Josie Canseco says she has completely blocked her ex-MLB slugger dad out of her life ... that is, until the former Bash Brother stops publicly feuding with her ex, Logan Paul.

Of course, 56-year-old Jose Canseco has been going after the 25-year-old Internet superstar for months on social media ... vowing to whoop the dude's ass over his breakup with Josie.

Now, Jose's model daughter is finally breaking her silence on her dad's "f***ing rampage" on Twitter ... calling the whole situation "selfishly embarrassing."

"When it comes back to character, integrity, I don't f*** with those selfish moves," Josie said on the "Between Good & Evil" podcast with Charlotte D'Alessio.

"It's just embarrassing. What are you doing, father? Dad, help. Explain to me, please. Why are you being this way?"

Josie says she told Jose exactly how she felt about the beef with Logan ... and it wasn't pretty.

"I went off, I ripped him a new a**hole," Josie said ... adding Jose clapped back by telling her she had no control over his social media antics.

Josie explained her frustration about the whole ordeal ... saying, "I don't f*** with that fake internet s***. I just do not care. I don't need press. I don't need publicity. I don't care to be famous. I don't care for attention."

As for her relationship with Paul, Josie admits the couple "went through some s***," but still have love for each other and remain very close.

In other words, Josie is accusing her dad of making the breakup seem more dramatic to get more hype around a potential fight with Logan.

"I'm just like, 'Fine, then I won't speak to you as long as you're doing this and bringing in my personal life, my relationship, to your social media for attention and for money and for clout.

"It's obviously, definitely weird."

The MVP of Super Bowl LIII opened up about his current relationship with TB12 on Barstool Sports' "Pardon My Take" podcast ... comparing it to a marriage.

"It’s kind of like a relationship, or a marriage, where you grew apart but you still love each other," Edelman says.

"You still may have a couple kids [read: championships]. We have 3 kids. So there’s still communication of what you guys are going through and how you’re doing but you both got your own lives that you have to keep on going towards and that's kind of how it's like."

Edelman says he still roots for Tom and his other former Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski -- "I wanna see those guys do well. It's awesome seeing Gronk and Tommy doing well and playing and making big plays ... it's obviously, definitely weird, but it is what it is."

Edelman was also asked when he thinks 43-year-old Tom will hang up his cleats for good -- and spoiler alert, don't hold your breath.

"I don't know what his plan is, but knowing him -- it's all in [when] that little fire turns off in his little chest and I don’t think that things gonna be turning off here soon."

Edelman began his career with Tom Brady when he was selected by the Patriots in the 7th round of the 2009 NFL Draft.

The proverbial honeymoon phase is over for Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas, because they've split up ... TMZ has confirmed.

The two actors called it quits recently, with Ana apparently being the one to break it off with Ben. Word is the uncoupling is amicable, and there are no hard feelings. A source connected to the couple tells TMZ ... Ben is in a good place with his family and career, and not hanging his head over the split.

ADA and Ben were getting along swimmingly for almost a year ... first being linked together back in March of last year, and showing PDA all over town in different settings. Ben even introduced Ana to his kids, and she appeared to have moved in with him too.

The pair met while shooting a movie they were both starring in, "Deep Water," and eventually took a vacay to Ana's native country, Cuba. Things got serious pretty quickly -- not only did Ben integrate her into his family life, but they were regularly walking their dogs together.

The last time Ben and Ana were seen together was this past November.

Jose Canseco is putting a fight with Logan Paul on the backburner -- for now -- 'cause the ex-MLB slugger has agreed to a boxing match with Barstool Sports intern Billy Football!!

Remember, Jose has called out the oldest Paul bro for months, saying he wants to get violent payback after his daughter, Josie, and Logan's split "left me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth."

But, TMZ Sports has now confirmed, Jose has 100% agreed to get in the ring with the "Pardon My Take" podcast contributor first ... with the 2 slated to face off during Barstool's "Rough 'N Rowdy" boxing event during Super Bowl weekend.

