Elon Musk Diver Suing Me for 'Pedo' Insult ... Just Wants Fame and Money!!!
Elon Musk says the British diver he referred to as "pedo guy" already got an apology and wasn't harmed by the comment ... but he claims the guy's still milking it for a payday.
According to new legal docs ... Musk's attorney, Alex Spiro, says Vernon Unsworth was a nobody until he got himself involved in the effort to save the 12 boys and their soccer coach who were trapped in a Thailand cave last year. He adds that Unsworth ignited a feud with Musk by attacking and ridiculing the tech mogul for his efforts to help.
The Tesla honcho admits he responded poorly to Unsworth's insults with the "pedo" tweet, but he immediately took it down and retracted it publicly.
He also says Unsworth's reputation didn't take a hit, and in fact ... he actually got good publicity from the media, AND the Queen of England made him a member of the Order of the British Empire for his help in the rescue.
Spiro says in docs, Unsworth suing him for defamation is nothing more than a "devious desire to milk the media coverage over what he instigated to reap a financial windfall from Mr. Musk, despite the absence of any injury."
As we reported ... Unsworth wants an undisclosed amount of damages from Musk.

Tiger Woods Breaks Silence On Lawsuit ... 'It Was A Terrible, Terrible Night'
Tiger Woods is breaking his silence on a lawsuit that claims his restaurant is responsible for a man's death ... telling media members Tuesday, "It was a terrible, terrible night."
We broke the story ... the parents of Nicholas Immesberger just filed a lawsuit claiming their son was overserved booze at Tiger's, The Woods, restaurant in Jupiter, Florida ... and they say that led to his 2018 drunk driving death.
Tiger was asked about the incident during his PGA Championship press conference ... and Woods said, "We're all very sad that Nick passed away. It was a terrible, terrible night."
"A terrible ending and just we feel bad for him and his entire family. It's very sad."
24-year-old Immesberger worked as a bartender for the restaurant ... and his parents say he knew Tiger personally. In fact, they claim it was Tiger's girlfriend -- restaurant general manager Erica Herman -- who recruited him herself.
According to the suit, Immesberger finished a shift on Dec. 10, 2018 -- but stayed at the restaurant for hours where he was served alcohol to the point of "severe intoxication" before he was sent out to his car to drive home.
Immesberger crashed on his drive home and died in the accident. His blood alcohol level was a .256, more than 3 times the legal limit.
Now, at a press conference of their own Tuesday morning ... an attorney for Immesberger's estate and his parents believe Woods' restaurant DESTROYED video evidence showing Nick drinking at the bar for hours after his shift.
Immesberger's attorneys want Tiger, Erica and The Woods restaurant to be held responsible for the tragedy ... saying they all personally knew Immesberger had a problem with alcohol but allowed him to be overserved anyway.
The family is seeking everything from medical and funeral expenses to other "appropriate damages."

Ariana Grande Sued Over Herself
Ariana Grande may be the master of her domain, but not the master of her likeness ... so claims a photographer who is now suing her for allegedly ripping off these photos.
A photographer named Robert Barbera claims Ariana had no right to post the pics on her Instagram page. She never asked for permission or paid a penny ... she just took them and ran with them.
The photos have certainly made the rounds ... Ariana has 154 million followers and the photos in question scored 3,392,035 likes.
The photog is asking for either the profits she earned from the photos or $25k for each photo, whichever amount is greater.
The circumstances surrounding the lawsuit are interesting given it was earlier this year when Ariana announced strict rules for outside photogs at her Sweetener World Tour.

The disgraced former Congressman walked out of a residential re-entry center in NYC Tuesday morning, where he's been since February after transferring there from a Massachusetts federal prison.
Weiner, who was barely holding back a smile, said it's good to be out, adding ... "I hope to be able to live a life of integrity and service. I'm glad this chapter of my life is behind me."
Now that he's free, Weiner will be under supervised released for 3 years and will have to register as a sex offender. He's also on the hook for a $10k fine.

