Gucci Mane won't be left out in the cold when his upcoming tour heads North of the border ... Canada is allowing the rapper to enter the country even though he's had a checkered past.

We've learned Gucci Mane has obtained a temporary resident permit to enter Canada later this month for a string of 10 scheduled gigs across 5 provinces. This is no small feat. Canada's notoriously tough, eh, on people with prior convictions -- and Gucci's long rap sheet could've been enough for a denial.

Sources at the Canada Border Services Agency tell TMZ ... anyone crossing the border into Canada must demonstrate they meet the requirements to enter or stay in the country, and involvement in criminal activity is cause to prevent someone from entering.

As you know ... Gucci Mane's broken the law several times. He got busted in 2013 for violating probation by carrying a gun, and served 39 months before getting released in 2016. However, he's kept his nose clean since then.

As we've reported ... G-Eazy was denied entry into Canada last summer after his cocaine arrest during a trip to Sweden, Chris Brown was turned away at the border in 2015 because of his criminal past and Kodak Black had to cancel gigs after last month's border bust.

We're told Gucci locked down his golden ticket with the help of an immigration attorney, who got the rapper a temporary resident permit -- and that's why he's got the green light.

It's kinda funny ... on a track with Drake back in 2016, Gucci rapped, "I got so many felonies I might can't never go to Canada, but Drake said he gon' pull some strings, so let me check my calendar."

No word if Drake ever did ... but Guwop's good to go.

Tekashi69 might be locked up, but his girlfriend's still showing him love ... permanently.

The rapper and his GF, Jade, are going strong despite him currently being incarcerated for racketeering ... the proof's all over her chest, in the form of a brand new tattoo of 6ix9ine's mug.

Jade followed up her previous numerical "69" tattoo on her right shoulder with the massive ink homage to her boyfriend's face ... directly above her left breast.

She posted the pic with the caption, "Just got Chris brown tatted sh*t crazy." Our only reply to that would be ... um, what? That ain't Chris Brown!

Anyway, it's a very interesting placement, but judging by the look of the tattoo ... Tekashi's pretty stoked about it.

As we reported ... Jade was the first person to share a photo of Tekashi behind bars back in January, and he appeared to enjoy her company.

A lot's happened since then, though -- 6ix9ine and his former manager, Shotti, have pled guilty in their federal racketeering cases, but the rapper's awaiting the outcome of several other defendants tied to the case who are scheduled to go to trial this September.

Tekashi's hoping to get sprung from prison early and reunited with Jade on the outside soon, but on the downside ... he may be required to enter witness protection upon his release due to him being a snitch.

So, if Jade wants to go with him ... she might have to do something about her 69 tattoos.

Julian Assange won't survive extradition to the United States, because he may be a marked man ... so fears Pamela Anderson.

The former "Baywatch" star came on "TMZ Live" Tuesday hours after she visited Assange in prison and told us she's deathly afraid for his safety no matter where Assange is ... America, or otherwise.

As you know … Assange was forcibly removed from the Ecuadorean Embassy in the UK last month after the country withdrew his asylum. The United States has accused Assange of conspiring with Chelsea Manning to hack a classified Pentagon computer and wants the Wikileaks founder extradited to the U.S. to stand trial. He's currently in a maximum security facility in London.

Pam, a huge advocate for her friend Assange, believes there’s no chance he would withstand extradition … and she’s fighting like hell to make sure Julian isn’t extradited, telling us it's a matter of life and death.

Ex-UFC star Anthony "Rumble" Johnson was arrested for domestic violence Monday night after admitting he got physical during an argument with his girlfriend, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, a woman called police to report an altercation with her boyfriend, Anthony Johnson.

The woman claimed she had started to pack AJ's belongings to throw him out of the house when he forcefully picked her up -- "put her in a football hold" -- and carried her into another room.

The woman claims "she was scared due to his size and martial arts experience."

FYI, 35-year-old Johnson is a former UFC star who was 22-6 as a pro -- with wins over stars like Glover Teixeira, Ryan Bader and Alexander Gustafsson.

Cops say the woman did not have any visible injuries.

When cops spoke with Johnson that night, he admitted he had grabbed the woman and carried her during the argument -- but says his intention was never to hurt her. Johnson claimed he simply didn't want to argue anymore.

Cops determined Johnson's actions warranted a domestic violence arrest -- so they took him into custody and hauled him to a nearby station where he was booked on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.

Johnson retired from the UFC back in 2017 -- after losing to Daniel Cormier. His profession on the police report is listed as "body building."

