12:44 PM PT -- Turns out the thing Wendy ISN'T giving up during her divorce is her taste for glam. We've learned that ring on that notorious finger is not her original wedding ring, but some very serious flower bling nonetheless.

Wendy Williams isn't letting an ugly breakup and divorce get in the way of a beautiful, massive diamond ring ... and she's making sure everyone knows it.

Wendy's out on the left coast and Thursday night we got her outside Craig's, where she was having a business dinner. Photogs quickly noticed her gajillion-carat wedding ring -- hard not to, it's blinding -- and asked her about it, point-blank.

Watch the vid ... she doesn't speak much, but she says a lot by blatantly flaunting the ring to cameras.

As you know Wendy filed to divorce Kevin Hunter back in April, shortly after he and his alleged mistress had a baby. It's been a nasty split ... with Kevin getting booted from his job as executive producer on her talk show -- and more recently getting into a fight with their son, Kevin Jr.

Despite all of that, Wendy's continued rocking the rock, on and off TV. Don't read anything into it, though -- our Wendy sources say there's absolutely no reconciliation going down.

Irina Shayk is getting the hell outta dodge, and no time like the present ... with all the buzz that she and Bradley Cooper are dunzo.

The supermodel was seen Thursday leaving the L.A. home she shares with Bradley, suitcase in hand, on her way to LAX. It wasn't "I'm moving out" luggage ... just one bag -- and she was pretty smiley for cameras.

So, if they really are breaking up after 4 years together ... Irina's doing a good job of at least looking unfazed by it.

Irina and Bradley started dating in 2015 and they had a baby girl, Lea De Seine, 2 years later.

It's unclear if Irina was intentionally going for a "Ghostbusters" look with her travel ensemble, but -- apologies to Bill Murray -- no one's ever done it better.

Joey Fatone is ending things with his wife of nearly 15 years, filing for divorce ... TMZ has confirmed.

The 'NSYNC star filed legal docs on May 13 in Florida stating he wants out of his marriage with Kelly Baldwin. They got married in September 2004 and have two kids together. Joey told Us Weekly at the Critics' Choice Awards he'd been separated and was going through divorce.

He attended the shindig with his GF, Izabel Araujo, whom he's been in a relationship for a little over 4 years. They celebrated their anniversary back in October. Izabel's posted TONS of pics with Joey on her Instagram and they've gone on some dope vacations together.

Further proof Joey and Izabel have been serious ... she attended last year's ceremony when 'NSYNC got its star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Joey and Kelly had been dating on and off for about 10 years before tying the knot. This was Joey's first marriage.

10:05 AM PT -- We've now obtained video of the incident in which it's clear to see David is the one jawing at Nathan before he drives off ... you can also see him "flip the bird" during his exit.

Jenelle Evans' husband, David Eason, rolled up on her ex, Nathan Griffith, to talk some smack after the latest custody hearing -- a move that could trigger a restraining order ... against David.

Jenelle's baby daddies came face-to-face Tuesday in the Columbus County Courthouse parking lot in North Carolina ... right after the troubled couple wrapped up the hearing. Nathan was chatting with our guy when Jenelle and David drove by.

Check out the audio ... you hear our photog notice people in the vehicle recording video, and then realizes it's David and Jenelle. You hear David ask Nathan, "You hanging out with the paparazzi?"

A short exchange ensued before the couple drove off ... but not before David flipped the bird. Nathan said the encounter would prompt him to file a restraining order -- though nothing's been filed yet.

It was just the latest confrontation outside the courthouse after a long day in court. As we first reported ... Jenelle and her mom, Barbara, also had a testy exchange.

Barbara insinuated the only reason Jenelle's being so motherly with her 2-year-old daughter, Ensley, is because cameras were rolling. Jenelle shot back saying Barbara blocked her number.

As we reported ... Nathan showed up with his and Jenelle's 4-year-old son, Kaiser. It's unclear if 9-year-old Jace made it to court. Jenelle and David enrolled in couples therapy in an attempt to get their kids back. David will also undergo a psych evaluation to determine what is at the core of his anger issues.

As you know ... all of Jenelle's kids were removed after a judge decided there were serious issues with the couple that put the kids at risk. Jenelle, however, has remained by David's side.

Madonna just whiffed on her chance to shut down the sale of an old jailhouse letter from Tupac ... and now it looks like she's gonna have to watch as tons of her personal items hit the auction block.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Madonna just lost her appeal to slam the brakes on the sale of the letter. A New York State Appeals Court ruled Madonna can't pursue claims against Darlene Lutz, her old pal and art consultant, or GottaHaveRockandRoll.com -- the online auction house to which Lutz consigned the items for sale.

