Nick “Swaggy P” Young took his new fiance out for a fancy dinner Saturday night ... it's the first time we've seen them since he popped the question on XMAS day.

Nick and Keonna Green hit up Craig's in WeHo and they were in high style as they left the restaurant ... a doggie bag was in the free agent's hand.

Nick made it clear ... the ring was super expensive, although he was mum on exactly how much it set him back. One sweet note ... his son helped him pick out the bling.

Nick proposed on XMAS morning with some help from Nick Jr., who filmed the whole thing.  Check out the video ... Nick grabs the huge ring box, walks over to Keonna and makes it clear ... the proposal was "way overdue."

The couple has 3 kids together ... Nick Jr., Navi and 6-month old Nyce.

Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes are closing out their 2019 Extreme PDA World Tour in grand fashion.

Camila and Shawn hit up Chubby's Jamaican kitchen in Toronto Friday night, and they couldn't keep their hands or lips off each other. It's clearly super cold up there, because they really bundled up before leaving the restaurant at around 9 PM.

They stayed for more than 2 hours ... drinking red wine and eating big, green salads.

Lots of people questioned if this was a real relationship or just a promotion for their song, "Senorita." Camila and Shawn actually leaned into the conspiracy theory by posting this video of a super-awkward kiss.

Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino and his wife just plunked down some serious dough on a home that's built for a massive family.

The 'Jersey Shore' star and his wife, Lauren, are the proud new owners of a 4-story mansion in Jersey. The cost? A whopping $1.8 million. The place is seriously worth every penny though.

It's a 7-bed, 10-bath pad which has all the bells and whistles of luxury. It features an elevator shaft, a top floor observation deck, vaulted ceilings, a massive basement, a wet bar, a hot tub, a fireplace, a 4-car garage and great views of luscious greenery outside.

No gym or tanning rooms as far as we can tell, but there's plenty of space to pop 'em in afterward if Mike and Lauren are so inclined. The L's good though ... it comes with a washer and dryer.

With all that room, you gotta imagine the newlyweds have babies on the brain ... they've been very open about wanting to start a family.

Cody Simpson and Miley Cyrus are either playing with our hearts before Christmas, or these signs are being misread. Regardless, allow us to ask ... everything alright here?

The Australian heartthrob singer was spotted out Saturday in NYC, walking alongside Playboy model Jordy Murray -- who's actually the December 2019 Playmate. So, yeah -- she's a hottie herself. What's even more curious ... no sign of Miley anywhere for this SoHo stroll.

Speaking of MC, she posted a message discussing a song she wrote about being lonely for the holidays, but it had a positive vibe ... which encouraged folks to love themselves.

Miley wrote, "In ways that still feels relevant and someone reading this right now could possibly relate! If you feel lonely this season just know YOU ARE COMPLETELY MADE OF MAGIC!" She added, "You are as special as a snowflake , beautifully unique and I hope inside your soul feels light, hope , peace and joy knowing how singularly amazing YOU are!"

She finished her heartfelt message with ... "Love always wins!" Seems simple enough, but in light of Cody surfacing with another woman the same day, it sorta reads differently now.

As for when we last saw these two together in public, it appears to have been about two weeks ago in L.A. -- where Cody tagged along with Miley to a youth homeless shelter.

We also know they might be starting a band, but when it comes to social media -- Miley and Cody haven't appeared much together in couple-y photos for a while. The last thing Cody posted with Miley was on Nov. 23, and Miley put something up in late Oct./early Nov.

They started getting romantic soon after Miley and Kaitlynn Carter broke things off, and they were hot and heavy for a minute, especially as Miley underwent some medical procedures.

Bill Hader and Rachel Bilson are kicking their relationship up a notch with a heavy dose of caffeine ... and, apparently, a side of meet the family.

"Barry" the hitman was grabbing coffee -- and Rachel's hand -- Saturday at a Starbucks in Tulsa, OK. There have been rumors for a while the celebs were dating, and this seems to confirm they're pretty serious.

Some other overpriced coffee lovers in Tulsa tell us Rachel and Bill weren't flying solo -- they were with his family members. Bill is from the area, so it makes sense he's home for the holidays.

Bringing Rachel to OK sure seems like the 'SNL' alum is taking their rumored relationship to that next level. Nothing says you're serious like fighting off Christmastime mall crowds. Oh, and meeting the fam's big too.

Hilary Duff just married Matthew Koma in a private at-home ceremony in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned.

A source close to the newlyweds tells us friends and family were invited to the couple's home Saturday for the wedding -- we're told it took place in the backyard -- and was extremely intimate.

Hilary later shared a photo of her and Matthew decked out head-to-toe in their wedding gear. You can tell they went with a simple approach, with huge smiles and an old-school whip parked just behind them.

