Aaron Carter's estate is trying to sell his L.A. County home, and TMZ has learned one important note for potential buyers ... the bathroom where the singer died is undergoing renovations.

Listing agent Christie M. Limpus of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices tells TMZ … Aaron's 4,131 square foot house in Lancaster, CA is back on the market, this time for just under $850K.

Aaron listed the home last year, about 1 month before his death, for $779,900 ... and it was put back up for sale last week.

The money made on the house will go to Aaron's estate, and into a trust for his 1-year-old son, Prince.

The 7-bedroom, 4-bath house will come with a full remodel of the bathroom where the late singer's housekeeper found him dead last November. We're told the place is still being shown during the renovations.

Christie says 5 prospective buyers have already toured the house since it came back on the market, and she believes it'll go into escrow very soon for the asking price.

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox might still be an item after all ... or at least working on gettin' back to normal, because the 2 were spotted together getting some grub in Hawaii.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... MGK and Megan were having dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel on the Big Island Monday night, enjoying each other's company -- but there was no kissing or touching going on, which is a rare sight for them.

We're told they dined for about an hour, and even waved to some of his fans as the 2 headed out for the night. They followed up their meal with a walk down to the beach.

BTW, don't let that red hair fool ya -- that's for sure M.F. ... she dyed it last month.

As we reported, Megan hinted at a breakup in February when she posted lyrics from Beyonce's Lemonade album about dishonesty -- she deleted her social media soon after that.

Of course, people took that as a sign they split ... some even speculating he had a fling with his band's guitarist, Sophie Lloyd -- whose team fully denied all of it.

Megan then came back to Instagram, shutting down rumors ..."There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes but is not limited to...actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons."

Emily Ratajkowski has apparently been dating Harry Styles for two months -- according to her, anyway.

The model dropped the bombshell last month -- way back on March 9, in fact -- during a sitdown with someone named Eileen Kelly ... although she never really says HS's name. What she does say, however, is that she'd recently been seeing someone for 4 weeks.

You gotta put two and two together here ... she's obviously talking about Harry, at least from what she says about the guy -- which totally matches up with his profile.

Emily says, "I just started dating someone that I think I like, so that is different. I was like, 'He's kind of great.'" She goes on to say that she'd been looking for someone who's independent and who leads their own life ... without needing to be around her all the time.

ER suggests this was a problem in her last relationship ... namely, her ex-husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard.

As we reported, Emily and Harry were spotted locking lips in Tokyo a couple weeks ago -- and were passionately in the moment. Now, we have some context ... they'd been at it for a while, it seems.

The strange thing, though, is that Emily has kinda dated around these past few months -- so, while you could assume she's referring to Harry here ... she could also, perhaps, be referring to Eric Andre ... who was butt-naked at her house around this same time frame.

Paris Hilton can't get enough of her new title -- mom -- sharing more photos of her baby boy, whom she says is her "whole heart."

The reality star/entrepreneur posted a bunch of heart-tugging pics Monday -- or as she puts it Mommy Monday -- starring newborn Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum.

Paris and hubby Carter Reum welcomed the new kid on the block back in January after struggling to get pregnant ... and keeping it a secret from virtually everyone -- even family.

Paris has been reveling in motherhood ever since... showing off baby Phoenix like every other proud mom.

Safe to say that Russell Crowe won't be playing Donald Trump in a movie anytime soon  -- or ever for that matter.

As the 45th President prepared for his criminal arraignment on Tuesday in Manhattan, Crowe sat down for a TV interview to talk about his lead role in the new film, "The Pope's Exorcist."

Near the end of the interview, Channel Seven Sunrise Host Natalie Barr mentioned that Trump was the story of the day and asked Crowe if he would ever play the former commander-in-chief in a movie.

Crowe's reaction was priceless. The legendary actor peered down at his wristwatch, smiled and jokingly said, "I'm really busy now. I've got lots, lots and lots of things to do."

Translation: Hell no!!!

As we reported, Trump was indicted last week by a grand jury over an alleged $130,000 hush money payment he made to porn star Stormy Daniels to silence her in the final days of the 2016 Presidential election. Daniels claimed she had an affair with Trump -- an allegation he has long denied.

