Don Rickles can't record new lines for "Toy Story 5" -- but his daughter's hoping Disney has more archived audio to use, 'cause she wants her dad in the flick ... TMZ has learned.

ICYMI ... the fifth installment of the beloved animated franchise got a 2026 release date, announced Wednesday. We don't have cast details yet, but Rickles -- who played Mr. Potato Head in the first four installments of the franchise -- passed away in 2017.

We spoke to Mindy Rickles -- the daughter of the late great actor and comedian -- and she tells us ... Disney or Pixar has not yet reached out about a plan to use Don's voice, which is interesting considering Potato Head is a huge character in the franchise.

In fact -- MR was so in the dark, she says, that she didn't even know "Toy Story 5" was announced ... and doesn't have a clue if they plan on using his voice, or recasting MPH.

With that said ... Mindy tells us she's giving the franchise two thumbs up to use her dad's vocals via footage they might have left over and stashed away in the vault over the years -- but it's gotta really be him ... because she says AI's a no-go for her.

This isn't a new concept ... "Toy Story 4" came out in 2019 -- about two years after Don passed away and he hadn't recorded a single line of dialogue for the movie at the time.

The 'TS4' team got creative and cherry-picked unused lines he recorded for the first three movies, theme parks, associated video games, and even the 'Disney On Ice: Toy Story' show to piece together his part. That's exactly what Mindy tells us she wants to happen now.

It's unclear exactly how much more dialogue Disney might have from Don ... but with Mrs. Potato Head actress Estelle Harris' death in 2022, the creatives behind 'Toy Story' might just say the couple's moved on to another family -- like Wheezy the singing penguin and Bo Peep between the second and third movies. Of course, they could just get new voice actors too.

Mo'Nique has a new ally after trashing Hollywood elites on "Club Shay Shay," one who might inspire her to spill more tea -- she's hitting the road with Katt Williams for his "Dark Matter" tour!!!

She and her husband/manager Sidney Hicks casually squeezed in the announcement Thursday during an Instagram Live that primarily focused on applying more pressure on D.L. Hughley ... amid their current mud slingin'.

Mo'Nique revealed she'll be joining Katt's band of comics as early as tomorrow ... Mark Curry and Torrei Hart are also attached to the tour, so now they've got 4 chests with a lot of stress to unload! What's interesting is most of them are aiming at the same targets!

We recently spoke to Mark, who sarcastically laughed off Steve Harvey stealing his jokes in the past -- something Katt raised with Shannon Sharpe -- but added he's got plenty of new zingers for Katt's tour.

Torrei also told us she's out to prove she can stand on her own outside the shadow of her ex-husband Kevin Hart.

The tour's rolling through May -- so, Steve, Oprah and Tyler Perry's ears are gonna be burning for a while.

A surgical robot burned a hole in a Florida woman's small intestine during surgery, injuring her and eventually causing her death -- this according new lawsuit filed by her husband.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Boca Raton native Sandra Sultzer passed away at the age of 78 in 2022 following a procedure to treat her colon cancer ... which was performed using a 'da Vinci' robot -- a 4-armed machine activated by a doctor operating a camera and a surgeon steering the robot's arms using a joystick and foot pedals.

Sultzer's husband claims the robot is designed to cut incisions as small as the size of a dime ... and the precise movements are supposed to minimize blood loss and trauma to the body from larger cuts made during traditional surgical procedures.

The suit alleges some of the rubber sleeves around the arms had cracks which allowed electrical currents to escape ... and the stray energy essentially burned Sandra's body tissues during her September 2021 procedure.

Her husband claims the burning of her internal organs happened without the surgical team even fully knowing what was happening at the time.

The lawsuit alleges that Intuitive Surgical Inc. -- the company that makes the da Vinci robot -- failed to adequately warn of these risks ... claiming it should have known of the risks from "thousands of injury and defect reports" about the device.

He also claims the product was not designed in a safe way or tested enough to avoid the burn risks.

It's almost time for the big game, but we're not talking about the Super Bowl ... the most puppies ever will face off in the 20th annual Puppy Bowl, right before they get new homes.

Dan Schachner -- the 13-year Puppy Bowl "Ruff-eree" -- joined us Thursday on "TMZ Live" and gave us all the details on the pooches, from big to small, playing in the game. Plus, we had some visitors in our office to highlight the real intent of the event ... getting shelter dogs adopted from Angel City Pit Bull in Los Angeles.

