Floyd Mayweather doesn't want to be a 1-and-done in 2020 -- our sources tell us he's targeting TWO fights next year ... one against a pro-boxer and another against a UFC star.

Nothing is set in stone yet ... it's all being worked out and the situation is very fluid. But, for now, we're being told one name that's being seriously considered is Manny Pacquiao.

Floyd has been interested in a rematch for years and he feels the time is right -- especially with Manny being healthy and coming off a great victory over Keith Thurman.

It's also worth noting that Manny is no longer repped by Bob Arum and is now a part of Al Haymon's promotion. Hayman famously works closely with Mayweather.

As for the UFC component, we're told Floyd wants another boxing match with a UFC star, preferably someone who has impressed with stand-up striking skills.

Floyd has already teased a UFC crossover after hanging with Dana White at the Clippers game on Nov. 20 ... unclear if they spoke about potential opponents.

Conor McGregor has expressed interest in a rematch and has spelled out why he thinks he will be successful a second time around.

Floyd also called out Khabib in 2018 -- but he's notorious for his ground game ... so based on what we're being told, he's not the priority.

As for dates, we're told Floyd wants to fight in May and again in Sept. -- and he's even thrown out the possibility of fighting at the new Raiders stadium in Las Vegas.

Again, it's all very fluid and could change with the wind ... but for now, we're told this is the starting point.

The next TV bachelor to make the ladies swoon as they compete for his love is none other than ... Dennis Graham! Dennis Graham??? You're damn straight.

It makes sense if you think about it -- he's single, rich, lives in L.A., loves to party and ... oh yeah, his kid is one of the biggest performers in the world. Who's not lining up for a shot at being Drake's stepmom???

Sources close to Dennis tell TMZ ... at least 2 TV networks agree he's quite the catch -- he's in serious talks to land a show chronicling his search for a soulmate.

We're told viewers will also get a glimpse of Graham's life of luxury ... clubbing, driving expensive cars and of course, all the fringe benefits of being Drake's pops.

Our sources say Dennis had multiple meetings -- with his partner and reality TV guru David Weintraub -- last week to pitch the project, and there's strong interest from Vice and WE tv. He's expecting a signed deal sometime next week.

As for potential contestants on Dennis' dating show ... he's famously ducked revealing his age, so the ladies will have to be cool with that. Also, we're not saying this is a lock but remember ... Drake is consistently single. Ya can't rule out a mother-daughter double date.

French Montana was rushed to the hospital by ambulance Thursday after experiencing heart issues and intense stomach pain, but according to the 911 call, it appears cops believed he was 'intoxicated' ... something his team disputes.

We're told when cops arrived they stormed the house and put several people in handcuffs. French was in his bedroom, asleep. His people say he was not feeling well. When cops woke him up we're told he began yelling -- because he didn't know what was going on -- and then he collapsed. That's when police called for an ambulance.

We got the 911 dispatch audio and you hear a portion that's redacted, although they are clearly talking about French since he was the subject of the call. When the redaction ends you hear the word, "intoxicated."

Sources connected to French say he was NOT intoxicated, but now we have additional information that helps put the scene in context. We're told a neighbor called 911, believed a robbery was going down at French's Calabasas home.

Justin Hartley has filed for divorce after only 2 years of marriage.

Hartley filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he claims irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce from Chrishell Stause, who has been on "Days of Our Lives" and is a star of the Netflix show, "Selling Sunset."

It's almost like this came out of the blue. Justin and Chrishell were together just last week, so something seems to have happened.

The couple has no children together, so custody won't be an issue. It's unclear if they have a prenup. BTW, Justin has one child from a previous marriage.

Justin and Chrishell dated for 3 years before he proposed. They met when their mutual friend encouraged them to go on a date since they were both starring in soaps at the time and were single. He was on "Young and the Restless," and the soap community is small.

Brett Dalton's marriage could no longer be shielded ... from the ultimate blow of divorce.

The "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" star filed for divorce Friday in L.A. from his wife Melissa Trn ... TMZ has learned. The couple wed in December 2015 but dated for several years before he popped the question.

Brett and Melissa have a 7-year-old daughter together, so they'll have custody and child support issues to work out ... among other things of course.

The 2 met while they were attending the Yale School of Drama together. Melissa is a costume designer, currently working in NYC.