PMT first reported the news on Wednesday's episode of the podcast ... saying the paperwork has been signed and the fight will officially go down on Feb. 5 in West Virginia.

"There's a very good chance he dies in the ring," Billy said ... "I would commit manslaughter, I wouldn’t commit murder."

"For the record, I have no intent to kill him."

So, how'd we get here?? PMT co-host Big Cat says he initially wanted to fight Canseco 2 years ago ... but now that time has passed, he offered his intern in return -- and Jose accepted!!

We spoke with Jose ... who says the fight is just a warmup for the guy he REALLY wants.

"Logan Paul, I am coming for you after I wreck this guy," Canseco told us.

Of course, Jose has a little bit of fighting history under his belt -- he famously fought 7'2" South Korean MMA star, Hong-man Choi, back in 2009.

Zoë Kravitz has filed for divorce ... just 18 months after she married Karl Glusman.

Zoë filed for divorce 2 days before Christmas ... this according to PEOPLE.

It's a stunning turn ... just this past summer they celebrated their 1-year wedding anniversary, posting a pic from their wedding day.

The 2 started dating in late 2016, and it became quite the thing. When they married in June 2019 at her father, Lenny Kravitz's Paris home, it became a coveted invite, for the likes of Reese Witherspoon, Denzel Washington, Laura Dern, Shailene Woodley, Chris Pine, Cara Delevigne and Marisa Tomei.

As you know both are actors ... Zoë, stars in "Big Little Lies," and Karl's in "Nocturnal Animals."

Justin Hartley is ringing in the new year by unveiling his new romance.

The "This is Us" star just posted a pic of him celebrating New Year's Eve with Sofia Pernas in their "quarantine den." You can see from the pics ... Justin has clearly moved on.

Justin posted, "Last minutes of 2020 here in LA. Bring on 2021! Happy New Year!" They dressed up for the pic, despite it being shot in a kitchen.

They've been dating for a while, and dropping clues along the way. Sofia posted a pic of a dude leaning on a countertop, cigar and drink in hand, with the caption "Easy like Sunday mornin." He responded with a pic of himself poolside with a dog with a similar caption, "Paisley like Sunday mornin."

The 2 have history ... both were on "The Young and the Restless," along with his estranged wife Chrishell Stause.

As we reported, Justin filed for divorce last year ... a move that stunned Chrishell. She said she had no warning, although she later said he'd threatened to leave many times before.

Dr. Dre has just laid out the prenup his wife does not acknowledge ... a prenup that literally put up a financial wall between them at the beginning of their marriage.

According to the prenup, which was filed with the court and obtained by TMZ, all property they acquired from the beginning of the 1996 marriage is separate -- what he acquires is his, and what Nicole Young acquires is hers.

The prenup also says Nicole does not waive her right to spousal support. That means even if the prenup holds up in court, Nicole can get a hefty monthly sum.

As for that monthly sum, Nicole is asking the court for $2 million a month in spousal support. But, in these new legal docs, Dre's lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, says Dre has voluntarily paid all of Nicole's expenses since they split. The docs say he pays for the Malibu estate where she's staying, security and when she wants cash, a messenger delivers it. Dre says $2 mil a month is ridiculous. His CPA filed a declaration saying her actual monthly expenses total $293,306.

As for Nicole's lawyers asking for $5 million in attorney's fees, Dre is calling BS, saying he's already voluntarily paid nearly a million dollars in Nicole's lawyer's fees, and he adds the divorce wasn't even filed until June. Nicole's lawyers also have sent Dre's lawyer a letter saying they're owed another $1.5 mil to date ... something Dre says is ridiculous. According to the docs, Dre has paid Nicole's lawyers more than his own lawyers.

As for Nicole's claims of emotional and physical abuse, Dre squarely denies all of them.

It appears there's finally a light at the end of the tunnel for the nasty back and forth between "Dancing With The Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko and his wife, Elena Samodanova ... she's filed for divorce.

