Kanye West says he never screwed his ex-business manager out of a payday in a new countersuit ... firing back with claims their arrangement came about when he was stressed out and in the middle of his divorce.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained docs filed by Kanye and his Yeezy brand ... where he claims the deal he struck with Thomas St. John isn't enforceable because he signed it without help from a lawyer when he was "sleep-deprived, stressed, anxious, and under duress."

According to the lawsuit, Ye says he met St. John around March 2022 -- and they sketched out a deal that would place him on a $300k monthly retainer.

Kanye admits the two met during one of his many social media meltdowns -- and St. John swooped in as a respected biz manager who could steer the ship back on course.

Although Ye admits to signing a document with St. John in May 2022 ... he claims he did so without the presence and counsel of his lawyers, and as his high-profile divorce with Kim Kardashian was taking a serious toll.

Ye also says the increased volume of paparazzi encounters amid the divorce was causing sleep deprivation, stress and anxiousness.

Ye is also complaining about a clause in the "barebones" agreement that prevented St. John from being terminated for at least the first 18 months ... essentially guaranteeing his bank account stayed stacked with Ye's funds.

Ne-Yo says he's in a happy place these days, and it's all about the single life and flying free as a bird!!!

We linked with the Grammy-winner Wednesday at LAX, and he had plenty of dating advice to spread, now that his divorce is finally in his rearview ... as we first reported.

According to Ne-Yo, the single life has been enjoyable so far and he has plenty of dating options ... as he's not exclusive to one particular person.

He says his DMs are flooded with plenty of potential girlfriends ... and, maybe surprisingly, he reveals he's down to date fans!

Ne-Yo admits most celebs, himself included, are kinda weirdos ... so having someone "normal" by your side can be a plus. However, he also says there are benefits to dating someone famous, because they get the pressure that comes with the spotlight.

Basically, it sounds like he's open to anyone, regardless of status, who floats his boat!!!

Shannen Doherty is pulling the plug on her 11-year marriage, filing for divorce from Kurt Iswarienko ... and we're told things are nasty behind the scenes.

Shannen filed docs, obtained by TMZ, Friday in L.A. stating the two have been split up since back in January ... they were married in October 2011 and did not have any kids together.

Shannen's rep, Leslie Sloane, tells TMZ ... "Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted. Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other option. You can contact Kurt's agent, Collier Grimm at PICTUREKID as she is intimately involved." Not hard to read between the lines.

Sources close to the estranged couple tell us Shannen's living with stage 4 cancer and the divorce is very acrimonious ... which makes things all the more difficult.

According to the docs, filed by Disso Queen Laura Wasser, Shannen is asking for spousal support, but for it not to be awarded to Kurt. We're told there was no prenup.

Drake Bell's wife is throwing in the towel on their marriage ... because she just filed to divorce the actor.

The "Drake & Josh" star's estranged wife, Janet Von Schmeling, booked it to court this week and filed for divorce after 4 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Janet says they separated back in September ... and she's going with the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Drake and Janet have one child together, one-year-old Wyatt Bell, and the docs say Janet is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their kid. She wants Drake to be granted visitation rights.

Janet's also seeking spousal support.

The divorce filing comes on the heels of Drake being reported missing by police in Florida earlier this month ... with a family member calling cops and claiming Drake was threatening suicide in response to child custody issues with Janet.

Drake was hanging with his son the day before police said he was MIA and "considered missing and endangered."

David Charvet, known as Matt Brody on "Baywatch" and Craig Field on "Melrose Place," is being investigated for allegedly making criminal threats ... after an apparent blowout with his ex-GF.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the actor's a suspect in a recent criminal threats report made by ex-girlfriend Katie Boskovich. We're told the 2 recently called it quits but got into a heated discussion last week, arguing about each other's lifestyles.

We're told Boskovich claimed at one point in the argument, David said that this won't end well for her -- which apparently made her fearful. She filed a police report and now the LAPD is investigating the incident.

We're told this will probably land in the prosecutor's office once the investigation wraps and they'll make a decision on whether to file a case or not.

TMZ broke the story, David and his ex-wife Brooke Burke finalized their divorce in 2020, agreeing to a 50/50 split of physical and legal custody of their kids. We also saw David packing on some PDA with another woman in St. Barts about a year before getting divorced.

"Smallville" star Erica Durance is leaving her Clark Kent ... because she and her husband, actor David Palffy, have split.

A rep for Erica, who played Lois Lane on the superhero TV show, tells TMZ ... "David and Erica have decided to amicably separate."

