Kim Kardashian says her daughter had to be edited into a family Halloween photo 'cause the kid was scared of Kanye's costume -- but only as a dinosaur ... not a giant mutant bug.

Kim posted a couple of decked-out Halloween pics over the past couple days, and it looks like the Kardashian-West fam went with "The Flinstones" and worm themes this year. Funny enough, Kim admits little Chicago had to be photoshopped into the former shoot, seeing how she was apparently terrified of dad in the life-size Dino outfit and wouldn't get near it.

On the flip side ... it looks like Chicago was able to pull it together for a way creepier family photo, where everyone dressed up as bugs -- or as Kim puts it, "West Worms."

If you ask us, Ye looks a lot scarier and more menacing as the fly/gnat/larva ... whatever the hell that is ... as opposed to the lovable Flinstones pet. But, hey, to a 1-year-old ... maybe Dino is the freakier sight. Better not put any Barney on around her ... just a suggestion.

Of the photoshop job, Kim said ... "This family pic was such a challenge because Chicago was so scared of Dino! LOL We tried to explain and show her that it was just daddy but she didn’t get the concept yet!" She went on to add, "So shout out to the photographer for editing her in & making our family Flintstones dreams come true!"

Kim also posted a BTS video of her and fam wearing their bug outfits -- set to soprano Lorna Anderson's soothing voice -- and it looks like Kanye had to win Chicago over there too.

Farrah Abraham is glad that Jenelle Evans is leaving what she considers to be a bad relationship with David Eason ... but isn't totally satisfied with the apparent motivations.

We got the fellow 'Teen Mom' alumna Saturday in L.A., where she weighed in on the big news that broke this past week ... Jenelle announcing that she's leaving David and would be proceeding with divorce. Farrah says that's great ... if she's doing it for the right reasons.

As far as FA is concerned, she tells us that herself and others have been trying to get Jenelle to split from David for a while -- but now that it's actually happening ... Farrah says she only sees an unflattering headline out of it. Namely, Jenelle wants back in with MTV.

TMZ broke the story ... Jenelle's vying for a spot back on the show that made her famous, and one of the reasons she called it quits was in hopes for a possible reality TV comeback.

We've been told Jenelle feels David was screwing her over financially and holding her back from potential deals, so with him gone ... she's hoping she can make some cash again.

Farrah doesn't like that rationale -- even though we know that's not the only reason Jenelle's splitting from David. Still, that seems to be all Farrah's hearing ... and she says Jenelle hopefully cut it off with David for way more important things ... like, ya know, the safety of her kids, which Farrah insinuates might be an afterthought here for JE.

Louis C.K. should start his 14-city international tour by doing one thing right off the bat -- apologize for mocking Parkland shooting victims ... so says survivor Aalayah Eastmond.

Aalayah tells TMZ ... a simple apology from the comedian would go a long way nearly a year after he denigrated survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting.

Aalayah -- who played dead under another student's dead body to avoid coming face-to-face with gunman Nikolas Cruz when he shot and killed 17 people in February 2018 -- says Louie has no right to joke about someone else's tragic experience ... especially as painful as surviving a mass shooting.

The shooting, of course, sparked outcry and survivors like Emma Gonzalez and David Hogg became strong proponents of gun control ... taking their fight to Capitol Hill. Louis joked about survivors turning into activists in a stand-up set, audio of which later leaked online.

Louis kicks off his tour Saturday in Richmond, Virginia and ends in January 2020 in New Orleans. Stops include Tel Aviv, Rome and Bratislava, Slovakia. He mostly went into hiding after his 2017 confession of admitting he'd exposed himself to several women and masturbated in front of them over the phone.

That didn't deter fans from going bonkers over him when he attempted a comeback ... getting a standing ovation at a comedy festival just 6 months after his Parkland rant.

Dolph Lundgren doesn't see any issue with older dudes, like Dennis Quaid and Peter Cook, proposing to women more than half their age ... 'cause in the end, it ain't about age.

We got Dolph leaving Il Pastaio in Bev Hills and asked about Dennis and Peter and their much younger fiancees. He says age is overrated, and it's really abut personality and getting along with someone.

As you know ... Dennis is 65 and is engaged to 26-year-old grad student Laura Savoie, while Christie Brinkley's ex is 60 and engaged to 21-year-old co-ed Alba Jancou. Both proposals are super fresh.

Dolph says the only thing that matters is your significant other making you happy, so who cares if they're 25 or 35 or 45. Here's where the vid takes a turn -- as soon as Dolph said that ... our photog saw an opening.

You gotta watch the interaction 'cause it's priceless. Can't knock a girl for tryin', but her Halloween getup might have bit her in the ass.

