Joe Exotic just got a gut punch behind bars ... his husband Dillon Passage says he wants out of the relationship and divorce is now on the table.

The 'Tiger King' star's attorney, Francisco Hernandez, tells TMZ ... Joe is distraught after getting a phone call in prison from Dillon saying he's planning to leave him.

We're told Joe felt like his stomach got pulled out of his body when Dillon broke the news -- and now we're told Exotic's considering beating him to court, and filing a divorce petition before Dillon can.

Dillon says the split wasn't an easy decision -- but adds he'll continue to support Joe while he's in prison. He says they are still on good terms and hopes it stays that way ... although it doesn't sound like Joe would second that emotion.

As you know ... Joe and Dillon got hitched back on Dec. 11, 2017, tying the knot 2 months after Joe's previous husband, Travis Maldonado, shot himself in a fatal accident.

We've learned that after the emotional phone call, Joe fired off an email to a friend ... saying he feels abandoned and alone and just wanted to mean something to someone. The way Joe explained it, Dillon's getting lonely with Joe locked up and wants a boyfriend.

We're told Joe is undecided on whether he'll file for divorce -- he's got a lot on his plate just trying to gain his freedom -- but of course, Dillon could pull the trigger first.

YG just dropped a new sneaker he says caters to the streets ... and he's giving away the shoes to folks forced to live there.

The rapper was out in Los Angeles Friday, hooking up the homeless with his Block Runner sneakers at the same time the kicks went up for sale online.

YG hit the streets of Skid Row, making sure folks staying at the Union Rescue Mission homeless shelter had a fresh pair on their feet.

It's a pretty big gesture ... YG's 4Hunnids footwear line, The Flame, is hawking the kicks for a cool $200 and the release is 3 years in the making. He gave away 50 pairs ... worth a total of $10k!

As for the online sales, they sold out within 7 minutes of going live.

Jake Paul and Ben Askren finally came face-to-face ahead of their April 17 boxing match … and the level of trash talk was through the roof!!

Ben said he could literally “do a homicide” to Jake if he felt like it.

Jake called Ben a "p***y ass bitch."

Then, Jake FaceTimed Jorge Masvidal — who famously KO’d Ben in 5 seconds — to join in on the fun!!

Of course, the two guys have been going back and forth on social media for months ... and their first face-to-face definitely lived up to the hype.

The smack talk even got physical after both fighters squared up against each other for their face-off ... with Ben shoving Jake's face.

Jim Jones is feeling really good about his home state legalizing marijuana, and not just for the buzz -- he's encouraging business-minded folks to ride this weed wave into the future.

The Bronx rapper tells TMZ ... making recreational cannabis legal is long overdue in the Empire State, and he's happy people won't have to worry about ducking cops ... just for smoking weed.

Jim seems even more excited about the economic aspect of the legalization, which is expected to be voted into law next week. Experts believe marijuana has the potential to become a $4.2 BILLION industry and create tens of thousands of new jobs in the state.

In fact, Jim likens this era to the gold rush, the dot-com boom or cryptocurrency -- but now it's cannabis that could make fortunes for industrious private citizens.

More importantly, JJ says the trend of legalizing pot is a clear sign those who've been incarcerated for marijuana-related crimes should be freed. Hell, Jim's all for hooking them up with marijuana-industry jobs when they're released!

A 74-year-old grandmother says Derrius Guice sexually harassed her at the Superdome back in 2017 ... and she says the ex-LSU superstar was so vile, she's still "scarred" by the run-in.

Gloria Scott explained the encounter to lawmakers during her testimony in front of the Louisiana Senate Select Committee on Women and Children on Friday ... and she got emotional bringing up the memory.

Scott -- choking back tears -- said while she was performing her security job at a Dec. 9, 2017 H.S. game at the Superdome, Guice came up to her and grabbed at his genitals.

Scott says Guice then asked her if she wanted to have sex with him ... even telling her they should "go off and do it."

Scott says she scolded the running back over the nasty gestures and comments ... but she claims Guice just laughed and eventually left.

Scott says she reported the incident to her supervisors, and the complaint ultimately made its way to LSU's coaching staff.

In fact, Scott claims she even had a conversation with Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron over it.

But, Scott says she believes Orgeron and LSU did nothing to punish Guice for his actions.

For Orgeron's part, LSU has said the coach never directly spoke with Scott over the alleged incident.

Scott claims because she had complained about Guice ... she was actually moved from her normal security spot at H.S. games, saying her supervisors told her, "Well if they find out you're putting a charge on Derrius, the football players might have a reaction."

"I said, 'What do you mean a reaction toward me?'" Scott said. "'I'm the victim.'"

Scott told the lawmakers Friday the whole ordeal was horrifying for her ... and she wants LSU to recognize the issues it's had in the past with dealing with sexual misconduct claims and fix them going forward.

Jeff Lowe is attempting to recover from a stroke that left him unresponsive in an Oklahoma casino ... and he and his wife suspect someone slipped something in his drink that put his life in peril.

The 'Tiger King' star's wife, Lauren, tells TMZ ... Jeff was not breathing when she found him on March 18 around 3 AM at WinStar World Casino where they were staying. She quickly called 911, but says, "I thought he was dying in my arms."

