The woman who claims a man pulled her wig off for no apparent reason in the streets of NYC has now gone to the police for help, filing a report in a bid for justice.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ an official complaint was filed Sunday with the NYPD by a local artist named Lizzy Ashliegh, who's Black. We're told the crime alleged is misdemeanor assault ... and that Ashliegh is claiming to have suffered a minor injury to her neck.

Our sources tell us Ashliegh declined medical attention when she filed the report -- although, she claimed on social media she's seen a doctor -- and that her report triggered an investigation. We're told Lizzy identified a man named Anthony Orlich -- a lawyer whose law firm has since said he is no longer employed with the firm following the alleged incident.

Ashliegh posted a video that she claims showed the aftermath of the alleged incident, which went viral. You see her repeatedly ask the man why he snatched her wig off, this as she holds the blue-green wig in her hands.

Other guys in the clip -- who are reported to have been friends of Orlich --  were also trying to get him to apologize for it ... to no avail. The internet was up in arms about it too -- especially because he's white and Ashliegh's Black.

Kim Kardashian isn't oblivious to the masses of people who believe she and her family owe viewers more when it comes to sharing the intimate details of their everyday life ... having a serious convo about the future of the show.

KK got candid with her sister Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick on Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians" and took the time to address some of the criticism around the Hulu hit.

While says she enjoys reading the feedback, she went on to say at times it can be very brutal. She says "Khloe and I, we give real content. We're sharing every last detail of our lives." She continues, "I talk about me wanting to lose weight and I am brutalized. I am the face of all this criticism."

Kim also gives specific examples ... saying, "There was an article about season 2 that said Khloé didn’t give enough with her Tristan [Thompson] situation."

Kim did fess up to a couple things being more off limits -- like her issues with her ex-husband Kanye West and her most recent ex, Pete Davidson -- saying at times, she just simply didn't want to be filmed.

At the end of their heart-to-heart, the two sisters acknowledged deep down they do love the show and it's been the centerpiece of the entire family empire. Kim admits, "I will always want to film and give our all."

The Kardashian-Jenner clan first appeared on E! for their "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" series in 2007, which ran up until 2021. The 3rd season of "Kardashians" is now running on Hulu.

MMA fighter Mike Dragich is used to squaring up against proverbial beasts inside of a cage, but last month, he got to go up against a literal one -- wrestling a 10-foot alligator away from onlookers ... and the wild scene was all captured on video!!!

The crazy matchup happened outside of an elementary school in Jacksonville ... when Dragich -- a 33-year-old amateur fighter and licensed gator trapper -- was summoned to help Florida fire and rescue officials wrangle a giant reptile away from a campus full of students.

You can see in footage that Dragich posted to his social media page, he didn't look nervous about the upcoming fight at all ... strolling up to the gator in a cut-sleeve shirt and tight pants.

Video shows Dragich tried to grab the alligator by its tail multiple times ... but the animal wasn't budging.

Finally, Dragich was able to hook its head with a catch pole ... but the alligator didn't go down easily, causing a group of spectators nearby to scream with fear.

It rolled multiple times in an effort to break free from Dragich ... though, eventually, the man was able to corral it with the help of JFRD responders.

After the battle, the gator wrangler told Fox 35 Orlando, "I felt like Batman, for real."

"A lot of fighters will understand that uh, when you go to the cage, you're nervous but once that cage door closes, you gotta be focused and honestly that's what I remembered from that night," Dragich said.

The mixed martial artist is no stranger to these kinds of situations, in addition to taking multiple fights in his career ... he's also taken down a bunch of gators over the years too, showcasing many of his conquests in videos on his IG page.

Of course, he's far from the first notable figure to get in brawls with scary creatures -- UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov gained fame for wrestling bears regularly. And, who could forget Chuck Norris' own tilt with a bear?!?

Begs the question, what's crazier ... fighting a gator, or a bear???

