Meghan Markle and Prince Harry subscribe to the idea that when it rains ... smile and glow like hell.

Meghan and Harry returned to the UK for the first time together since announcing they're stepping down as Senior Royals and moving to Canada. The royal couple was in London Thursday evening to attend the 2020 Endeavour Fund Awards, an org that recognizes and supports wounded vets.

Meghan looked stunning in a baby blue dress while Prince Harry rocked the hell out of a navy blue suit. They were all smiles ... never mind their ongoing feud with Queen Elizabeth about their right to use the term "royal" as part of their brand.

As we reported ... Her Majesty the Queen blocked Harry and Meghan from using the term in their Sussex Royal brand following their shocking January announcement. Harry and Meghan beg to differ on the use of the term. It's been quite contentious, to say the least.

BTW ... Meghan and Harry have 2 more events scheduled in the UK -- a performance at Royal Albert Hall on Saturday night before joining the Queen at a Commonwealth Day service Monday. It marks their last official royal engagement before formally stepping down from their royal roles on March 31 and shutting down their office at Buckingham Palace on April 1.

It was fun while it lasted.

Katy Perry doesn't have to suck it in anymore -- her words -- 'cause she's finally comfortable announcing to the world she's pregnant!!!

The singer revealed her pregnancy Wednesday night in her "Never Worn White" music video. It's pretty clear she and Orlando Bloom are expecting their first child together ... she's seen in the video cradling her baby bump.

No doubt Katy's stoked about the big news. The lyrics feature this verse, "See us in 60 years with a full family tree." Safe to say more are on the way? Either way ... off to a great start!

Katy also took to Instagram and posted a version of her music video with the caption, "Let's just say it's gonna be a jam packed summer." On Twitter, Katy wrote, "omg so glad I don't have to suck it in anymore" with an eye roll emoji.

She was seen out earlier this week ... and seems Katy definitely was hiding it. No more!!

This will be Katy's first child. Orlando's got a son, Flynn, with Miranda Kerr. Katy and Orlando got engaged on Valentine's Day last year. Helluva start to 2020, tho.

Couples that train together ... kick ass together???

That's clearly the case for Russell Wilson and his wifey, Ciara ... 'cause the two lovebirds got after it in a boxing workout Wednesday!!!

"Training with my lady," Wilson said of the sparring highlights. "We will whoop dat..."

Ciara and the Seattle Seahawks QB have been awfully cozy this off-season ... ever since the "Level Up" singer announced she was pregnant with the couple's second child together.

Remember, we got them out in West Hollywood on a date night just last month ... with Russ sporting a sweet hairdo and Ciara looking smitten.

But, the NFL superstar ditched the long locks for some boxing gloves this week ... and we gotta say, dude looked pretty good on the bag!

As for Ciara ... she kicked ass too!!

By the way, Russ said it wasn't all intensity during their sweat sesh ... saying, "Also, I think I may have let one go while swinging #GasMask"

'90 Day Fiance' star Alex Brovarnik leaped into action and became a real-life superhero while vacationing with his wife, Loren, in the Bahamas ... saving a man from drowning.

The former reality TV star -- whose journey from Israel to the States was documented during season 3 of the show -- was out in Nassau over the weekend when he spotted a clearly intoxicated young man make his way out to the water and begin to go under.

What happened next was nothing short of incredible ... he literally pulled the guy's limp body back to shore and began trying to help him regain consciousness as a crowd formed. In video of the heroic moment, you can hear the cameraman cheer him on. Rightly so!

Loren wrote of the situation, "My husband was watching a guy who was beyond intoxicated, who was with his 'friends' who just stood there and watched! The man went into the water and about drowned!"

She continued, "We are meant to be in a place in time for a reason! Alex and his friend Sean were meant to be at this beach, at this exact time because if not, who knows what could have happened!" Sounds like the dude eventually came to -- Loren says his life was saved.

Loren and Alex are one of the few success stories from the show. They're married, obviously, and are currently expecting their first child together. Alex also finally got his citizenship all these years later.

Justin Bieber turned 26 this weekend -- and as much as you might think the guy had every reason to cut loose ... he kinda did the exact opposite when it was time to make a wish.

The Biebs' party went down Saturday night at Delilah in L.A. -- this after a reported 1-on-1 romantic dinner with the missus, Hailey -- where a bunch of their pals came out to help him celebrate the big 2-6. It looked like a sweet shindig -- there was a live band, drinks being passed around and, of course, lots of pastry sweets ... including candle-lit cupcakes.

