Heidi Klum did her second wedding with Tom Kaulitz right -- saying "I do" on the high Italian sea ... and then promptly hopping on another boat and catching grub the next day.

The supermodel got hitched (again) in Capri this weekend, where she was seen wearing a strapless white gown and veil aboard a yacht. Her hubby opted for a white tux himself. The second round of nuptials comes months after they got legally married in February.

TMZ broke the story ... secretly tied the knot a year after they met each other in 2018 to the day -- February 22. They'd gotten engaged this past December.

After Saturday's ceremony, the married couple and some friends hitched a boat ride Sunday to a nearby restaurant, where they stuffed their faces with Italian chow ... and a little bit of each other's faces too. Tom had his hair down under a cap, while Heidi had hers tied up in a bun. Each of them looked super relaxed as they kick off their honeymoon.

This is Heidi's third marriage -- she was married to Seal and Ric Pipino before -- and Tom's second. He doesn't have any kids, but Heidi's got four from her previous relationships.

Brody Jenner is living the single life again ... we've learned he and Kaitlynn Carter are calling it quits a year after they got married -- or so we thought.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Brody and Kaitlynn are done, and she's already moved out of the house they shared together.

We're told Kaitlynn wanted 2 things from Brody -- a baby and a legal marriage -- but Brody ultimately decided he didn't want to do either, so they broke up. She wanted a legal marriage because turns out they never made it official after holding a ceremony last summer in Indonesia.

You'll recall ... Brody and Kaitlynn had a big blowout celebration on the island of Nihi Sumba in June 2018, complete with fireworks -- in the sky and among the guests. Remember, Brody's dad, Caitlyn Jenner, had skipped the nuptials to attend a gala in Austria.

We've confirmed Kaitlynn and Brody never followed up to get a marriage license here in the States ... meaning they never had a legal union.

Seems Brody is already fully embracing life as a bachelor, recently hanging with his boys for a night out on the town. You'll notice ... the wedding ring he slipped on at his "wedding" is no longer on his finger.

Nicki Minaj is about to change her identity -- adding her beau's last name to her own -- and officially making her Petty.

Nicki and Kenneth Petty marched into a Beverly Hills courthouse earlier this week and got a marriage license. Sources close to the couple tell us Nicki -- whose real name is Onika Tanya Maraj -- will be known as Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty.

As for the wedding, it's a mystery ... but there are clues. Several of her close friends flew into L.A. Tuesday, the day after she and Kenneth got their marriage license. The friends stayed in town for less than a day and flew out again. They were all staying at 2 swanky WeHo hotels.

It's possible the wedding went down that day, but we're not sure. It's also possible they could get hitched this weekend. Her mentor, Lil Wayne, has a couple days off from his Blink-182 tour and our sources say he plans to be in L.A. Saturday and Sunday.

Heidi Montag's been sticking up for her man in the ongoing feud with his former bestie, Brody Jenner ... but she's also confident she can help mend fences.

Heidi and Spencer Pratt were leaving Matsuhisa Wednesday night in Bev Hills when we asked the couple about her saying her husband's an easy scapegoat on "The Hills: New Beginnings" ... especially for Brody.

Spencer pooh-poohs it a little bit, but suggests the 2 bros will be able to work it out ... just maybe not until season 2 of the show. Always leave 'em wanting more.

Heidi also insists there's nothing but love for Jenner -- even as she jabs him a little -- and says she's prepared to extend the olive branch and bring the buds back together.

For those who don't know ... Spencer and Brody's tensions have been rising all season as they've aired grievances about the past and called each other out for perceived slights. Pratt has described their volatile relationship as "very Game of Thrones-ish" ... which doesn't sound promising.

Still, he seems more optimistic here.

Sorry, Bradley-Gaga romance theorists, but Lady Gaga's clearly got her eyes -- and lips -- on another guy altogether ... the studio engineer she was sucking face with during brunch.

Gaga wasn't trying to hide it from anyone Sunday when she plopped down on her sidewalk table at Granville restaurant in Studio City. The dude she was locking lips with is Dan Horton, who's reportedly worked with LG on recordings years ago. He's also worked with Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake and Camila Cabello ... so he's got plenty of cred in the biz.

It's unclear how serious they are but they looked pretty stoked during their date, which included some super close-up conversation -- and, of course, the kissing.

It's the first time Gaga's been out showing PDA with anyone since she and agent Christian Carino called off their engagement in February ... ending a 2-year relationship.

Tarek El Moussa's following the lead of his ex-wife and moving on with his dating life ... with her doppelganger ... who also sells houses.