Chaos erupted at UConn's campus following the Huskies' national championship win on Monday night -- with the team's fans smashing windows, tearing down light poles ... and even lighting fires in the streets.

The hectic celebration in Storrs, Conn. happened just moments after the UConn men's basketball team completed its dominant NCAA tournament run by beating San Diego State in the final, 76-59.

Videos from the scene show fans were ruthless with property on and near UConn's campus ... with supporters at one point grabbing a huge pole and ramming it into a glass door over and over again until it completely broke free.

Other footage shows people lit fires that authorities had to deal with. Fans were also seen climbing light poles ... before ripping them down.

There was even an overturned car in a parking lot.

No word yet if any arrests were made -- a UConn spokesperson tells us they're still gathering information.

As for how the team celebrated the W in Houston, Texas ... it was far less disorderly. The guys soaked in the confetti -- before they cut down the nets.

There will ultimately be a party when the guys get back to campus -- but here's to hoping it features a whole lot less destruction.

Mod Sun says he needed serious support during his very public split from his now-ex-fiancee Avril Lavigne ... and he's thanking his fans for literally saving his life.

The singer got emotional Sunday night as he wrapped up his tour in Los Angeles, telling the crowd at the Fonda Theater they "f***ing saved my G**damn life" during the past 6 weeks on the road.

Mod Sun was super emotional as he thanked the crowd ... noting how much his life has changed as a result of the breakup.

TMZ broke the story ... Avril called off her engagement to Mod Sun in February, just a few days after he kicked off his tour ... and it didn't take long for her to start a new romance with Tyga.

Remember, Mod Sun told us he was totally blindsided to see Avril and Tyga hanging out, first in Malibu and then in Paris ... where he had proposed to her about a year ago.

Raquel Welch suffered a cardiac arrest ... according to her death certificate.

The document, obtained by TMZ, also says one of the underlying causes of her death was Alzheimer's disease. The actress had not publicly revealed she was battling Alzheimer's.

We broke the story ... Raquel died Feb. 15 at her home in Los Angeles after what her family described as a "brief illness." The death certificate says she passed away at 2:25 AM, and she's since been cremated.

According to the National Institutes of Health, 90% of people who suffer cardiac arrest outside of a hospital die, typically within minutes.

82-year-old Raquel's long and successful Hollywood career is noted on the certificate ... the doc says she spent 60 years as an actress in the entertainment industry.

Despite losing to Alex Pereira last year, Israel Adesanya is a slight favorite against his bitter rival heading into their rematch at UFC 287 ... and Izzy admits it surprises him, and shows the oddsmakers in Las Vegas actually do know a little something about fighting.

"I am surprised [that I'm the favorite] to be honest, cause I thought these bookies were not as smart as they are," 33-year-old Adesanya told Mike Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs weekdays on FS1).

"I'm surprised they actually picked me as the favorite cause I am the more polished fighter, but he's the guy who got the tools, he's got that nuke. Only a few fighters in history have that," Izzy continued, explaining why he assumed oddsmakers would've given Pereira the advantage.

"[Coach] Eugene said in an interview, you're lucky to face a Mike Tyson, you're lucky to face a guy like David Tua, you're lucky to face a guy like Deontay Wilder even just once in your career. You're lucky to face a guy like Alex Pereira even once in your career. So, lucky me."

BetOnline.ag has Adesanya as a -137 favorite (risk $137 to win $100). Pereira, who won by 5th round TKO -- a fight he was losing on the scorecards -- is listed at +117 (bet $100 to win $117).

FYI, bookmakers aren't necessarily picking who they believe will win a fight when they set odds. It's about trying to get as close to even money wagered on both sides -- allowing the sportsbook to collect the vig (essentially a fee charged by the sportsbook). However, bettors generally pick the man or woman they believe will win a fight. So, Adesanya's the favorite.

Sticking with the first UFC fight, we talked to Izzy about the end of round 1, where he landed a 3-piece combo, buckling Alex's legs.

