Dog the Bounty Hunter Avoids Charges In Denver Assault Case
Dog the Bounty Hunter will not face any charges after a confrontation with an angry teen at the Denver Airport.
Dog got into it with a 17-year-old last month at the Denver airport who claimed Dog roughed him up after asking for a photo, and the teen filed an assault report with cops. Our Dog sources said that claim was BS ... and the kid was the one who instigated things by saying, "I have a bounty on my head, what are you going to do about it motherf***er."
Our sources say the teen also made a remark about Beth Chapman -- who was in a wheelchair at the time -- saying, "Tell that fat bitch to get out of her chair."
Dog filed a report for harassment against the teen and his father a few days after the incident.
Law enforcement sources tell us the police department sent its case to the Denver District and City Attorney's Office who both declined to press any charges.
Dog's attorney, Andrew Brettler, tells us, "We're grateful to the Denver PD and City Attorney for investigating the matter and recognizing that Duane was innocent. His focus continues to be on Beth's health and recovery."
TMZ broke the story ... doctors discovered Beth's throat cancer had returned after an emergency surgery in L.A. to remove a blockage. The family returned to their home in Colorado shortly after the diagnosis.

12/14 6:50 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources now confirm Pump's story. The baggage handlers who were putting luggage in the baggage compartment smelled a strong odor of weed coming from a bag labeled Garcia -- Pump's government name. The captain then went to Pump and the rapper felt the pilot was being accusatory. The pilot eventually kicked Pump and his manager off the plane for being disruptive and it continued to get contentious in the terminal when cops were talking to them, so both were arrested for disorderly conduct. The bag, which was owned by a member of Pump's crew, was opened and NO DRUGS were inside.
6:15 PM PT -- A source connected with Pump tells TMZ, no drugs were found. The source says TSA flagged a bag that smelled like weed and was "mistagged." Agents questioned Pump, who insisted he was not carrying drugs. The source adds no drugs were found in the bag, which another person in Pump's crew said was his. Pump was arrested along with his manager because they allegedly became disorderly during the argument with TSA agents.
Lil Pump's flight to L.A. was cut short -- as in, he never got off the ground because TSA allegedly found drugs in his luggage ... TMZ has learned.
Pump was flying from Miami Thursday afternoon, and our sources say he and his crew had all boarded the flight, but before it pushed back from the gate ... a flight attendant told them there was a problem.
We're told Pump and co. were booted off the flight, and cops met them in the terminal to question Pump about what 2 airline sources said were drugs found in a checked bag with his name on it.
The flight was delayed over an hour, and we're told cops are talking to Pump right now.

Stormy Daniels Stripping Could Help Pay Trump Bill$ ... But She's Not Interested
1:20 PM PT -- Stormy's publicist tells us there's no deal. She's declining the offer from Scores.
Stormy Daniels might be going to a familiar place to find the cash to help pay off her massive legal debt ... because we've learned she's been offered a deal with a big-time strip club.
The honchos at Scores Gentlemen's Club tell TMZ ... they're sympathetic to Stormy's plight and are currently in talks with her reps to get the porn star in their clubs for upscale performances.
As you know, Stormy has been ordered to cough up about $293,000 for attorney's fees and another $1,000 in sanctions after her defamation suit against Donald Trump was dismissed by a federal judge.
Now, Scores is stepping in to provide Stormy with a revenue stream that's right up her ally ... we're told the clubs will charge a $30 entry fee on nights she performs, and they're offering Stormy 30 to 40 percent of the gate. The proposed deal is still being negotiated.
Sounds like Stormy could soon be barnstorming around the country, because Scores has locations in 11 cities, including Atlantic City, NYC and Vegas.