Elena submitted divorce docs Tuesday in L.A. ... the two got married back in 2006 and have two children together.

Elena's filing caps a long year of a very nasty and public split between the two. At one point, fans speculated that Gleb and "Selling Sunset" star Chrishell Stause were seeing each other ... the two were partners on 'DWTS' before Chrishell was eliminated.

While it was never confirmed that Gleb and Chrishell were anything beyond friends, they've definitely stayed in touch, and recently vacationed to Mexico in a group that included Gleb's girlfriend Cassie Screbo and Chrishell's new boyfriend, Keo Motsepe, who is also a 'DWTS' pro.

Demi Lovato's heartsick ex-fiance has found love again -- or maybe it's just a rebound -- but he's definitely trying to make it look like he's moved on.

Max Ehrich hit the beach with blazing hot Mariah Angeliq. They took a sunset stroll at the South Pointe Park Pier Friday in Miami Beach and looked, well, cozy. They were there with singer Lele Pons.

Last we saw Max, he was fretting in the sands of Malibu, appearing crestfallen in the wake of his breakup with Demi ... a breakup which he claims he only became aware of through tabloids, although she strongly denies it. Max, like Trump, seemed to have trouble letting go.

Demi seemed super annoyed by Max's post-breakup antics, and even leaked a song about their breakup.

Sofia Richie is doing her best to give Scott Disick second thoughts ... she's looking sexy as hell on an island getaway.

Here's an idea of what Lord Disick is missing out on ... Sofia's slipping into tiny bikinis while on vacay in the Bahamas with her pops, Lionel Richie. If the crystal-clear water, blue skies and soft sand weren't enough to make Scott nostalgic ... Sofia's wardrobe, or lack thereof, oughta do the job.

It's a phenomenon we normally like to call post-breakup hotness, but let's call it like it is ... Sofia's always been smoking hot.

TMZ broke the stories ... Scott and Sofia officially broke up back in August after trying, but failing to work things out, and just last week he hit the beach with a new squeeze with famous parents -- Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin's 19-year-old daughter, Amelia Hamlin.

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are no longer an item ... the couple's reportedly called it quits after a lengthy engagement, during which they started a family.

The actors secretly ended things at the beginning of this year, though they've been able to successfully co-parent their 2 young children ... according to People. The report also describes the breakup as amicable.

Sudeikis and Wilde first started dating in 2011, and Jason proposed the next year. Olivia said yes ... but, barring reconciliation, there won't be a walk down the aisle.

They were last seen together in September, and the pics of them on a Malibu beach appear to show they've remained friends after the split ... or maybe even tried to work things out. It doesn't appear their kids -- 6-year-old Otis and 4-year-old Daisy -- were with them on the beach trip.

We reached out to reps for both Jason and Olivia ... so far, no word back.

What a difference a week makes ...

Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr are apparently BACK ON -- just one week after Parr announced they had broken up so Lamar could focus on his personal issues.

The two hopped on a plane early Thursday morning for a quick romantic getaway. Unclear where they were headed, but once they touched down, the two posed or a kissy face photo, seemingly to show social media they're back together and happy.

Parr says they are celebrating the 1-year anniversary of their engagement -- so, is that back too?

Remember, it was just a week ago Sabrina went public about their split -- suggesting Odom is still dealing with personal demons that were getting in the way of their relationship.

"Y'all know I'm honest and transparent so I have to be the first to let you guys know that I am no longer engaged to Lamar," Sabrina Parr posted last Wednesday night on IG.

"Lamar has some things that he alone needs to work through," Parr said ...adding, "I love him dearly but I am no longer able to be by his side while he seeks the help he so desperately needs."

So, what changed? We're trying to find out.

40-year-old Odom had proposed to Parr (a fitness and life coach) at Myles Chefetz's Prime 112 restaurant in Miami back in November while dining with pal Nene Leakes.