This year, Puppy Bowl is going bigger than ever in several ways -- Dan says there are 131 puppies playing, representing 73 animal shelters across 36 states, the most ever.

Levi the Great Dane is going to check into the game when the bigger dogs get to run in the 4th quarter -- and he's already a whopping 70 pounds at just 3 months old!

On the opposite end of the scale, Dan says the Puppy Bowl's smallest pooch ever will take the field ... Sweatpea is playing the first quarter at a mere 1.7 pounds. Yeah, she can fit in the palm of your hand!

Also new this year is Dan's assistant "Ruff-eree" ... his poodle mix rescue, Whistle.

In addition to Dan getting officiating help, he says you can also expect to see pups in several new off-the-field jobs -- like cheerleading squad and working cameras.

The best part ... Dan says the Puppy Bowl has a 100% adoption rate and helps animal shelters it partners with find new homes for their rescues, thanks to awareness raised on the upcoming TV broadcast.

5:00 PM PT -- Photos from the fire at Calvin Harris' Los Angeles estate show some of the structure damage ... and a patched-up roof.

Check out the pic, you can see the section of roof firefighters had to cut out to get closer to the blaze and extinguish the flames.

What a mess!!!

Calvin Harris' Los Angeles home partially caught on fire this week -- and it sounds like firefighters sent the whole cavalry at first ... responding like this was a 5-alarm blaze.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... multiple fire engines rushed to the DJ's Beverly Hills mansion Wednesday night, with firefighters arriving at his 3-story home in the area -- where reports came in of a possible fire on one of the upper floors.

We're told the call came in around 8:25 PM, with the reporting party saying there was the smell of smoke coming from inside the home. At first, there was an obvious and major reaction to this -- because LAFD sent up to 10 different fire units, and at least 20 different responders.

Eyewitnesses on the scene tell TMZ ... that there was a mix of multiple fire trucks and ambulances -- and that there were even helicopters swarming to tend to this. One eyewitness tells us smoke was clearly visible and rising from the roof of CH's house.

Now, luckily, this ended up not being nearly as dangerous as was initially suspected -- our sources tell us firefighters showed up and ended up ascertaining that the fire was coming from the third floor of the house ... near the theater room, we're told.

In order to access the void space -- meaning an area that isn't out in plain view -- firefighters had to cut through the second-story roof to get access to a wall inside, where the fire was actually taking place. Our sources say there were flames near an HVAC system there.

All in all, we're told this appeared to be an electrical mishap ... and it took them about 52 minutes to extinguish the fire. Our sources say there appears to be about $100,000 in damage -- but in the end, they were able to put it out and nobody was harmed.

Worth noting, Calvin himself was not home. In fact, he doesn't live there right now. Sources close to CH tell TMZ that Calvin's been leasing this pad of his for at least a few years now.

Either way ... rough week for Cal, no doubt. First, he had the Taylor (non)run-in at the Grammys -- and now, his crib ended up lighting up the whole block with a fire.

There's a new establishment in New Hampshire that gives adults the chance to be a literal baby -- but one prominent advocate in this community says they're going about it all wrong.

The small town of Atkinson, NH -- home to roughly 7,000 people -- has recently welcomed a business called the Diaper Spa ... which operates exactly how it sounds. It's a place where adults with this sort of need for baby-like experiences can let it all hang out, unjudged.

They have a ton of services for sale at this place ... including virtual play dates that go for $200/hour and an all-day "Diaper B&B" experience that provides baby pampering for $1,500.

As you might imagine ... this diaper spa in Atkinson has rubbed a lot of folks in town the wrong way -- and some are even expressing straight-up outrage and concern over the fact this place even exists, not to mention what they say is too close proximity to parks/schools.

Funny enough ... a major player in the ABDL (adult baby/diaper lovers) scene says these small-town people's indignation might actually be justified, 'cause she thinks there wasn't a lot of thought put into the specifics ... namely, location and cost -- which she's scoffing at.

We're talking about Riley Kilo -- who's a known ABDL proponent, and who supports this movement when done correctly. In this case, however, she thinks the Diaper Spa owners screwed the pooch a bit in execution of their vision, even if their heart is in the right place.

According to Riley, there's a few things that she believes are misguided when it comes to Diaper Spa -- including where it actually is. Fact is, she tells us this sorta business should've been set up in a more metropolitan area with more diversity/acceptance for this sorta stuff.

