Aaron Carter's ex-girlfriend is now on the radar of cops after she was named a suspect in a domestic violence report.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops took a report for an alleged incident between Aaron and his ex, Lina Valentina, that went down on July 31 around 2 AM at Aaron's Lancaster crib. The incident happened just days before Aaron confirmed his breakup with Lina.

Sources close to Aaron tell us when cops paid him a visit earlier this week for a welfare check, they asked him if he'd been having any problems with his ex. Our Aaron sources say he told them she slapped him in the face ... leaving him with a bruise the next day.

We're told the singer showed cops a photo of his injury and they made a report.

As for what triggered the alleged attack ... we're told Aaron told cops he and Lina got into a heated argument. He claims he wanted to be left alone because she wouldn't stop accusing him of being in love with another girl.

As we first reported ... a family member called 911 saying they were worried Aaron was going to take his own life or hurt someone else. They also feared he was doing drugs and could overdose -- which is weird, seeing how spirited he got this weekend with fans.

Nothing comes between Rick Ross and a plate of his delicious wings ... unless, of course, it's a NYC cyclist barreling down the street who damn near took out Da Boss!

Rick was on his way out of a radio station this week when he almost got TRUCKED by a New Yorker on one of those rent-a-bikes, and she was PISSED!!!

Check out the clip, which is pretty funny now ... since everyone walked away without a scratch. Rick definitely got on the biker's last nerve because he failed to look before strolling out into the clearly marked bike lane.

We're guessing Rick had his mind on his money, and his money on his mind. He was beelining it for a Wing Stop truck parked on the street. Rick owns more than 2 dozen Wing Stop branches across the country.

No clue who the peeved cyclist was -- she kept rolling -- but we know who won't have any such problem ... Jerry O'Connell. Rick's cycling encounter is the perfect excuse for us to roll this hilarious footage of JO failing to rent a Citi Bike.

We got Shaggy Friday leaving SiriusXM's headquarters in NYC and asked about Blueface's Ric Flair/Wilt Chamberlain-esque big boast. ICYMI ... Blueface told legendary radio DJ Big Boy earlier this week that in the first 6 months of 2019 ... he'd already banged more than 1,000 chicks.

Ya gotta see Shaggy's reaction. True or not ... Shaggy's happy for Blueface but he offers the rapper some sage advice when it comes to laying down the pipe. Shaggy's not worried if Blueface slips one past the goalie.

Janet Jackson left what may be her number 1 one fan SHOOK after he achieved viral fame with an epic reaction video to snagging tickets to her show. Yup, she took notice.

Entrepreneur KB Strawder Jr. documented the sweet interaction from start to finish, which ended on a high note Sunday when his father got to meet the one and only Janet backstage after one of her Metamorphosis concerts this weekend at the Park MGM hotel and casino.

It was the perfect time to catch her too -- Janet's residency ends on August 17, and she's only doing 3 more shows between now and then.

In the clip, you see KB's dad talking to what looks like the media, and then Janet sneaks up behind him. As he shares some kind words about her and highlights his favorite parts of the show, Janet wraps her around him ... saying she's glad he enjoyed it.

Safe to say ... this guy's soul might've jumped out of his body for a second based on his reaction here. They go in for a hug afterward, and talk for a bit longer too.

The meet-n-greet comes a couple months after KB recorded his dad receiving the tickets as a Father's Day gift, which was quite a moment in and of itself.

At the time, KB's Twitter video caught a bit of steam, and he later tagged Janet ... hoping to catch her attention. He wrote, "Thank you all so much for the love. My dad is excited that you all are excited for him. Follow me on Instagram @Real_KB and I’ll make sure to post the entire trip on my IGTV Hopefully @JanetJackson will see this!"

Brody Jenner appears to have some thoughts about his recent ex locking lips with a newly single Miley Cyrus -- his message is simple ... new day, new page and lots o' laughs.