-
EXCLUSIVE
- 1.2K shares
Nicki Minaj's new beau is the ultimate bad boy -- and has been for quite some time, including while he was behind bars.
Kenneth Petty's inmate disciplinary history, obtained by TMZ, shows Nicki's BF was written up 18 times from 2006 to 2013 while he was serving time for a manslaughter conviction in New York.
Some of Petty's violations were major -- he got slapped with 2 violent conduct violations in 2010 for threats and fighting. Before that, he also racked up another fighting violation, and 5 violations for disobeying a direct order.
He got off to a ROUGH start too ... just one day after he entered the prison he got tagged for creating a disturbance.
There was also a 2009 incident where he was cited for 9 separate violations, and got 4 months in solitary as punishment. Mostly though ... he lost phone, recreation and commissary privileges for bad behavior.
As you know, Minaj's BF was convicted of first-degree attempted rape in 1995 when he was 16. He served almost 4 years for that ... before the 2006 manslaughter conviction.
Still, the man did his time ... and our Nicki sources say she believes Kenny -- an old flame from Queens -- has changed, and she's happier than she's been in years.

As we reported, T.I. was arrested for assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in May after he allegedly confronted the security guard for not letting him enter the gated community. LeSean McCoy has scrubbed down the home he owns in Georgia with BLEACH in an effort to conceal evidence in the home invasion case ... this according to one of the victims.
Elizabeth Donald -- who was attacked during the July 10 home invasion -- has filed new court docs claiming the NFL star is going to great lengths to cover up any potential involvement he may have had in the robbery.
As we previously reported, both Donald and LeSean's ex-girlfriend, Delicia Cordon, have publicly accused McCoy of sending a gun-wielding goon to the home to retrieve jewelry and other items.
Donald and Cordon both claim they were pistol whipped by the gunman and sustained injuries.
And, while no arrests have been made in the case, both women have filed lawsuits against the Buffalo Bills running back ... claiming he orchestrated the whole thing.
Now, in new legal docs filed on Dec. 11 in Fulton County ... Donald claims McCoy is acting like a man with something to hide.
"McCoy has now caused the residence to be scrubbed down with bleach and other cleaning agents in an egregious attempt to spoil any remaining evidence in the residence," she states in court docs.

EXCLUSIVE
Ex-'Love & Hip Hop' star Benzino is not mincing words ... he's adamant racists are behind the serious drug charges he's facing but vows to fight back.
Benzino wanted to address the story we broke ... that cops busted him in Cobb County, GA -- in January 2017 -- and hit him with a slew of charges: felony possession of THC oil gummies, felony possession of 6 MDMA pills and misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of weed.
He's facing up to 15 years in prison, but Benzino calls the charges trumped up from "one of the most racists counties, not just in Georgia, but in America." He still believes cops had no right to raid his penthouse, even though a judge ruled cops legally obtained a search warrant.
In any event, he's standing his ground. Benzino says he's not interested in plea deals, and after he gets his day in court ... he's planning to get some revenge. Legally speaking, of course.

A pro-life Donald Trump supporter was arrested and charged in New York for threatening to "put a bullet" in a U.S. senator ... TMZ has learned.
Brooklyn resident Michael Brogan was charged Wednesday with threatening to murder the unnamed senator. Prosecutors say the senator's staff alerted authorities earlier this month when they got a disturbing and threatening voice message.
According to court docs, Brogan allegedly said in part, "You are an absolute piece of s**t, Senator. Senator, and I put that in quotation marks, you're a f**king phony. You watch your ass cause I [unintelligible], I'm going to put a bullet in ya."
The message goes on ... "When I'm in D.C. and you're there, I got your f**king mark on you stupid bitch. You and your constant lambasting of President Trump. Oh, reproductive rights, reproductive rights. You know what? I'm cursing and I'm in sin because of people like you, ok? Cause I value the God given right to life."
According to docs, the message ends ... "If I saw you, I'd snuff your stupid f**king ass. I'd put a f**king bullet in you. You watch your ass. If I see you on the streets, I'm gonna f**king light you up with f**king bullets."
Prosecutors say police were able to trace the call back to Brogan's number, and determined he'd gone to D.C. for the March for Life protest in 2017 and 2018. They say Brogan admitted calling the senator, but didn't recall details of what he'd said.

Kodak Black isn't gonna sit for anyone bringing up the most serious criminal charge he's facing -- an alleged sexual assault -- and he proved it by walking out in the middle of a Hot 97 interview.
During the "Ebro in the Morning" interview, recorded Wednesday, the Florida rapper chopped it up with Ebro for about 15 minutes before things went south. Ebro brought up Kodak's South Carolina case that's heading to trial in the spring -- and his mood immediately changed.