9:55 AM PT -- R. Kelly's publicist, Darrell Johnson, tells us, "Mr. Kelly steadfastly proclaims his innocence and looks forward to a speedy trial. Again, the state has failed to bring forth any proof concerning the sex tape, while claiming there was wrong doing!"

7:55 AM PT -- R. Kelly's lawyers were told it's not enough to insinuate something rotten was going on between Michael Avenatti and State's Attorney Kim Foxx ... the judge just told the singer's lawyers they gotta say what they mean.

The lawyers asked the judge to order prosecutors to preserve all communications between Avenatti and Foxx, but they didn't say why. The judge wants to know why these communications are so important, and what it might prove. So, the lawyers were sent back to the drawing board to tell the judge why these communications could affect the case.

For his part, Avenatti states they have already uncovered texts and emails between himself and Foxx, and they were published by the Chicago Tribune weeks ago. It's unclear what more may exist, but Avenatti is claiming they have it all, and he came up clean.

7:14 AM PT -- R. Kelly just made his way inside the courthouse suited and booted with a huge entourage behind him. He kept it moving though, not stopping for questions or photos.

The judge still deciding whether there will be a live feed inside the courtroom -- we're waiting to see what the ruling is. Fingers crossed.

R. Kelly is on a collision course with another famous defendant -- Michael Avenatti -- and it could all come to a head Tuesday morning when the singer appears in court to possibly challenge the authenticity of a sex tape.

The embattled singer is trying to blow up the sex tape by suggesting something fishy was going on between Avenatti and Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx. In R. Kelly's legal docs, he notes Avenatti has publicly claimed to have had repeated conversations with Foxx, and based on what happened in the Jussie Smollett case, he describes the prosecutor as someone who is "able to be influenced and wowed."

He goes on to allege there are questions to suggest Foxx was "bullied or just simply manipulated by Avenatti."

Avenatti previously came forward with 2 sex tapes he claims show Kelly having sex with a 14-year-old girl ... and Kelly's legal team wanted to know more about Avenatti's relationship with Foxx, saying they were concerned Avenatti might have "bullied or simply manipulated" Foxx.

As we've reported ... the tapes are part of the new evidence that prompted prosecutors to hit R. Kelly with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Pacman Jones not only cheated at the blackjack table before his February arrest ... he also smacked the hell out of an officer's arm -- and it's all on video obtained by TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported ... the ex-NFL star was busted three months ago after he was caught "capping bets" at an Indiana casino.

You can see the video ... Jones places a bet -- and when he realizes he's won the hand -- he sneakily adds another chip.

The problem? Jones got caught ... and even though he eventually gave back the dirty money -- the situation escalated into a violent affair.

Jones clearly became irate, put his hands directly in officials' faces ... and even gave them the finger just inches from their noses!!!

That's when one officer grabbed his wrist -- and in retaliation, Pacman slapped the guy's arm!!!

Of course, Pacman was then put in cuffs ... and was eventually hit with a bevy of charges, including felony intimidation, felony battery against an officer and several misdemeanors.

We previously posted footage showing Pacman in a heated verbal confrontation with officers after he had been pulled off the casino floor.

But, Jones copped a plea deal last month ... and agreed to enter a guilty plea to one count of felony cheating at gambling and one count of misdemeanor resisting law enforcement in exchange for having the rest of the charges dropped.

The visual evidence Remy Ma has for prosecutors in her assault case is so cut and dry, she knows they'll have no choice but to drop it ... so says her lawyer.

The rapper's attorney, Dawn Florio, tells TMZ ... Remy has security cameras installed in her house that show she was there at 9:30 PM on April 16 -- the same time "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star Brittney Taylor claims Remy punched her backstage during a concert at NYC's Irving Plaza.

We already knew this, but according to Florio ... prosecutors were "dumbfounded" in court this week when Remy's side claimed to have evidence to support she was nowhere near the spot of the alleged assault.

Remy's lawyer's confident once they review the home security footage, Taylor's case will be destroyed and Remy will be cleared.

There's more -- Florio insists there's NO surveillance footage from Irving Plaza that backs Taylor's claim she was assaulted in the green room area ... AND Florio says she's obtained a photo from the night of the alleged assault timestamped hours afterward that shows Brittney with no visible marks on her face.

Florio also claims after Remy left her house that night, she stopped at Target to pick up some items for her baby and didn't arrive at Irving Plaza until around 10:45 PM ... 15 minutes before she was scheduled to perform at 11.

Vince Vaughn got a good result in his DUI case ... the DUI and other charges have all been dismissed after the actor pled no contest to "wet reckless" driving.