The 'Hills' star posted a photo Sunday that seemed to be in direct response to photos published by TMZ, showing Kaitlynn Carter, his estranged "wife"/fiancee/girlfriend -- whatever the hell she is to him -- smooching with Miley on the shores of Lake Como.

In the photo, Brody's standing near the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean and staring back at the camera from afar. He captioned the pic, "Don't let yesterday take up too much of today." Vague enough to be about anything, right? Well, his costar, Brandon Lee, got explicit.

Brandon commented underneath, writing ... "Let's round this scandal out and post a pic of us making out," adding a kissing emoji for good measure. Brody then responded to that, saying ... "watch out! Pics of Liam and I holding hands on the beach coming soon."

Miley chimed in on the exchange, and shut it down ... writing, "@brodyjenner go take a nap in your truck and cool off #HotGirlSummer." Doesn't look like Brody carried on from there.

As you know ... Brody and Kaitlynn broke up about a week and change ago, because we're told he didn't wanna give her two things ... a baby and a legal marriage. About a year ago, they had everyone believe they'd tied the knot in Indonesia, but it wasn't legit.

Fast forward to Saturday, when Miley announced she and her husband, Liam Hemsworth, were separating ... less than a year into their marriage. Turns out, she and Kaitlynn had been getting cuddly the day before while vacationing in Italy ... locking lips, no less.

Lady Gaga wants to help the healing process in the communities recently affected by mass shootings -- and her solution is cash for classrooms.

The singer posted an emotional message this week in support of the families and victims of the Gilroy, El Paso and Dayton shootings that occurred within a week of each other. Gaga wrote that her heart went out to those affected, adding ... "Everyone has the right to laws that make them feel safe in their communities. In this moment, I want to channel my confusion, frustration, and fury into hope. Hope that we are there for each other and for ourselves."

Gaga went on to say that she's partnering with DonorsChoose.org and the Born This Way Foundation to "fully fund the classroom project needs in Dayton, OH, El Paso, TX, and Gilroy, CA. 14 classrooms in Dayton, 125 classrooms in El Paso, and 23 classrooms in Gilroy will now have access to the support they need to inspire their students to work together and bring their dreams to life."

It's unclear how much money Gaga is putting up herself -- but the dough she donates, as well as the donations of others, will go toward state-of-the-art updates, learning tools and other services that top-notch schools in the country use and enjoy.

For example, Gaga and co. have already funded programs like the 'We Rock Kindness Rock' project, which provides students with rocks and paints and "an opportunity to create their own rock that will be displayed as a kindness reminder."

There are countless other initiatives that have been funded thus far, and several more than need assistance.

As for Gaga though, she notes about those impacted by the shootings should make sure to take care of their mental health, saying ... "If you’re struggling, please be brave and tell a trusted someone. Don’t be scared to ask for help, I beg you."

Matt Bellamy's super massive black hole of long engagements is over -- dude finally pulled the trigger and married his girlfriend, Elle Evans ... at the ripe age of 41.

The Muse frontman and his 29-year-old model fiancee tied the knot Saturday in Malibu at what looked like a gorgeous ceremony surrounded by friends and fam. Elle went with a traditional white gown, and Matt opted for a tan tux -- matching the scene perfectly.

The newlyweds posted similar photos of them walking down the aisle together, with the exact same caption ... "Mr. & Mrs. Bellamy." They later danced to Beach House's "Somewhere Tonight" -- and cut up a four-tiered wedding cake that looked pretty incredible.

Even in the moment when they appeared to be reciting their vows was captured by cameras, and you can tell the nuptials were something to behold. Long story short, they did it right.

It's a big step for Matt. Popping the question to Elle marked his third proposal/engagement ... but now they they've both said "I do," it'll be his first marriage. Elle's too, for that matter.

Matt was previously engaged to Kate Hudson for about 3 years before they ended their relationship in 2014. Before that, he was engaged to Italian psychologist Gaia Polloni for a couple years ... before breaking things off with her in 2009.

Taylor threw a party to celebrate not 1, not 2 but 10 VMA noms, which include Video of The Year and Song of The Year for her singles, "Me!" and "You Need to Calm Down."

