Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus, after nearly 30 years of marriage.

According to court records, Tish filed docs in Tennessee last week, they have 5 kids together including Miley and Noah Cyrus. Noah is the youngest at 22 years old, so there is no need for a judge to figure out custody of any minor children.

In the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Tish says the couple hasn't lived together for more than 2 years ... and lists "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. She's asking the court to equally distribute all marital assets.

This is the third time the couple has filed for divorce. Billy Ray filed in 2010, that was called off, and in 2013 Tish filed ... though that was called off a short time later as well.

Fans noticed Billy wasn't around the family for the holidays in photos and videos posted by Miley, so many wondered if there were issues within Tish and Billy Ray's marriage.

The last time we saw them together publicly was in 2020.

'NSYNC is BACK -- well, partially -- the boy band hit the stage after Alexa Bliss and Ryan Cabrera's wedding over the weekend ... and the WWE Superstar joined them on stage!!

TMZ Sports has obtained video of the epic moment (thank you, Mojo) ... showing the wrestler singing and dancing her heart out alongside Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Joey Fatone as they perform the 2000 hit, "Bye, Bye, Bye."

Alexa and Ryan got hitched in Palm Springs on Saturday ... and we're told it was a star-studded crowd with some of the biggest names in wrestling and music.

The wedding looked awesome, but the reception turned into a freakin' rock concert ... with O-Town, Yellowcard, Bowling for Soup and We the Kings playing multiple songs for the crowd.

Of course, it's pretty rare to see 'NSYNC performing nowadays -- especially with Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez distancing themselves over the years.

The quintet reunited in 2013 to perform at the MTV VMAs ... and a JT-less 'NSYNC joined Ariana Grande at Coachella in 2019.

Kim Kardashian's support is going a long way for Texas death row inmate Melissa Lucio, who has newfound hope ... despite her looming execution date.

We caught up with Melissa's son, John Lucio, who was heading to a rally in Dallas to protest the impending execution.

John tells TMZ ... when he told his mom Kim Kardashian was advocating on her behalf, she was shocked and couldn't believe it. He says, Kim supporting her, alongside many others, really uplifted her spirit.

Kim has called on Texas Gov. Abbott to halt the execution ... which is scheduled for April 27. She's spoken out on this issue on her social media and shared a letter to the Governor from Melissa's 14 children.

Melissa has been sitting on death row for nearly 15 years. She was convicted back in 2008 of murdering her 2-year-old daughter. Melissa told cops her daughter fell down a flight of stairs when they arrived.

Melissa's family, attorneys and supporters all note she initially asserted her innocence but was coerced into a false confession ... after hours of tough interrogation.

As you know, Kim has been a long-time advocate for criminal justice reform ... speaking out on other death row cases in Texas, like Rodney Reed.

Elon Musk might've just become the brand's largest shareholder, but he's turned down an opportunity to join Twitter's board ... according to the CEO.

Parag Agrawal made the announcement Sunday night, saying the company had several discussions with Elon about joining the board as early as Saturday ... an offer that was eventually turned down by Musk.

While the reason is unclear, Parag says the decision was still "for the best," adding they'll always remain open to Elon's input. He tells his staff that distractions will come up but they should "tune out the noise."

Elon's already been offering up suggestions for the company, writing online about turning Twitter's San Francisco headquarters into a homeless shelter ... adding "since no one shows up anyway."

Amazon's Jeff Bezos chimed in, offering advice with a hint of "been there, done that" ... pointing out his Seattle HQ utilized a portion of their space into a shelter -- something that seems to be helping the community.

Elon hasn't been Twitter's biggest fan in recent months, sparking debate at the end of March about free speech and how he believes the platform is limiting user's ability to speak out.

The strippers weren't the only ones takin' it off at a popular Miami strip club this weekend -- Antonio Brown went topless too while he raged with Jamie Foxx!

It all happened at Booby Trap On The River (greatest name) ... where the 54-year-old actor/singer was hosting a party with Bitcoin Rodney on Saturday.

The NFL free agent made an appearance with Foxx on stage and while everything was cool, calm and collected, Foxx turned it up with a special request for AB.

And, that's when the party REALLY started.

"Turn up ni***!" Foxx said on the mic, "Take ya shirt off ni***! Run through this mothaf**ka! Get naked!"

You know AB ain't afraid of takin' his shirt off, anytime, anyplace (shoutout to the Bucs) --  and he did just that, showin' the strippers he's got dance moves, too.

And, AB also spit a few bars on the mic.

Brown has been enjoyin' life partying since parting ways with Tampa Bay on January 2, doing everything from hittin' up NBA games with Floyd Mayweather to partying with Madonna and Kanye.

