The First Lady was cheerfully tagging along with the President on his way to the debate this past week ... or so it seems, because an awful lot of people don't think it was actually her.

Here's a photo that was taken Thursday ahead of the debate in Nashville between Donald Trump and Joe Biden ... in which DT is seen boarding a chopper with who appears to be his wife, Melania, already on board, smiling at the crowd that was bidding them a farewell.

We say appears because a crap ton of folks have studied this photo and others captured in the same few seconds ... and they believe this lady's a FAKE stand-in, not the real Melania at all. Prepare yourself -- this is a deep dive, but stupidly important work nonetheless.

Some have gone to the extreme lengths of zooming in and comparing the lines around her mouth ... not to mention playing dentist and seeing differences in the teeth. By most accounts, the mugs here just don't match up -- from chomper size to the curve of her smile ... many Twitter truthers simply aren't buying this is the real McCoy, but rather ... a look-alike.

BTW, this isn't the first time a "fake Melania" theory has surfaced. It's cropped up at least twice before -- most notably, in 2019 ... when Trump and Melania visited tornado-stricken Alabama to survey the damage. She was rocking massive shades then too ... but many said there's no way that was FLOTUS -- speculating she's got a few different body doubles.

Melania Trump apparently wasn't in the mood to get handsy with President Trump after the debate -- and the new debate is about whether she dissed him on camera.

The moment, as they walked off the stage Thursday night, was hardly subtle -- the candidates' spouses had joined them for the ol' smile and wave photo op. When the Prez and First Lady turned to walk away they were holding hands, but after a couple steps ... it looks like Melania yanked her left hand away from Trump.

POTUS had to settle for giving Melania a friendly pat on the back as she sped away from the scene. You might recall after the first debate ... Melania barely embraced her husband as Joe Biden got a warm hug from Dr. Jill.

It should also be noted ... Melania's known for putting POTUS in a no hand-holding zone, like back in 2017 after touching down in Israel. There was also that one time she tried avoiding holding his hand at a White House event in 2018 ... but she relented.

Hand-holding. It's not for every couple.

Rose petals?? Check. Sunset views on the beach?? Check. Candles and live music?? Check and check!!

Tennis superstar Naomi Osaka and her rapper boyfriend Cordae had the most epic romantic dinner on the beach to celebrate her birthday this week ... and it legit looks like it came out of a dream.

The couple has been boo'd up in paradise for about a week to celebrate Osaka's 23rd (which was Oct. 16) ... posting up at the beach and other cozy spots.

The top highlight had to be their private dinner on the sand ... where the "Gifted" lyricist vibed to the tunes of the night as Osaka soaked it all in.

"I felt like I was in a movie," the 3-time Grand Slam winner said on Tuesday.

Of course, Osaka and Cordae have been together for over a year ... but this is by far the most romantic we've seen the couple!

Cordae has played the role of cheerleader this year as well, supporting Osaka from the stands during her U.S. Open championship run.

Carole Baskin's not only had 3 husbands, but also a wife ... but she says there's been one big difference between her male and female partners.

The 'Tiger King' star, who just this week came out as bisexual, tells TMZ ... she's had lovers from both sexes, and even had a "nonsexual wife" back in the day. Carole's said she could just as easily have married the woman in her life as she did Don Lewis, and then Howard Baskin.

However, we know Carole often sees things differently than most ... and marriage is no exception. First off, she says her "wife" was heterosexual, and that boundary was always respected.

So, with sex off the table ... Carole says they loved each other in a platonic way, and her partner did all the cooking, took care of their home and was even a secretary for Carole's real estate biz. BTW, she doesn't want to reveal the woman's identity to protect her from the media, but it seems they were together sometime in the mid to late '80s ... when same sex marriage was illegal, anyway.

As for Carole's rules of attraction -- she says for her it's more about who you are on the inside, and she doesn't have a preference for physical characteristics ... male or female. Of course, she takes it even deeper ... telling us human connection isn't about sex, gender, race or nationality because humans are ALL of those things.

Carole's also clearing up some statements about her sexuality ... telling us she doesn't identify as a transgender male despite telling PinkNews she feels she was born in the wrong body.

The Big Cat Rescue owner, who clearly believes in reincarnation, says you won't know why you were born as you were ... until you are between lives.

Cardi B and Offset are looking more like a married couple who aren't about to get divorced than the other way around -- further proof they might be patching things up.

CB and her not-so-estranged hubby are back home in ATL, and hit the town together Tuesday night with a couple pals in tow. While they were at the venue, Cardi flashed her camera over to Offset, who was seated right beside her.

No PDA that we can see ... but Offset had some footage up on his own IG that was more explicit as far as his feelings for Cardi in the moment. He posted vid of them dancing at the club, and tagged it with "I wanna f**k."  Can't get any clearer than that!!!