YG says he did NOT step out on Kehlani while partying in L.A. -- and despite a photo seeming to show that -- he insists they remain a strong couple.

We spoke to someone who was partying with the rapper Wednesday night and they tell us a woman did approach YG outside Poppy Nightclub. We're told she got right up in YG's grill and requested a pic while he was sitting in the passenger seat of his car -- but there was no kiss.

Our source says YG told the woman -- who wasn't partying with him or his friends -- he wasn't in the mood to take a photo but she persisted. Video and photos have surfaced showing that exchange, leading to the report claiming YG cheated.

We're told YG -- who was at Poppy for Todd Gurley's Halloween bash -- was pretty intoxicated, and he regrets putting himself in a situation that's now being misconstrued.

As for Kehlani, we're told she's all Gucci with her man -- so, YG's dodged the ultimate bullet.

Danielle Bregoli is adamant she didn't lose her latest face-off against fellow viral star Woah Vicky -- saying the girl doesn't fight fair, and neither do the dudes who held her back.

Bhad Bhabie got into a brawl super early Wednesday morning down in Atlanta, where we're told she rolled up to confront her archnemesis, WV, at a studio she was at during a recording session for rapper Lil Gotit. Well, they did more than s**t talk ... they scrapped.

TMZ got a hold of footage from the fight, and Vicky pretty clearly got the best of Danielle ... although BB later took to social media to plead her case -- that she wasn't touched.

Danielle says Vicky had a firm grip on her hair, but that despite this ... the older Woah Vicky never landed a clean punch on her face, and thus -- did NOT win this round. In fact, DB seems to suggest she actually won the fight by getting hands on Vicky.

On top of all that ... Bhad Bhabie says the fellas in the room got in her way -- specifically the dude in the gray sweatsuit who literally held her back -- and prevented Danielle from unleashing a proper ass-whooping on Vicky, who can be seen retreating from the room.

BTW, props to these upstanding gentlemen for standing by and recording this -- a minor being assaulted by a barely legal adult. Your moms must be proud of ya.

This, of course, isn't the first time Vicky and Danielle have battled. You'll recall ... they got into it last year in L.A., where they were both swinging on each other at what appeared to be a mall. Once-upon-a-time kid rapper Lil Tay was in the mix too at the time.

Eva Marcille is pleading with a judge to keep her baby daddy away from their daughter, because she fears he's capable of going on a killing spree like Chris Dorner.

The 'RHOA' star filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, responding to Kevin McCall Jr.'s request to have the judge reevaluate their custody arrangement for 5-year-old Marley Rae -- but Eva says there's no need to because her ex is dangerous.

In the docs, Eva claims Kevin is unstable and has admitted to her he could do worse damage than Dorner -- the ex-cop who went on a killing rampage in 2013 that ended with a manhunt and fatal shootout in Southern California.

Eva also claims Kevin praised a man that killed her good friend and himself in a murder-suicide. She alleges he referred to the guy as his "hero." Eva even included a screenshot from one of Kevin's IG posts where he seemed to make ominous threats against her ... and called himself a "ticking time bomb."

Adding insult to injury, Eva says Kevin's been wrapped up in more legal woes -- including a recent domestic violence charge -- which she believes should disqualify him from spending time with their daughter.

According to the docs, Eva claims Kevin's not only been an absentee father for most of Marley's life, but he also hasn't paid a dime of child support.

She says nothing needs to change in terms of custody, and she wants a judge to toss Kevin's request entirely.

We reached out to Kevin ... so far, no word back.

Kanye West has his facts messed up when it comes to Plan B and abortion -- two things he mistakenly thinks go hand in hand.

A rep for Foundation Consumer Healthcare -- the pharma company that makes the Plan B One-Step contraceptive -- tells TMZ that their pill is in no way connected to the process of abortion ... even though Ye appeared to conflate the topics.

You'll recall ... Kanye mentioned Plan B and abortion in a rant he went on about the Democratic party, which he thinks has brainwashed African-Americans into killing babies.

That is simply NOT the case though, when it comes to Plan B ... so says FCH. The company tells us plainly, "Plan B emergency contraception is a safe and effective backup option when used as directed after unprotected sex or birth control failure." Hmmm ... go on.

They add, "Plan B helps prevent pregnancy before it starts by delaying ovulation. Plan B is not an abortion pill – it will not harm an existing pregnancy and it will not be effective if a woman is already pregnant." In short, it ain't an abortion pill, despite misconceptions.

A rep for Planned Parenthood sounded off as well, saying black women have actually had a leading role in the fight for abortion access, sex education and reproductive health rights.

