Aaron Rodgers is turning 36 Monday -- and his girlfriend, Danica Patrick, just hit him with a super lovey-dovey note, thanking the universe for making him.

"Happy birthday to my best friend and favorite person in the world," Danica posted on IG ... "You are the one I want to tell my best and worst days to first."

Here's where things get spiritual ... followed by an L-bomb.

"I am so grateful the universe made you!!! The star dust started it all, but you have done nothing but make it better every year of your life."

Danica and Aaron have been dating for around 2 years and things got serious quickly -- Aaron first publicly said he loved her in an Oct. 2018 interview.

The question everybody is asking ... when are they getting married?

That's the question Jenny McCarthy asked Danica on her SiriusXM show back in November -- and while DP admitted she WANTS to get engaged, she's not trying to rush it.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott surfaced together over the holiday weekend, but people thinking this means they're back together again might be sadly mistaken.

The former couple -- whom we've been told recently took a break -- were spotted out at the Agua Caliente Casino Friday in Palm Springs, where video of Kylie and Travis walking around together popped up online ... and sent people right out of their minds.

Eyewitnesses have said while they were near one another the whole time -- reportedly hitting at least one table, grabbing drinks, chatting and otherwise perusing the grounds -- there were no clear signs of PDA between 'em. Other Kardashians showed up too -- the whole gang's in town enjoying the Thanksgiving weekend at grandma Kris' house.

The reason Kylie and Travis didn't look romantic? It's possible it's because they simply haven't been lately. It's unclear what the current status of their relationship is, but based on everything we're seeing and hearing about this outing ... it appears to be more of the same routine they've been on for about a month or so now.

As we've reported ... KJ and TS are co-parenting baby Stormi, which means they see each other and hang out pretty often. In fact, Kylie even flew herself and the kid out to Houston a couple weeks ago to support Travis at his Astroworld event.

And yes, with the holidays fast approaching, we were told they'd be spending even more time together. So, this certainly seems to be that ... but it might also be the beginning of a true reconciliation.

Time will tell ...

Liam Payne got into a shouting match with some bouncers who were NOT down to let him and his underage girlfriend into a bar ... and, allegedly, things got physical.

The former One Direction singer was in San Antonio Friday night with his Instagram model GF, Maya Henry -- who's reportedly only 19 years old. As you can see in this video, things got a little feisty when they ended up at a bar called the Silver Fox.

Witnesses tell us Liam and Maya were able to get in at first -- having been recognized by others -- but later came this dust-up with security. In this clip, you see Liam -- who's wearing a white shirt with a bunch of dirt on his back -- trying to come face-to-face with a bouncer, or possibly several. He's being held back, and at one point you hear him say, "Don't f***ing push me again. I swear to God I'll lay your ass out."

Witnesses tell us Liam was, in fact, pushed to the ground -- hence the dirt on his back -- after he and Maya left and tried to reenter the bar. We're told security stopped them because of Maya's age, and when Liam tried forcing his way in ... he allegedly got shoved to the ground and followed up with this.

Eventually, we're told Liam and co. decided to leave on their own. Police were not called.

He took to Instagram to claim he'd been "jumped" by three of the bouncers there, tagging the establishment and threatening to take them to court. He's since deleted that post.

BTW, Maya's from the San Antonio area, so it looks like Liam was in town celebrating Thanksgiving with her.

We've reached out to both parties, including Liam's team ... so far, no word back.

Fun fact: Maya's family is kind of a big deal in San Antonio. Her dad is personal injury attorney Thomas J. Henry, who hired Pitbull and Nick Jonas to perform at Maya's quinceanera!!

Sofia Richie is giving Scott Disick plenty to be thankful for ... hitting the beach on Thanksgiving and wearing the hell out of a skimpy bikini.

Vanilla Ice and his now ex-wife are officially single people again ... they've hammered out a divorce settlement a mere 3 years after she filed to end their marriage.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, a judge in Palm Beach County, FL has already put his John Hancock on the divorce settlement filed by Rob and Laura Van Winkle. The couple had been together for nearly 20 years when Laura filed back in October 2016.

The judge's stamp of approval makes their divorce a done deal, but according to the docs ... the judge is reserving the right to drag the exes back into court if they don't stick to the terms of the settlement ... especially when it comes to health insurance and underpaid alimony.

Laura and Ice signed their settlement back in October, but the judge just recently signed it. They're keeping the terms of their deal private.

They have 2 kids, but both are adults ... so no child custody issues.

Ice and Laura hung together through some tough times -- such as 2 domestic battery arrests ... before they split up. Although Laura filed in 2016 ... they both acknowledged they'd been separated for a couple of years before that.

We'd love to say there was a problem and ... yo, they solved it -- but that's not how this song ends.

Hailey Bieber is very quick to return a favor, because just days after she turned 23 ... the missus got her hubby something arguably nicer than the birthday gift he gave her.

Justin's showing off this new iced-out necklace he just got from L.A. jeweler Jadelle Beverly Hills. Even in the dimly lit pic, you can see just how damn blingy the chain is -- and we've learned Hailey actually picked it up for her groom.

The timing is interesting because Hailey's birthday was just 5 days ago, and the Biebs got his wife a glimmering diamond watch ... which we're told set him back $70k.

Our sources say Hailey turned around and one-upped her man on Tuesday with the chain -- which is similar to a traditional Cuban link, but Justin's is thinner and lighter.

As for the specs ... white gold covered in VVS super white diamonds, and valued at $90k. For the record, it's nowhere near Justin's bday.