She says it's no surprise residents in a small, rural town are reacting the way they are -- and believes the owners should've been more mindful. RK also slams their price range for their services -- calling them "fetish prices," and way too expensive -- and even thinks what they charge lends to the notion this is all just a bunch of kinky sex stuff ... which she says is off too.

Henry Fambrough, the last original surviving member of the Michigan-based R&B group The Spinners, is dead of natural causes.

The acclaimed vocalist passed away Wednesday at his northern Virginia home after spending a month in hospice care ... according to the group's spokesperson, Tanisha Jackson, who spoke to the Detroit Free-Press.

Fambrough's last public appearance was in November 2023 at The Spinners' Rock N Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. The honor came just a few months after Fambrough retired from the band after 7 decades of singing the baritone parts on hits like "The Rubberband Man," "Games People Play" and "Working My Way Back to You."

Jackson says, Henry "got to experience those accolades. He was able to bask in the accomplishment, and that was something he was really happy about."

Henry co-founded the vocal group in 1954 along with Pervis Jackson, Billy Henderson, Bobby Smith, and C.P. Spencer.

They enjoyed tremendous success through the 60s and 70s ... recording scores of top 40 hits, including their 1974 #1 smash with Dionne Warwick, "Then Came You."

Their first big Motown hit came in 1970 when "It's A Shame" peaked at No. 14 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart.

The same year, Philippé Wynne joined the band, and they went on to sign with Atlantic Records. Over the years, the Spinners saw several new members come and go.

The band earned 6 Grammy noms and 18 platinum and gold albums during their career span.

Fambrough was the last original member who remained in the group up until his retirement last year.

Henry is survived by his wife, Norma. He was 85.

Cops issued Miami Heat forward Haywood Highsmith a citation for careless driving on Tuesday ... after they say he caused an accident that resulted in a man suffering a partial amputation of his leg as well as other broken bones.

According to a crash report, obtained by TMZ Sports, the gruesome wreck happened at around 11:20 PM -- just minutes after Highsmith and the Heat beat the Orlando Magic at the Kesaya Center in Miami.

Cops state in the documents that Highsmith was going an estimated 45 MPH in a 40 MPH zone ... when he slammed into the back of a pedestrian who appeared to be pushing a broken-down car in the middle of a roadway.

The docs state Highsmith told officers that the disabled vehicle did not have its lights on ... and he couldn't stop his ride in time when he came across it in the street.

Cops wrote in the docs the pedestrian lost part of his right leg in the accident and sustained a compound fracture to his left leg as well. They also say the man suffered a possible broken left arm.

Police added the man was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.

The crash report states drugs and alcohol were not involved ... though officers did write in the docs that Highsmith may have been distracted by unknown circumstances.

Highsmith logged three minutes of playing in the Heat's 121-95 win earlier in the night. He did not play Wednesday, though -- as the team announced he was sitting out of their game against San Antonio due to "personal reasons."

International star Tiësto just announced he will not be performing at Super Bowl LVIII after all ... saying he will miss the big game due to a "personal family emergency."

The "Godfather of EDM" shared the update with his fans on Thursday ... just days before he was slated to hit the 1s and 2s for the 49ers vs. Chiefs matchup at Allegiant Stadium.

"Me and my team have been preparing something truly special for months, but a personal family emergency is forcing me to return home Sunday morning," Tiësto said via the X app.

"It was a tough decision to miss the game, but family always comes first."

This would've been the first time the NFL had an in-game DJ for the Super Bowl ... and Tiësto -- who sold more than 36 million albums -- was honored to take on the role.

"Thank you to the @NFL for the collaboration," the 55-year-old DJ said ... adding he still plans to work with the league on something "incredible" at a later date.

Bobbi Althoff appeared deep in conversation while walking around L.A. ... engrossed in a phone call less than a day after news of her split from her husband Cory broke.

The famed TikToker looked casual in a pink sweater and black Nike sweats while enjoying a beautiful Los Angeles morning ... and even cracking a small smile while chatting up someone on the phone.

It hasn't been the easiest week for Bobbi -- with news of her divorce breaking yesterday -- but it seems she's putting her bravest face on for the rest of the world.

As we previously reported ... Bobbi's about to become a single woman after her husband of four years Cory filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences."

Their marriage ending doesn't exactly seem like a shock to BA ... since Cory listed the date of separation as July 4, 2023 -- and she wrote about her marriage's end in an eloquent caption she posted to IG yesterday.

She noted she's going through quite a difficult time in the post ... so it's nice to see Bobbi with a smile on her face, even if it's only in the moment here.