The spokesperson adds, "As Black women, we make our own decisions about our bodies and pregnancies, and want and deserve to have access to the best medical care available. Misinformation like this is meant to shame us and keep us from making our own health care decisions. Black women want and deserve support and access to the full range of reproductive health care, but this persistent lie is threatening our ability to obtain it."

Paul Feig stands firmly with the block of filmmakers who say Netflix's plan to let you slightly speed up content, for faster viewing, is a crappy idea ... one that's sparking a Hollywood turf war.

We ran into the director Tuesday in NYC, and asked him to weigh in on reports that certain Android users could slow down or speed up -- as fast as 1.5x -- the regular playback of Netflix programming.

Paul's mind is made up ... he says there's NO benefit to letting users watch something in a distorted form like that. He stopped short of using the word boycott, but he's clearly pissed, and he's not alone.

When Judd Apatow, Aaron Paul and several other creative types caught wind of the Netflix feature they threw down the gauntlet. Judd is threatening to get every director and producer to back his stance, which is ... "Don't f**k with our timing."

Watch Paul ... there's no doubt he's team Judd.

It does appear Netflix big wigs are listening to all the gripes, and they're trying to temper things. They've said the slow/speed-viewing is just a test ... and an optional one at that.

Netflix published a blog post to their site admitting that, yes, they've been testing speed changes on mobile platforms, but that doesn't mean it's going into effect permanently.

As for why they're even doing it ... Netflix says it's gotten this request from a lot of users who want to watch some content at different speeds for a variety of reasons -- language barriers, crucial scenes or dialogue, etc ...

Ultimately, Netflix could have a tough decision -- give the people (who pay for the content) what they want, or give the filmmakers (who make the content) what they want.

"The Oval" star Ed Quinn has a creepy feeling about his home away from home at Tyler Perry Studios, and it ain't about Halloween ... it's about Confederate Army ghosts!!!

Ed says Tyler Perry was nice enough to hook him up with a place to live while they're shooting 'Oval,' but as he told us Tuesday on "TMZ Live" ... the crib came complete with paranormal residents.

Little backstory ... Tyler's 800-acre complex sits on what used to be a Confederate Army base, and Ed's house on the lot was, apparently, an officer's residence. It sounds like Ed was warned about haunted activity, but wasn't fazed ... at first anyway.

Now, you gotta see him describe what happened the first night he turned off the lights. Let's just say, he flipped 'em back on less than 10 seconds later. As Ed puts it, living and breathing houses will make ya do that.

And, don't even get him started on the third-floor hallway.

It's no joke to Ed ... he told us some of his castmates have experienced the creepy feeling too, including his TV daughter, Paige Hurd, who immediately busted out some burnt sage.

Tyler's gotten the crap scared outta him too, but Ed's not buying it. Watch.

Kevin Hart appears to be sparing the driver of a nasty car wreck that nearly killed him  -- because we've learned he isn't planning to take the guy to court.

Sources close to the comedian tell TMZ ... Kevin does not intend to sue driver Jared Black, whom the CHP determined caused the crash by driving recklessly. In fact, we're told Kevin's not even going to file a claim with Jared's insurance company to cover his medical bills and the cost of the 1970 Plymouth Baraccuda, which was totaled in the single-car crash.

Our sources say Kevin likes Jared and Jared's fiancee is close to Kevin's wife, Eniko. The fiancee, Rebecca, is Eniko's personal trainer.

We're told Kevin will use his personal health insurance to cover medical costs. It's not like he needs the money. It's unclear whether he's just going to write off the value of the car.

The medical bills are going to be huge. Kevin had surgery for 3 fractures on his back and is undergoing intensive therapy. All of that put the medical bills in the stratosphere.

Here's the kicker... we're told that Jared himself has lawyered up, and could file suit against Kevin for not having the proper safety harnesses in the car. If he does sue, there's a problem, because no one in the car was even wearing their safety belt. So, even if there were harnesses, it wouldn't have done anyone any good if no one strapped in.

Kanye West says Jesus has freed him from the clutches of the Democratic Party, which he claims has brainwashed the black community into aborting children.

The rapper made the controversial remark during an interview with radio personality Big Boy about politics, his new album and black culture. While Kanye's already been widely accused of abandoning the culture -- due to his support for President Trump -- he doubled down by telling Big Boy ... African-Americans don't really have their own culture.

He said it's adopted from a mishmash of consumerism, pushed by Dems to keep black folks trapped -- as opposed to encouraging entrepreneurship and self-ownership ... a traditionally GOP philosophy.

Then came the really inflammatory comment about Dems. Ye said on Friday ... the political party has brainwashed his people to do unholy things, like Plan B birth control and encouraging the abortion of babies. He followed up by saying, "Thou shall not kill."