Calming down was on no one's mind Saturday night at Beauty & Essex in L.A., when Taylor busted moves with some pretty impressive backup, including Laverne Cox, Chester Lockhart, the HAIM sisters and Justin Mikita.

BTW ... she'll perform at the VMAs on the 26th ... and it'll be the first time in 4 years.

Nipsey Hussle's family is turning down hoards of proposals for a very public birthday bash honoring the slain rapper ... because the wounds are just too fresh.

Sources close to Nipsey's fam tell TMZ ... there will be no city-wide celebration in Los Angeles, even though fans are begging for one, because his family is still in mourning.

Instead of a public event ... we're told Nipsey's family will get together on August 15, on what would have been the Crenshaw rapper's 34th birthday, and remember their lost loved one in private.

Our sources say Nip's clan has been flooded with suggestions for how to recognize his bday in front of the masses ... but we're told the family feels it's still too soon to do a huge celebration, considering it's only been a few months since his tragic death.

Nipsey fans who flock to his Marathon Clothing store in his honor will be met by a heavy police presence ... and they won't be able to get close to the storefront, because we're told an extra set of barricades is being added to an existing fence.

So, while it's nice to see so many folks looking to remember Nip on his birthday ... ya gotta understand where his family is coming from.

Joe Budden made waves this week by landing at number 3 on an all-time greatest rappers list that went viral -- but some other greats got snubbed big time ... so say Flo Rida.

We got the Florida-grown MC in NYC, where our camera guy asked what he made of a Top 50 list put out by some podcasters that pissed off the hip-hop community -- because they put JB at no. 3, only below Jay-Z and Nas ... and above A LOT of other artists.

Flo says he tries to stay away from rankings like this, since "best" is in the eye of the beholder ... and no one person is going to always agree.

That said, our photog puts homeboy on the spot and asks him to name a few rappers he considers to be the cream of the crop -- and he finally caves ... for him, it's Pac.

He also acknowledges Biggie and Eminem as probably needing to be higher on an all-time greatest list too -- they got relegated to no. 8 and 28, respectively -- considering their versatility and how influential they've been. Seems trailblazers are important to Flo.

Aaron Carter will take a pic with you, but only if the price is right, according to someone who went to his show.

Aaron was at the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis Friday, when he performed as part of the Pop 2000 Tour.

According to the fan, Aaron went into the crowd and was standing next to a group when he said, "You're in my crew."  the fan says she responded, "I want to be in your crew."

She says Aaron fired back, "It will be $300 for a meet-and-greet."

The fan tells TMZ, Aaron said, "I'll make it $250, but she said she had no money. She claims Aaron said, "How about $50 for a picture." She reiterated she had no money, and Aaron said, "I'll do one for free." The fan said she felt bad, claiming he clearly needed the money. She says Aaron responded, "I don't need it. I have an $80,000 watch on." She says he then walked away and that's where the video picks up.

You hear the fan sing, "I want it that way," and Aaron fires back, "I don't want you at all." Aaron then smiles and winks at the tipster.

Aaron had performed with a number of artists, including Tyler Hilton, Ryan Cabrera and O-Town. Lance Bass hosted and sang "Bye Bye Bye" with O-Town to close out the show.

Aaron's had a rough week. A family member called authorities Wednesday, claiming Aaron was suicidal and doing drugs. Cops came to do a welfare check and determined he was okay.

Damian Lillard isn't forgetting about his day job in the NBA, because championships are still his focus ... but says he'd definitely be stoked to win a Grammy for his 3rd album.

Dame just dropped his 3rd album, "Big D.O.L.L.A." and the early reviews are good ... so good that some people are saying the NBA star has a shot at rap superstardom.

So, when we talked to Dame we had to know how far he wants to take this rap thing ... and if he cares about the accolades that come along with it .... like a Grammy.

"I don't care about it maybe to the level I care about being the MVP or winning a championship."

