr.'s death," the attorney said in the court filings.

Carpenter added during the news conference that he has yet to receive Wilson Jr.'s autopsy results.

As we reported, Wilson Jr. had been in custody following his vandalism arrest back in August ... but after he was declared incompetent to stand trial -- he was transferred from county jail to the Metropolitan State Hospital, where officials say he died.

Law enforcement sources told us at the time foul play was not suspected.

Lil Nas X is known to crack jokes online, but even the "Old Town Road" rapper knew his joke about transitioning crossed a line ... so he's issuing an apology.

LNX had originally posted a photo of social medial influencer Glow Princess, and quipped "the surgery was a success" ... causing many clueless fans to believe he'd actually undergone a gender-changing procedure. 😬

When fans in the know began firing off angry tweet after angry tweet, Lil Nas owned up to his blunder.

He responded ... "Apologies to the trans community i def handled that situation with anger instead of considering why it was not cool ... much love to you guys. sorry."

Gisele Bündchen and her jiu-jitsu instructor are reunited in familiar territory -- her home in Costa Rica, and she's giving him a peek at what her ex, Tom Brady, might be missing.

Gisele showed off her perfectly toned abs Monday as she got in some exercise with Joaquim Valente ... venturing out on a walk with a couple of super cute pups. We know GB retired from modeling years ago, but those abs still scream supermodel.

Costa Rica's fast becoming a favorite destination for Gisele and Joaquim ... we saw them down there a couple months ago, when they were riding horses together through the jungle.

Of course, Gisele and Tom used to frequent CR when they were married ... for family trips and romantic getaways -- but now it seems Joaquim is enjoying Gisele's slice of paradise. We're referring to her property down there.

The trip to Costa Rica would seem to lend more credence to the thought Gisele and Joaquim are more than just friends or jiu-jitsu buddies ... but they're still not making anything official. Or unofficial, for that matter.

Gisele's camp's been claiming Joaquim tags along on family trips to train her and her kids ... but they do a lot of things without the kiddos that, at least, look couple-y.

Costa Rica seems to be Gisele and Joaquim's territory now. But, Tom's got his cats!!!

Lindsay Lohan and her husband Bader Shammas are starting a family ... she's got a bun in the oven.

Lindsay tells TMZ ... "We are very excited for our new family member to arrive and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!"

This baby will be the first for Lindsay ... so this is a huge life milestone for the 36-year-old.

Lindsay was last photographed a little over a month ago, and she was wearing loose fitting clothes covering her belly.

Remember ... Lindsay and Bader tied the knot last year, with the announcement coming on her birthday. The expecting parents started dating just before the pandemic shut down the world, and in November 2021 she announced their engagement.

Lindsay's been through all sorts of ups and downs over her three-decade career in Hollywood, and now she's going to be a mother.
