Drake's joined the All In party to raise money for COVID-19 relief ... and he's offering an awesome party package that starts with a flight on his $200 million private jet.

The rapper got called out by Tom Brady to get behind the All In Challenge -- the fundraiser started by 76ers partner Michael Rubin -- and what he's offering is going to be hard to top.

Drake says one lucky winner, and 7 others they want to bring along for the fun, will get to fly on Air Drake ... where they'll be greeted with an OVO package and a Nike care package.

The flight will take them to L.A. for the weekend, where they'll get the full VIP treatment and join Drake for a private party at his fave club, Delilah.

That's not all, though ... Drake says once he can get back to touring, he's going to hook up the winner with the best seats to his show back in their home city.

As we reported ... several other famous athletes and celebs -- including Kevin Hart, Meek Mill, Justin Bieber, Ryan Seacrest, Mark Cuban and Magic Johnson are either auctioning or raffling off incredible packages ... with all the money going to feed people in need due to the pandemic.

Pastor Tony Spell's got a plan for your stimulus check -- give it away to evangelists who can't pass the offering plate while the pandemic's closed their churches.

The controversial leader of the Life Tabernacle Church in Louisiana has whipped up another controversial idea he calls the #PastorSpellStimulusChallenge ... and it has 3 rules.

First rule is it starts this Sunday. Second rule is donate your stimulus money ... and third rule is give it to North American evangelists, missionaries or music ministers who haven't received any money from parishioners in the past month.

Interestingly, that would NOT include Spell ... who's kept his church doors open to his flock. He doesn't specify if his challenge requires folks to donate some or all of their stimulus cash, but says he's practicing what he preaches by donating all of his $1,200 ... and so is his wife.

His challenge also doesn't seem to consider many people are in desperate need of their stimulus money for food, rent or bills. Then again, this is the guy who packed his church on Easter with zero concern for public health or that of his congregation.

You'll recall Spell also told us his parishioners are true Christians who wouldn't mind dying from the virus because they'd be doing so in the name of God and freedom.

Sports fans, brace yourselves ... live action could be back on your TV in as few as 8 weeks -- the PGA Tour just announced it's gunning to end its coronavirus suspension on June 8!

The golf circuit shut down play last month amid the COVID-19 pandemic ... but officials just announced a June comeback to the Charles Schwab Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas is officially on the calendar.

Of course, reps for the org. say the tourney -- along with at least the 3 after it -- will be fanless events ... but admit that could change as more coronavirus info becomes available.

"[The TOUR] will continue to monitor the situation and follow the recommendations of local and state authorities in order to determine the most appropriate on-site access in each market," the org. said in a statement Thursday.

"As such, the TOUR will continually review available COVID-19-related protocols that could be implemented at PGA TOUR events to ensure the health and well-being for all involved."

Several famous tournaments -- most notably the Masters -- have been postponed due to the pandemic ... with the 149th Open Championship being canceled altogether.

But, the PGA Tour says in its statement almost all of the postponed events have new makeup dates ... with the Masters set for Nov. 9-15 now.

"The health and safety of all associated with the PGA TOUR and our global community continues to be our No. 1 priority, and our hope is to play a role -- responsibly -- in the world's return to enjoying the things we love," PGA TOUR commish Jay Monahan said.

Some New Yorkers are still risking coronavirus exposure by going places where social distancing is difficult, but the good news is ... there seems to be less of them.

TMZ got these shots of the Union Square farmers market Wednesday. Despite the state being at the apparent apex of COVID-19 cases and having strict stay-at-home and social-distancing orders in place ... it's still buzzing.

Several photos show people standing closer than the required 6-foot distance, and even more concerning ... some aren't wearing face coverings either.

To be fair, it's not required for New Yorkers to cover up until Friday, but it's being recommended by experts to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. Los Angeles enacted its face-covering rule last week at all essential businesses, for which farmers markets are included.

On the bright side, the Union Square-area doesn't look nearly as packed as other farmers markets across the country have been in recent weeks ... or even as crowded as Central Park was a couple weekends ago.

L.A. Rams center Brian Allen says things got so bad after he tested positive for COVID-19 ... he lost all sense of smell, and had NO REACTION whatsoever to even powerful smelling salts.

"I cracked them open, put them to my nose and nothing happened," Allen said. "All I could feel was texture in my mouth -- literally, it was the only sense I had."

Allen -- who became the first NFL player to go public with his positive coronavirus test -- told Fox Sports' Jay Glazer on Wednesday, things got even worse in his battle with COVID from there.

"Then I got periodic sore throats," 24-year-old Allen said. "I got really fatigued, my throat would start burning, everything felt different than every other flu I've had."

Allen says he was initially diagnosed with the virus roughly a month ago ... and after battling headaches and severe malaise, he's reportedly on the mend now.

In fact, L.A. head coach Sean McVay told Glazer he spoke with the former 4th-round pick this week and says he's "feeling good, he's healthy and he's on the road to recovery."

Because of Allen's positive test ... the Rams were forced to shut down their team facility for two weeks -- but McVay praised his player for handling everything about the virus properly.

Social distancing and other coronavirus restrictions can't break up college fraternities, which are embracing new hangouts in lieu of house parties.

Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, which has 106 chapters, is still holding meetings every Sunday night, and frat bros are staying connected using Zoom ... according to the executive director and CEO, Phillip Rodriguez.

While huge frat house ragers are on hold due to the outbreak, Phillip says the Delta Sigma Phi bros are instead turning to virtual game and trivia nights to stay closely knit.

College campuses will remain empty for the rest of the semester, and while a fall return date is still up in the air ... Delta Sigma Phi is still planning to initiate new members, thanks to technology.