NFL's Montae Nicholson Criminal Case Dropped Despite Knockout Video
DECEMBER 2018
Washington Redskins safety Montae Nicholson is off the hook in his assault case -- prosecutors have dropped the criminal charges against him ... despite video showing the NFL player KOing a guy.
As we previously reported, Nicholson was arrested in Virginia back in December for assault and battery, and public drunkenness after video showed the 23-year-old beating the hell out of a guy in the middle of the street around 2 AM.
You can see Nicholson throw a solid left which connects -- and the other man goes limp as he collapses to the ground.
But Tuesday, Nicholson appeared in court -- where prosecutors dropped the assault charge, according to court records.
Nicholson's attorney told the Washington Post prosecutors had "insufficient evidence."
Unclear why they would reach that conclusion with the evidence at hand -- it's possible he reached a settlement with the victim, who then refused to cooperate with prosecutors. We just don't know yet.
23-year-old Montae -- 6'2", 215 lbs -- is a solid player for the Redskins who played in every game during the 2018 season.

Blac Chyna Hairdresser Blowout on Surveillance Vid In Alleged Soda Can/Knife Fight
Blac Chyna's altercation with her hairdresser -- where a knife was allegedly pulled and soda cans hurled -- was caught on video, and there's a little bit of good news for BC.
TMZ has obtained the surveillance footage capturing the action outside of Chyna's San Fernando Valley home early Saturday morning. As we reported, she got into it with her hairdresser over payment ... the hairdresser filed a police report claiming Chyna got hot and wielded a knife ... something Chyna denies.
The video seems to back Chyna's claim the hairdresser threw soda cans at her Rolls-Royce. The stylist seems to be lugging something ... aiming for the expensive whip and launching what looks like cans.
You see Chyna and co. come out and confront the hairdresser. In classic Chyna fashion, she removes her shoes and throws them at the woman. And, then there's the obligatory shouting.
As for the knife ... no evidence of that from the video. It's possible, of course, Chyna could have pulled the weapon off-camera or inside the home.
It seems like Chyna deescalates ... eventually walking inside while the brouhaha continues.
As we reported, the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services got involved because 6-year-old King, the child she had with Tyga, was at the house when all the commotion went down. The police are investigating and will probably turn the case over to prosecutors who will decide what, if anything, to do.

Raz B Cops Release GF Photos ... Alleged Injuries from Domestic Assault Arrest
More details have come to light in Raz B's altercation with his girlfriend that led to his arrest ... including photos of her alleged injuries.
Cops have released photos of Raz's GF -- obtained by TMZ -- showing the aftermath of him allegedly strangling her outside a Macy's in Minneapolis. Some redness can be seen on both sides of her neck ... which the police report indicates are consistent with the neck being squeezed.
Cops also say during the arrest, Raz B stared at his GF "with intense eyes and a clinched jaw while trying to get her attention" ... which was perceived as an attempt to intimidate her.
We broke the story ... the B2K singer was arrested for domestic assault by strangulation but claimed the 2 had an argument that turned physical when she attacked him, and he was simply defending himself.
Dispatch audio and the police report reveal a witness claimed to see Raz grabbing her throat and dragging her into a parking area.
Prosecutors declined to press charges against Raz after investigating the incident, however, citing insufficient evidence. According to the report ... the girlfriend declined to speak with authorities about the case too.
The incident hasn't been the most recent bit of drama for Raz either -- he's also joined the cast of "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" ... and had a very short beef with Lyft.

Robert Kraft Judge Blocks Spa Massage Video ... Tossed from Prostitution Case
The Patriots win ... again, and this time it's their owner, Robert Kraft, who gets to spike the football -- the judge says police video of him inside the Orchids of Asia spa can't be used in the case.
According to docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge had big problems with the search warrant that was issued, allowing police to plant cameras and secretly record Kraft and others inside the spa. The judge said police didn't minimize their recordings -- meaning they didn't do enough to protect people who were inside the spa getting perfectly legal massages.
The judge also said the police didn't do enough to minimize the impact of recording female customers inside the spa.
Detectives who testified in recent weeks said their only direction while monitoring the cameras was to "look for illegal activity." The judge said that's not nearly specific enough ... they needed to have written guidelines as to when to turn the cameras on and off.
In his ruling, the judge said, "The fact that some totally innocent women and men had their entire lawful time spent in a massage room fully recorded and viewed intermittently by a detective-monitor is unacceptable."
The bottom line for Kraft is ... the video can't be used as evidence in his prostitution case. Also, the traffic stop police made as Kraft left the spa has also been tossed from the case.
Aside from greatly reducing the chances Kraft can even be prosecuted ... the judge's suppression ruling also means there's almost no way the spa video will ever see the light of day. If it's not legally obtained evidence ... there's no justification for releasing it to the public.