He had a cake to himself though, and as everybody sang him "Happy Birthday," Justin looked a little ... dare we say, somber? Yes, some of that -- but mostly content and chillaxed.

He had Hailey right in front of him, naturally, and it appears he kept his eyes mostly on her the whole time. Clearly, the married couple is head over heels to this day. He was later seen cradling her from behind, and they snuck in some smooches where they could.

Even with a ton of cameras on them, they didn't seem to care. Justin and Hailey just couldn't keep their hands off each other as they hugged, kissed, swayed and canoodled. Young love at its finest, right?

Now, just to be clear ... it wasn't all lovey-dovey and heart eyes all night -- JB DID get down and bust a move at different points in the party. He also got on the mic for a bit, but for the most part ... Bieber seemed to be acting pretty freaking responsible and playing the good hubby all night.

Amanda Knox walked down the aisle after legally tying the knot almost 2 years ago -- and while an intergalactic ceremony was promised ... it looked more earthly than anything.

The one-time convicted felon -- who was later acquitted of murder -- said "I do" again Saturday to hubby Christopher Robinson at a wedding with friends and loved ones out in Washington State. We'd been told the theme was supposed to be space/'Star Wars.'

By the looks of the guests' costumes ... it doesn't seem like either came through. Check it out -- the folks here look like an odd mix of Egyptian rulers and 18th century Euro royalty.

Then again, maybe this is from some obscure space movie/show/book that we're simply not familiar with -- there's no shortage of out-of-this-world content to choose from.

Regardless, it's good to see Amanda and Chris came full circle with their love for the other-worldly. Remember ... they got engaged with a full-blown 'E.T.' recreation, so they clearly dig the sci-fi scene.

Ray J and Princess Love are still husband and wife -- doing the whole co-parenting thing -- but they're not back under the same roof, and that's just the way they like it for now.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... they still haven't reconciled after she claimed in November he'd "stranded" her and their daughter, Melody, in Vegas after a heated argument. Remember, Princess was weeks away from giving birth to their second child at the time.

We're told they're getting along fine now ... doing family stuff together with no drama or arguing. This includes over the holidays, which is also when they welcomed their baby boy, Epik.

Our sources say the couple's living situation -- Princess stays at her luxury Beverly Hills condo while Ray J's at a nearby bachelor pad -- helps keep the peace. We're told she keeps the kids but Ray comes by to visit daily, and he has their dogs at his house.

As for the potential threat of divorce ... our sources say there's zero talk of that currently, and they're using the time apart to focus on themselves and being good parents. Princess, we're told, is very happy with the current set up.

That doesn't mean Ray J's not still trying to make amends though ... our sources say he went all out for Valentine's Day, covering the Bev Hills condo with more than 2,000 roses for both Princess and Melody.

As we've reported ... Princess said she was done with the marriage after the Vegas incident, and Ray J briefly stopped wearing his wedding ring. He had it back on a few days later, though ... but said Princess was still mad.

We're told things are looking a lot better now, but clearly, they still have plenty of smoothing out to be done.

Jenelle Evans says she's not back together with David Eason, but they're still doing a lot together ... like buying new pet supplies, including a dog bed.

The former 'Teen Mom' star was spotted Tuesday shopping at a Walmart in Leland, NC -- where she was leaving the big box store with whom we're told was none other than her baby daddy, DE, and a couple of her kids tagging along. As you can see, they had their hands full.

One of the kids is holding what appears to be a doggy bed or pet bed of some kind. We're also told by eyewitnesses, their bags had dog food inside as well.

In case we have to remind you ... David killed their last family dog, which led to their kids being temporarily taken away. Since then, they've gotten the kids back ... and they've also welcomed a few new animals into their lives, including at least 2 dogs and a goat.

It's unclear if they still got the hounds running around the yard, or what these supplies might be for exactly ... but when ya buy new dog stuff, you probably have a new dog around.

As for whether they're actually a thing again in the wake of their split, we'll let you decide. If it looks like a relationship and walks like a relationship, it's probably ... ah, you get it.

Machine Gun Kelly and one of the hottest chicks in the Instagram modeling game are dating ... or at least it looked like they were at a Sunset Strip gig.

