Tom Schwartz is sporting a new hairdo ... and he says it's got a lot to do with his age.

We got the "Vanderpump Rules" star heading into his TomTom restaurant in West Hollywood with Lisa Vanderpump ... and our photog asked about his bleached blond hair ... a far cry from his natural brown locks.

Tom tells us he's having a midlife crisis ... so he's going blond, with the aim of finishing his summer strong.

While it sounds like Tom's joking about the midlife crisis, he's ripe for it ... he's about to turn 41 years old and the age range for midlife is 40 to 60 ... so he's now in the sweet spot.

Tom's boss, Lisa, is clearly not a fan ... telling us she's about to take the clippers to his new look.

Morgan Wallen made a pretty bold move before his concert in Ohio Friday ... because he's now completely bald -- as in no hair!!!

The country music singer walked out onstage at Ohio Stadium in Columbus after he shaved off his famous mullet with his head looking like a cue ball.

Morgan wore a red baseball cap ... but it couldn't hide the fact all of his hair was missing in action.

Check out video that surfaced on Tik Tok ... Morgan stopped to mention his new look in between songs, making light of the situation by saying, "I didn’t like the long hair anymore so I shaved it off." The crowd just hollered and laughed.

But some of his fans weren't having it and expressed their unhappiness with his transformation.

One person wrote on X (formerly Twitter) ... "Finding out Morgan Wallen cut his hair off just ruined my night."

Britney Spears is swearing off Botox, she says the injections make her face look like someone beat her up ... and now she's going with an alternative cosmetic treatment.

The singer hopped on Instagram for a Friday rant about Botox, recounting some harrowing experiences with the injections ... and propping up a new product she says she's really happy with.

Britney says she's done Botox in the past, with disastrous effects ... saying it made her forehead swell up and eyelids droop, to the point where she was afraid to be seen outside until the side effects subsided.

For Britney, she no longer sees the point in shelling out big bucks for Botox ... and now she's trying SiO beauty patches.

Britney says the SiO patches make her look and feel great ... and she's really pleased with the results.

Rachel Leviss hasn't shown face for the next season of "Vanderpump Rules" -- and based on where she popped up Tuesday, that's not likely to change as filming continues.

The reality TV star -- who was at the center of last season's cheating scandal, aka 'Scandoval' -- surfaced at a Massage Envy in Tucson, AZ around noon -- where she was chatting with a front desk attendant, seemingly chatting about some services for herself.

In these images, obtained by TMZ, you can see she's not really trying to go incognito ... but we're told she was somewhat soft-spoken while interacting with the employee, and trying not to draw attention.

That's a tall order when you were the biggest thing on reality TV for several months.

We know Rachel has family there, so presumably she's staying with them right now ... on the heels of checking out of a mental health facility, where we're told she'd been for 100 days.

Considering RL was by herself for this outing, with no cameras around and no sign of any other 'Vanderpump' cast members ... this supports the growing sentiment Rachel's probably skipping out altogether on filming Season 11.

Production has been underway since June, and we're already into August ... with the rest of the cast ensconced in whatever storylines have cropped up at this point. As we reported -- several cast members are feeling like it's a no-go for Rachel, and that they won't see her.

That's definitely crappy for Bravo, which almost certainly wanted her to be in the mix to keep the drama going -- but there's no telling what this season is shaping up to be with her MIA.

In the meantime, Rachel's doing what's best for her.

Business is booming ... so says Dr. Ben Talei of the Beverly Hills Center for Plastic Surgery. He told Harvey and Charles on "TMZ Live" he's working 7 days a week, because actors are using the downtime to go under the knife and recover without being noticed or missing work.

Dr. Talei says it's the A and B-listers who are swarming his office ... mostly because they can afford it. He's been doing work on some of his favorite sports stars and actors, and there's an interesting story about a famous Scientologist who went under his knife.

And here's the most fascinating part ... he says some actors made contingency plans -- if it seemed the strike wouldn't last long, they'd get minor, filler work, but if it was prolonged, they get the full monty.

Before this Philippines native in his sweater vest and bowtie turned into a beauty influencer and social media personality, he was just playing sports like volleyball, track and soccer ... and growing up in Hawaii.

Getting his start on Vine and YouTube, he would later create meme-worthy content with vlogs and beauty tutorials, and his success has been featured in several magazines ... not to mention gracing the covers of Forbes and Vogue. Both Talia Joy and Patrick Starr are two of his biggest inspirations.

