10/18 9:23 AM PT -- PD Beats tells TMZ Hip Hop the lawsuit is simply "an effort" to be in front of his business more ... as he hopes he and producers like Chicago's J Craig get their "just due."

Juice WRLD remains one of the top-streaming artists, even in death, but one man claims he co-wrote one of his hit songs and is now suing for his cut of the profits.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained a new lawsuit filed by Pierre DeJournette a.k.a. PD Beats ... one of the writers credited -- along with Dr. Luke and others -- on the 2021 Juice Wrld track "Not Enough."

The song was released posthumously as part of JW's "Fighting Demons" album, but PD is claiming his repeated attempts to get recognized as a co-author, and to get paid for his work have failed. So, now he's taking the matter to court.

In addition to suing Juice Wrld's estate, PD is going after Interscope Records, KBeazy, and others who apparently contributed to the track.

PD seems to believe everyone's getting paid 'cept him!!! 😩

The track is a big hit on Spotify ... 59 million plays and counting, a testament to the musical legacy JW left behind after his 2019 death from a fatal overdose.

PD is requesting the courts officially declare him a co-writer on the song, and he wants a full accounting of the profits ... so he can claim his piece.

We reached out to Interscope for comment but haven't heard back yet.

Logan Paul is closing the Dillon Danis chapter of his life ... saying he's no longer considering taking an MMA match with his nemesis after easily handling him in the ring.

Remember, Paul initially said back in September he was down to scrap in Danis' territory if the former Bellator fighter showed up to their Oct. 14 fight ... and the two shook hands on it to seal the deal.

Now, Maverick is backpedaling on his promise ... saying an MMA rematch is not gonna happen -- even though he's confident he'd "beat his ass."

"No, and you know why?" Logan said on his "Impaulsive" podcast. "I said I would if he gave me his whole purse, which is not gonna happen, obviously."

"Bro, he doesn't deserve the platform," he continued. "We saw what kind of person he is. I walked into the arena to boos, I left to cheers. No one likes that dirty fight s***, bro. You came to box, like, respect the sport. Respect me as an opponent. Back up your words. Are you a man?"

"You can't talk that much s*** for three months. You can't try to ruin someone's life and then come in there with that kind of performance."

Paul is referring to the incessant social media attack Danis unloaded leading up to the fight ... something that led to his fiancée, Nina Agdal, filing a lawsuit and restraining order against him.

Many believe Danis didn't put his money where his mouth was ... and for that reason, Logan's out on dealing with the guy in the future.

DJ Envy is being accused of using his 'Breakfast Club' platform to scam potential real estate buyers, but DJ Akademiks is feeling zero sympathy for them, and thinks you shouldn't either.

He's calling for the claimants themselves should be subjects on "The Breakfast Club" ... as Charlamagne tha God's collective "Donkey of the Day" for being dumb enough to allegedly get duped by Caesar Piña in the first place!!!

Ak got a hearty laugh diving into the mounting news coverage surrounding Piña and Envy's multiple lawsuits for real estate fraud ... and completely lost it over internet personality Tony the Closer's self-appointed mission to take down Envy.

Now, to be clear, Ak does think the investors deserve to get back their money -- but, also says they should've thought twice before handing over hundreds of thousands of dollars to Piña.

Envy's attorney Massimo F. D'Angelo recently told TMZ Hip Hop the 'BC' cohost was out a whooping $500k, making him a victim himself. Ak agrees with that sentiment, but says the lawsuits are legit due to Envy's association with Piña.

Envy has been adamant he didn't steal a dime from any of the plaintiffs ... which hasn't exactly helped social media cut back on the real estate memes.

Kim Zolciak is finally responding to Kroy Biermann's divorce filing, and she has some demands of her own ... including primary physical custody of their kids.

The 'RHOA' star filed her counterclaim in court, obtained by TMZ, and she makes no bones about who their 4 children should live with going forward. Kim is asking a judge to grant her primary physical custody of the kids -- but says legal custody should be shared between Kroy and herself.

Kim doesn't get into details about why she deserves to have her children with her full-time ... the only thing she points out in her docs is that she's "a loving, fit and proper parent." She does say Kroy should be granted "liberal visitation" with the kiddos.