Hilary and Matt got engaged back in May after dating for several years. Duff gave birth to the couple's daughter, Banks, in October of last year. She has a 7-year-old son, Luca, with her ex-husband, Mike Comrie.

Hilary has a busy year ahead ... it was recently announced that as part of its new programming, Disney+ will be doing a reboot of "Lizzie McGuire" which she starred in from 2001-2004.

Kris Jenner seems like a pretty fun and gracious host ... and Chrissy Teigen and John Legend REALLY took advantage of it.

The famous couple accepted a dinner invite from the Kardashian family matriarch Wednesday night, and according to Kris ... she was hoping Chrissy would chip in by showing her how to cook up a nice dish or 2.

Instead, Teigen and Legend lounged around, drank up the house wine, went through Jenner's Christmas stockings ... and ended up in her bed for a makeout session. The night ended with a pantsless John and a passed-out Chrissy in her bathtub ... before they got chased away by security.

As Kris put it ... "worst dinner guests ever."

R. Kelly is officially responding to prosecutors' allegation he bribed someone to make a fake ID for Aaliyah ... in order to marry her.

The singer entered a not guilty plea Wednesday to the revamped federal indictment against him out of the Eastern District of New York. TMZ broke the story ... the indictment now includes an allegation of bribery pertaining to the alleged purchase of a fake ID for Aaliyah in 1994.

The ID falsely stated she was 18, and made it possible for Kelly to marry Aaliyah on August 31, 1994.

The feds added the Aaliayh allegation to an existing count of bribery in his racketeering case. Kelly joined the hearing by video from the Chicago jail where he's being held until trial. As you know, he's facing several other cases -- federal and state -- in Illinois, as well as Minnesota.

As for the Aaliyah thing ... R. Kelly's ex-tour manager, Demetrius Smith, has publicly backed the feds' claim his old boss had the ID made for his future bride, which was used to obtain their marriage license under false pretenses.

Aaliyah's family reportedly filed to have the marriage annulled the following year.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are keeping palace intrigue that there's trouble in paradise at peak levels, cause a day after Kate had a Melania Trump moment ... more signs of friction.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived to the Royal Family's Christmas lunch Wednesday at Buckingham Palace in separate cars, and split up the children as well -- Prince George rode with dad, while Charlotte and Louis showed up with mom.

It's bad because this same time last year, the whole family rode together in one vehicle.

That takes into account all three of their kids, including young Louis ... who was just 8 months old at the time. Still, they squeezed his car seat into the back -- and even managed to fit in a nanny to boot. Now, they seemed inclined to divide the squad for some reason.

This, of course, comes right on the heels of Kate seemingly shrugging off's Will's attempt at PDA when he reached over and touched her shoulder -- which looked a lot like Melania refusing to hold hands with DT here in the States. Again ... bad optics.

It was super awkward -- and now, they're really fueling the rumor fire that they're having marriage problems ... a major point of speculation recently, which hasn't been confirmed one way or another.

Funny enough ... Kate and Will left Wednesday's breakfast in the same car -- this after we called around asking what was up. Kensington Palace still hasn't gotten back to us on that ... but if you're putting two and two together, it looks like the message was received.

Teresa and Joe Giudice are finally saying what we all saw coming ... they're headed for splitsville -- calling it quits after 20 years of marriage, this according to sources close to the former couple.

The former childhood sweethearts decided to separate following Teresa and their daughters' visit last month to see Joe in Italy. It appears the breakup is amicable, and they're just trying to move on. Joe's reportedly already gone on a few dates.

He also took to Instagram and posted a picture of himself and Teresa and captioned it, "It's time to let go."

Neither was interested in a long-distance relationship, though they had been living apart for a few years now ... due to both doing time in prison. As far as we know ... no one's filed for divorce yet, or even legal separation. This is more of a public declaration.

Joe posted a video for his daughters, showing them he's doing some pricey Christmas shopping for them ahead of their holiday trip to see dear ol' dad. We're told the girls are still going, but Teresa will not join them.

Joe and Teresa got married back in October 1999 ... and their relationship was clearly fractured after they were both convicted of wire and bankruptcy fraud.

Teresa served nearly a year behind bars and was released right before Christmas 2015. Joe served 36 months before he was released in March.

He was ultimately deported, which he appealed ... and a judge let him live in Italy while his appeal works through the court.

Miley Cyrus is adding more fuel to the fire amid rumors she's forming a band with Cody Simpson ... the singer is trying to lock down the rights to what could be their band's name.

Miley's company filed legal docs asking the feds for ownership of the name, Bandit and Bardot ... which is super interesting because the same phrase is the handle on a new IG account that's only following Miley and Cody.

The trademark would cover entertainment services, including live music performances by a band and live performances by a professional singer, musician and entertainer.

It also would cover a website focused on live concerts, plus the production of sound recordings on all types of mediums -- CDs, DVDs, downloads, ring tones and more.