The doting husband also recorded Cardi brushing her hair in the car and both of them goofing around. Seems like they're pretty chummy for folks who are headed toward divorce.

This is a continuation of the affection we saw Cardi giving Offset during her birthday celebration this past weekend, where she was giving the dude full-blown lap dances.

We know Offset has saved their relationship in the past ... is it possible your boy has done it again??? Sure feels like it 👀.

Katharine McPhee's letting the cat out of the bag, sort of ... but we've learned what you think is true really is ... because we've learned she's havin' a baby!!!

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Katharine is indeed pregnant. She was out on a stroll Tuesday in Montecito with her hubby, David Foster.

They were out getting ready for the new kiddo ... browsing at baby stores. They left The Nurture Cottage with a bag full of items.

David is gettin' up there ... he's 70 and already has 5 grown daughters. It's not unheard of, for sure ... Tony Randall, of course, is the champ having his first 2 kids in his late 70's.  And, of course, Mick Jagger, who has a 3-year-old ... he's currently 77.

The first-time mom had her small dog in a swaddle-like bag over her shoulder.

The news comes just days after Katharine sang "She Used to Be Mine" from the musical, "Waitress." During that performance, Katharine strongly hinted she was pregnant ... cradling her stomach while singing "... and the life that's inside her, growing stronger every day."

Congrats!!!

Jared Goff's smokin' hot model GF, Christen Harper, had the perfect setup to watch the L.A. Rams on Sunday ... supporting her man in a bikini at home!!

The 25-year-old NFL QB and 26-year-old SI Swim model have been dating for more than a year ... but fans aren't allowed at SoFi Stadium until further notice due to the COVID pandemic.

So, Harper had to improvise for L.A.'s home matchup against the Giants ... and her viewing party looks a lot more appealing than sitting around a bunch of drunk fans in a crowded stadium for several hours (no offense, SoFi. You're beautiful too).

"I guess watching football from home isn’t thaaaat bad 🏈," Harper said on IG ... with the Rams game visibly on display on the big screen TV behind her.

Goff and Harper sparked dating rumors as early as January '19 ... and went Best Buy official when TMZ Sports caught up with them at the electronics store a few months later.

As for Harper's gameday attire, maybe it's good luck -- L.A. won, 17-9, and Goff went 25-32 with 200 yards and a TD.

Elizaveta Fedotova -- a smokin' hot yoga instructor -- posted footage of her watching her BF win his first-ever NHL championship ... and it's pretty touching.

Fedotova was catching the game on a small laptop ... and when the Lightning sealed the 2-0 victory to give them the series win over the Dallas Stars -- she started bawling!!!

"Simply the best morning this year!" she said in a caption after the win on a photo of a celebrating Sergachev. "My love! My champion."

Fedotova also posted a picture of her FaceTiming with the Lightning defenseman right on the ice after the win ... and it's adorable.

Kyle Richards and her husband, Mauricio Umansky, aren't split, separated or heading for divorce, because -- brace yourself for this -- sometimes social media rumors are just that.

Sources directly connected to the couple tell TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star and her real estate agent hubby are not only doing well in their marriage -- they feel closer than ever due to the pandemic.

If ya hadn't heard ... a single tweet by a reality TV fan speculated Kyle and Mauricio were separated, and that's why her sister, Kathy Hilton, is in talks to join the cast. The unfounded theory caught fire 'cause that's what the Internet does.

We're told the fan is just dead wrong, and the couple has been happily spending more time together since COVID-19 changed the way we all live. Well, not all of us live this way -- while they're working from home together, they've been bouncing between their pads in L.A., Palm Springs and Aspen.

In fact, Kyle and Mauricio were all over each other Monday after a bike ride in Aspen. They also recently took a trip to Cabo together.

Our sources say Kyle's enjoying a break from shooting 'RHOBH' as well because production of the show takes up so many hours -- so she and Mauricio are making the most of it.

Culpo and her pup, Oliver Sprinkles, have been away from the running back for a few days ... as the 24-year-old has been rehabbing an injured ankle.

But, Culpo and her man finally reunited Monday ... and the reaction OC's dog had in seeing McCaffrey again will melt your heart!!

"Little Women: LA" star Christy McGinity came through big time for a couple of friends ... helping arrange for a venue and minister -- HER!!! -- for their special wedding day.

We're told Christy felt terrible about friends Matt and Katie canceling their wedding because they lost their venue due to COVID-19 restrictions. We're told Christy flew from NYC to San Diego to organize a Hawaiian-themed wedding in a friend's sprawling backyard Wednesday.

So you ask, why the Hawaiian theme? We're told that's where the couple was going on their honeymoon ... they plan to head there as soon as the pandemic ends ... if it ever does.

The socially-distanced wedding -- limited to only 20 guests who were all temperature checked on their way in -- was officiated by none other than Christy. We're told she got ordained specifically for this ceremony.