Kim also says she's dependent on Kroy for support and maintenance -- which is why she's asking the judge to grant her temporary and permanent alimony, on top of child support.

Keep in mind, this flies in the face of what Kroy asked for in his most recent divorce filing ... where he asked for sole physical AND legal custody -- plus child support, alimony, etc.

In terms of their shared property and assets ... Kim's asking the court to equitably divvy that all up. She also points out they have their Georgia mansion together. As we previously reported, they just listed it on the market for a cool $6 million.

Rachel Leviss is ridding herself of every memory of Tom Sandoval ... she just sold off a necklace and some sweatshirts with connections to the Scandoval.

The former "Vanderpump Rules" sold her lightning bolt necklace on eBay for $5,300 after an all-out bidding war erupted ... there were 131 offers for the piece of reality TV history.

Remember ... Rachel bought the 14K gold necklace to match one Tom wore on the show and it ended up being a clue to their infamous affair.

In her eBay listing, Rachel noted the jewelry was "symbolic of my devotion to another person who I allowed to have power over me. He no longer does."

Rachel also cut ties with a pair of hoodies from Tom's restaurant, TomTom ... they received 122 bids and sold for $9,500.

Rachel says she's donating the proceeds to the National Alliance of Mental Illness ... a non-profit offering education programs for folks affected by mental illness.

Days after sending his private jet to Israel to deliver thousands of pounds of supplies, Floyd Mayweather spent time on a video call with some of the IDF special forces soldiers who received some of the goods.

Mayweather, from Los Angeles, spoke to the Israeli Defense Force's Yahalom Unit -- a special forces anti-terrorism unit -- on Monday, and gave the soldiers a bit of an inspirational pep talk ... as they fight for their country.

"We only want peace in Israel. Thank you for standing up for your country," Floyd told the soldiers, who were wearing custom TMT x Israel hats, along with their IDF uniforms, weapons slung, and faces covered to protect their identity.

We're told the call lasted several minutes.

We broke the story ... Floyd's "Air Mayweather" jet delivered over 5,000 lbs. of supplies on Saturday, and judging by the video, at least some of the items have been doled out, and the unit was clearly grateful.

"Floyd, how are you doing? We are here from the special forces unit, Yahalom. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts during those dark times and thank you very much. We love you," one of the soldiers told Mayweather.

Mayweather also attended a pro-Israeli march in Century City on Sunday ... where he walked shoulder-to-shoulder with thousands of supporters. He's also posted support for Israel on social media on multiple occasions.

Mayweather's video call was set up by his friend Jona Rechnitz and philanthropist Nachman Rosenberg.

Dillon Danis apparently got paid a pretty penny to get his ass whooped by Logan Paul ... saying this week he made over $1 MILLION for the one-sided boxing match.

Danis revealed the figure while on "Piers Morgan Uncensored" just days after Paul beat him in Manchester ... saying emphatically that was his cut for the tilt.

Dillon had previously told Paul he could have the entire check if the WWE Superstar won the fight ... but he walked that all back while chatting with Morgan.

"We never shook hands," the 30-year-old MMA fighter said.

Danis then explained he thinks there's actually a way he'll be eventually dubbed the winner ... saying because Logan attempted to punch him while on the ground during the match, he should be awarded the victory.

"I might be the winner," he said.

Of course, Danis was anything but victorious during their bout at AO Arena ... losing every round, before getting disqualified in the sixth.

The widow of Stephen "tWitch" Boss, the late DJ on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show, is putting their family home on the market ... 10 months after he died.

According to online real estate records Steven's widow, Allison Holker, listed their Encino estate earlier this month for $3,795,000.

The place is 4,600 square feet with 6 bedrooms and it's super modern -- built in 2018, the home has some attractive bells and whistles, including a pool and hot tub in the backyard, plus a wine display and 3 fireplaces.

The main house has 5 suites, and there's a pool house out back with its own private bathroom.

There's a chef's kitchen in the heart of the open floor plan ... with a center island and top-of-the-line appliances, plus a butler's pantry with its own sink, dishwasher and stove.