BTW ... Cory's asking for joint physical and legal custody of their two daughters, 1-year-old Isla and 3-year-old Luca while also checking the box to block the court's ability to award spousal support to either party.

Of course, Bobbi's dominated TikTok over the past year with her deadpan-style humor and interviews with major celebs ... and Cory's no slouch professionally as well with an executive position for a major tech company.

The first-ever Super Bowl in Las Vegas is going to pay tribute to the city in a way that truly screams Sin City -- or sings, rather ... 'cause it's gonna include the late, great Frank Sinatra.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... there will be several "My Way" tributes prominently featured throughout the Super Bowl LVIII broadcast, with Sinatra's famous rendition of the tune -- written by Paul Anka -- being the one to lead the opening segment.

What this is, we're told, is a cheers moment for Vegas itself -- and what better way to pay honor the storied desert town than with a song that kinda encapsulates it. And yes, Frank's version of "My Way" is the most well-known ... so they're kicking it off with that one.

Anyway, we're told the Super Bowl broadcast on CBS will show action shots of the players ... like Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and Christian McCaffrey.

From there, our sources say CBS will transition to interviews with players' families ... talking about their dads, sons, husbands and brothers ... all underscored by a new mix of "My Way."

We know what the new "My Way" mix entails too ... our sources tell us there's going to be a live orchestra, with Sinatra singing on the big screens inside and outside The Sphere, the newest concert venue on The Strip.

BTW, Usher himself will also give a "My Way" shout-out during his Halftime performance ...  and we're told it'll be one for the books and incredibly powerful. So, yeah ... the 'MW' theme will be running throughout the course of the game, it seems -- start to finish.

Bottom line ... it's a tip of the hat to Fabulous Las Vegas, and CBS/the NFL are leaning all the way into it.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson got in full character to destroy anyone hating his new storyline with Roman Reigns ... calling on all the "crybaby" Cody Rhodes fans to "shut your bitch asses up!!"

Fresh off his controversial return on SmackDown last week, the WWE legend joined "The Pat McAfee Show" to address his decision to get back in the squared-circle ... as well as the criticism he's gotten for seemingly stealing the American Nightmare's thunder.

As we previously reported, a TON of wrestling fans are super pissed ... with the belief being Rock is boxing out Cody from a hyped-up match with Reigns at WrestleMania.

Rock made it clear nothing is set in stone in regard to the three moving pieces ... and while he has great respect for Rhodes, his family and his fans -- he feels the exact opposite about the annoying backers he refers to as "Cody crybabies."

The actor mocked the "grown ass men" behind the #WeWantCody campaign who are losing their minds over Rhodes' potentially spoiled plans with Reigns ... and it is legitimately classic stuff.

"The Rock says this," Johnson said on the show. "All you gotta do is sit back, know your role, shut your mouth and enjoy the ride that the Rock is gonna take your candy asses on. So hashtag that, hashtag shut your bitch asses up, hashtag Cody crybabies."

As we previously reported, Cody's fans showed him a ton of love on "Raw" earlier this week ... and he just recently revealed he's made his decision on what to do with his WrestleMania match.

The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers are all set to hit the gridiron for the Super Bowl this weekend -- and even their after-parties are now set in stone ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us each team has picked out their postgame locations for their potential celebrations on Sunday -- of course, only one of 'em will actually be partying afterward ... but we know both squads have lined up a plan in the case of a W Sunday.

Let's start with the 49ers. We're told the Bay Area boys are scheduled to pull up up to OMNIA Nightclub -- one of the hottest nightclubs in Sin City -- located inside Caesars Palace, smack in the center of the Las Vegas Strip.

Kansas City, we're told, has another huge venue locked down, Zouk Nightclub ... located inside Resorts World, a relatively new hotel to the Sin City scene.

Our sources say Kansas City's even got their music ready to go -- 'cause we're told The Chainsmokers will play tunes for the Chiefs post-Super Bowl ... and maybe K.C. can talk Taylor Swift into accompanying the group if she attends the championship game.

Patrick Mahomes has a longstanding relationship with The Chainsmokers, which consists of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart, even partying with them after their Super Bowl victory last year -- so, it probably didn't take much convincing to book the Grammy-winning duo.

These star-studded bashes are sure to excite any football fanatic ... but hold your horses, super fans, because it won't be easy to crash either of these wild times -- 'cause sources tell us the police presence is gonna be heavy.