The Super Bowl champ recently told us he wants to play again and will get his ankle fixed ... only if he gets signed.

Simon Cowell is done with face fillers, because he says it turned his mug into a "horror film."

Simon looked ... different at the Kids' Choice Awards 2022 as he sauntered in ... actually, remarkably different -- in a good way.

Simon posed with other judges from "America's Got Talent" ... showing off his new appearance since he has stopped getting Botox treatments.

As for why ... it's the age-old truism -- emphasis on age -- that guys generally look worse when they get shot up with fillers. As Simon put it, he looked "like something out a horror film".

He went even further, confessing his son, Eric, was in hysterics over his filled-in face and that's when he realized enough was enough.

"There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before' the other day, and didn’t recognize it as me first of all" ... he said.

Now, the "American Idol" judge says it's all about having clear skin ... "I probably did have a little too much Botox a couple of years ago, because everyone on TV has it. Now I have facials, but nothing too extravagant at the moment."

Kat Von D is getting the hell out of Los Angeles and closing her famous tattoo shop, but not without a legal headache.

The former "L.A. Ink" star is being sued for unpaid rent and damages to the rental property she transformed into the famous High Voltage Tattoo in West Hollywood ... according to new legal docs.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the landlord claims Kat owes over $92,000 for remodeling fees and back rent from several months in 2020 and future rent that will come due in 2022.

According to the suit, Kat is being dinged for removing ceiling tiles, painting the ceiling, removing wallpaper from the entire store and demolishing a wall in the middle of the shop.

Remember, High Voltage Tattoo has seen all sorts of issues over the years ... including a fire and a couple of car crashes into neighboring businesses.

TMZ broke the story ... Kat is moving out of California, and her mansion is up for sale at $15 million. It's the home featured in the 2003 movie "Cheaper By the Dozen."

Moving's never easy, and now Kat's got a legal issue to deal with too.

Henry Ruggs' former Alabama teammate, Jaylen Waddle, says he was shocked by the ex-Raiders star's arrest ... calling Ruggs both a "good person" and a "good dude."

Waddle explained his feelings on Ruggs' legal situation to Pacman Jones and Omar Kelly on the the "I Am Athlete" show this week ... saying he never would have thought Ruggs would be in the situation he's currently in.

In fact, Waddle said out of the star 'Bama wideouts who went to school together -- which also included Devonta Smith and Jerry Jeudy -- Ruggs was perhaps the best guy in the meeting rooms.

"Out of all us," Waddle said, "that'd be the person that you least expect something like that to happen to."

Waddle told Jones and Kelly that Ruggs was such a good friend, the two still keep in contact with each other to this day.

As we reported, Ruggs is facing decades behind bars after he was accused of driving drunk and killing Tina Tintor after he crashed his pricey sports car into the back of her Rav4.

Ruggs is currently out on bond while he awaits trial.

Waddle didn't want to comment too much on the situation due to the pending legal case -- but he did say the incident has made him more aware of his surroundings and behavior.

Desiigner thinks Goonew's nightclub funeral was a perfect way to go out ... and if his family says it's what he wanted, then critics should mind their own business.

We got Desiigner at LAX ... and he's sending peace and love to the family of the 24-year-old rapper that was shot and killed a few weeks back.

He tells us the family's wishes are everything -- they know him better than everyone else, so if they're saying the evening went down as he would've wanted, then it should be respected.

Desiigner also calls the traditional open-casket funeral "old-fashioned" ... saying their unique approach to a funeral added "new flavor to the game." While he isn't sure what his funeral would look like, he knows he'd be taking inspiration from Goonew.

We recently talked to Goonew's mother and sister, Patrice and Ariana Morrow, and they told us he wasn't the type of guy to go to church ... being the life of the party, a nightclub seemed a more fitting send-off.

As for propping his body up, they say there were other services doing something similar and it felt right to do the same with him -- Patrice made it clear she didn't want anyone looking down on her son.

Kodak Black is killing 3 birds with one stone in Jada Pinkett Smith -- both slamming her and asking her out at the same time ... while also dissing the late Tupac Shakur.

The rapper was unfiltered this weekend as he shared his thoughts on the whole situation -- namely, how he appears to perceive Jada and Will Smith's relationship ... and he seems to be on Will's side, saying Jada's been doing him dirty without getting too specific.

While it's unclear what exactly he's referring to when he says she's "out of pocket," there are many possibilities ... including a recently resurfaced 'Red Table Talk' clip in which she says she didn't really want to get married to Will, with her hubby sitting right there.