He also says Democrats have backed policies for decades that have hurt the black community, and he simply isn't falling in line anymore ... backlash be damned.

Y'know those massive escalators at Universal Studios Hollywood? Well, imagine a food cart careening down them with innocent people in the line of fire -- and now watch this video of that happening.

Terrifying footage of the plunging cart was posted from what seems to be Halloween Horror Nights at the Universal City theme park. It appears an employee lost control of the equipment as they were taking it down an escalator.

The food cart made a huge ruckus as it started tumbling down the stairs ... which might have alerted folks to duck and cover. Thankfully, it didn't end up making contact with anyone -- at least not in the video.

You can hear the person recording the video scream out, "What the f**k?!" Indeed, this could've taken an ugly turn fast -- especially because the park's been packed for Halloween Horror Nights.

The video does catch a glimpse of someone in a chef hat -- presumably a cook at the theme park -- who clearly realizes right away how bad this could've been.

Julian Castro is the Castro twin running for President, but that doesn't mean his brother -- Rep. Joaquin Castro -- isn't thinking about protecting his own neck, IF Julian goes the distance.

We ran into the Castro twins Monday at Reagan National Airport in D.C., but instead of talking to the Democratic candidate -- we've talked to Julian plenty before -- we got the Congressman's take on something pretty fascinating.

Seeing as how they're identical twins ... would Joaquin be eligible for his own Secret Service detail, if his bro were commander in chief?

Joaquin certainly hopes so! As he tells us ... people still mistake him for Julian a lot, even though Joaquin's switched some things up about his look.

Apparently, it hasn't been enough ... 'cause he says plenty of folks can't believe they're seeing Julian in the flesh, even though they're not.

The distinguished gentleman from Texas cops to going along with it sometimes. Hey, it's good, clean, twin-brotherly fun.

Freshman Congresswoman Katie Hill just threw in the towel ... announcing her resignation amid a scandal that she's now blaming on her husband and dirty politics.

Rep. Hill -- a Democrat --  issued a letter Sunday, saying she was stepping down from her elected post in the House of Representatives after winning the seat in last year's election. She repped California's 25th congressional district, covering parts of Northern Los Angeles.

In the document, she makes some damning allegations against her estranged husband, Kenny Heslep ... whom she's in the middle of divorcing right now, and it just got nastier.

Hill writes, "This is what needs to happen so that the good people who supported me will no longer be subjected to the pain inflicted by my abusive husband and the brutality of hateful political operatives who seem to happily provide a platform to a monster who is driving a smear campaign built around cyber exploitation."

She goes on to say, "Having private photos of personal moments weaponized against me has been an appalling invasion of my privacy. It's also illegal, and we are currently pursuing all of our available legal options." The implication is that Heslep facilitated the leak.

If you hadn't heard ... nude photos of Hill surfaced last week, as did news of extramarital relationships she allegedly had with 2 different people -- a congressional staffer of hers, and a former campaign aide. She admitted to the aide fling, but denied a staffer affair.

Hill finishes her letter by saying that she's stepping down to avoid further pain and embarrassment being thrust onto her and others, while also apologizing for her mistakes.

She writes, "Thank you for allowing me to turn my focus on this particular battle right now, and know that I stand with you as we continue to fight for the many important issues that brought me to Congress in the first place."

Machine Gun Kelly seemed quite pissed during one of his concerts after his guitar wasn't working, and he took it out on one of his stagehands ... for which he's now apologized.

The Cleveland rapper was performing Friday night at the Credit Union 1 Pavilion in Chicago, where at one point while he and his band were rocking out to MGK's "Hollywood Whore" ... an equipment malfunction occurred, and Kelly kinda lost his s*** up there.

TMZ got video of the meltdown moment, where MGK realizes his guitar isn't working at a part of the song where it's supposed to (his guitar solo, it seems), and he rushes over to the backstage area to see what's going on ... confronting a frantic stagehand.

He seems to make some sort of physical contact with the guy before rushing back to the other side of the stage, with the stagehand following close behind with a mic stand.

Once they're on the left side again, Machine Gun Kelly appears to shove his guitar into the stagehand's chest, clearly frustrated with him as the guy scurries off back to the right again.

The song continues to play as MGK awkwardly stands in the back, not having played a lick of guitar through most of the ending of the track ... and things ended even more poorly as Kelly appeared to lurk over to the stagehand who appeared upset and flustered.

MGK climbs a box behind the main stage and stares the dude down from above, and then LEAPS down and follows him back stage as the guy tries to get away. Bad look, right?

Seems like Kelly himself realized just how nasty he'd acted, and took to Twitter after the show to address it. He wrote, "tonight the frustrations from my personal life came out on the stage. sorry to my fans and my band. i’ll get help after tour is over."