Las Vegas Metro Police and agents from the FBI will be positioned at the exclusive events -- limited to the players, their families and front office execs ... so, taking a shot with Travis Kelce or Christian McCaffrey isn't on the menu for the die-hards.

Now, the obvious note here ... while both teams have their party locations secured, it remains to be seen whether they'll both rage after the Super Bowl. It makes sense for the actual winners to show up and have a blowout, but usually the losers go straight home.

Joe Budden thinks Travis Scott and Playboi Carti stunk it up at the Grammys big time -- 'cause their rock star shtick failed to read the room ... and made 'em seem like brats.

ICYMY, Travis and Carti performed their explosive collab "FE!N" mid-show -- complete with the rager-style, flame infernos that made his 'Circus Maximus' tour such a big deal. They were throwing around chairs and smashing stuff onstage ... mostly Travis though.

Some might argue it gave the Grammys a little flair when the room can be known to be a bit stuffy -- but there are many who feel like TS was lashing out for losing at the show after Killer Mike swept all the Rap Grammys this year, leaving his "Utopia" album in the dust.

Regardless of the reason for the tantrum, JB doesn't wanna hear any of it ... on his episode "Business Decisions," he argued that Trav and Carti were nothing but a pair of "bozos" who made fools of themselves in the presence of beautiful women and buttoned-up men.

He also roasted Carti like a marshmallow for hitting the stage in a mask and then wondering why fans didn't go crazy ... "Playboi Carti looked confused. Like, ‘Y’all don’t know who I am?’ No, n**** You got a f***ing mask on! Who the f*** are you under there? You are not at SXSW anymore!!!"

Joe added, "We can’t recognize you bozos by the stocking mask you’re wearing. I hate these n*****, man ... all of ’em!!!”

Both Travis and Carti were exposed without the "little white kids" going apes*** in the crowd,  Joe argues -- saying their act was better suited for the muddy stomping grounds of Coachella.

BTW, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's Layzie and Flesh-n-Bone recently told us similar ... there was no reason not to expect an OG like Killer Mike not to win the awards. Joe agrees.

Tough criticism, no doubt -- but considering how seemingly out of pocket their set was ... perhaps JB has a point here. FWIW, Trav and PC haven't addressed the whole thing.

Taylor Swift hit a speedbump during her Wednesday concert in Japan, but she made a quick recovery and carried on as if nothing happened.

The pop star hit the stage at the Tokyo Dome, performing one of her risqué tunes, "Vigilante S—t," while wearing a sexy blue leotard and black knee-high boots.

With her legs spread, Taylor plunked down on a chair, missing her mark on the seat cover and having to adjust her rump for the save.

Check out this video ... Taylor was flanked by her dancers during the mishap, but she didn't seem bothered, and she moved on without looking back.

Some of her fans noticed and commented about it on the social media app, X. One joked doing her squats must have saved Taylor from falling. Another said she didn't need a chair because her rock-hard thighs would keep her elevated while in a crouched position.

As you know, Taylor has resumed the international leg of her "Eras" tour, which will take the 14-time Grammy Award winner through Asia, Australia and Europe.

But Taylor will likely make a pit stop in Vegas this weekend to cheer on her beefy bf, Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Travis Kelce.

Of course, Travis and his fellow Chiefs will be doing battle with the San Francisco 49ers to see which team will emerge as the 58th Super Bowl champ.

Charlamagne Tha God is licking his wounds in the wake of Mo'Nique's "Club Shay Shay" interview ... and apologizing for his role in fueling her career downslide.

On Thursday, CTG gave himself "Donkey of the Day" -- 6 years after he did the same to Mo'Nique for scoffing at her crusade against Netflix for not paying her what it paid her peers like Chris Rock and Amy Schumer.

Mo'Nique sued Netflix in 2019 for discrimination, and ultimately the case settled out of court in 2022 ... and also got her special aired the following year.

At the behest of DJ Envy and Jess Hilarious, Charlamagne admitted he should've minded his business, and apologized to Mo and her husband Sidney for his meddling ways.

Mo'Nique mentioned 'DOTD' in her Netflix special, and her "Club Shay Shay" convo ... so the dishonor was clearly weighing on her brain all this time.

While Charlamagne's easing up on Mo'Nique, D.L. Hughley isn't cutting her any slack and ripped her in a lengthy rant off of his own.

D.L. and Mo'Nique have been at each other's throats for years, and now he's disputing her claim he and his podcast team were dismissive when she was a guest.