It's about as awkward as it sounds ... even though WS himself doesn't seem to be too bothered by the convo, as he joins in and also reminisces on those early days.

Still, it's just one of many clips that have surfaced in the past couple weeks that some point to as proof that their relationship is ... sorta strange, and maybe even a little toxic. At least from the outside looking in, anyway. And Kodak, too, thinks he senses some choppy waters.

That's exactly why he says Jada doesn't deserve a good guy like Will, but rather ... should be with him instead. His rationale isn't totally laid out -- but he invokes Pac to make his point.

KB says Pac wasn't "all the way gangster" his whole life ... bringing up the fact that Tupac went to a performing arts school in his early days. On the flip side, Kodak seems to think he's more thugged out than Tupac, and perhaps a better fit for her than Will might be.

New York actor Chad Michael Murray was 22 years old when he landed the role of the popular jock Austin Ames aka 'Nomad' -- who winds up steering away from his father's plan for him to play professional football and instead scoops up his Cinderella -- in the 2004 high school movie "A Cinderella Story."

Chad was joined on the big screen with some big Hollywood names including Hilary Duff playing modern-day Cinderella, Sam, Jennifer Coolidge as the evil yet comedic step-mother, Fiona and Regina King as Sam's saving confidant, Rhonda.

Sam Elliott is backing down from his harsh take on the Oscar-winning movie "The Power of the Dog" -- words many considered homophobic ... something that isn't lost on the guy.

The actor -- who's often cast as a cowboy type, and who apparently has some ties to the rancher community -- apologized for what he said about the flick back in February during an appearance on the 'WTF Podcast with Marc Maron,' where he went on the attack.

On Sunday, however, Sam was given a chance to clarify -- because, frankly, his train of thought was all over the place and hard to piece together. And yes, the guy issued a full mea culpa ... saying he didn't mean to hurt people, including those in the LGBT community.

While making an appearance at Deadline's Contenders TV event, where he was plugging his new show '1883,' Sam said he meant no harm ... and got pretty emotional as he recounted how many friends he has that were apparently offended by his remarks.

ICYMI ... Sam slammed 'POTD' for what he considered as a warped depiction of the American West -- bringing up the fact a lot of farmhands in the movie are portrayed shirtless like Chippendales dancers and seemingly taking issue with allusions to homosexuality.

He also didn't appreciate the fact director Jane Campion shot the film down in her native New Zealand and tried to pass it off as Montana ... so his diatribe was aimed all over.

Benedict Cumberbatch reacted to Sam's comments at the time, saying he found 'em to be "odd" -- which Sam made sure to acknowledge in his apology ... specifically saying sorry to the brilliant cast, but especially to Benedict -- who plays a closeted gay man in the film.

Khloe Kardashian pulled out all the stops for her daughter's 4th birthday -- and the theme this year is quite clear ... it would appear the kid likes kitty cats, so the party's purrrfect.

Mama Bear has been documenting the festivities all day ... and just like any other Kardashian shindig for their children, this one's no different in how above and beyond Khloe went to make True's day special. Seriously ... their pad's totally decked out with decorations.

Indeed ... it would appear Khloe and co. went with a feline feeling to ring in the big day -- and True's loving it. Some of these vids of her soaking it all in are pretty heart-warming.

Not only are there a ton of cat party favors all over the place, but some actual kittens have been brought in as well ... so True and all of her cousins/friends have more than enough to keep themselves occupied, on top of all the other activities around.

There's a trampoline, a face painter, a ball pit with stuffed animals and prizes, a jump house/slide -- and there's even some kind of anime cat animal character in costume who's all set to boogie ... and which True is willing to help with as well. The girl gets down!

Oh, and her actual birthday cake was something behold too -- multi-layered, and intricately designed. Also, very on theme for what's going on around them.

Like we said ... it's kind of the M.O. for the Kardashian moms -- they go all out for their kids, and Khloe is no exception. These are just a handful of snapshots of the scene, but if you peep her IG Story ... you'll see the full scope. The place is like a kid wonderland out there.

It looks like some of Kim's children are also on hand ... including North -- who gets a little mouthy with her aunt about her thoughts on age 4 -- plus Dream and other little ones who are all running around and having a blast.

There's toys, there's games, there's attractions, there's music ... what else could a 4-year-old want in this day and age???

Elon Musk is considering turning one of Twitter's offices into a hub of humanitarianism -- and Jeff Bezos, of all people, has a suggestion ... get on my level, 'cause I already did it.

The Tesla chief -- and now, the Twitter board member -- floated a somewhat kooky idea this weekend about what to do with the social media company's San Francisco headquarters ... namely, whether he oughta help turn it into a place where the needy can come and crash.