MGK's been spending a LOT of quality time with IG model Sommer Ray. We got video of them looking very couple-y Sunday night when they hit up Rainbow Bar & Grill. Kelly was performing there, and we're told they looked very much into each other. That looked obvious when they were getting cozy in the crowd, and holding hands while they walked around the crowded club.

That Sunday Funday wasn't their first hangout either. Just last week, they hit up the Bahamas with a few friends ...including IG influencer, Brother Nature.

They actually met a few years ago. MGK and Sommer appeared on Nick Cannon's hit MTV show 'Wild 'n Out' back in December 2017. They were on the same team and it seemed even back then Sommer was smitten ... judging by how she checked him out from head to toe during one part of the show.

BTW ... Sommer has nearly 25 million IG followers. That number significantly dwarfs MGK's following of 5.6 million, but c'mon ... cut the guy some slack. No matter how dope your music is, it's hard to compete with bikini beauties on the Internet.

Neither is stating publicly yet if they're a couple, so for now ... let your eyes be the judge.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are still hanging out quite a bit in the wake of their breakup -- but it looks like they're only doing so when their kid's in the picture.

KJ and TS were spotted with young Stormi Sunday at Sky High Sports in Woodland Hills -- which is a giant trampoline warehouse. As you can see, it was just the three of them here (plus at least one bodyguard trailing behind) ... and the parents got pretty close.

It looks like Kylie might've even attempted to take a selfie of the trio while they were walking in. BTW, eyewitnesses tell us they didn't rent the place out -- the family just rolled up like regular customers, although they did bounce around in a VIP area.

In any case, it's clear they're not averse to one another. We've heard they're on a up trend, romantically, since Stormi's recent birthday party. Remember, sources told us the former couple were hanging out pretty much through the whole party and gave off signs of a possible rekindling.

Anyway, later on Sunday ... they hit up a nearby mall and plaza where we're told they stopped off for frozen treats at Afters (great ice cream spot out there). At this point, you could definitely make out one security guard who was rolling with them, but again ... pretty intimate setting.

If they aren't meant to be together romantically, it's at least comforting to know they can get together and co-parent their child successfully. Good on them.

Quentin Tarantino just became a dad for the first time at age 56 -- because his wife, Daniella Pick, has finally given birth ... TMZ has confirmed.

A rep for the acclaimed director tells us ... "Daniella and Quentin Tarantino are happy to announce the birth of their first child. A baby boy born February 22, 2020."

According to reports, the child was actually born in Tel-Aviv, and thus ... he's half Israeli by birthright. Daniella -- a singer and model -- is from Israel, so it looks like they went back to the homeland for the delivery.

This would be Quentin's first kid -- same for Daniella actually, who's 20 years his junior. They got hitched in 2018 after first reportedly meeting in 2009 during production of 'Inglourious Basterds.' They first announced they were expecting back in August of 2019.

Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, have been seen out in public before -- but on his 29th birthday ... they seemed to go above below and beyond to hide for some reason.

Here's the deal ... paps got photos of these two goofballs Saturday walking out of London's Bob Bob Ricard restaurant, completely covered in umbrellas. They were following each other out to a waiting SUV and a flock of photogs ... and clumsily boarded the vehicle.

Fact is ... we're being told this is supposed to be Taylor and Joe -- and hey, it was the guy's 29th birthday on Friday -- but you never really see them, so it's hard to say for sure.

That said ... one of T-Swift's BFFs, Ed Sheeran, was also seen leaving the restaurant shortly afterward -- so it wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility that these two umbrella-heads were, in fact, the man and woman of the hour. Plus, frankly, this is kinda Taylor's M.O.

She famously tries to hide from lurking paparazzi, sometimes going to extreme lengths ... like when she put up an entire makeshift sheeted walkway while serving as a bridesmaid in 2017. Some of the fans that had gathered outside even booed the cloaked gesture.

Now, when it comes to Joe ... Taylor's also been pretty low-key about being spotted out with him -- although, they absolutely have been seen holding hands and packing on a little PDA.

They made a run for it once while hitting up the Jingle Ball concert in NYC, not giving paps a chance to snap some decent shots. Now, they appear to have upped the ante more so.

Amanda Bynes' engagement ring is an Amazon bargain ... and her family is going to block her from tying the knot.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... Amanda will never legally marry her fiancee, Paul Michael, because her mother holds the keys to marriage and she doesn't approve of her daughter's engagement.

Amanda's mother is her conservator, and we're told Amanda cannot get married without her conservator's consent. Our sources say the family feels it's not in her best interest to be married -- they haven't met Paul -- so a wedding ain't happening.

