Stormy Daniels' husband doesn't just want a divorce -- he wants her to stay clear of him and their child -- and he's accusing her of cheating.

We've learned a judge has granted Glendon Crain a restraining order which he requested with his divorce petition. The judge, among other things, agreed to prohibit Stormy from coming in contact with Crain or their 7-year-old daughter, which Crain says was necessary because Stormy wanted to bring her on tour where she would be on a bus with other adult performers and at risk for both physical and emotional harm.

The restraining order also prevents Stormy from falsifying any document or withdrawing or transferring any assets from their accounts or from cutting off Crain's access to his credit cards. There's no evidence in the docs she's committed such misdeeds.

Crain also got exclusive use of the couple's home and 2 cars.

As for the cheating ... Crain isn't specific, but merely says Stormy "committed adultery."

As we reported, Glendon filed for divorce last week. He married Stormy in 2015 but the 2 have rarely been seen together in public since she emerged with allegations against Donald Trump.

We knew something was up earlier this month when Stormy was arrested at a Columbus strip club. On the police report, she marked "No" when asked if she was married.

A hearing is scheduled for Friday, where Crain will try to get the restraining order made permanent.

A member of the band Color Me Badd was arrested Sunday after shoving a bandmate so hard he landed in the hospital.

Bryan K. Abrams was clearly pissed off about something, because after performing a song at del Lago Casino in Tyre, New York, he strutted up to Mark Calderon and, without saying a word, shoved him hard.

An eyewitness tells TMZ Abrams, the lead singer in the group was having a bad night with his voice. He eventually walked off stage he was so frustrated.

Calderon hit some sound equipment on his way to the floor, and was hurt. He was taken to a local hospital and treated for neck and back pain.

As for Abrams, he was arrested for misdemeanor assault, taken to jail where he was booked. His bail was set at $2,000. We don't know if he's posted bail yet.

Elon Musk has fallen on the sword after lashing out in anger ... calling one of the Thailand rescuers a pedo.

Musk says he made the comment in anger, after British diver Vern Unsworth said Musk was guilty of a "PR stunt" by bringing a mini-submarine to Thailand to rescue the soccer players and their coach. Unsworth said the sub would have been useless in the rescue effort.

That's when Musk went on Twitter and called him a "pedo."

Musk now says, "My words were spoken in anger after Mr. Unsworth said several untruths ... Nonetheless, his actions against me do not justify my actions against him, and for that I apologize to Mr. Unsworth and to the companies I represent as a leader. The fault is mine and mine alone."

Although Musk deleted the "pedo" tweet, Tesla stock fell 3% Monday, although it more than recovered Tuesday.

If Meghan Markle continues giving her father the cold shoulder, it might kill him ... or so Meghan's sister seemed to insinuate in an angry tirade.

Samantha Markle went off Tuesday evening, ripping into Meghan for allegedly shutting Thomas Markle out of her life. She said, "If our father dies I'm holding you responsible, Meg!" She also chastised Meghan for "paying tribute" to others while dissing her own blood. Meghan and Prince Harry attended a Nelson Mandela tribute yesterday.

As we reported, Thomas is vowing to continue speaking out to the media, at least until he has contact with Meghan. He told us no one is responding to the phone numbers he was given to reach her.

Samantha defended Thomas, saying ... "My father is not an embarrassment for loving his daughter. The royals are an embarrassment for being so cold."

There's plenty of bad blood between the half-sisters -- this isn't the first time Samantha's lashed out at Meghan.

Terrell Owens says Tom Brady is a cheater. Ditto for Bill Belichick and the rest of the Patriots ... and it's all on video.

T.O. was playing some pickup basketball with Sam Cassell -- and, while joking around after the game, he playfully accused Sam of cheating. That's when the anti-Pats trash talk began.

"You sound like the Patriots. You know what I mean?" T.O. says ... "I don't care about the Patriots. Belichick, Brady -- they cheaters. They cheated. They cheated."

So, why the attack?

Well, the Pats beat T.O.'s Eagles in Owens' only Super Bowl appearance back in 2005 -- and just a few years later ... they were busted for Spygate.

Recently dumped 'Bachelorette' star Colton Underwood is shooting down Corinne Olympios' claim that he lied about his virginity, because he says he'd never admit it on national television if it weren't true.

Colton was a guest Tuesday on San Diego morning radio talk show 'Kramer & Geena,' where he was blindsided by the accusation. Colton not only stuck to his guns, but fired back, saying Corinne has no idea what she's talking about when it comes to the remaining bachelors since she said they "all suck." Colton says they're actually 4 stand-up guys.

Corinne told us Monday that she believes Colton, an ex-San Diego Charger, lied through his teeth for attention, but it ended up backfiring since he got the boot on Monday night's episode.

Meghan Markle's father wants some attention, or at least an acknowledgement, from the Royal Family ... and he's not going to shut up until he gets it.

Thomas Markle tells TMZ ... he's unfazed by news his Duchess daughter and Prince Harry are reportedly frustrated about his recent paid interview with The Sun, because he just wants to be involved in their lives.

He says, "I was silent for a full year and the press beat me up every day saying I was a hermit hiding in Mexico, so I gave my story. Apparently that interview put the Royal Family in their silence mode ... so, I gave another interview to break the silence. All they have to do is speak to me.”

Thomas believes the silent treatment from the Palace is silly, wishful thinking on their part that he'll just go away. He insists that's not happening -- and he just wants to be in contact with Meghan.

Tyrese admits airing his dirty laundry with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was NOT cool ... straight-up calling it unprofessional.