He posed it as a question in a poll, writing ... "Convert Twitter SF HQ to homeless shelter since no one shows up anyway," with a simple "Y" or "N" response. As of this writing, upwards of 1.7 million have responded, and they're mostly saying ... do it, dude.

Welp, it sounds like the former Amazon honcho -- and currently the 2nd richest guy in the world, behind Elon -- heard about his tech bro's dilemma ... and offered some advice.

Jeff responded, "Or do portion. Worked out great and makes it easy for employees who want to volunteer." He attached a link to an article that details exactly what he's referencing ... apparently, Amazon's Seattle HQ did exactly what Elon's proposing a couple of years back.

The Amazon shelter -- which actually lies within the Seattle campus and is attached to one of their big offices there -- is called Mary’s Place Family Center in The Regrade ... and it's a whopping 8 floors, spanning 63,000 square feet and with the capacity to house around 200 people a night.

Amazon teamed up with MP to get this place going amid the early days of the pandemic, and by all accounts ... it's been a godsend to the community. The digs ain't bad either.

Jennifer Lopez tried throwing folks off the engagement scent hours before announcing she's going to marry Ben Affleck ... because she lost the huge rock while out with her fiancé.

Bennifer were out and about Friday checking in on some commercial real estate in L.A. they may, perhaps, be in the market for -- which isn't all that crazy, especially since they just snapped up a massive estate together ... and are now going to be man and wife.

As you can see, the love birds were showing off PDA as they perused what's been described to us as an empty office studio housed in a warehouse of some sort. While they were outside, Jen had her arms wrapped around Ben's waist .. and THAT finger was exposed.

Clearly, there's no ring there ... unlike from just a few days earlier, when she was spotted doing furniture shopping with the emerald green diamond perched nicely on her digit.

Jen wasn't hiding the fact she'd ditched the hardware either ... even inside, you can see there was no ring in sight. So yeah, it would appear she wanted to keep it low-key before going public later that very same evening -- at which point, the cat was outta the bag.

Jen told the world through a video message on her website On the JLo -- where she posted a video of her apparently receiving the ring from Ben and tearing up. It's a beaut -- and she even threw her old ode to BA 'Dear Ben' as the overlaying track played in the background.

As the quick clip fades out, you can hear the opening lines of the song -- "You're Perfect" -- which itself is kinda perf ... in that it can refer to both Ben and the diamond as well.

So, now that everyone knows they're due to get hitched (again) -- the question is ... will Jen wear the ring out in public all day, every day??? Considering how head over heels they are for one another, our guess would be yes. And why the heck not ... it's real purrrty, after all.

As we analyze how offensive Chris Rock's joke about Jada Pinkett Smith was -- one woman who's been a long alopecia advocate says ... it's more flattering than anything.

Swedish-born actress Jannica Olin -- who first started losing her hair to alopecia in 2013 -- dished her thoughts about the awkward Oscars moment to THR ... and she makes it clear, the 'G.I. Jane' dig wasn't nearly as big a deal in her eyes as it apparently was for Jada.

JO says as she watched back clips of the exchange after the fact, she was waiting for the hurtful part to come about -- but for her, it never really did.

Jannica adds, "I didn’t see what was offensive about it ... And I’m very aware we all have different experiences, and we’re all in different places. To me, personally, that ... joke was not offensive. I think that’s cool."

She goes on to explain that the 'G.I. Jane' character -- Jordan O'Neill, played by Demi Moore in the '90s -- is portrayed as a tough-as-nails badass, and a symbol of female empowerment ... and that to her, she would've taken Rock's joke as praise rather than a mean-spirited barb.

Jannica says, "I would have loved to have that said to me. But that’s me, right? I can’t speak for anyone else."

While Jannica acknowledges alopecia might affect people differently -- including Jada and by default, Will too -- she says he still should've restrained himself ... even if he was pissed off. She says, "We're all human. We're all going to get triggered by things. But you have to be an adult and sit with something and maybe not react that way, no matter what."

This has been a raging debate since the beginning -- namely, was Will's reaction simply a result of the hair crack itself, or was it deeper. Most seem to agree ... there might've been a lot of factors going into the smack, but that perhaps the bald joke was the last straw.

It's also unclear how offended Jada herself actually was in the moment -- yes, she did roll her eyes and show disapproval ... but just days before the Oscars, she telegraphed confidence about her alopecia and baldness. So, seemingly mixed signals on that front.

Of course, there's a race element to this as well ... many in the African-American community have argued that hair is particularly important and meaningful to Black women -- so some might not accept Jannica's take here at face value, seeing how she's white.