Tuesday's court ruling opens the door for the sale of some of Madonna's intimate personal items, including the breakup note from her ex-boyfriend, Tupac.

As we reported ... last year a judge tossed out Madonna's lawsuit to stop the sale, saying a release she signed way back in 2004 means she couldn't sue over the letter's sale.

The appellate court upheld the judge's ruling in a 5-0 decision, saying Madonna's claims are blocked by the "very broad" release.

In his handwritten breakup letter, Tupac confesses he ended his sexual relationship with Madonna because she's white. Next month, it's finally going up for auction.

"Fast N' Loud" star Richard Rawlings likes to move fast -- he's in the fast cars biz after all -- and introducing to the world his new bae and love of his life.

We got Richard out Sunday leaving Craig's in WeHo where we couldn't help but notice him surrounded by two beautiful ladies but only one who revs his engine ... his new, smokin' hot GF!! The other equally gorgeous woman is his pal and fellow car-freak, Courtney Hansen, host of the History Channel's "The Ride That Got Away."

Three months after the exes tied the knot in a spur of the moment Las Vegas wedding ... they are officially divorced. According to court records, the judge in Clark County, NV granted their divorce on Friday, May 31.

Remember, Nic had filed for an annulment of the marriage -- 4 days after their "I dos" -- claiming the union was based on fraud, because Erika didn't disclose a couple little things: her criminal history and her relationship with another person.

The marriage was rocky almost immediately. Hours after the March 23 wedding they were fighting very publicly near the valet at the Bellagio.

We also got pics of them in a heated argument moments prior to getting married.

Erika opposed Nic's move to annul, and a month later filed docs saying the marriage was not only totally legit, but also that she wanted spousal support -- for 4 days of marriage.

Based on the docs, it seems Nic failed to score the annulment, and settled for a good old fashioned divorce. It's unclear if Erika is getting support. We've got calls into Nic's reps.

Bottom line is they're both single and ready to mingle. Hopefully not anywhere near a Vegas chapel.

Fergie's had enough of the separated life ... she and Josh Duhamel are finally getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.

Fergie filed divorce docs Friday in Pasadena, and no one could call it a rash move. The exes have been apart publicly since September 2017 ... when they announced they were breaking up. In a joint statement, they said they'd actually been separated since earlier in 2017.

However, neither made a move divorce-wise ... until now.

The singer and actor have one child together ... their son Axl, who is 5 years old now.

They'd been married for 8 years before announcing their break-up -- and they had started dating in 2004.

Josh has been dating pretty openly. In the last year, he's been seen out with Rebekah Graf, Eiza Gonzalez ... and just this week he was at Nobu in Malibu with a mystery brunette.

Joe Roth, one of the most prolific producers in Hollywood who's producing the upcoming "Maleficent," has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Joe, whose credits include "Snow White and the Huntsman," "Oz the Great and Powerful," Charlie Sheen's "Anger Management," "Heavy Weights" and "The Forgotten," filed Friday and his wife, Irene, filed her response at the same time.

Joe, the former Chairman of Walt Disney Studios, and Irene are both requesting joint custody of their 2 kids, a boy and a girl.

There's a lot of money on the line. Joe is the majority owner of the Seattle Sounders major league soccer team along with billionaire Paul Allen.

Based on the docs, it has all the signs the divorce has already been mediated. The address of the law firm is that of disso queen Laura Wasser, whose M.O. is to mediate and then file both a petition and response at the same time.

According to the docs, the issue of spousal support has not been resolved, however, based on what appears to be a full mediation, it seems like the book is closed on all financial issues.

9:17 AM PT -- Jeff is apparently very supportive of MacKenzie's pledge, saying, "MacKenzie is going to be amazing and thoughtful and effective at philanthropy, and I'm proud of her. Her letter is so beautiful. Go get 'em MacKenzie."

MacKenzie Bezos is taking her half of her nearly $37 billion divorce settlement with Jeff Bezos, and giving it all away ... to charity.

MacKenzie announced on Tuesday morning she was signing The Giving Pledge ... vowing to donate at least $17 billion. She became the 3rd richest woman in the world when she and the Amazon founder made their divorce official less than 2 months ago -- so she wasted almost no time deciding what to do with her fortune.

Her decision to join the likes of Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett in signing The Giving Pledge -- aside from being incredibly generous -- also puts her ex-husband in a conspicuous position.

Jeff had been widely criticized, as recently as last year, for not signing the Pledge. He's the only billionaire among the top 5 richest Americans to NOT sign it. MacKenzie signing so quickly after the divorce makes it seem like, she wanted to all along.

BTW, Buffet has already pledged more than $45 billion, and Melinda and Bill are forking over $46 bil.