The son of ex-'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Lauri Peterson is getting his wish to be transferred to a new jail, where he and his mom believe he'll be much safer.

A judge approved the move on Friday for Josh Waring. He'll be leaving lockup in the Orange County Jail and heading to the Santa Ana City Jail ... which means he'll no longer be in custody of OC Sheriff's deputies and corrections officers, who he and Lauri believe are trying to get him killed.

Josh will get all the same privileges -- library access, unlimited calls, healthcare, etc. -- he had at the OC jail. He's scheduled to be transferred later Friday.

We broke the story ... Josh was ambushed last month at the county jail and brutally attacked by another inmate wielding razors wrapped in towels. That inmate was supposed to be locked in his cell.

Waring suffered deep gashes to his chest and face, and he and his lawyer believe the incident is the latest proof his life was in danger in the OC jail.

In fact, Lauri told us the attack came after guards threatened to kill Josh and he'd already suffered multiple other assaults -- 3 by inmates and at least one by a guard.

Waring's lawyer, Joel Garson, believes it could be retaliation against Josh for filing a federal lawsuit against Orange County and its Sheriff's Department for violating his civil rights. He claims jail officials illegally recorded his attorney-client calls. That case is ongoing.

As for the October attack, you'll recall one of the correctional officers claimed Josh stated right afterward he knew the guards didn't set him up ... but Garson denied that and doubled down, saying the guard's claim is a "cover your ass" statement.

Sam Hunt has gone public over his DUI Thursday, saying he made some really bad choices.

The country star just said, "Thursday night I decided to drive myself home after drinking at a friend's show in downtown Nashville. It was a poor and selfish decision and I apologize to everyone who was unknowingly put at risk and let down by it. It won't happen again."

Truth be told, it wasn't Thursday night ... it was Thursday at 6 AM. Hunt was in a bar Wednesday night partying with some folks, but the bars close at 2 AM. Cops saw Sam swerving and driving down the wrong side of the road at 6 AM, pulled him over and noticed he reeked of alcohol.

He was clearly wasted ... police asked for his driver's license, which was in his lap, but instead he gave them a credit card and his passport. He did poorly on the field sobriety test and blew a .173 ... way over the legal limit.

Van Jones is ripping the judge who sent Meek Mill to prison on a parole violation for another, equally "egregious," decision ... and says it's evidence "bad laws" must be changed!!!

Van joined us Friday on "TMZ Live," to talk about the case of Maurice Hudson ... a Pennsylvania man Judge Genece Brinkley sentenced to 18-36 months in a state prison. His crime? Being too poor to pay $1,941 in court fees.

The CNN host ripped Brinkley, calling her "horrific" and slamming her for abusing a state law allowing her to put Hudson back behind bars ... despite the fact the janitor had kept his nose clean for 10 years, while taking care of his special needs daughters.

You'll recall, Judge Brinkley sent Meek back to prison in 2017 with a harsh sentence of 2-4 years behind bars after she found Meek violated his probation in his 2008 gun conviction. Many folks feel Judge Brinkley had it out for Meek.

Van says Hudson's case is just the tip of the iceberg, but his REFORM Alliance -- founded with Meek, Jay-Z and Sixers partner Michael Rubin -- is working diligently to change bad laws and oust bad judges.

REFORM succeeded Friday in securing Hudson's release from prison, but he had to serve 9 months before getting back his freedom ... and Van told us why prison reform still has a long way to go.

Elon Musk has a smashing success on his hands, and we mean that in the worst way possible because his new Tesla Cybertruck -- billed as shatterproof -- shattered moments after he unveiled it.

We'll say this ... if Elon isn't firing a handful of people right now, he's going soft. On Thursday at SpaceX HQ in Hawthorne, CA ... he pulled back the curtain on the Cybertruck, and had a staffer throw a metal ball at the driver side windows to prove the near-indestructibility of its "armor glass."

It couldn't have gone worse as both windows shattered. Elon seemed to vamp to find a silver lining, saying ... "It didn't go through. That's a plus side."

It was reminiscent of some of SpaceX's early Falcon 9 rocket disasters. 'Memba this one? Juuuuust a bit outside of the landing pad, and into the drink!

To be fair, the Falcon 9 works like a charm now, so maybe that bodes well for the Cybertruck's future, but calling its introduction an embarrassment is an enormous understatement.