Lamar Odom's fiancee says she's called off their engagement -- and is raising new concerns that he's backsliding in life.

"Y'all know I'm honest and transparent so I have to be the first to let you guys know that I am no longer engaged to Lamar," Sabrina Parr posted Wednesday night on IG.

"This has been a difficult decision for me to make but it is the best for myself and my children."

Here's the troubling part ...

"Lamar has some things that he alone needs to work through," Parr said.

"I love him dearly but I am no longer able to be by his side while he seeks the help he so desperately needs."

Parr did not specify what she's concerned about -- but Odom's issues are no secret. He's struggled with substance abuse over the years and nearly died from an overdose during a 2015 incident at a Nevada brothel.

"I wish him all the best and I am asking that you pray for everyone involved," Parr added.

Lil Wayne is single once again -- his GF, model Denise Bidot, is moving on ... and it sounds like his endorsement of President Trump was the last straw.

Denise deleted her IG account Tuesday, but before she went dark, there were a bunch of signs of trouble spotted by Internet sleuths. For starters, folks noticed at some point that Mr. Carter and Ms. Bidot stopped following each other.

Then there was Denise's not-so-cryptic meme post that read, "Sometimes love just isn't enough." However, blogger Love B. Scott is reporting Weezy's love for Trump was the problem -- specifically, last week's meeting/photo-op with DT was the last straw for Denise.

Weirdly, Wayne hasn't scrubbed old pics of Denise from his IG feed just yet -- a go-to move of famous exes.

It's not entirely clear how long they've been an item, but they've only been Instagram official since the summer -- and have been very open with their PDA, sometimes to the chagrin of Wayne's kids.

Cassie Randolph apparently no longer feels threatened by her ex Colton Underwood ... 'cause she dropped the restraining order against him ... in fact, she's dropped everything.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Cassie dismissed the restraining order with prejudice, meaning she can't refile it.  We're also told the police investigation is being dropped -- per her request.

Colton tells TMZ, "Today Cassie asked the court to dismiss the temporary restraining order against me. The two of us were able to reach a private agreement to address any of Cassie’s concerns. I do not believe Cassie did anything wrong in filing for the restraining orders and also believe she acted in good faith. I appreciate everyone’s respect for privacy regarding this matter."

As we reported ... Cassie filed a police report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. claiming the "Bachelor" star put a tracking device on her car.

Remember, she had made these allegations last month when she filed for a restraining order against Colton. TMZ broke the story ... Cassie claimed her brother found the tracking device taped to the bottom of her car's back bumper. As for why Colton allegedly did that ... Cassie claimed he was trying to track her whereabouts long after they had broken up.

Revenge bod???

Not exactly ... but LSU football coach Ed Orgeron says now that he's single, he's been filling his spare time by running like crazy!

As we previously reported, Coach O and his longtime wife, Kelly, split back in February ... right after he led the Tigers to a National Championship.

Orgeron says he kinda had a "Forrest Gump" moment -- explaining that with the pandemic and his breakup, he just felt like running one day.

"During the COVID, we had a lot of time off -- and I'm single now so I have a lot of time," Coach O said on Barstool's "Pardon My Take" podcast.

"So, I decided to start running 2 hours a day on the weekends -- 2 hours on Friday, 2 hours on Saturday, 2 hours on Sunday ... in the sun at 12 o'clock."

The 59-year-old says he's lost 25 pounds so far (amazing!) -- and admits he feels a lot better these days.

Coach O also says he doesn't like running with headphones -- so, what does he think about when he's on a jog?

"Everything passes through my mind. I get clarity. I get ideas for work. I get ideas for recruiting … I think about my family, I think about other things. I enjoy it. It's been fun."

Coach O admits he gets heckled for his less-than-blazing pace -- but he just laughs it off.

"It's a slow man’s run. I've been ridiculed for that. But, you know what I told 'em? When you’re 59, you run like you walk!"