TMZ broke the story ... Vince was arrested in Manhattan Beach, CA, back in June, after being snagged at a DUI checkpoint. Cops say he was uncooperative when officers told him and his passenger to step out of the vehicle.

Vaughn was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher, and disobeying a police officer ... all misdemeanors.

The 3 charges were just dismissed, and Vince -- who was not in court but was represented by his lawyer, Blair Berk -- pled no contest to wet reckless -- which is a reduced charge when someone drives with alcohol in their system, but it is not a DUI.

Vaughn will pay a $390 fine -- plus various penalties which ups the payout to around $1,700 -- and he must attend an alcohol ed course, and he'll be on informal probation for 3 years.

Former 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Dina Manzo and her husband are finally close to getting justice -- a man's been arrested for their violent home invasion.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... James Mainello, a 51-year-old male from New Jersey is in police custody and is facing multiple charges for his role in the May 2017 incident. We're told DNA evidence was key in nailing the suspect ... who cops believe was one of the 2 alleged burglars.

As we reported ... Dina and David Cantin were attacked as soon as they walked in the front door of their home. The suspects struck Dina in the face and head and bludgeoned David with a baseball bat.

The couple was then zip-tied while the perps ransacked the house ... making off with cash and jewelry.

Mainello's been hit with multiple robbery charges, a burglary charge, multiple assault charges, a theft charge and several others.

Dina and David's lawyer, Andrew Brettler, tells us everyone is extremely grateful to the New Jersey law enforcement authorities, "whose diligent investigation over the last two years culminated in today’s arrest."

TMZ Sports has obtained video of ex-Cincinnati Bengals RB Mark Walton's arrest earlier this year ... and it's wild -- showing the NFL player getting tased ... and getting up and running away!!

The former Miami Hurricanes star was arrested last month stemming from a March 12 incident where cops say he led them on a crazy high-speed chase in his rented BMW.

Cops say Walton -- a 4th-round draft pick last year out of the Univ. of Miami -- was speeding and weaving through traffic in the Miami area when he came to an abrupt stop in the front yard of somebody's home.

You can see in the video what happens next ... cops order the running back to the ground -- but he gets up and runs away.

While the officers are chasing him -- they hit him with a taser ... but he pulls out the prongs and keeps going!!!

Walton shockingly loses the cops ... but when the officers search his car ... they say they found weed, a carbine rifle and ammunition.

Walton later surrendered on April 4.

Walton -- who was cut by Cincinnati after the incident -- is now facing a felony and 3 misdemeanor charges ... and could spend at least 5 years behind bars if convicted.

It's the third time the running back has been arrested in the last few months -- he was busted for weed back in January, and was also hit with a battery charge after he allegedly snatched a phone from a neighbor at his condo in February.

Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend got hauled off to jail after their night out on the town turned violent at home ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the situation tell us ... the "Nashville" star and her BF, Brian Hickerson, were out drinking together in Hollywood Wednesday night before heading back to their pad. We're told the couple had an argument that turned physical and, at some point, cops were called ... it's unclear by whom.

Police showed up around 2 AM Thursday, and our sources say they noticed redness and marks on Hayden's body. After interviewing both of them, we're told they determined Hickerson allegedly started the fight, and arrested him.

Law enforcement sources tell us he was booked for felony domestic violence. He was released later Thursday after posting a $50k bond.

This isn't the first time Hickerson has been involved in a domestic dispute, but last time it was with his father.

We broke the story ... Brian and his dad, David, got into an altercation at a home in South Carolina in October. According to the police report, cops responded to a call for assault and battery, and when they showed up Hayden answered the door in an apparent drunk and frantic state.

About a month later, Hayden and Brian were spotted at a Hollywood hot spot ... and he caused a scene with a faux proposal.

The couple's been dating since sometime last summer, presumably around the time Hickerson "saved" Panettiere from swarming paparazzi.

12:01 PM PT -- Raz B has been officially released from custody.

Raz B is getting off clean, at least criminally, for that fight he got into with his girlfriend during the B2K reunion tour.

Raz B won't be charged for allegedly strangling his girlfriend during a heated argument outside a Macy's in Minneapolis. The Hennepin County Attorney's Office tells us after a thorough investigation ... they didn't feel there was enough evidence to successfully prosecute the singer.

The County Attorney's Office tells TMZ cops talked to Raz's girlfriend and witnesses, and analyzed surveillance video from the scene ... but didn't see sufficient evidence.

Case dropped.