Kodak Black Arrested at Rolling Loud For Lying on Gun Apps, Feds Say
Kodak Black got busted at the Rolling Loud music festival because the feds claim he falsified gun applications on two different occasions to buy firearms.
According to the two-count indictment filed against Kodak in the Southern District of Florida -- obtained by TMZ -- the rapper knowingly made a false or fictitious statement when he tried buying guns twice earlier this year ... once in January and again in March.
Prosecutors say he acquired weapons in at least one of those transactions.
The alleged lie ... that he was NOT under any indictment or information for a crime that could land him behind bars for over a year.
Of course, Kodak is in the middle of a criminal case that could easily land him a prison sentence of more than a year if convicted. Remember, he was indicted for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl in 2016.
His attorney, Bradford Cohen, tells us, "We need to see the evidence in order to fully evaluate the claims made against him."
His trial for that case was supposed to get started last month, but it's been postponed.
As we reported ... Kodak was picked up by local and federal authorities in Miami as he was just getting ready to take the stage and perform. We're told the officers who were waiting for him had warrants for his arrest, and that he was later taken to a police station.
Kodak is still in custody and will face the judge again on Wednesday.

Soccer Fan Suing After Losing Eye In Attack ... At Chivas-America Game
A soccer fan claims he was beaten within an inch of his life at a Chivas vs. America soccer game in Lodi, CA -- losing his eye and suffering brain damage in a brutal attack captured on video.
The fan is Hilario Cruz -- a huge fan of Club America, a pro team based in Mexico City.
Cruz says he brought his family to Lodi to watch past greats from Club America take on past greats from rival Chivas at the Grape Bowl back in June 2018.
The history between the two teams is well documented ... think Yankees vs. Red Sox on steroids.
Cruz -- dressed in his yellow Club America jersey -- claims his family was trying to safely enter the stadium but got rerouted by a security guard who inadvertently directed them into a group of Chivas fans.
In his suit, Cruz claims the fans were armed with metal pipes -- and began beating him mercilessly just because he supported Club America.
Cruz claims he suffered serious injuries in the attack including the complete loss of his left eye, brain damage, multiple skull fractures and permanent disfigurement.
We spoke with Cruz's attorney, Bill Daniels, who sent us video of the attack -- in which you can hear concerned bystanders shouting at the attackers to stop.
The violence expanded -- with Lodi police saying a full-scale brawl broke out with more than 100 people involved.
Now, Cruz is suing the promoters of the game and the City of Lodi for unspecified damages -- claiming organizers failed to provide adequate security ... especially since they promoted the game as a family-friendly event.
Cruz also claims the organizers should have known about the violent history between the rival fans that go back years.

Felicity Huffman Recommend 4 Months in Prison As She Enters Guilty Plea
12:36 PM PT -- A tearful Huffman just pled guilty ... she also disclosed her daughter suffered from learning disabilities through her life. She will be sentenced in September.
12:00 PM PT -- Felicity Huffman just acknowledged her guilty plea agreement with prosecutors and an assistant U.S. attorney said in court that the government will ask for a four-month prison sentence as well as a $20,000 fine. The prosecution made a note that they went light on Felicity, as they could've gone after money laundering charges ... like they have for Lori Loughlin and others who didn't cop a plea. It appears she's right in the middle of entering her plea now.
Felicity Huffman just walked into a Boston courtroom to make it official -- she's pleading guilty Monday for her role in the college admissions scandal.
The actress arrived at the Boston courthouse with her brother, Moore. No sign of Felicity's husband, William H. Macy ... at least not yet.
The ex-"Desperate Housewives" star is one of 24 people who've agreed to plead guilty in the case. Although she'll make her plea official Monday before the judge ... we're told it could still be another 12-14 weeks until she's sentenced.
MAY 13, 2019
As for those consequences ... prosecutors want her to do 4 to 10 months in a federal prison, but Huffman wants to argue it should be 0 to 6 months. Ultimately, the judge will decide, and could also slap her with fines and restitution.
Huffman was charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud as well as honest services mail fraud. She paid Rick Singer $15,000 to rig her daughter's SAT test, and her girl had twice the amount of time as normal to take the exam and her answers were corrected afterward.
Felicity released a statement saying she was ashamed of the pain she caused her daughter and her family, adding ... "I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions."