The "Flip or Flop" star enjoyed a Sunday Funday in Redondo Beach, CA at the Portofino Hotel & Marina ... which included some smooching with a hottie on a yacht who looks eerily similar to his ex, Christina Anstead.

It's not his former HGTV costar, though -- it's Heather Rae Young, a luxury real estate agent and one of the stars of Netflix's "Selling Sunset."

Heather works for The Oppenheim Group selling high-end pads in L.A. ... so the 2 have both the real estate biz and reality TV in common. She also does some modeling ... and was Playboy Playmate of the Month in February 2010.

We're told Tarek and Heather boated up from Newport Beach where he lives and spent the day together. It's unclear if they're officially together or still in the market ... but looks like they're having fun.

As you know ... Tarek and Christina carried through with the 8th season of their hit show despite a very public split and divorce in January 2018. They're both moving forward with solo TV projects now, and Christina already got remarried and is expecting a child with her hubby.

So, Tarek's got some catching up to do.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner aren't going to find justice for the hit and run death of their dog in a criminal case -- they'll have to take it up in civil court if they want retribution.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the driver who struck and killed the couple's Alaskan Klee Kai, Waldo, did not stop or leave any information when they hit the pup earlier last week in NYC. We're told they left the scene, but it's not a crime to do so.

Our sources say that the driver cannot be criminally charged with Waldo's death because the dog is considered property, and the incident is viewed as an accident.

As for why the driver didn't stop -- it's unclear for now, but we're told it is not uncommon for NYC drivers to be unaware that they've hit something, let alone an animal, and keep going. The hustle and bustle of a big city oftentimes allows for such situations.

Keep this in mind too ... the dog got away from its handler and darted into the street, where it was hit. Our sources say there was no intent from the driver to kill the dog.

When it comes to the report that Joe and Sophie filed with the police a couple days later -- our sources tell us it was NOT a criminal report, simply an accident report ... which falls under the purview of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.

That, of course, means that if they wanted to pursue a claim against the driver -- whom we're told has not been identified yet as the investigation continues -- Joe and Sophie would have to sue the person and take them to civil court ... possibly for the cost of the dog, emotional distress or anything else they could legally justify in that setting.

As we reported ... Sophie and Joe have been very distraught since the death of their pooch, which has left the "Game of Thrones" actress literally clutching to its brother, Porky.

Justin Bieber seems to be coming to terms with the fact that most everyone loves the Jonas Brothers (including his wife, Hailey Bieber) ... now, he's on board too.

JB was spotted out Saturday in WeHo hitting up a day spa with Hailey, and on their way out ... Justin was photographed rockin' this little number, which is apparently part of his Drew House clothing collection. It's vintage Disney Jonas Bros., plastered across his chest.

Hailey was there too, of course -- and she seemed to approve of her hubby's attire ... giving him a dreamy look as they strolled away together in their caj outfits.

Now, what's funny about the Jonas shirt is that Justin recorded Hailey back in March confessing her old love for the boy band, which left him fake shocked and outraged.

Looks like he's embraced the Jonas fandom since then though -- and, apparently, aims to turn a profit eventually with this. The Jonas shirt isn't available for sale on the Drew website yet ... maybe the Biebs is just giving a test run first before putting it on the market.

J Lo returned the favor to A-Rod Friday night, stopping her show in its tracks to wish her fiance a big, big HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

She was in Miami performing her "It's My Party: The Live Celebration" tour at the American Airlines Arena when she put everything on pause, brought her kis and his kids onstage and then called A-Rod up. As he stood next to a gigantic cake, she led the crowd into a rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday."

She professeed her love for him and conceded, it been all about her this week. J Lo turned 50 on July 24 and A-Rod threw an amazing party for her. His birthday is today, on the 27th, so she returned the favor Friday night.

BTW ... A-Rod's 4-tiered cake, which looked incredible, was from Divine Delicacies. Alex's name was created with swavorski crystals. It also had an edible baseball jersey, bat and ball. The whole thing costs around $3k.

Fabolous is going off on our report that he and his longtime girlfriend, Emily B, have broken up ... but our sources say he's just in denial.

The rapper claims he and Emily have not split, and insists they're a "couple working on our relationship." He adds that the mystery woman he was seen with at a Mexican restaurant last week was not a date ... rather a lunch meeting with a teacher.

Fabolous says he loves Emily B and our story is baseless. He's also threatening legal action for defamation.

Here's the thing -- sources close to Emily tell us the 2 haven't been together for nearly a year ... and it was her decision to call it off. Despite Fab's claims they're still trying to work it out -- we're told, for now, Emily says it's over -- and Fab is trying to save his family.