As if that wasn't enough ... we're told Christy also designed and baked a Hawaiian-themed cake for the newlyweds. The couple isn't bummed about having to pare down the wedding ... that's because when it's safe to do so, the couple will have a big wedding ceremony as originally planned.

Gigi Hadid's year just got a helluva lot better .... she's officially a MOM!!!

Gigi gave birth to her and Zayn Malik's first child together ... a baby girl.

Zayn is over the moon. He shared an adorable snap of his hand around his little one's, and said, "The love i feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding." He also assured everyone that their little bundle is 'Healthy & beautiful."

It was just a few weeks ago the supermodel showed off her growing baby bump. She looked pretty damn angelic and glamorous. In one of her pics, she simply captioned it, "Growing an angel :)"

She also posted a series of photos with the date July 26 ... probably the date she shot those pics. In another post, she cradled her belly and said, "Cherishing this time. Appreciate all the love & well wishes. Will never forget creating these special images with my friends @luigiandiango @gabriellak_j @erinparsonsmakeup thank you. I love you!"

TMZ broke the story ... Gigi was around 20-weeks pregnant when we reported the news back in April. Though, at first, she didn't come out and say it herself ... only dropping hints.

Like during her 25th birthday party celebration ... when Gigi flaunted big 2-5 balloons that also had blue and pink ribbons attached. She also posted pics about dining on spicy vodka sauce, with a twist -- she wrote, "but have no vodka... so without, but still gooood." See? Hints.

It wasn't until an appearance on Jimmy Fallon when Hadid finally fessed up.

Brody Jenner broke it off with Louis Tomlinson's baby mama, as things were moving too fast -- but she's already moved on and gotten engaged to another dude.

We know ... it's a lot to digest. Let's start from the beginning -- you'll recall Brody had started seeing Briana Jungwirth earlier this summer ... and that things were getting fairly serious between them after he took her out to dinner with his ex, Kaitlynn Carter, in tow.

While their relationship appeared to be picking up steam ... sources tell us the romance fizzled out between Brody and Briana -- mostly on account, he felt they were getting too serious too fast. Just one example ... he'd already met her and Louis' son, Freddie.

Bottom line ... he wasn't ready for all that, so they called it quits. No harm, no foul apparently -- because Briana is already engaged, no more than a month or so later!!!

We're told Briana is currently tied up with a longtime on-again, off-again boyfriend named Nick who recently came back into her life after being apart for years. During a recent Vegas trip they took together, we're told he got on bended knee ... and they went ring shopping.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are getting out of the Manhattan real estate market ... they just put their super-expensive condo on the market.

The singer and actress are looking for $5.9 million. Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... they listed it because, simply put, they just don't use it. The pad's got 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2,907 square feet of living space. It also has an awesome 1,500-square-foot deck.

The rather small luxury building was built in 2015 ... with only 11 units on 8 floors. It's got a 24-hour doorman ... something lots of high-end buildings have. The condo is pretty dramatic ... you step out of the private elevator into a jaw-dropping, 49-foot loft-like living space.

WNBA star Maya Moore just dropped a bombshell -- she MARRIED the man she helped free from prison!!

Moore -- considered one of the greatest WNBA players EVER -- had stepped away from the league in 2019 and 2020 to focus on social justice issues ... starting with freeing Jonathan Irons.

40-year-old Irons was serving a 50-year prison sentence stemming from a 1998 burglary and assault conviction in Missouri, despite no real evidence proving his guilt. Irons was only 16 at the time of the conviction.

Moore says she met Irons when she was 18 through a prison ministry program and grew close over the years while fighting for his freedom.

When he was released from prison in July, Moore was there waiting for him ... and they tied the knot shortly after.

"We wanted to announce today that we are super excited to continue the work that we are doing together, but doing it as a married couple," Moore announced on "Good Morning America."

"We got married a couple months ago and we're excited to just continue this new chapter of life together."

Moore explained the growth of their relationship ... saying, "Over the last 13 years we have just developed a friendship and just entered into this huge battle to get him home and just over time it was pretty clear what the Lord was doing in our hearts and now we're sitting here today, starting a whole new chapter together."

Irons told GMS it became clear he wanted to marry Moore while he was still locked up at the Jefferson City Correctional Center, but didn't want to make a move until he was free.

"I wanted to marry her but at the same time protect her because being in a relationship with a man in prison, it's extremely difficult and painful," Irons said.

"I didn't want her to feel trapped and I wanted her to feel open and have the ability any time if this is too much for you, go and find somebody. Live your life. Because this is hard."

Irons says he eventually proposed in a hotel room after hanging out with some close friends.

"It was just me and her in the room and I got down on my knees and I looked up at her and she kind of knew what was going on and I said, 'Will you marry me?' She said, 'Yes!'"

As for the wedding reception, Moore and Irons say they had special COVID protocols -- including guests in masks and social distancing.