Lauren says when EMTs arrived they determined Jeff was suffering a stroke -- and decided he had to be airlifted to a hospital in Denton, TX. She says the medical staff there worked miracles to limit the damaging effects of the stroke and save Jeff's life.

Lauren says what's strange is that doctors have run a battery of tests, and so far at least, haven't been able to determine what caused Jeff's stroke -- and that's made her very suspicious about something and someone.

She tells us on March 17, hours before the stroke, she and Jeff were out on a dinner date when a strange man approached them ... claiming he knew them and even knew their favorite drink orders. Lauren says they have no clue who he was, but he lingered when a crowd of 'Tiger King' fans gathered to take selfies with them.

Lauren says they suspect that's when this mystery guy spiked Jeff's drink with something that might have caused the stroke.

Jeff's blood and urine tests came back negative for commonly abused drugs ... according to Lauren, but she suggests the suspicious guy might have used something more exotic. She says they just started connecting the dots on what happened that night, and have not reported it to cops yet.

The good news is Jeff's now back at home recovering -- after spending 3 days in the hospital -- but Lauren says he's still having difficulties with speech and coordination.

Imagine a world where the oceans have ZERO fish -- that's pretty much doomsday for the planet, and it could happen by 2048 ... at least based on Kip Andersen's research while making "Seaspiracy."

The producer of the popular Netflix documentary joined TMZ Live and laid out the dangerous impact he says commercial fishing's having on our oceans. He claims it's, in essence, creating a seismic ripple effect on climate change.

Kip makes no bones about it ... the leading cause of the ocean's destruction is the fishing industry, and he says it's a damn shame its impact has been intentionally covered up. But, not anymore.

Kip, who also made 'Cowspiracy,' says his latest doc shines a light on the impact commercial fishing has on our oceans -- but adds the damage goes well beyond environmental. He claims social rights issues also plague the industry -- including allegations of slavery -- and they uncovered it while making "Seaspiracy."

NFL star Marshon Lattimore -- a 3-time Pro Bowl cornerback -- was arrested in Cleveland around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

The 24-year-old New Orleans Saints star was booked into the Cuyahoga County Jail early Friday morning ... where he posed for a mug shot while wearing a COVID mask.

Details surrounding the incident are unclear -- we're working on getting more info -- but Cleveland.com reports Lattimore was taken into custody by "Cleveland police’s gang investigators."

Lattimore -- the 11th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft -- was the league's Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2017 and has been a star player ever since ... making the Pro Bowl in 2017, 2019 and 2020.

Lattimore is about to enter the final year of his rookie contract -- which means he's expected to renegotiate for a TON of money ... but the arrest could seriously affect his contract situation.

Before his NFL career, Lattimore was a star at Ohio State -- where he was named 1st Team All-BIG 10 in 2016.

Lattimore grew up in the Cleveland area -- and was a star at Glenville High School where he was touted as one of the best defensive backs in the country.

Demi Lovato had a gut-wrenching, emotionally-charged reaction as she filmed her music video for "Dancing with the Devil," and TMZ has obtained the dramatic video.

Demi co-directed the music video with Michael D. Ratner, which they shot in the last week. The scene is a hospital setting, with Demi in a bed hooked up to all sorts of monitors -- mimicking the fight of her life after almost dying from an OD.

Production sources tell TMZ, Demi surprised everyone by saying she wanted to go off script and freestyle. Once the cameras were rolling, she began lip-syncing the song and began to sob uncontrollably.

As the song -- which was released Thursday night -- chronicled her journey as she lied about her addiction, her emotions got more and more intense.  At one point you hear Ratner say "Into camera" ...  Demi gazed into the lens and the sobbing became primal ... you can feel it even though you don't hear it.

Emma Stone is glowing big time ... 'cause TMZ's learned she's given birth to her first child!!!

Sources tell TMZ ... the Oscar-winning actress gave birth Saturday, March 13 in the L.A. area. No word yet on if they had a boy or a girl, but we're guessing Emma and hubby comedian/writer/director Dave McCary are thrilled either way.

We last saw Emma out about last month in L.A. ... looking elegant, but very ready for the baby to arrive.

Emma and Dave met when she was hosting 'SNL' in 2016, and he was directing a taped sketch for the episode. They kept their relationship under wraps for quite a while ... until they went public by attending the 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards together.

Dave eventually popped the question in December 2019, which they announced on social media -- Emma looked pretty damn proud, showing off the huge rock, and Dave captioned his post with a simple double heart emoji.

The father of Bagel Karen's children -- who is a Black man -- says that viral video of her hurling the n-word, in front of their kids, has him worried about their safety.

We got Durven Dawes Thursday in NYC, where he finally spoke out about the video showing Stephanie Denaro getting into an argument with a Black employee at Davidovich Bakery, and spewing the racial epithet.

Durven describes Stephanie's verbal assault as "race spitting poison," and says he absolutely does not condone her using the n-word ... but adds it's nothing new for her.