The "Vanderpump Rules" reunion has made something very clear -- it's not just Tom, Raquel and Ariana who have been deeply impacted by Scandoval -- as Scheana Shay made very clear.

Part 2 of the reunion special ran Wednesday night, where the cast continued to discuss the affair and the explosion it's caused in all of their lives. At one point, Scheana Shay -- who was extremely close with both Sandoval and Raquel -- completely loses it.

Shay says she feels abandoned by two people who she truly trusted, and finds herself experiencing total breakdowns at different points in the day.

To make matters worse, Shay says her emotions have impacted her ability to be a good mom -- and even her daughter is experiencing severe emotional trauma because of the events with Tom and Raquel.

Tom apologizes to Scheana, but the words seem to ring hollow. As for Raquel, she was unable to listen to Scheana's issues up close and personal, as she had a temporary restraining order against her at the time of filming after Scheana allegedly attacked her after learning of the cheating.

As we reported, the restraining order was eventually dismissed -- but clearly, there was some serious damage already done -- restraining order or not.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have FINALLY bought a house after 2 years of looking ... and it's amazing.

The house boasts a cinema, wine room, whiskey lounge and a spa with a hair and nail salon, and a sauna and massage room. And get this, there's also a separate, 5,000-square-foot sports facility, which includes an indoor pickleball court, boxing ring and sports lounge. On top of that, there's a 2-bedroom guard house.

In all, there are 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and 15 fireplaces!

Ben and Jen paid $60,850,000 ... and they paid in cash. The whole deal took 1 week, start to finish.

It sounds like a lot of loot, but it turns out they got an incredible deal. The property was listed in 2018 for $135,000,000 and relisted this year for $75M.

It sits on a 5-acre promontory and the security is unmatched ... the estate is double-gated.

It's considered the crown jewel of Wallingford, and that's saying something.

The newlyweds have had several false starts, going into escrow on a few other estates but pulling the plug before closing.

Pete Davidson has a new best friend, a super cute pup ... and he was all smiles as he picked up his new buddy with girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders.

They picked up the pooch in New York City, going to Citipups in Manhattan to get their furry friend ... the pet store just posted footage of Pete and Chase at the counter.

Folks who work at Citipups tell TMZ ... Pete and Chase came through May 21 and left with a cavapoo puppy. We're told the pup, a boy, was only 2.5 months old ... and he didn't have a name, so Pete and Chase have a big decision to make.

The puppy's not a rescue or anything ... we're told it was from a breeder.

Leading up to Pete's in-store visit, we're told Pete was in contact with Citipups and told them he fell in love with the cavapoo after seeing a photo of the pup.

Pete brought Chase along with him ... and we're told they loved the dog and bought it on the spot. Naturally, we're told Pete and Chase are super excited with their new pup ... though it's unclear if it's Pete's dog or if they got it together.

Rams defensive coordinator Raheem Morris is a real-life hero ... the L.A. assistant coach helped save a 3-year-old boy from drowning at a Las Vegas hotel pool over the weekend.

The terrifying incident happened at the Encore, when, according to a post on Morris' wife's social media page, a little boy was pulled from the water without a pulse by his father.

An on-duty lifeguard raced over to provide aid to the toddler ... and, thankfully, a quick-thinking Morris jumped in to help too by grabbing a nearby automatic external defibrillator (AED).

"I saw people calling 911 so my first question was, where is the AED?" Morris said to ESPN on Wednesday. "When I got back, we had a doctor on site that was able to start the compressions. I was able to hand the AED to him, get it open for him, put the pads on the child, and he ended up being OK."

Morris' wife said the kid was taken to a nearby hospital ... and, thankfully, discharged a day later.

Morris -- who joined Sean McVay's Rams staff in 2021 -- said training he received recently in the wake of the Damar Hamlin medical emergency helped him know what to do in the horrifying situation.

Rams COO Kevin Demoff added that he believed the training played a significant role in the heroic efforts as well.