Tyrese took himself to task when he talked to Van Lathan on 'The Red Pill' podcast. You'll recall he accused his 'Fast & Furious' costar of being selfish when Johnson's 'F&F' spin-off movie shoot schedule pushed back the release date of 'Furious 9.'

He copped to going about it all wrong, but stopped shy of apologizing. In fact, Tyrese says he wasn't the only one pissed off at Dwayne. Still, he's laying the groundwork to squash the beef ... though, it hasn't happened yet.

Same last name ... but NO love between Logan Paul and "Breaking Bad" star Aaron Paul -- with Logan telling TMZ Sports he would beat Aaron's ass if they ever came face-to-face.

Their beef goes back a few months ... when Aaron trashed Logan for his video stunt gone wrong in the suicide forest in Japan. Aaron told Logan to "go rot in hell."

Now, Logan is firing back ... calling Aaron an "Internet bully" -- and warning the actor that if he REALLY wants a piece, he'll end up getting hurt.

Carl Lentz -- the pastor at the Hillsong church who was inseparable from Justin Bieber -- appeared to have trouble congratulating Justin on his engagement, and we're told it's because the 2 have had a major falling out.

Lentz was in Sydney, Australia Friday when the photog asked about Bieber, and it's pretty clear Lentz was uncomfortable.

Sources connected to Bieber tell TMZ ... Justin became angry at Lentz a while ago and broke ties with the pastor.

Justin and his fiancee, Hailey Baldwin, have both been active members of Hillsong and continue to patronize the church but, at least as far as Justin is concerned ... Carl is history.

We contacted Lentz, who told us he will not comment on his personal relationship with Bieber.

Sarah Palin says politicians falling victim to Sacha Baron Cohen's pranks is kinda like the new #MeToo. Seriously.

Palin's still railing at Sacha for duping her -- pretending to be a disabled veteran to interview her -- and says she's justified in her anger, because "all these men coming out now saying, 'Oh, yeah, me too.'"

Unfortunate turn of phrase?

Anyway, she told 'GMA' she walked out on Cohen's prank because he's humiliating middle-class Americans, and blamed a speaker's organization for not vetting the comedian.

Nick Diaz just went scorched Earth on the UFC and some its biggest stars -- including Brock Lesnar who Nick rips as a cheater with a "dick chest" tattoo.

Diaz began his rant in the middle of the night -- going off on people crowning Daniel Cormier as the "baddest man on the planet."

"I’ll fight for any title at Any weight," Nick said on an angry IG post ... "UFC wants to make bs wwf fights with guys that fight like sh*t and put on an act."

He then ripped Cormier's upcoming fight with Lesnar -- saying, "[Dana White] should give me this fight instead of dick chest Brock Lesnars cheating ass #dontbescaredhomie."

"Nothing personal I love Dc but I don’t like what he does-constantly embarrassed for him and the sport."

Cardi B caught wind Nicki Minaj had reportedly bought her a pricey gift basket from Petit Trésor -- but, as it turns out, it never happened ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Cardi's team reached out to the famed WeHo baby boutique after reading a report claiming Nicki had snapped up a $5,000 basket and sent it to Cardi after hearing she'd given birth to Kulture.

We're told Cardi's camp called Petit -- there's only one location -- looking for a tracking number for Nicki's gift, because Cardi's been flooded with presents. However, they were told by the store's owner ... Nicki had NOT purchased anything.

We also called the store, and an employee confirmed neither Nicki nor anyone on her team bought any items from them.

The gift basket would have been an interesting olive branch because Nicki and Cardi were beefing earlier this year -- but no dice.

Sarah Palin is totally wrong about what happened when Sacha Baron Cohen interviewed her -- at least according to Dr. Billy Wayne Ruddick ... the character Sacha was playing at the time.

Cohen just released a letter addressed to "Vice-President Palin" ... so, right off the bat y'know it's gonna be funny. Sacha, aka Dr. Ruddick, says he's the one who interviewed her, and adds ... "I was in the service -- not military, but United Parcel ... and I only fought for my country once -- when I shot a Mexican who came onto my property."

You'll recall, Palin blasted Cohen for pulling a prank on her that will, apparently, air on his new Showtime series, "Who Is America?" ... which premieres this weekend. She said she was especially incensed that he had posed as a disabled military vet.

Look, fact is Sarah inadvertently gave his show huge promotion, and now he's following through with this in-character rebuttal.

Joakim Noah's tenure with the Knicks so far has been a disaster ... but he tells TMZ Sports he hopes the team doesn't cut him, saying, "I love New York!"

The NBA star inked a 4-year, $72 MILLION deal back in 2016 ... and has had about as many fights with Knicks coaches as big plays made since.

But Noah told us out in Malibu this week he wants to stay and turn things around with new coach David Fizdale.

"Coach Fizz is cool, man," Noah says.

It's an interesting statement, considering Joakim was exiled from the team last season after a blowout fight with ex-coach Jeff Hornacek ... but Noah's clearly ready to put that water under the bridge.

Jesse Williams is going to request a new trial in his child support case ... less than a month after he was ordered to start paying $50k per month.

The "Grey's Anatomy" star filed docs Friday telling the court he intends to seek a modification of his child support. In the docs, he says he thinks the judge got it wrong when arriving at the $50k figure. Jesse believes there's insufficient evidence to support that amount.

TMZ broke the story ... Jesse's currently paying his ex, Aryn Drake-Lee, a total of $100k per month. The other $50k is for spousal support.