The date of separation is unclear ... ditto for the reason behind the split ... but it doesn't appear Erica or David have filed divorce docs, at least not yet.

In a joint statement, Erica and David say ... "Out of respect for our children that's all that will be conveyed at this time. Thank you in advance for your understanding as we navigate the next chapter in our lives."

The relationship has been the subject of fan speculation recently ... it's been a while since Erica's posted with David on social media, and she was spotted not wearing her wedding ring last week at the Canadian Screen Awards, all while making cryptic posts online.

Erica and David started dating way back in 2001, and in 2005 they tied the knot. They have two sons together, an 8-year-old and a 6-year-old.

Before, Erica was married to Wesley Parker from 1996 to 1999 ... but it ended in divorce.

The wife of Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds is officially divorcing him ... after the estranged couple announced their separation last year.

According to court records, Dan's wife Aja Volkman filed Tuesday in L.A., pulling the plug on a marriage that lasted over a decade. They have four kids together.

As we reported, the soon-to-be exes called it quits in September, and a couple months later Dan was linked to his new GF Minka Kelly.

We've seen them on a handful of dates since then -- from grabbing dinner to holding hands on a walk to some lunchtime PDA.

"One Tree Hill" star Shantel VanSanten's actor hubby is calling it quits on their marriage ... filing for divorce after the couple said "I Do" less than 2 years ago, and they said it a whopping 3 times.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Shantel's husband Victor Webster filed for divorce in January, citing their date of separation as the 10th.

They don't have any kids together, and the reason for their split is unclear -- he didn't even check the box for "irreconcilable differences" in the divorce docs.

The now-estranged couple was super into each other back in 2021 when they tied the knot -- holding wedding ceremonies not once, not twice, but 3 times. The first one being an intimate courthouse marriage on Shantel's grandparents' wedding anniversary.

They followed it up with a Napa wedding, and then a third and final time in her hometown of Luverne, Minnesota.

Fans were quick to notice a similarity between the woman's features and Kim Kardashian's. While it seemed like a stretch for Kim K to be in the pics, Drake also sampled Kim's voice in the song ... so people thought it was possible.

However, we've learned the mystery woman is Lilah, an artist who has gotten major props from OVO in the past.

SiriusXM's Sound 42 premiered a new Drizzy record titled "Rescue Me" on Friday, which features audio of Kim Kardashian from the series finale of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" ... detailing the moment she knew she wanted a divorce from Ye with Kris Jenner.

You hear Kim drop the line ... "I didn’t come this far just to come this far and not be happy. Remember that," as Drake lyrically croons about whisking away a damsel into a life of luxury.

Fan speculation carried Drake's buzz into his curtain-closing Dreamville Fest performance, where he brought out GloRilla, Lil Uzi Vert and his upcoming It's All a Blur Tour costar 21 Savage while performing a barrage of hits.

Reese Witherspoon has officially filed for divorce from Jim Toth, citing irreconcilable differences ... and dividing up the assets won't be a problem.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Reese pulled the plug on her 12-year marriage to Toth in Nashville, Tennessee, where the couple was raising their 10-year-old child.

In the docs, Reese says she and Jim signed a prenup in March 2011, adding the agreement is valid, providing "adequate and sufficient provisions" for their assets and debts.

The actress says she will submit the prenup and a permanent parenting plan for the care of their child to the judge for approval.

Side note ... like all Davidson County divorce cases involving a child, Reese and James will now have to enroll in a mandatory parenting class. They have 60 days to submit a certificate of completion to the court.

As we reported ... Reese announced the split with her actor/producer husband on Instagram last week, saying they thought long and hard about the difficult decision to divorce. She also went down memory lane a bit, talking about their mutual love and respect, before mentioning their biggest priority was their son.

Bam Margera went on a tear, screaming at his estranged wife in a Burbank restaurant as she ate with their child ... minutes before his public intoxication arrest.

The video shows a clearly agitated Bam going nuclear Wednesday on Nikki Boyd, and it appears he's upset because she's not allowing him to spend time with their 5-year-old son, Phoenix.

At one point, Bam tells Nikki, "Phoenix has his own mind." Bam says his son wants to see him and yells at his estranged wife, "Let him have his own mind," punctuating his claim by stomping on the ground.

Before storming out of the restaurant, Bam screams at Nikki, "Why are you making me wait f****** five days? F****** f***!!!"

Remember ... when Nikki filed for legal separation from Bam back in February, she asked for both legal and physical custody of their son ... because she says Bam was not sober during a previous visit with Phoenix.