Connect the dots and it sure seems like Miley is gearing up to start a band called Bandit and Bardot ... ostensibly with Cody, who she's been getting super close with following her breakup with Kaitlynn Carter and split from Liam Hemsworth.

First, they crushed the Broncos, then Chiefs superstars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce hit the club HARD ... raging their faces off like they just won the Super Bowl!

Of course, they're FARRRR from the big game ... they beat a struggling Denver team 23-3 in a snowstorm while at home in Kansas City. But, who cares, IT'S WIN RIGHT?!

After the game, Mahomes and Kelce -- and their girlfriends -- hit up a local K.C. nightclub and TURNED ALL THE WAY UP!!

They were dancing, they were singing ... and Patrick's GF, Brittany Matthews, was chugging booze from the bottle while Kelce's GF, Kayla, poured!!!

The Chiefs are now 10-4 and cruising into the playoffs ... where (as of right this second) they're set to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card round.

The good news for Patrick ... it seems his girlfriend is out of her sad funk after an alleged incident last week with Patriots fans at Gillette Stadium in New England.

As we previously reported, Brittany claims she and Patrick's brother, Jackson Mahomes, had to be moved by security to a safe area because Pats fans were heckling and harassing them.

Cassie and her husband, Alex Fine, have welcomed their baby girl to the world ... and the little one boasts one of the coolest names ever.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Cassie gave birth Friday at an L.A. County hospital, and the couple named their first child Frankie -- Frankie Fine.

We're told their bundle of joy weighed in at 8 lbs., 4 oz and measured a smidge over 21 inches long.

As we've reported, Diddy's ex and Alex announced they were expecting in June, got engaged a couple months later ... then got hitched in Malibu in September.

If you recall ... there was some drama when the 2 began dating last year, because Alex was her former trainer. Any potential bad blood was washed away by the time they revealed their pregnancy news, though ... Diddy gave them a shout-out, wishing them nothing but love and happiness.

The well-wishes seem to be working. Congrats to Cassie, Alex and, of course, Frankie!!!

Megan Thee Stallion is keeping her "Hot Girl Summer" going strong into the winter -- 'cause she says she's unattached ... and ready for a certain type of guy to step up to the plate.

We ran into the MC Saturday in Bev Hills, where she was ready to splurge at Louis Vuitton with a small entourage in tow. Before she went in though, our camera guy asked point-blank ... is it true? Are ya single, Meg??? She doesn't play coy ... confirming with a firm yes.

She'd previously been linked to rapper Moneybagg Yo, but clearly ... they're dunzo.

Then comes a natural follow-up ... what kind of guy can get her under a mistletoe this year. Check it out -- Megan's not too picky, it seems ... she'll take a good heart and a good laugh.

Another pap on the scene tried shooting his shot right then and there, but it doesn't seem like she was too receptive. Hey, at least he tried ... that's all ya can do sometimes.

Anyway, we got Meg on her way out as well and it looks like she went to town on new gear. She got into a waiting sprinter van, and someone of note hopped in right behind her.

New couple alert??? Maybe ... or he might just be another member on the team 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Mama June and her boyfriend, Geno, are still living life on the road -- this time, they surfaced near Atlanta and looked worse for wear ... more so than usual these days.

The couple was spotted checking out of the Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-South in College Park, GA -- about 9 miles outside of central ATL. We're told the person who took these photos chatted with MJ and Geno for a bit ... apparently, they'd been there for 4 days.

As for where to next ... our sources say June and Geno said they were driving back down to McDonough to find a new place to stay. Geno's still got that trusty SUV as you can see.

As we reported ... June and Geno were just seen up at a casino in North Carolina on Black Friday, where they were walking the grounds and peeping the slots ... drink in hand. Looks like she had something to sip on here too, but it appears to just be water.

Either way, it's pretty clear that Geno and June are still living out of hotels -- like we've been told they were doing for the past several months now -- and it's also obvious June's family is nowhere near getting back into her life, despite their repeated pleas of reconciliation.

If there's one silver lining -- and there aren't too many in her situation -- it's that these two are somehow coming across cash to pay for these hotel stays. This particular Hyatt can run anywhere from $80 to $137 a night ... depending on how far out you book it.

Ray J is traveling a little lighter now that Princess Love says she doesn't wanna be married to him anymore -- he's no longer wearing his wedding band.

A zoomed-in view even reveals the tan line where Ray's ring used to be. It's been more than 3 years since he slipped it on when he and Princess Love got hitched.

Ditching the ring is a big change for Ray J. He was wearing his wedding band as recently as last month, but that was before his blowout fight in Vegas with Princess ... and her threats of divorce with baby #2 less than a month away.

As we first told you ... our sources say Ray J desperately wants to work things out after she accused him of leaving her and their daughter "stranded" in Vegas. We're told Princess isn't talking reunion though, and is still strongly considering pulling the plug.