Latin Pop Star Arcangel Claimed Horseplay After Allegedly Kicking Baby Mama Into a Wall
Latin pop star Arcangel told cops a side kick he delivered to his baby mama was just them horsing around -- even though cops say the kick sent her flying into a wall.
According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, a Las Vegas police officer says he responded to a call for a domestic disturbance on April 25 at The Cromwell Hotel ... where he encountered Arcangel and a woman who said he was the father of her children.
The responding officer goes on to say the woman told him nothing happened at first, and that she and Arcangel had just gotten into an argument. Arcangel himself backed that up, saying she had gotten upset that he was possibly talking to another woman.
Oh, and the cops say Arcangel casually mentioned a "little kick thing," but didn't elaborate beyond that.
Well, the officer says he went to watch the surveillance video capturing the altercation himself, and claims he watched Arcangel deliver the brutal side kick. The officer says Arcangel later told him, "that is how they play around."
Nevertheless, the officer arrested Arcangel on the spot. The singer was ultimately booked for misdemeanor domestic battery.

Blac Youngsta Charges Dropped in Young Dolph Shooting Case
No Monday blues for Blac Youngsta ... he's celebrating all charges against him getting dropped in the Young Dolph shooting case.
According to the Charlotte District Attorney's Office ... the 6 felony counts of discharging a weapon into occupied property and 1 count of conspiracy were dropped because there's zero evidence Youngsta was driving the car that pulled up and shot Dolph's SUV in February 2017.
What's more ... the D.A. says BY told them he had a rock-solid alibi ... placing him in Durham, NC at the time of the shooting. The D.A. also says he was not ID'd by any witnesses and "there is no scientific evidence linking him" to the shooting.
You'll recall Young Dolph accused Youngsta of blasting more than 100 rounds into the SUV. At the time, Dolph said he thought Youngsta was targeting him in a jealous rage. Nobody was injured from the shooting ... mostly because Dolph spent $300k to bulletproof his SUV.
Youngsta and another man ultimately surrendered to authorities 3 months after the shooting. But, that's now all a thing of the past.
BY's attorney, Robert Corbett, tells TMZ ... "We provided an affirmative defense that proved that [Blac Youngsta] was not involved. We're thankful for the patience of our client in allowing this to work its way through the criminal justice system and to the District Attorney's Office in properly analyzing all of the evidence."
Youngsta was pretty psyched about the news ... taking to Instagram to write "it's time to celebrate a victory." He captioned the post, "I'M INNOCENT."

Lee Daniels Sued by Damon Dash's Exes We'll Take His Settlement Cash, Thank You!!!
Damon Dash is in the money -- courtesy his settlement with Lee Daniels -- but he's not forking over any to his exes ... so claim the women who are now cutting out the middle man and suing Lee to get the dough.
According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Rachel Roy and Cindy Morales are going after Daniels because they say the money he agreed to pay Dame to squash a $5 mil lawsuit ... is rightfully theirs.
Here's the backstory -- the rap mogul's ex-wife Rachel, with whom he has 2 daughters, claims he owes her $826,166.88 in back child support and other expenses ... and Morales, mother of his son, claims he owes her $244,721.43.
In the suit, both women say Dash has paid them less than 5 bucks in child support, so far in 2019 -- and that's despite the fact he and Lee reached their settlement at the end of 2018.
We broke the story ... there are also warrants out for Dash's arrest over unpaid child support to the 2 women, but he's said he plans to deal with them head-on and denied allegations of not taking care of his kids.
We reached out to Daniels ... so far no word back.

Conor McGregor Charges Dropped In Phone Smashing Case
Conor McGregor is off the hook in his Miami phone smashing case -- prosecutors have dropped the charges against the UFC star after the victim stopped cooperating with authorities.
"The victim of the crime does not wish to return to the United States and prosecute this case," prosecutor Khalil Madani said during a hearing on Monday.
As we previously reported, McGregor was captured on video getting into an altercation outside the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami on March with Ahmed Abdirzak -- who was visiting from the United Kingdom.
In the footage, you can see McGregor snatch the guy's phone, stomp on it ... and leave the hotel with it.
He was arrested hours later and ultimately charged with felony robbery and misdemeanor criminal mischief.
But now, prosecutors say Abdirzak has left the country and doesn't want to come back to aid in Conor's prosecution ... which everyone saw coming from a mile away.
Here's why ... Abdirzak had filed a civil lawsuit against Conor -- which McGregor ultimately settled out of court.
Translation -- Abdirzak probably got a huge payday and wasn't exactly motivated to help put Conor behind bars.
This now clears the way for Conor to negotiate his next UFC fight without having to worry about being unavailable because of incarceration.
Congrats?