His real concern is their 4 kids, who he believes are suffering emotional harm because of Stephanie's disgusting demeanor. People in the bakery were shocked she'd used the slur in front of her biracial children -- but Stephanie made it clear she didn't give a crap.

Durven, who lost a custody battle with Stephanie, says her brazen actions make him fear for the children's safety, and the bakery incident is just the tip of the iceberg. She's posted several disturbing videos and photos -- perhaps the worst of which was a photo of 2 of the kids with a caption that celebrated the transatlantic slave trade.

Shockingly, Durven says it's not too late for Denaro to make things right. He explains how she can reassure him their kids are safe with her ... and also make amends with Victor Kamara, the bakery employee.

Apparent helicopter crew members talking about lighting protesters on fire in L.A. are NOT with law enforcement, according to LAPD ... but it's still a mystery who made the vile comments.

A video began circulating Thursday afternoon with purported audio of a conversation between 2 helicopter pilots, in which one says he wants to dump fuel on protesters on Glendale Blvd. and the other responds ... "I'll bring the match."

Based on initial social media posts ... people believed these were LAPD crew members referring to people protesting the removal of a large homeless encampment for park repairs.

The LAPD responded to the allegations late Thursday night though, saying it investigated the disturbing commentary and "definitively determined" it did not involve LAPD employees.

So, the question remains ... who did joke about torching protesters?

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have had sex in public places A LOT, according to Chrissy, including in a restroom at the Democratic National Convention ... which she previously referred to as "that Obama thing."

The former Twitter standout felt the need to clear the air on James Corden's "Spill Your Guts" segment on 'The Late Late Show' when she was asked what's the strangest place she and her husband ever got intimate.

Chrissy revealed a DNC bathroom tops her list, but she says when she was asked this same question years ago at the Grammys ... she blurted out the "Obama thing."

To clarify -- Chrissy tells James that came out wrong and does not mean she and John had sex with Barack and Michelle or near them ... she simply meant they did it at the DNC. Then, Chrissy went on to reveal a lot more.

For those wondering which DNC they did the deed at, we did some digging ... and it seems like 2008. John not only performed at the event that year -- shortly before President Obama was elected -- but he brought his then-girlfriend Chrissy with him.

Bindi Irwin gave her hubby one helluva gift on their wedding anniversary ... their first daughter!!!

'Crocodile Hunter' Steve Irwin's only daughter has announced she gave birth to Grace Warrior Irwin Powell on Thursday ... which also marked her 1-year wedding anniversary with Chandler Powell.

Grace weighed in at a healthy 7 pounds, 7 ounces and 20 inches. She was born at 5:52 PM. Bindi shared the news on Instagram and captioned it, "Celebrating the two loves of my life. Happy first wedding anniversary to my sweetheart husband and day of birth to our beautiful daughter."

Bindi also explained the meaning behind Grace's name. She said, "Grace is named after my great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700s. Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior. Her last name is Powell and she already has such a kind soul just like her dad."

As we reported ... Bindi and Chandler got married last March and she said "I do" at the Australia Zoo in front of a limited crowd due to the pandemic. Bindi had said a lot of their planning, spanning nearly a year, had to be scrapped last minute because of COVID-19 ... including the size of the guest list.

Demi Lovato admits the real reason she said, "yes" when her ex-fiance popped the question is she thought it meant her life would be completely stable -- something she quickly realized was NOT the case.

The singer opened up about her engagement to Max Ehrich, and how she rushed into what appeared to be a serious relationship with the 'Young and the Restless' actor. Remember, he proposed last summer after just 4 months of dating, and almost all of that was in quarantine.

Demi told Entertainment Weekly, the size of the ring made things real but "the second it was off, I was like, 'You know what? I'm good. I don't need that.' I just don't need an object on my finger to make me feel like I've got my s**t together."

She added, "It looks like stability, but it doesn't mean that it is. And, I don't actually grow through stability. I find that I like living not in chaos or crisis, but in fluidity. It's not [being] stuck and stagnant in an ideal or a tradition that was placed upon us by the patriarchy."

Demi even highlighted the fact that a year ago, she hadn't even met Max, and marveled at how much has changed in the last year. Demi and Max met in March, he proposed to her in July ... but they split by September.

Jack Draper -- a 19-year-old making his debut on the ATP Tour this week -- frighteningly collapsed on the court during a match at the Miami Open on Thursday ... but thankfully, he said afterward he's all right.

The scary scene all went down during Draper's match against Mikhail Kukushkin ... when Draper began to feel ill amid scorching Florida hot and humid weather.

At one point during the match, medics ran courtside tests on a visibly exhausted Draper ... but the young, budding tennis star elected to continue despite clearly being unwell.

Just a few moments later in the match, though ... he crumpled to the ground attempting to hit a ball -- and there was serious concern among onlookers.

"Oh, dear, that's not good," one of the match's announcers said on the television broadcast. "Worrying times."

Thankfully, medics rushed to Draper's aid ... and the tennis player ended up being able to walk off under his own power -- though he did have to withdraw from the contest.

"At the changeover, I was starting to feel my body a bit," Draper told reporters after the match.

"I said that I'm going to carry on because I wasn't feeling faint ... but obviously when I got out there, that wasn't the case."