The frat says it's created an online portal, similar to Zoom, which connects up to 500 bros -- and it's already using the platform to hold online ceremonies for initiating new members. As for the future -- even if students aren't back on campus in the fall ... DSP is planning to initiate new members online.

The North American Interfraternity Conference has to sign off on that process and tells us virtual recruiting is very plausible.

Ty Pennington says home makeovers are absolutely essential during quarantines because your home environment has a huge impact on your well-being.

The former "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" host tells TMZ ... hardware stores are necessary if you want quarantined folks to maintain their sanity ... and he explained why home improvements help achieve that goal.

Ty says it's not just about keeping busy either. He says projects to make your residence a better space, make you happier and more productive. It's a principle he wrote about in his book, "Good Design Can Change Your Life."

Guess he was ahead of his time -- and right now most Americans have a ton of time on their hands to practice what he's preaching here.

Ty's bottom line ... a lot of good, for your future, can come out of being stuck at home now.

One of Chris Cuomo's biggest fears is now a reality ... the CNN anchor says his wife, Cristina, has also tested positive for the coronavirus.

Chris was joined by his older brother, NY Governor Andrew Cuomo, Wednesday evening on his CNN show when he made the announcement. He said, "Cristina now has COVID, she is now positive, and it just breaks my heart. It is the one thing I was hoping wouldn't happen, and now it has."

The Governor and his bro discussed the fact it's near impossible for only one family member to contract the virus ... when they're in the same house. Chris announced he had COVID-19 back on March 31, and ever since he's been quarantined in the basement of his Long Island home ... but still doing his show, most days, from there.

Chris -- who's battled severe symptoms over the last 2 weeks -- said their 3 kids are all still healthy. He said he still has a fever but is hoping he can get better to help his wife if her symptoms get worse.

Of course, the CNN studio from which Chris usually broadcasts is in the heart of NYC, which has been the U.S. epicenter of the pandemic. His coworker, Brooke Baldwin, also tested positive.

NY state currently has 202,208 cases, and more than 10,000 people have died.

Michael Che is playing Superman for tenants in one of New York City's housing projects ... he's paying their rent for a month, and wondering why the government isn't doing more to help.

The "Saturday Night Live" star just announced he's gonna cover rent payments for all 160 apartments in the NYC public housing project where his late grandmother lived.

Michael says it's crazy to him that residents of NYC public housing are still expected to pay rent when so many have lost their incomes due to the coronavirus pandemic ... and says he's being generous in the spirit of his late grandma, who recently died due to complications from COVID-19.

The comedian says his contribution is only a drop in the bucket, and he's calling on the Big Apple to develop a better plan for debt forgiveness for anyone living in public housing. He says it's the least the city can do.

Danny Trejo is using his machete for good ... to chop up some carnitas from his famous Mexican joint to feed L.A.'s frontline workers.

We're told the action star hit up USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in L.A. Wednesday, just before lunchtime, and served HUNDREDS of free bowls to hospital workers working to treat patients battling with COVID-19 and various other illnesses.

As you know ... Danny owns Trejo's Tacos, a popular joint with several locations across L.A. Staff at his location on the westside prepped the bowls filled with carnitas, chicken, steak asada and brisket. WHERE'S A DROOLING EMOJI WHEN YOU NEED IT?!?

This is not the first time Danny's gone to bat for L.A.'s healthcare workers. He kicked off the week doing exactly that ... serving up hundreds of bowls for doctors, nurses, administrators and custodians working at Cedars-Sinai in L.A.

Princess Cruise Lines is being sued by a woman who claims her husband died from COVID-19 after contracting the virus on one of its cruises.

Juishan Hsu and her daughter just filed docs against Princess Cruise Lines, claiming the company exposed passengers aboard the Ruby Princess to the novel coronavirus ... which eventually killed her husband, Chung Chen.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Juishan says she and her husband set sail out of Sydney on March 8. She claims PCL was aware of a COVID-19 outbreak on the ship, but proceeded with the cruise without warning passengers.

Juishan claims they would not have boarded if they knew about the outbreak, and would have immediately taken the first flight home. In the docs, she and her daughter claim PCL still sent out ships after 3 major outbreaks on its cruises, including one a week before on the Ruby Princess.

Princess Cruise Lines only took minimal precautions, according to the suit, including delaying boarding for the Ruby Princess by 6 hours and handing out lunch vouchers to passengers while crews tried to disinfect the ship.

But, the family claims the cruise line failed to quarantine onboard and didn't even notify passengers of the outbreak, "allowing the sailing to continue as if it were a normal cruise"

Juishan says her husband died April 4 from COVID-19 complications. She's going after the cruise line for more than $1 million in damages.

Banksy's not letting coronavirus stifle his creative flow -- his out-of-this-world artwork is going strong in his own home ... but like he says, the missus probably ain't pleased.

The mysterious street artist -- who puts up WILD, often-times live, phantom art exhibits all over the world -- gave his followers a sneak-peek into his crib Wednesday with a little quarantine update ... clearly showing the master craftsman's been hard at work in the bathroom.

Check it out ... at first glance, you think you're looking at a bunch of animated rats making a vivid mess out of the John -- toilet paper unfurled, toothpaste splattered on the wall, brown gunk smeared across the toilet -- but it's just his latest homemade creation.

He even got some close-up shots so folks could soak in the detail he put into this. Per usual, it's incredibly intricate and looks like a scene out of a graphic novel or comic.

Banksy captioned it, "My wife hates it when I work from home." Can't blame her -- the place looks like a sty ... granted, it's mostly an optical illusion. Probably easy enough to clean up.