Emily's recent post on her Instagram Story seems to bear this out. She says this year's all about prioritizing mental health over relationships. According to the post, Em's mindset is ... "I'll lose anyone and anything before I lost my mind."

As you know ... they had major issues, especially after video surfaced of Fabolous' physical altercation with Emily in March 2018. He was indicted for domestic violence in October, but struck a plea deal early this year to avoid jail time.

Jordyn Woods likes what Khloe Kardashian likes ... stars on the hardwood, because she's hangin' with another of Khloe's exes.

Kylie Jenner's former bestie danced and smoked hookah alongside NBA star James Harden in Houston Wednesday night, and, if you're not keeping track ... Harden's another ex-boyfriend of Khloe's.

We're told Jordyn and James were partying together at Belle Station, and were cozying up in the same booth. At one point, Jordyn stood up and danced in front of him while taking a hookah hit.

We're told the 2 have hung out in the past -- pre-Khloe's split with Tristan -- and Jordyn allegedly told friends Khloe was cool with it ... our sources say Khloe never even knew about it. What's unclear is if Jordyn and James have taken it a step further.

Jordyn took Chernobyl-type heat for contributing to the breakup of Khloe's family after allegedly cheating with her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, at a house party.

Woods claimed it was just innocent fun, though, and said he only kissed her once. Khloe first blamed Jordyn for destroying her fam, then took it back.

J Lo is celebrating the big 5-0 at a shindig on Star Island -- just off the coast of Miami Beach. Seems like it's gonna be a giant birthday bash too, considering what was being brought in and all the prep work that was going into getting the place set up.

Eddie Murphy's ex-wife, Nicole Murphy, is now clarifying and apologizing for locking lips with a very married man.

Nicole was spotted kissing director Antoine Fuqua over the weekend while vacationing in Italy, and was photographed doing so on at least two occasions. They were definitely getting cozy and appeared to be interacting romantically.

Nicole initially said they were just "family friends" and had simply exchanged a "friendly hello." She has another version now, telling TMZ ... "Without going into the entire situation, I want to apologize to my family, and to Lela and the Fuqua family for what transpired."

Nicole goes on to explain, "It was not my intention to be in this situation. I do not condone women kissing or interacting in anyway inappropriately with a married man. I too was once married and I would never intentionally undermine another woman, despite what has been written."

As for why Nicole kissed Fuqua, who's been married to actress Lela Rochon since 1999 ... we're told she thought the status of their relationship was ... over.

Sources tell us, Nicole was under the impression that Antoine was divorced, and that's why she engaged with him the way she did. We're told she feels terrible about this and hopes folks can forgive her for the mistake.

It's unclear if Nicole was told by Antoine that he was single -- we're working on getting clarification for that. As for Antoine, we've reached out to his camp ... so far, no word back.

One of the last times the "Training Day" director was photographed with his wife in a public setting was February of this year. It's possible they've separated since then, but there's no indication thus far that's happened.

Talk about having your cake and eating it too -- Bindi Irwin got a big birthday surprise when her boyfriend proposed ... and she said crikey! Jk, she said yes.

The daughter of "The Crocodile Hunter" Steve Irwin is engaged to Chandler Powell after he popped the question at the Australia Zoo as the couple was celebrating her turning 21.

The conservationist and TV star shared the news on social media ... along with a photo showing off her new rock.

Chandler says he was able to pull off the surprise proposal by setting up a photo shoot for her to celebrate her 21st ... but right before they started to shoot, he took her to a special part of the zoo and asked her to be his wife.

Bindi's mom, Terri, also tweeted about the happy news, writing ... "Best day ever! ... I am so very happy, and I know Steve would be too. Congratulations!!"

The prankster just got pranked big time ... Jake Paul's fiancee made him believe she was pregnant, and his reaction was veeeerrrrry interesting.

Tana Mongeau -- a YouTube star in her own right, who just got engaged to Jake about a month ago -- pulled a masterclass prank on her soon-to-be hubby, telling him she was preggo ... and letting panic and chaos ensue. Gotta give it to her, she acted her ass off.

In the clip, Tana tells a seemingly unsuspecting Jake that she's gotta tell him something that he'll probably be mad about, which peaks his curiosity.

After a bit of back-and-forth, she finally comes out with it ... saying she's pregnant, and even showing him a bogus pregnancy test that reads positive. Then comes the difficult convo ... what to do about it now???

Check out the clip ... it seems like Jake would've actually been down to keep it, at least that seems to be his initial reaction. Gotta check with mom first though, of course.

What's also interesting is that Tana and Jake are a relatively newish couple -- having only been together for about two months prior to him popping the question in late June. She makes that much clear by what she tells him in this video too ... they haven't talked about a baby much, apparently.