So, there you have it Trail Blazers fans ... you can breathe, Dame isn't going anywhere. He did point out though, that he thinks he has a chance to do something no other hooper has, and that intrigues him.

"I care about in the sense that how many NBA All-Stars or max contract players can say, 'I legitimately won a Grammy.'"

None that we can see ... but if we're being real, none have been as good as Dame. The man's gotten props from some huge names in hip-hop, and is widely regarded as the best pure rapper the league has ever produced.

Question is now ... how does he get to the Grammys?

Wayne Newton's monkey ain't your average Curious George ... cause the teenage girl who says the animal bit her says the injury required medical attention.

TMZ's obtained a pic of the injury allegedly caused by Wayne's Capuchin monkey, Boo. The girl's mother is suing Newton claiming Boo bit her daughter's right wrist 2 years ago while visiting Newton's former estate, Casa de Shenandoah ... a tourist attraction and museum in Las Vegas.

Their attorney, Marc Naron of D.R. Patti & Associates, says the bite broke the girl's skin ... causing it to swell -- and she had to go to a hospital where she got a tetanus shot. The pic, btw, was taken the day after the alleged incident.

We're told the alleged victim, who was 15 at the time, underwent follow-up treatments and was left with a gnarly scar that may be permanent. She claims she underwent counseling because of her fear of animals.

In the lawsuit, the family says Boo was not caged nor on a leash when they visited back in October 2017. Wayne and his wife, Kathleen McCrone Newton, tell us they haven't seen the lawsuit. They add ... their company stopped operating Casa de Shenandoah in July 2017, "due to Wayne's almost dying from a spider bite" -- so they have "no idea what happened in October 2017."

Kid Rock's taking a shot at Taylor Swift's jump into acting by claiming she's down to trade sex acts for movie roles -- but it really looks like a pretty transparent political attack.

The staunch Donald Trump supporter woke up Friday morning and, much like POTUS, decided to go on the attack ... on Twitter. Kid said Taylor "wants to be a democrat because she want to be in movies ... period. And it looks like she will suck the door knob of Hollyweird to get there. Oldest move in the book. Good luck girl."

We're gonna take a scary leap into Kid Rock's head and presume he was responding to headlines about Taylor's reasoning for not endorsing Hillary Clinton in 2016. In short ... she said she felt her endorsement would've been a liability for Hillary because both she and the candidate were being called snakes and liars at the time.

Kid, who famously visited Trump in the Oval Office back in 2017, clearly doesn't care about Taylor's explanation ... only that she's NOT backing his guy in the White House.

BTW ... Chrissy Teigen weighed in on Kid's rant and summed it up with two words:

RiRi was out buying her own groceries Thursday at the super popular Eataly Market in L.A. No assistant or handlers needed as she loaded up on some wine, basil and other gourmet items. She even pushed her own cart, which looked pretty full. Hey, it's Prosciutto Week there!

She wasn't even covered up in shades or a hat -- although there were a couple of bodyguards standing by ... just in case a crowd swarmed. It's Rihanna, after all.

But, even with a reported $600 MILLION in the bank, she seamlessly blended with regular folks. The Barbadian superstar -- wearing a low-cut, black and white dress -- chowed down on some samples and even scarfed down the famous restaurant's must-have pizza.

Gotta love a girl who loves to eat ... and still rock the hell out of a sexy loofah ensemble.

The actress-turned-semi-retiree and Benji Madden are living it up in St. Tropez where they made a huge splash together, literally. The couple took a dive off a luxury yacht and into the crystal clear blue waters. They hopped on what looks like a couple of motorized body boards and also did a little paddleboarding.

The couple's hanging with friends for a picture perfect vacay most of us would kill to take. Then again, most of us would also kill to quit our day jobs, which Cameron actually did. She's still making a splash -- though now it's a literal one -- after announcing she's done with acting ... for now.

Cam recently told InStyle, "The way I look at it is that I’ve given more than half of my life to the public. I feel it’s OK for me to take time for myself now to reorganize and choose how I want to come [back] into the world."