Folks inside the restaurant tell us Bam came in by himself and approached the table where Nikki and Phoenix were sitting ... speaking with her for a little while before losing his cool.

TMZ broke the story ... cops in Burbank responded Wednesday to a call for a disturbance at a Thai food restaurant, and when they got there they found Bam arguing with his wife. Bam was arrested for public intoxication.

The former "Jackass" star recently vowed to be a more present father, even getting Phoenix's name tattooed on his face.

Bam Margera was arrested after allegedly making a scene at a restaurant where his estranged wife and son were eating ... and cops say Bam was drunk in public.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police in Burbank got a call around 3:45 PM Wednesday for a disturbance at a Thai food restaurant, and when officers arrived they found the "Jackass" star arguing with a woman, with the dispute getting louder and louder.

Our sources say when police got to the restaurant, Bam was unable to take care of himself and was arrested and booked for misdemeanor public intoxication.

There's video on social media showing Bam at the restaurant, and he's clearly upset. The footage shows Margera walking in and out of the restaurant while cops look on.

At one point, in the clip posted to Instagram Live by comedian Evan Breen, you see Bam take a seat on a curb while he speaks to officers.

One witness told us Bam's estranged wife, Nikki, and his 5-year-old son, Phoenix, were also inside the restaurant ... but cops aren't saying if Nikki was the woman arguing with Bam.

TMZ broke the story, Nikki filed for legal separation from Bam back in February -- after she claims he didn't appear to be sober during a visit he was supposed to have with Phoenix.

We were also the first to report Bam's domestic violence arrest earlier this month after a woman claimed he kicked her.

Eva Marcille is throwing in the towel on her marriage with Michael Sterling ... 'cause she wants a divorce.

The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star just filed docs in Georgia, obtained by TMZ, asking the judge to officially end her marriage. She also makes clear that she and Michael are currently separated.

In the paperwork, Eva doesn't cite or specify any given reason for the divorce -- other than to say the marriage is irretrievably broken and there's no chance of reconciliation, which is essentially irreconcilable differences. She does, however, lay out what she'd like to see when it comes to their three minor children, who are all younger than 10 years old ... EM is asking for legal and primary physical custody.

Eva says she should be the parent who has the final say on all decisions related to their kids, as she feels she's the fit and proper caregiver.

Another thing she wants from Mike going forward ... child support. Eva says he oughta contribute toward the kids' medical, dental, and hospitalization expenses.

When it comes to assets, Eva says she wants an equitable split of everything they've acquired in the marriage and any debts they've racked up.

Joanna Krupa could be single again soon ... because her husband wants to end their marriage.

Douglas Nunes just filed divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, in Los Angeles County -- and he's citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. As for when they separated ... Doug's saying it actually happened right at the beginning of the year, on Jan. 2nd. They got hitched in 2018.

The former 'Housewives' star and businessman share one child together -- 3-year-old Asha-Leigh, whom they welcomed in 2019 -- and Doug's asking for joint legal and physical custody.

When it comes to spousal support, the guy's asking a judge to leave Joanna out in the cold ... as he's looking to block the court's ability to award her any of that.

DN notes in his paperwork that he wants the court to determine who gets what from their marital assets, and there's no mention of a prenup in the petition.

This marks Joanna's second marriage and possible divorce -- she was previously with Romain Zago from 2013 to 2017, and he was featured on 'RHOM' with Joanna.

Tom Brady appeared to react to Gisele Bündchen's recent divorce comments by sharing a mysterious quote from a famed American poet on social media -- one that referenced dealing with "the betrayal of false friends."

Brady posted a Ralph Waldo Emerson passage on his IG story Thursday morning ... some 24 hours after Gisele's comments to Vanity Fair about their breakup dropped.

The post was all about the definition of success ... and in a part of it, it said in order to win at life, ya gotta "endure the betrayal of false friends."

Of course, it also explained success means laughing a lot, appreciating beauty, leaving the world a better place and more ... but the "betrayal" line stuck out most.

Unclear if it was a response to Gisele -- who told Vanity Fair that her split from Tom was due to a myriad of issues the couple had, including his football career -- but many are interpreting it that way. And, let's be honest ... Tom's a smart guy, and he knows what people are going to think.

Brady has yet to directly comment on the interview -- but he did include three heart emojis when he shared the post.

As we reported, Brady and Gisele officially divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. Bündchen has been seen in Costa Rica with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente often in wake of the split, though they've denied they're dating.