In fact, it went sooooo badly, it smells of a setup. The question -- was Elon in on it, just to make sure the new Cybertruck unveiling went viral? OR, was Elon set up by prankster employees?

If it's the latter, like we said ... someone's looking into unemployment benefits right now.

Mohamed Hadid is taking a major L on what he hoped would be his $100 million Bel-Air mansion -- cause a judge says he's gotta tear down the whole thing.

The 30,000-square-foot crib, which has been dubbed the "Starship Enterprise" -- it's that big -- is unsafe for a of myriad reasons, according to the judge who ruled this week in L.A. Superior Court. In the judge's words, the mansion is a "clear and present" danger to Mohamed's neighbors.

The concern Hadid's neighbors and the city have had for years is that it's on an unstable hillside and wasn't constructed up to safety standards. The judge affirmed that in court, saying, "If this house came down the hill it would take a portion of the neighborhood with it."

A structural engineer told the court the supporting piles under the home were only driven 20 feet into the bedrock, instead of the 30 feet required by regulations. Hadid had hoped to sell the mansion for 9 figures.

Mohamed's neighbors had sued him over the construction and scored a huge victory with the judge's ruling. Demolition for the home will cost an estimated $5 million, and the judge has turned that responsibility over to a receiver named Douglas Wilson.

The judge is ordering Mohamed to pay Wilson a $500k fee, but Mohammed tells us his LLC's financing is strictly for construction, NOT demolition.

As for the judge saying the house is unsafe ... Mohamed says it "has not moved a millimeter! It has never been an imminent danger to the neighbors." He adds there were plenty of city inspectors who observed construction, which started in 2012, and he's pissed no one said anything until years later ... when he'd already spent millions.

Mohamed blames one particular neighbor, who he claims demanded $3.5 mil, or he'd report building code violations to the city. Mohamed sued him for attempted extortion, and tells us that suit is still pending.

"It's a starvation joke, not a race joke."

That's wrestling announcer Jim Cornette trying to justify the "fried chicken" comment he made during an episode of "NWA Power" earlier this week ... and yeah, yikes.

If you missed it, Cornette tried to describe a wrestler's toughness by saying, "He’s the only man I’ve ever known that can strap a bucket of fried chicken on his back and ride a motor scooter across Ethiopia."

The comment was immediately hit with outrage, with people calling the remark racist ... and even wrestling legend Mark Henry told us he found the statement to be completely out of line.

But, Cornette went on his podcast, "Jim Cornette Experience," on Friday to try to explain himself ... and said he was surprised people thought he was being racist.

"It's a starvation joke, not a race joke," Cornette said. "Whether it's a good joke or a bad joke, it was a joke that has been told on TBS, USA Network, broadcast television stations across America over a variety of locations for the past 30 years."

Cornette added, "I’m not that sorry, 'cause it was a joke. And, if you don’t like the joke, that’s fine and I’d even apologize for a bad joke. But, this goddamn feedback was above and beyond the offense. And, I didn’t mean it in any racist way, for f**k's sake."

Cornette also addressed the "fried chicken" aspect of the comments ... saying he only used that for the food item in the joke because "A bucket of chicken sounds funnier. It's a funnier visual than a f**king plate of sushi."

Doesn't seem the NWA was laughing either way ... they said Cornette's comments were "both offensive and do not meet the high standards of decency and good faith of the National Wrestling Alliance."

In that same statement, the wrestling league announced Cornette had resigned from the company.

'RHOA' star Eva Marcille's baby daddy just revealed a key piece of evidence from his latest arrest -- video of his scuffle with a cop down an escalator.

Kevin McCall posted the courthouse surveillance footage on his Instagram, which is of him talking to the officer ... then cuts to a shot of the cop chasing McCall down an escalator in an effort to detain him.

The officer then appears to bodyslam McCall before another cop jumps in to help.

We broke the story ... Kevin says he was injured in the scuffle and plans to sue, and believes he was targeted simply because he's black. According to his latest post, he believes the video supports his theory. He captioned it ... "Hands Up...Don't shoot #thetruthuntold"

McCall's own Instagram Live video from before the altercation shows what led up to the tussle -- the courthouse officer tells him he needs to stop recording video on his phone ... but he refuses, calls him a b*tch and challenges him to fight.

You may recall ... Kevin was in court to challenge Eva for custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Marley Rae. Instead, he ended up in jail and booked on 5 charges -- 4 misdemeanors and one felony count of criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree.