Nick Jonas woke up to a face full of paws and licks this morning, 'cause Priyanka Chopra dropped one helluva cute surprise on him ahead of their wedding anniversary.

The actress posted an adorable video Tuesday showing what the couple's morning looked like in NYC after she brought home a German Shepherd pup-aroo ... and then placed it on top of the bed to finish waking her hubby up. Yeah, it's pretty freakin' AWW worthy.

At first, Nick seemed disoriented and confused by what was happening ... but eventually, he realized there was a new member being added to their household.

Looks like the couple has already named their pet -- he goes by Gino, and yes ... he already has his own Instagram account. So far, Gino's been pretty active .. throwing up 3 posts.

Gino's arrival comes just days before Nick and Priyanka's 1-year wedding anniversary. They had several celebrations, if you'll recall, but the one that made it official happened on Dec. 1.

Two of reality TV's biggest factions came together in L.A. this week -- the Kardashian-Jenners are mixing with guys from "The Bachelorette" ... and they're all looking pretty chummy.

Kendall and some of her girlfriends -- including Stassie Karanikolaou -- all hit up the Rams game Monday night, and at one point ... a bunch of fellas who've been booted in "The Bachelorette" world showed up and joined down in their private, enclosed area.

Tyler Cameron, Peter Weber (the current 'Bachelor') and Dylan Barbour from 'BiP,' as well as some other dudes and other gals were all enjoying a front-row view to the blow-out.

Later on, it looks like at least a few of these pretty people stuck together and met up with Kylie to hit the town -- bouncing around to different clubs in WeHo, including The Nice Guy and Poppy.

We ended up getting Tyler and Stassie leaving the former together, and it all but confirms what we saw this weekend ... a very likely new couple. Paps tried peppering them with questions, but they stayed quiet and hopped into the backseat of a waiting car.

Eventually, the whole gang landed at Poppy to wrap-up the night -- where Tyler and Stassie were yet again seen hanging off each other's hip. Kylie was there too, and while waiting for their rides in the garage ... she got in (and lost) a few games of roshambo with a dude.

"The Orville" might come back with less tension on set, because 2 of its lead actors who were headed toward a vortex of divorce just steered back into orbit ... or so it seems.

Adrianne Palicki -- who plays Commander Kelly Grayson on the show -- recently requested to have her divorce petition against costar and real-life hubby Scott Grimes dismissed. She made the ask last week and on the same day ... a judge granted it.

That's a complete 180 from where things seemed to be heading just a short while ago -- when Adrianne filed for divorce after a measly 2 months of marriage. She and Scott tied the knot this past May, and in July ... she was already asking a court to let her out.

We don't know why Adrianne did a U-turn here but based on what these two were wearing at a Comic-Con event in October ... something tells us they probably reconciled.

Adrianne and Scott sat right next to each other during a panel discussion, and both appeared to be wearing wedding rings. Scott especially ... ya can't miss that thing.

It should be noted ... they weren't wearing their rings at the Comic-Con event in San Diego this past summer. They even had another actor sitting between them during that panel.

The show's on a hiatus right now, and it's even gonna air on a different platform than its original home at FOX. Hulu picked it up, and season 3 is supposed to come back in 2020.

Pete Davidson and Kaia Gerber are coming out of the shadows and into broad daylight with their relationship ... sealing it with not just a kiss, but a full-blown tongue war.

The couple was spotted Saturday in a heavy make-out sesh down in Miami, where they were lounging poolside at a hotel and passing the time with mouthfuls of kisses. They were both covered up too -- seems the only the heat rays they need these days are from each other.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan wanted to be single in the eyes of the law while they settled their divorce ... and a judge just granted their wish.

The former couple recently filed court docs asking the court to grant the divorce while they hash out a property settlement and custody agreement. As for why they wanted the divorce decree now ... we're told they're both in relationships and it just makes things easier. It also clears the path if they want to remarry.

According to the new docs, filed by Jenna's lawyer Samantha Spector, the divorce judgment became final Tuesday. So, now they have to work out custody and support issues involving 6-year-old Everly.

Jenna recently announced she and her new boyfriend, Steve Kazee, are expecting their first child together. Rumors of a coming engagement have been swirling ever since.

While it would appear Jenna is the one zeroing in on another marriage, that doesn't mean Channing hasn't moved on himself ... he's just as free to tie the knot.

At one point, they went in for a smooch -- and were standing with each other pretty much the entire time. It looks like they came back for seconds later in the show.

PD and KG have been hanging out a lot lately -- they were seen going into her apartment together after a late night on the town, and have been pretty much inseparable since late October, when they first hooked up over a meal in the Big Apple.

Big Sean and Jhene Aiko's on-again, off-again relationship appears to be very much so back on after they released a super personal song with a little TMI attached.

The rapper and singer -- who've dated and broken up at least a couple different times over the past few years -- were spotted grabbing dinner in Malibu Saturday at a fancy place called Geoffrey's ... where they looked like more than just friends and collaborators.

TMZ obtained photos of Jhene sitting on Sean's lap at one point as they looked out at the ocean on the restaurant's patio deck. He's holding her pretty tenderly too, BTW.

This, of course, is a major development considering the new song they released together Thursday. JA's single, "None of Your Concern," caught fans off guard with a Big Sean feature.

The song is incredibly introspective, and touches on their relationship ... and a big takeaway from Sean's verse was how he pleases his lady in the bedroom. Apparently, he once made Jhene orgasm 9 times in a day -- and he doesn't think any average Joe deserves her.

Well ... it certainly seems the collab might've brought 'em closer than ever -- 'cause the homie-lover-friend wheel they often spin seems to be on the lover corner right about now.