Tyler Perry is coming to the aid of a 93-year-old woman at risk of losing the South Carolina home her family has owned since the Civil War era ... by buying her a new home.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the actor/filmmaker is building Josephine Wright a 5-bedroom home in South Carolina to replace the one she's living in with her grandkids, which is also at the center of a bitter land dispute.

We're told Tyler's construction crew will break ground on the home in the coming weeks, once all the permits are squared away.

As we reported ... Tyler pledged his support to Josephine back in July, when he caught wind of her legal war with the Bailey Point Investment Group. Bailey Point reportedly wants to buy Wright's land in Hilton Head, but she doesn't want to give it up because it's been in her family for generations ... BP then filed suit to seize control of her property.

Wright told news outlet, WSAV-TV, how BP got approval from the town to develop 29 acres of land behind her home ... and says she turned down an offer to buy her home. Once Wright declined, she claimed BP started harassing her, leading to a lawsuit to rip away the property she says has been in her family since the Civil War era.

One of Josephine's grandkids organized a GoFundMe to help pay for her legal fees ... and a September update on the page says a tree fell on the home and opened 2 holes in the roof.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are in a giant money hole, but their house is worth millions ... and they just listed it for sale while in the middle of their nasty divorce.

The Milton, Georgia just hit the market for $6,000,000 ... it's got 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a beautiful pool in the backyard. If Kim and Kroy get asking price, they'll make a substantial profit on the property as they bought it back in 2012 for $880,000.

Located on a golf course, the home also comes equipped with a home gym, movie theater, wine cellar, bar, arcade and plenty of space to spread out.

Interestingly enough, the home was scheduled to go into foreclosure next month ... so Kim and Kroy are getting ahead of the auction in attempting to sell it themselves.

The house sale marks just another chapter in the couple's contentious divorce ... with allegations of gambling addiction, drug use and at one point both dismissed their divorce petitions -- only for Kroy to file once again.

12:45 AM PT -- According to an incident report obtained by TMZ Sports, Antonio Brown was arrested Sunday outside of his home in Dania Beach, Fla. while getting into a taxicab.

Antonio Brown was arrested in Florida over the weekend ... just days after his ex told TMZ Sports she wanted him put behind bars over unpaid child support.

According to jail records, Brown was booked at 12 AM on Sunday in Broward County, Fla. ... and released a short time later.

WPLG reported Monday it all stemmed from a Miami-Dade Police Department warrant that was filed after Brown allegedly ducked making child support payments to his ex, Wiltrice Jackson.

Jackson told us last week the former NFL star owes her nearly $31,000.

"I do want him arrested," she said. "Because, right now, he's making a mockery out of the judge, out of everything, because he feels like he's untouchable."

Brown has not played in the NFL since the 2021 season ... though he's found success away from the field making rap music.

It's the only document in the world with 14 presidential signatures ... and it's been autographed by basically every president from Herbert Hoover on down, save for John F. Kennedy and Joe Biden.

The record-setting presidential parchment is going up for sale through Moments In Time ... with a $175,000 price tag.

The story behind the letter is super cool ... as reported in the Amarillo Globe-News ... it all started in October 1932 when a Texas man named Richard C. Corbyn wrote to Franklin D. Roosevelt about a potential campaign stop in Arizona. FDR wrote back and signed his autograph at the bottom.

Corbyn was 18 years old when he got FDR's response in the mail, and 30 years later in 1962 he realized the letter would have even more value if he could just get other presidents to leave their John Hancock on the same piece of paper ... and he set out to get more signatures.

The second to sign was Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1962 ... and in 1963 the letter added signatures from Harry S. Truman, Lyndon B. Johnson and Hoover.

Corbyn tried to get JFK's autograph ... but the Kennedy assassination derailed those plans ... and he went 12 years before getting another signature until Gerald Ford signed in 1975 while in office.

Jimmy Carter signed in 1976; Richard Nixon signed in 1978; Ronald Reagan signed in 1980; George H. W. Bush signed in 1988; Bill Clinton signed in 1993 and George W. Bush signed in 2002.

Barack Obama proved to be a little more difficult ... it took the Corbyns 7 years to get Obama's signature ... finally getting him to sign in November 2015.