"One more shot, one more shot is all it took. I did the same thing when I fought my guy Rob [Whittaker] at UFC 243, the last second I dropped him. I'm dangerous every second of every fight."

There's much more ... we talked to Izzy about parallels he sees between him and Muhammad Ali and whether he's added size to combat Pereira, a huge middleweight. Also, with Endeavor buying WWE, to go along with UFC, which Ari Emmanuel's company already owns, we asked Adesanya if he'd consider wrestling.

"That's later on down the track. Later on down the track."

American actress Rachel Korine was 25 years old when she played the role of Cotty -- the rebel of her friend group who tends to be quite promiscuous on her college spring break -- in the 2012 crime/drama film "Spring Breakers" back in 2012.

Rachel was part of a star-studded cast including Vanessa Hudgens as being immature and the one who gets herself and her friends arrested, Candy, Selena Gomez as the polite and more subdued one of the group, Faith and James Franco as being rough around the edges and a rapper, Alien.

Xscape's Tamika Scott has heard and accepted her sister LaTocha's recent apology regarding all the drama that came after she allegedly stole money -- and admits she's even open to building things back to how they once were.

We got Tamika in NYC Monday, and she tells us she still hasn't had a heart-to-heart with her sis since she publicly apologized for all the backlash ... adding she even changed her number in the midst of everything.

Despite all that, Tamika tells us she's open to squashing the beef going on between them -- and she tells us why she's always open to forgiving.

TMZ broke the story, LaTocha made the call to step back from Xscape last year -- but it wasn't a breakup, despite fans speculating otherwise.

The group later revealed the cause of all the drama in their reality show, "SWV & Xscape: The Queens of R&B" -- with Tamika claiming LaTocha snatched 30K from her, and provided receipts to allegedly back it up.

LaTocha went on to apologize for all the noise ... although she never admitted to stealing anything from her sister. She also didn't apologize to Kandi Burruss for their recent back-and-forth spat online -- but at least it sounds like there's some room for improvement from Tamika.

New police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows Stetson Bennett was seriously pissed at cops during his arrest back in January ... at one point accusing the officers of ruining his reputation.

Dallas Police Dept. cops initially responded to the scene in Dallas, Texas on Jan. 29 at around 6:15 a.m. ... after a 911 caller said the ex-Univ. of Georgia star quarterback had been knocking on her door, yelling, and appearing to be "very" intoxicated.

During the 911 call, the woman told dispatch that Bennett had screamed outside of her home, "I'm going to ruin your night if you don't open the g**damn door."

Body cam footage shows when police arrived, Bennett was not very cooperative. When asked to step away from one of the home's doors and show his hands, it took him several moments to comply -- and later, during questioning, Bennett didn't seem to want to answer many of the cops' inquires.

Bennett ultimately did reveal he was in the area training -- and claimed he was looking to link up with one of his former UGA teammates, Owen Condon. But he wouldn't tell cops what he had been doing prior to getting into the neighborhood, and appeared to have very little idea of where he was.

In fact, according to cops, he had someone else's ID on him.

While speaking with Bennett, one officer noted the 25-year-old reeked of booze.

Eventually, Bennett was placed in the back of a squad car, where he became extremely agitated with cops. He complained about the tightness of his cuffs -- before he unloaded on officers for stopping him.

"The door shut and somebody fell asleep," Bennett said. "And now five million people gotta see it, don't they? Thank you, boys, for looking out for me. You guys are the best."

He added, "Reputation ruined. Everything I worked for for 20 years, ruined. But ya'll boys just looking out for me, aren't ya? Thank you, sir."

Bennett was later taken to the local police station and booked for public intoxication.

Speaking about the arrest for the first time last month, he said it was all "a mistake."

"I understand why that can’t happen," he said. "I've talked to coaches about it, talked to GMs. I've apologized to my family. That’s who I felt worse about; I felt like I let them down, because no matter where I go now [people are going to know about it]. Even without all this, I've got an obligation. I'm the fourth [Stetson Bennett]. You can't do that if you're last name is Bennett. I know better."