Megan Fox is firing back at the people who are blasting her for sharing a GoFundMe for her friend's cancer-stricken father ... saying the haters don't understand the full story or her relationship with the friend.

The actress took to social media Thursday to explain why she is helping crowdfund for her nail technician's ailing father ... instead of ponying up the money herself, as some folks online think she should.

Megan says her nail tech didn't want her money because it would create an uncomfortable dynamic in their working relationship ... and ditto for the woman's other celeb clients.

In her IG story, Megan also questions her haters' emotional intelligence ... and ends by calling them psychos.

As we reported ... after Megan shared the GoFundMe, donations started to pour in ... but some folks questioned why Megan was asking other people for money instead of just covering all the medical expenses herself.

Kylie Jenner says she doesn't want her daughter, Stormi, to go under the knife to get breast implants ... but also admits she had that very surgery years ago and now regrets it.

KJ got candid about her boob job on the season finale of "The Kardashians," telling her pal Stassie Karanikolaou she got her breasts done at 19 -- something she's never confessed before -- just before having her first kiddo.

It's a decision she's definitely looking back at differently now, and really hopes her 5-year-old daughter doesn't follow in momma's footsteps as the years go on -- saying she'd be "heartbroken" if she did, because she's beautiful as she is.

ICYMI, Kylie addressed a long-running rumor on last week's episode that she got a lot of surgery on her face ... saying she's gotten fillers, but that's about it.

Megan Fox is offering a helping hand to a friend in need -- this after the girl's father was diagnosed with cancer ... and it seems her good work is doing wonders for the cause.

The actress and model shared the link to a GoFundMe Monday, made for 64-year-old Michael Boyce by his daughter, Brittney -- who's Megan's nail tech.

M.F. says Michael was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and is asking her fans to help chip in towards his medical expenses ... and on the site, Brittney says her dad wasn't planning on retiring and had already missed a lot of work, and will likely be missing more.

Brittney says his new prescription isn't covered by insurance, and he already had to pay $1k out of pocket -- and that's not even a month's worth -- so she's hoping the money raised for her pops will help relieve the money pressures so he can focus on getting better.

Megan's reposting seems to have boosted Michael's donations quite a bit -- in just 3 days, the GoFundMe has climbed past $7,600 -- the goal's been raised to $60k.

While Megan's sharing certainly helped, she's been facing some backlash online ... with folks saying the "millionaire" is off base to ask others to pitch in when, in their minds, she could just cough up the loot herself.

Selena Gomez just turned 31 -- and with this turning of the page, the internet's also adorning her with some big alleged news ... namely, that she's almost a billionaire.

The singer is being celebrated left and right on Twitter right now because on Saturday ... she hit the big 3-1. But more than just sending her well-wishes on her special day -- it seems like people are also congratulating her on this huge purported spike in her net worth.

The number being floated is $800 million. The site CelebrityNetWorth.com is the one that's putting this figure out there, citing the sales of her makeup line Rare Beauty as the X factor.

This new (unofficial) inflated net worth seems linked to a recent Bloomberg report, which says Selena's Rare Beauty blush, on its own, generated around $70 mil last year ... while also claiming RB is expected to fetch at least 3x that amount on this one product in 2023.

If true, it would certainly seem to somewhat back this notion that SG's net worth has, indeed, jumped significantly. Last year, her empire was valued at about $95 million, all told.

It also serves as another testament to the success celebs have found in the cosmetics game. Of course, Kylie Jenner herself became a billionaire with her highly profitable brand -- and now, it would appear Selena is following in her footsteps ... and perhaps even catching up!

Speaking of Rare Beauty, Selena shouted them out explicitly in a birthday post. She writes, "I am thankful for so much in my life and one of the things I am most thankful for is the work we’ve been able to do with the Rare Impact Fund through @Rarebeauty. Because of YOU we’ve been able to raise awareness and increase access to mental health services for young people. This is my true passion in life."

She continues, "People keep asking me what I want for my birthday, and I tell everyone the same thing please do not get me anything but if you want to do something for my birthday, please donate to the Rare Impact Fund."

Jordyn Woods and Kylie Jenner might be mending their relationship, but fans for both women aren't shy in voicing their opinions on the whole thing ... with some all for the rekindling and others totally against it.