As you know, MacKenzie and Jeff announced their split back in January, when Jeff went public about his relationship with TV host Lauren Sanchez. The divorce was hammered out in record time -- considering they were divvying up the world's largest fortune -- and in April they reached the settlement.

In her letter, MacKenzie wrote, "My approach to philanthropy will continue to be thoughtful. It will take time and effort and care. But I won’t wait. And I will keep at it until the safe is empty.”

The "I won't wait" ... sure seems like a message to someone whose name might rhyme with Schmeff Schmezos.

Khloe Kardashian says as devastating as her divorce to Lamar Odom was ... she'd absolutely get hitched again ... but that requires a date or 2, and at least for now that's not in the cards.

Khlo got super personal with Disso Queen Laura Wasser on her podcast, "Divorce Sucks!" which drops Monday. Laura asks her straight-up -- would she be open to tying the knot yet again?

Check out Khloe's answer -- it takes an interesting turn. She says she was heartbroken when her marriage to Lamar fell apart ... and it seems it affected her even more than her super difficult breakup with Tristan Thompson.

Kylie Jenner and her ex-bestie have a little more closure in their relationship ... because Jordyn Woods' belongings are no longer in her guest house.

Sources close to Kylie tell TMZ ... Jordyn came by and picked up her stuff about a week and a half ago, months after her hookup with Khloe's baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, got her ex-communicated from the Kardashian family.

We're told the reason it took so long is that Kylie was super chill about the situation ... but somebody else in the family wasn't. Our sources say that the person -- we're not allowed to say who -- recently noticed Jordyn's stuff was still there and thought it was ridiculous and disrespectful ... like she was using Kylie's pad for storage.

Kylie decided to get Jordyn to get her stuff out quickly after that ... to keep the peace in her fam.

We're told Kylie wasn't home when Jordyn came over, but the housekeeper let her in and there were no issues. As we've told you, the 2 have remained amicable throughout the ordeal even though they're not as close as they used to be. Our sources say they still text each other on occasion, as well.

Jordyn and her mom -- especially her mom -- have even come out and praised Kylie and others in the fam and said they have love for everyone.

Khloe Kardashian says she tries to keep the peace around her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, for the sake of their kid ... who she believes can sense when something's amiss.

The Kardashian dished with Disso Queen Laura Wasser on her hit podcast, 'Divorce Sucks!' which drops Monday. Khloe and Tristan weren't married, but they share a child together ... and definitely went through a nasty breakup that might as well have been a divorce.

Khloe tells Laura she monitors the energy she puts out around baby True, who -- at only 13 months old -- can still pick up on bad vibes ... according to her mom.

That's why Khloe says she didn't have an issue with Tristan coming to True's first birthday party last month -- where she says they were civil with each other and made it work.

More importantly, Khloe says she wants to afford her daughter the same types of experiences and memories she had growing up ... and Daddy's gotta be a part of that.

Bottom line for Khloe ... she'll do what it takes for her daughter, and that includes putting on a happy face when needed. Anything for mommy's little girl, it seems!!!

5/9 8:50 AM PT -- According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Leah says they separated on April 17, 2019. She's asking the court to award neither her or A.J. spousal support.

A.J. Trauth -- who rose to fame playing Alan Twitty on "Even Stevens" -- is getting divorced from his actress wife after nearly 5 years of marriage.

A.J.'s wife, Leah Marie Trauth, filed divorce docs Wednesday ... but the reason behind the split remains unclear.

The former couple tied the knot back in December 2014 in a ceremony in Santa Barbara. They did not have any kids together.

A.J. and Leah first met when they were teenagers, and their relationship turned romantic in 2011 ... about two and a half years later, A.J. got down on one knee to propose and they got engaged on Christmas Day in 2013.

On "Even Stevens" A.J.'s character was best friends with Louis Stevens, played by Shia LaBeouf. He appeared in 57 episodes across 3 seasons.

Leah is also a Disney alum ... and she was in the 2004 Disney movie "Pixel Perfect." Leah also starred in the slasher film "Sorority Row" as well as the CW's "The Originals."

Donnell Rawlings says Pete Davidson can't have it both ways -- if he's gonna bang bad bitches, he can't dodge the personal jabs from haters that come along with it.

We got the comedian at LAX and asked what he thought about Pete bailing on a stand-up gig in Connecticut after the owner mentioned Ariana Grande and Kate Beckinsale's names while warning the crowd not to heckle.

Some people -- Pete included, probably -- might think this is harsh, but Donnell's take is ... you picked this life, so deal with it. Still, the advice comes with a bit of love, and he has a suggestion on how Pete handle the heat, and turn it to his advantage. Check out the clip.