Despite the arrest, Bennett is still expected to be picked in the NFL draft later this month.

The WWE and the UFC are merging into one ... now forming a $21 billion company.

Endeavor, the parent co. of UFC, announced the move on Monday morning ... revealing its shareholders will own 51 percent of the new org. WWE shareholders, meanwhile, will own 49 percent.

Vince McMahon will hold the title of Executive Chairman of the Board with the new group -- while Dana White will continue as the President of UFC. Ari Emanuel, the CEO of Endeavor, will be the head honcho of it all.

McMahon said in a statement Monday he was thrilled over the news.

"Together, we will be a $21+ billion live sports and entertainment powerhouse with a collective fanbase of more than a billion people and an exciting growth opportunity," McMahon said.

"The new company will be well positioned to maximize the value of our combined media rights, enhance sponsorship monetization, develop new forms of content and pursue other strategic mergers and acquisitions to further bolster our strong stable of brands."

White also said Monday he was overjoyed with the merger ... adding, "Vince is a savage in the wrestling space, Ari is a beast at what he does, and then add what we at UFC bring to the table and there is no limit to what this company can accomplish in the next few years."

The move comes following a rocky year for McMahon, who retired as WWE CEO last July -- only to come back in January. At the time of his return, he revealed he would explore all opportunities for a sale of the company.

The newly formed org. does not yet have a name.

A nightmare scene on a Virgin Voyages Cruise, as a woman has fallen to her death on one of the ship's decks ... while also landing on another passenger.

A rep for the cruise, which took off Sunday and was scheduled to travel from Miami to Roatan, Honduras, tells us, "Yesterday evening shortly after departure there was a medical emergency involving one of our passengers."

They continue, "This passenger went over their balcony and onto a lower deck, and despite receiving immediate medical attention, has passed away. We are deeply saddened by this loss of life and our hearts and thoughts are with this person’s loved ones."

To make things worse, the woman who fell also landed on another passenger in the process ... luckily, we're told that person is doing OK.

We obtained photos from the ship showing medical equipment set up on the deck of the ship where the woman landed.

"Grey's Anatomy" star Caterina Scorsone and her family are reeling after her house burned down ... and while her family made it out alive, the actor's pets did not.

Caterina shared the devastating news Monday, saying, "A couple of months ago my house burned down. While getting my kids ready for bed and finishing bath time, smoke began to seep up through the grout around the tub."

Caterina says by the time she looked down the hallway, she could already see a river of thick black smoke filling the house ... and she knew she had to act fast.

She continues, "I had about two minutes to get my three kids out of the house, and we escaped with less than shoes on our feet. But we got out. And for that I am eternally grateful. Heartbreakingly, we lost all four of our pets. We are still sitting with that loss, but we are lucky we got to love them at all."

In the post, Caterina took the time to thank those who showed up during a time of need. She says, "This is not a post about a fire. This is a post about community" before listing off some folks who made the whole process easier -- including her team, the firefighters, investigators, parents at her kids’ school, her neighbor and sister.

Donald Trump's attorney drawing a parallel between the former president and the legendary Tupac Shakur does not sit well with the late rapper's sister ... who says the comparison is absurd and laughable.

Set Shakur, Tupac's sister, tells TMZ ... "My brother was measured by his integrity, his principles and personal and collective responsibility," calling the recent comments made by Trump's attorney, Alina Habba, "blasphemous."

She points out her brother took responsibility during his 1994 sexual abuse trial, and says she isn't seeing a whole lot of accountability coming from DT.

As we reported, Trump's attorney made the connection on the same day he flew to NYC for his indictment. She said his legal trouble is going to boost his poll numbers, just like Tupac's record sales went up after spending time in prison.

Set says Tupac didn't get popular because of his lockup, though -- instead claiming his popularity grew because those who listened to his music "were able to measure him by his words and actions that aligned."

She goes on to praise her late brother, calling him an honorable man who stood for those needing protection ... always having others on his mind.

Set believes DT's attorney might be invoking Tupac's name as a ploy to play to the rapper's fans ... and she's hoping they don't take the bait.