The Pentagon has reportedly nixed a drag show scheduled for the beginning of Pride Month -- after it had already been approved by the chain of command.

According to CNN, the performance -- set for Thursday -- was canceled at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada and it was supposed to highlight the significance of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender members of the military.

This would have been the third drag event at Nellis, but Pentagon officials put the kibosh on it Wednesday, CNN said. It wasn't clear if the show would be moved to another venue.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has been super supportive of the LGBTQ+ community, commending them for their service and publicly supporting Pride Month in the military. But Austin has made it clear he doesn't want drag shows on U.S. military bases because the Defense Department should not have to pay for the expense.

A Pentagon rep explained, "As Secretary Austin has said, the DOD will not host drag events at U.S. military installations or facilities. Hosting these types of events in federally funded facilities is not a suitable use of DOD resources. Our Service members are diverse and are allowed to have personal outlets."

A brazen gunpoint robbery in broad daylight was captured on dramatic video -- kicking off another crime-filled day in the Windy City.

Check out footage, obtained by NBC Chicago, which shows the gun-wielding thieves in masks approaching several people outside a house at sunrise this past weekend.

The criminals ordered one guy to the ground and rifled his pockets for money. They also frisked two other men to steal whatever they had before fleeing. What's scary ... the suspects pointed their firearms directly at the victims throughout the whole ordeal.

CBS Chicago interviewed Vincent Galena Jr. whose dad was one of the victims. Galena said his father, Vincent Sr., blocked a doorway to protect family members who were sleeping inside their home.

Galena also said Vincent Sr. was ready to "fight back" if the gunmen tried to force their way inside the house.

Vincent Sr. was robbed of his money to buy construction tools and lost an entire day's pay, Galena added.

NBC Chicago said the theft was just the latest in a string allegedly committed by the same group of bandits.

"Selling Sunset" star Nicole Young is extending an olive branch to her costar Chrishell Stause ... saying she's ready to move past all of the drama, once and for all.

We caught up with the 'SS' newbie at Sunset Plaza, and she opened up about her ongoing feud with Chrishell -- one that made her the target of some very brutal death threats.

Nicole tells us, things went way too far on the show between them. She says, while the drug accusations Chrishell made about her are very damaging, she won't be taking any legal action against her ... adding she's also able to take responsibility for her actions as well.

Moreover, she tells us it's about time they smooth things out, for the sake of everyone and to get back to focusing on what's really important -- i.e. their business.

As we reported, Nicole has been getting death threats and vile remarks in the wake of their heated argument on the show. Chrishell spoke up to defend Nicole on IG, and later told us nothing warrants that kind of bullying.

LSU hoops star Flau'jae Johnson says she's hoping that's exactly the way her life will play out ... telling TMZ Sports that after helping the Lady Tigers win a title, she's now got her sights set on making music with the "All My Life" rapper.

"J. Cole," she told us this week out at Sirius XM in Los Angeles, "that's my dream!"

If you're unfamiliar -- in addition to being one of the best women's basketball players in the country ... Johnson is also a rapper -- and a very talented one at that.

In fact, the 19-year-old is so good on the mic ... she's already signed with Roc Nation -- and Lil Wayne even said during her NCAA tournament run in April that he wanted to work with her in the near future.

While Johnson was for sure fired up about that -- she said this week she'd be all-in on a duet with Cole too ... and she's confident that it will happen!!

"He ain't reach out yet," she said with a smile, "but it should be coming soon."

For now, Johnson says she's got music on the way with rapper 2Rare.

As for how she's planning on balancing basketball and rap going forward -- the SEC Freshman of the Year says it'll take a lot of a discipline ... but she's sure LSU head coach Kim Mulkey will ensure that all happens.

"Coach don't play," Johnson said. "So I gotta stay tight."

American singer and songwriter Vladimir John Ondrasik III -- more commonly known as "Five For Fighting" -- was in his mid-30s when he rose to stardom with hit songs like "Superman", "100 Years" and "The Riddle."