As for the engagement ring ... our sources say Paul bought it off Amazon for $49, and Amanda is telling those around her the ring is NOT a real diamond and she's fine with a fake.

As you know ... Amanda met Paul in AA and they've only been dating for a few months. She introduced him to her fans on social media by calling him "drop-dead gorgeous" and the "best person on the face of the Earth." She also says they've both been sober for over a year.

Our sources say her family believes Paul doesn't have a job. Amanda had a boyfriend right before him, and we're told her family thinks he might be a rebound.

Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend's been hauled off to jail again for allegedly putting hands on her -- this time in Wyoming ... on Valentine's Day.

The ex-"Nashville" star's BF, Brian Hickerson, was arrested around 2:30 AM on Valentine's Day, after the couple had a fight and he struck her "with a closed fist on the right side of her face" ... according to cops.

The Teton County Sheriff's Office was notified of a disturbance at a private residence in Jackson. The caller said an intoxicated male was locked out of the home because he punched his girlfriend in the face.

When deputies arrived, they found Brian in the driveway, and according to docs obtained by TMZ ... he allegedly told them Hayden was in the house "saying he beat the f*** out of me." Cops say he avoided answering if he had punched Hayden, but claimed he hired a private chef to stick around so he "wouldn't be accused of bulls**t."

Cops talked to the chef on the phone, and he said he left a little after 1 AM -- but claims he witnessed the couple arguing earlier in the night.

According to the docs, Hayden told cops she and Brian were in their bedroom when he started throwing her around and punched her. Cops say her face was red and swollen, and she also had a scrape and swelling on her left hand -- which she believed came from Hickerson's watch during the altercation.

The deputies heard enough to book Hickerson for domestic battery. He was also hit with a second charge of interfering with a police officer for allegedly refusing to identify himself.

When we last spoke with Hayden in November, she told us everything was well between Brian and her -- intimating they'd moved past his felony domestic violence arrest earlier in 2019.

We broke the story ... the couple allegedly got into an altercation at their L.A. home that left red marks on Hayden's body, and police arrested Brian for it. However, the case was later dismissed for not being able to secure a "material witness" -- AKA, Hayden.

Hickerson was also involved in a domestic incident in late 2018 ... with his father. Hayden was there for that one too. She's been dating Brian for about a year and a half.

Justin and Hailey Bieber's potential starter home is one that's still under construction -- but we're hearing they're eyeing it pretty hard, and could spend a fortune to get it.

Sources tell TMZ ... Mr. and Mrs. Bieber have been looking at this monster of a home in Brentwood, which is currently owned by the CEO of Playboy Enterprises. The guy bought the place when it was a vacant lot in 2014, spending around $9 million just for the land.

Now, he's got a nearly completed property sitting atop all that dirt. It's a 7,500-square-foot modern Mediterranean mansion -- and as you can see, it's fit for a king and queen.

Enter the Biebers, whom we're told are seriously considering buying it and completing the work being done right now -- which, for now, is still being funded by the Playboy peeps. Our sources say Justin and Hailey might wanna pick up the baton and make it their own.

As for how much they could possibly spend ... we're told the pad could end up having a final price tag in the range of $18 to $20 million. Not to mention what it would cost finishing all the building that needs to be done.

In any case, it looks like it'd be a great first house they'd own together as a married couple. We know they've been looking around L.A. for the past couple years, but haven't pulled the trigger on anything quite yet. To this date, it appears they've mostly been renting.

Steph Curry didn't attend the NBA All-Star game ... he had better plans!

The superstar is currently on a pretty sick beach vacation with his wife, Ayesha (looks like they're in Mexico) ... and clearly, they're super into each other.

Here's Steph bustin' out a little hip thrust while a bikini-clad Ayesha licks on his face.

Steph posted a caption, "Vacation vibes with my one and only like dat!"

Ayesha replied, "You coulda at least popped a filter on this. I love you though"

The couple got some social media love from Steph's NBA pals -- with people like Kevin Durant commenting, "Living your best life bro."

Dwyane Wade added, "Like That!!!"

Steph and Ayesha have been married since 2011. They have 3 kids together.

So, why didn't Steph play in the All-Star game? He's still recovering from a hand injury he suffered back in October. Curry insists he's still aiming to return to the court this season, but it doesn't really make a lot of sense since the Warriors are 12-43, the worst record in the NBA.