The comment section on Jordyn's IG has become a very active chat room, where folks are expressing concerns over the model's rekindled friendship growing with Kylie. Kylie's comments are taking off too -- with a pretty mixed bag of reviews.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie and Jordyn had been hanging out for over a year, prior to their public sushi outing -- working on getting their friendship back to where it once was.

Vladimir Putin travels all around Russia by train, but no one really knew just how lavish and secure his rides are ... until now.

New photos, obtained by CNN, show what is purported to be the Russian president's 22-car "ghost train" that acts as his private chauffeur as he tours cities and towns throughout his country.

The perks are eye-popping, and they include luxurious bedrooms, opulent dining cars, a Turkish bath steam room, a state-of-the-art health club and a massage parlor with anti-aging machines.

Plus, if Vlad wants to take in a movie, he can kick back in his own private theater. And, if he chooses to speak to his staff at the Kremlin or stay up-to-date on the news, he can do that too with the high-tech communications systems right at his fingertips.

But, that's not all ... Vlad is totally protected from any assassination attempts or military offenses while he's rolling down the tracks. The train is fitted with heavily armored doors and bulletproof windows along with medical facilities and equipment just in case something goes wrong.

Furthermore ... the train reportedly costs $74 million with an additional price tag of $15.8 million in annual upkeep.

CNN received the never-before-seen train images, with apparent Russian documents, from the Dossier Center, a London-based group devoted to investigating Putin. The cable news outlet published all the information Tuesday morning.

Maria Menounos is proving her pancreatic cancer battle isn't keeping her down ... going online to show off her surgery scars, which she says actually make her smile.

The entertainment reporter and host shared the revealing pic Sunday night, showing 4 healing scars across her stomach -- saying her surgery earlier this year is something she's extremely grateful for ... sending love and thanks to everyone that helped her along the way.

She adds, "Now I see the scars that I sunscreen up carefully to protect and I smile." And, as you can imagine, she was met a lot of praise in the comments.

You'll recall, Maria announced her stage 2 pancreatic cancer diagnosis in January, but said last week that her doctors missed her tumor during an initial exam -- resulting in it doubling in size in only 2 months.

Maria said on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast she's since learned an MRI could've spotted the growth ... but is still remaining hopeful as she looks into how docs missed the lump.

Dennis Rodman's girlfriend says the NBA legend's new face tattoo featuring a portrait of her was not her idea at all ... explaining to TMZ Sports that when he first told her he wanted to get it, she thought he was "crazy!!!"

Rodman and his GF, Yella Yella, spoke all about the new artwork roughly 24 hours after the former Bulls star got it done ... and the two made it clear to us, The Worm wasn't influenced by anyone other than himself when he decided to get the ink put on his cheek.

"I actually told him not to do it," Yella Yella said. "I'm like, 'What're you doing!'"

Trinidad James is a big fan of Drake getting a fresh coat of pink for his fingernails before heading out on tour -- and he's offering to help take Drizzy's manicure to the next level.

We got the "All Gold Everything" rapper Wednesday at LAX, and asked him about Drake's unveiling of his new look.

Trinidad's been getting his nails painted and bejeweled for years ... and he's thrilled to see another mainstream artist like Drake joining the ranks. We've seen Lil Yachty and Machine Gun Kelly do their nails, but Drake's the biggest hitmaker to jump on the wave.

The way TJ sees it ... there's a gender stigma around manicures, and he says it's good for Drake to break out of the box.

As we reported, Drake showed off his pink nails Monday on social media ... right before starting his highly anticipated tour with 21 Savage.

Get this ... Trinidad says some of his nail sets cost $7,000 and he gets his nails done 4 times a month. We're confident the cost wouldn't scare off Champagne Papi if he were inclined to do that kinda upkeep.

Drake is about to hit the road on his highly-anticipated tour -- and he's doing his best to make sure he looks damn good in doing so -- stopping to get his hair and nails done.

Drizzy and 21 Savage are scheduled to kick off the "It's All a Blur" tour on July 5 in Chicago, and Drake's been teasing the whole thing with some pics from rehearsal on his social media accounts.

Well Sunday night, he also teased fans by showing off his new look -- some freshly styled hair and pink fingernails.

Unclear if Drake will keep the look for the road, but fans are certainly eating it up ... praising him for the nails and hyping up the upcoming tour.