VP Mike Pence Staying Away from Trump & Mueller For Good Reason, Says NY Rep.
President Trump insists he's not feeling any impeachment heat, but his Veep Mike Pence is in prepare-for-the-worst mode ... according to Congressman Gregory Meeks.
We got the distinguished gentleman from NY on Capitol Hill and he tells us he sees similarities between Mueller's Trump investigation and the one that eventually forced Richard M. Nixon out of office.
Meeks believes Robert Mueller's court filing last week was devastating for POTUS because it revealed Cohen told the special counsel's office it was Trump who directed payments to 2 women -- Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal. Meeks says Pence is paying close attention as the info trickles out.
Case in point, during Tuesday's fireworks at the White House, Trump railed on Rep. Schumer and Rep. Pelosi ... while Pence sat silently.
Bottom line -- Rep. Meeks thinks Pence will have very little to say about his pal, the Prez, in coming weeks because he's busy reading writing on walls. And, no ... he ain't talking graffiti.

Nicki went off on Palmer in a scathing Instagram post ... saying, "You just lied on me on nat'l TV & now you're being sued. You better be able to back up what you just said about me with FACTS."
Maraj has still not been sentenced for the rape.

Michael Cohen Trump's Ex-Lawyer Gets 3 Yrs in Prison
President Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen just got sentenced to 3 years in prison after pleading guilty to a number of crimes related to his work for the Prez.
Cohen spoke in court during his sentencing, and said ... "Today is one of the most meaningful days of my life. The irony is that today I get my freedom back.” He made specific references to Trump, too ... “Blind loyalty to this man led me to choose a path of darkness over light.”
Cohen added, "I take full responsibility for each act that I pleaded guilty to ..." including those implicating the "President of the United States of America.”
In addition to the 3 years ... Cohen has to pay restitution of $1.4 million, and fines of $100,000 for the SDNY and Special Council cases. Additionally, he has to return a $500k home equity loan.
Cohen was sentenced in NYC. To add insult to injury, Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, spoke outside the courtroom after the sentencing. He declared, "(Cohen) deserves every day of the 36-month sentence that he will serve." He ended his statement with a threat to POTUS -- "Michael Cohen was sentenced today, Donald Trump is next."
As we reported ... Cohen pled guilty to 8 federal charges in August, including 5 counts of tax fraud and 2 campaign finance violations -- the latter of which related to his $130k hush money payment to Stormy Daniels leading up to the 2016 election.
Prosecutors had asked a judge to impose a "substantial term of imprisonment" despite his cooperation.
It's a dramatic end to the Cohen saga. Remember, he was under investigation in New York at the recommendation of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, which launched a full-blown FBI raid on Cohen's office ... and it was all downhill from there.
Cohen broke away from Trump's inner circle as the feds turned the screws on him. He has reportedly cooperated with investigators extensively. As we reported, he made it clear to Stormy's people his client, Donald Trump, was directing the hush money payment.
Also, an audio recording leaked this year of Cohen and Trump's discussion regarding ex-Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal ... who also reportedly received money for her silence.
Cohen has until March to begin serving his sentence.

A New York judge has just announced he's resigning ... this after someone lodged a formal complaint that he told an attorney he should get a hotel room and suck actor Viggo Mortensen's d**k.
Judge John W. Hallett, who serves as a Justice in the LeRay Town Court in Jefferson County, is taking heat for a courthouse conversation he had last January with a lawyer who was promoting a film festival honoring Mortensen.
The judge allegedly responded the festival was "about the gayest thing I have ever heard." The judge allegedly went on to say, "You and Viggo Mortensen should get a hotel room and suck each other's d**ks."
Five months later, the judge was talking to the same lawyer and allegedly made a gesture with his hand to his mouth to connote oral sex, patted the attorney lightly on the cheek and said, "There, there little boy."
The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct opened an investigation and it appears the judge is resigning under pressure, before the hammer comes down.
The judge is resigning New Year's Eve and has agreed to never seek or accept judicial office at any time in the future.