TMZ broke the story ... Raz B was busted early Wednesday morning for domestic assault by strangulation. We're told the girlfriend told a family member about the altercation, and then someone called police.

Dispatch audio describing the alleged assault mentions a female being strangled by the ramp of a Macy's store.

Raz B's camp claimed his girlfriend attacked him, and he was just defending himself.

YFN Lucci's not a lawyer, but he has some legal advice for fellow Atlanta rapper Offset on how to handle that felony arrest warrant.

We got YFN leaving Icebox Diamonds & Watches in the ATL Thursday -- says he just dropped $500k in there, and was NOT shy about showing off his bling ... or his whip.

When we brought up Offset's case -- for allegedly smashing a fan's $800 phone -- YFN said it's hard for him to relate because he always shows his fans love and respect. Watch the clip ... he ripped a page out of his own playbook and handed it to the Migos rapper.

Lucci makes it clear he doesn't think Offset deserves a felony warrant for a mere slap of a phone, but he still needs to rectify the situation. The fan told us he just wants Offset to pay for his broken phone and not be arrested ... so YFN might be on to something.

Kodak Black's trying hard to get back in karma's good graces ... by doling out cash for kids in need.

We're told the rapper heard about a teen's quest to get a notebook in the hands of all 7,600 students in the Cleburne Independent School District in Texas. 14-year-old Paige Cook had a successful first campaign last year ... collecting 40k pencils.

Paige's mom, Angel, tells TMZ ... her daughter upped her game this year with the notebooks AND 60k pencils. But, with such an ambitious goal, it was clear she was gonna need some help. Enter, Kodak.

Bradford Cohen, Kodak's attorney, tells us the rapper picked up the tab -- a cool $12,500 -- for the notebooks. The items will benefit a school district where a majority of its students come from low-income communities.

Kodak's no stranger to taking on a good cause ... he's played Santa before and donated cash for early childhood education. At the time, he said he was focused on making a positive impact.

The same guy the FBI arrested for making death threats against conservative host Ben Shapiro also had his sights set on Jared Kushner and Donald Trump Jr. ... according to the feds, who say he was also building up an arsenal.

According to new legal docs ... the FBI arrested Chase Bliss Colasurdo Wednesday in Washington state after an investigation uncovered multiple serious death threats directed at President Trump's family members.

Authorities were tipped off in March about Colasurdo's alarming social media posts, in which he targeted Kushner and Trump Jr. by name. In February, he also sent an email to 5 different media outlets saying ... "I'm going to personally Execute [Kushner] for his countless treasonous crimes."

Around the same time, he posted a photo on Instagram of what appears to be himself holding a gun and captioned it ... "I made a death threat against [Kushner] yesterday and I have not been arrested yet."

As for Donald Jr. ... Colasurdo posted a photo of him in March and commented ... "I would just like to let the secret service know that I am going to Execute this fa***t."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, FBI and Secret Service agents visited Colasurdo on March 19, and he claimed he'd been hacked -- but also stated he was diagnosed with mental health issues years ago.

The feds say his online rantings continued ... in fact, the very next week Colasurdo posted a pic of himself holding a handgun with the caption, "It's Time To Start Bombing Synagogues." He later made reference, in one of his posts, to the San Diego synagogue shooting.

Prosecutors say the FBI noticed in early April, Colasurdo was loading up on weapons, Kevlar body armor and ammo. The feds say after they arrested him on Wednesday ... they searched Colasurdo's home and found a massive cache which included night vision goggles, gas masks, 345 rounds of ammunition and LED laser mounts.

In addition to the gear, agents say they found Nazi flags, a framed portrait of Hitler and books that included, "Hitler's Revolution."

As we reported, law enforcement says Colasurdo also made death threats against Shapiro and his family.

Remy Ma's criminal past could come back to bite her, because it means she's facing the possibility of added jail time ... stemming from her latest assault case.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper is under investigation not only for allegedly punching "Love & Hip Hop New York" star Brittney Taylor in the face at a concert last month, but also to determine if the incident was a parole violation.

We broke the story ... Remy turned herself in to cops Wednesday and was booked for misdemeanor assault. She bailed out shortly afterward, and her attorney claims all of Taylor's accusations are lies.

Regardless, the case has sparked a probe by New York State's Division of Parole, because as we've reported ... Remy's currently on parole. She has been since she was released from prison in 2014 after doing 6 years for her connection to a shooting.

We're told the parole authorities are reviewing her latest assault case -- and if she did violate parole ... it could be revoked, and she could get additional time behind bars.

For now, the judge ordered Remy to have no contact with Taylor, and imposed an 8 PM curfew.