Jerod Sechrist -- known for his brief and turbulent stint on "Deadliest Catch" -- is in even more hot water now ... he's been arrested for allegedly shoplifting from IKEA.

The 33-year-old was picked up on a warrant for grand theft this week in Tampa and has been booked on a felony charge. According to police docs ... Sechrist loaded up a shopping cart with $1,034 worth of electronics in early October and left the store without paying, then tried to flee on his bicycle while pulling the cart full of goods behind him.

Cops say Sechrist was stopped by security and photographed before he bailed on the stolen items and took off on his bike. The incident was allegedly his fifth time stealing from the IKEA.

According to the docs ... cops worked with security staff at the store to review surveillance footage and match the suspect on camera with Sechrist, then obtained the warrant for his arrest on November 20. He was taken in without incident.

What's more interesting -- according to police -- is Sechrist's alleged theft occurred around the same time he was busted for drugs. We broke that story ... Sechrist was arrested for drug possession -- specifically felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

We're told he was released from jail earlier this month, but alas ... he's back again.

Jane Fonda's seventh straight "Fire Drill Friday" climate change protest has led to more arrests ... and some new big names have been added to the list.

Diane Lane, Piper Perabo, and Amber Valletta joined Jane's force of environmental protesters in Washington D.C. Friday for a demonstration at the Supreme Court building ... and got hauled off in cuffs after refusing police orders to move.

Before they were taken away, Diane and Amber told us it was their first time being arrested ... number 2 for Piper. "The Good Place" actor Manny Jacinto was also on hand but didn't get arrested.

Neither did Fonda -- for the third straight week. As you can see ... she scurries away when she starts feeling the heat from police.

As we reported ... Jane's been arrested 4 times, but last Friday when the cops moved in she moved to higher ground and chanted with her comrades from a balcony in the Capitol.

We're told the folks behind FDF with Fonda are making sure she avoids her 5th arrest because it could result in serious consequences ... and they want her to be able to remain the weekly face of the movement.

The D.C. Attorney General's office declined to charge her for her previous 4 arrests ... but the 5th could be the one that lands her some significant jail time.

Damon Dash has had it up to here with the lawyer who grilled him over a movie deal that went south, and let him know several times with some sharp insults ... all on camera.

The Roc-A-Fella cofounder sat for a 50-minute deposition on Thursday for a lawsuit filed against him over the movie, "Dear Frank." The depo did not go smoothly, because right off the bat ... Dame made it clear he's disgusted with Christopher Brown, the attorney for the plaintiffs.

At one point, Damon lit into Brown, who is black, telling him he'll never be a lawyer again, and adding ... "I'm just giving you rope to hang yourself." Dash was pissed at almost every question Brown asked him, and finally blew up about 12 minutes into the depo.

He yelled, "I'm sick of people from my culture trying to actually rob another man from this culture. I'm disgusted with people like this!! Yeah, I said it, punk!!"

Moments later, Damon added ... "He'll sell his whole culture out for a dollar."

Not only was it heated, but Dash's rant also got downright petty at times. He insisted he be addressed as "Mr. Dash" ... and then went on a jag about Brown's sweater.

Brown wasn't laughing, and according to him, Damon became so unruly the law firm hosting the deposition called cops to kick the mogul out of the office. We're told NYPD never showed up, but Brown says Damon and his team left on their own anyway.

The lawsuit, BTW, was filed by the director of "Dear Frank" and the production company. They allege Dash -- who was originally supposed to direct the film -- tried to market and distribute it under a different name, causing confusion in the marketplace.

We also got Dash Friday morning on his way into a Manhattan courthouse. He went OFF again about people "trying to rob" him and claimed he's a target for ungrateful associates.

As he put it, "I do a lot for people and no one wants to kick back, they just want to take credit for it."

He also admitted he might have stayed out a little late the night before court. He was referring to the Canary Club in NYC, where we saw Dame and asked, specifically, about the child support bust.

Damon claims he'd already paid off the $400k debt to ex-wife Rachel Roy and baby mama Cindy Morales -- and says he was in and out of jail in a couple hours ... "Like a real gangsta."

As for why NYPD hauled him in and took his mug shot, if he'd really already paid the debt -- Damon had an explanation for that too. He told us, "I'm a f**king rock star. As long as the motherf**king picture look good, I'm good."