The singer's popularity continued well into the late 2000s ... "Chances" played over the end credits of the film "The Blind Side" with Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw. In 2016, Five For Fighting's song "Born To Win" debuted and was the opening montage track for the Season 8 finale of "American Ninja Warrior."

To this day, Five For Fighting's music is appreciated and respected by other big-name musicians like Idina Menzel.

And just like that, Kim Cattrall is reprising her role as Samantha Jones for the sequel to "Sex and the City" ... TMZ has confirmed.

The actress is set to make an appearance as her famous character in the upcoming series of "And Just Like That..." ... but Kim will be limited to just a brief cameo as Sam the publicist.

Kim filmed one scene for the upcoming series, returning to the franchise after a nasty feud with her former costar, Sarah Jessica Parker.

After reports of Kim's shocking return broke Wednesday, the official Twitter account for the show played into the news ... tweeting, "Secret's out!!"

Kim did not appear as Samantha in the first season of "And Just Like That..." ... but she's involved in the second season, which premieres June 22 on Max, despite previously declaring she was done with the franchise due to her beef with Sarah.

The last time Kim played Samantha was in the 2010 movie, "Sex and the City 2."

While "And Just Like That..." is coming back in June, reports say Kim's cameo doesn't come until August, so it sounds like it's pretty late in the season.

Tiffany, the famed '80s pop star, is counting her blessings after a truck tire collided with her vehicle during a scary incident on the highway.

Tiffany was cruising down Interstate 65 in Nashville last week when her rep tells us a tire from a nearby truck came rolling across the highway and slammed into the front of her car.

After striking her vehicle, the tire got stuck under the driver's side. Tiffany tells us, "I'm extremely lucky and thankful because a major accident could have happened."

Luckily, the singer is doing OK, but as you can see in photos obtained by TMZ, the car was damaged pretty badly ... the transmission is completely torn apart, the side paneling of the car completely ripped off, with plenty of dents to go along with everything else.

Danny Masterson has just been found guilty by a jury on two of the three rape counts he was facing ... with a deadlock on the third.

The "That '70s Show" actor received the guilty verdict Wednesday in Downtown Los Angeles. He faces up to 30 years to life in prison, and has a sentencing hearing Aug. 4.

As we reported, Masterson's first trial kicked off in October where he pled not guilty ... and the whole thing ended in a mistrial the following month after the jury couldn't come to a decision. Two of 12 jurors voted to convict Masterson on one rape charge, four jurors voted to convict him on a second rape charge and five jurors voted to convict him on the third rape charge.

After the mistrial, Masterson's attorney Philip Cohen told us the case was "about nothing other than the credibility of the three accusers and that credibility could only be determined by comparing, contrasting and focusing on the ever-evolving statements given by the women."

His team tried pretty hard to get the case dismissed, but to no avail -- and the retrial started up last month, bringing in Shawn Holley to his defense, known from O.J. Simpson's criminal trial.

You'll recall, Masterson was charged back in 2020  -- with the alleged victims saying the incidents went down between 2001 and 2003, which is smack dab in the middle of his work on the comedy series.

Rap icon Tupac Shakur will be the next big name to be immortalized on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, getting a posthumous honor on the famous street.

An announcement from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Wednesday revealed West Coast radio vet and REAL 92.3 host Big Boy will MC the event on June 7 and Tupac’s sister Sekyiwa “Set” Shakur will be on hand to accept the star on her brother's behalf.

Director Allen Hughes and executive producer Jamal Joseph of F/X's new Pac documentary “Dear Mama: The Saga of Afeni and Tupac Shakur,” will also serve as the guest speakers.

Pac was shot and killed back in 1996 but his legacy grew tenfold in his death ... selling over 75 million records, with 2 of his projects, "All Eyez on Me" and his "Greatest Hits" compilation, earning Diamond certifications from the RIAA, and much of his life has been dissected for educational purposes in classrooms and colleges nationwide.
