Kristen Wiig's officially off the market ... TMZ's learned she's engaged.

The former "Saturday Night Live" star and her longtime boyfriend, Avi Rothman, have actually been engaged for several months. It's unclear when Avi -- a writer, actor, producer and director -- popped the question, but Kristen was wearing her GIANT ring as early as May. Now we know the significance.

Kristen sported the rock during a screening of "Booksmart" at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in downtown L.A. She was there with her longtime pal, Lisa Kudrow.

Keeping their relationship under wraps seems to be their thing. Remember ... Kristen was spotted with a mystery man in Hawaii back in May 2016. The mystery man turned out to be Avi whom Kristen, at that point, had been secretly dating for several months.

This will be Kristen's second marriage. She was previously married from 2005 to 2009 to actor Hayes Hargrove. It's interesting ... back in 2011, she told the British magazine, Stella, she had ruled out a second marriage. Guess Avi changed her mind.

Kylie Jenner is getting into full party mode during her endless birthday getaway ... dancing and grinding with Travis Scott as they TURN UP in Cannes!!!

Kylie's entering the dance party phase of her bday celebrations, grabbing her man's hand and shaking her booty Thursday afternoon smack in the middle of a beachfront restaurant!!!

Travis gets the party started, sliding behind the DJ booth and hopping on the 1s and 2s to spin some tunes that put Kylie and her friends in the mood to groove. Seriously, Sofia Richie and the girls are dancing on top of tables!!!

The impromptu daytime dance party is a different scene from what we've seen from Kylie and Travis during her 22nd bday trip ... which kicked off with a shopping spree with Stormi in Positano, followed by the couple's romantic dinner in Capri.

No sign of Stormi and Kris Jenner at the lunch spot Kylie and co. turned into a dayclub ... guess that means it's time to RAGE!!!

Brody Jenner's rebounding like a champ -- and very publicly -- as he and model Josie Canseco get very handsy at nightclubs and house parties around town.

The new couple attempted to play it cool when they first stepped out Wednesday night ... arriving at Warwick in Hollywood. Brody stepped out of the front passenger seat of their ride, and Josie got out of the back seat. They even walked into the club separately, but within a couple feet of each other -- but, c'mon ... we all know the game.

The night was just getting started, though, and when they left Warwick -- at 2:45 AM -- they were way more affectionate. Josie hugged Brody as they made their way to a friend's home for a little after-hours house party. And, we mean serious "after-hours" ... they were spotted leaving the bash at around 4 AM.

If the 'Hills' star initially seemed salty about those pics of his ex, Katilynn Carter, making out with Miley Cyrus at Lake Como, he's clearly gotten over it now.

Funny how having a super hot Victoria's Secret model hanging all over you will do that for ya -- and the timing of their first public outing is interesting.

TMZ broke the story ... Miley and Kaitlynn arrived back in L.A. a few hours earlier on Wednesday. After stepping off a private jet, they drove off together ... Miley behind the wheel and Kaitlynn riding shotgun.

Former MMA star War Machine -- who is serving a life sentence for brutally beating his ex-GF -- got married behind bars ... and these aren't your typical wedding photos by a long stretch.

War Machine tied the knot with his longtime prison pen pal Ashley Farrington at Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada ... taking a break from lockdown to say, "I do."

The convicted woman-beater slid a gold band on his new wife's finger -- the ring belonged to Ashley's grandmother. Hard to imagine this is what grandma had in mind.

Ashley's son and another family member were on hand for the nuptials ... and War Machine's best man was a guy named Mario Lino.

No wedding cake ... after all, you know what people put in prison cakes, right???

We're told the whole thing lasted 4 hours and was NOT conjugal.

TMZ broke the story ... War Machine proposed to his pen pal in early 2018 by reading her a love poem. He got down on bended knee, asking her to marry him even though he had no ring ... and she said yes.

As we reported ... War Machine was found guilty of sexual assault, battery by strangulation, coercion, kidnapping and several other charges after viciously attacking his ex, porn star, Christy Mack.

War is eligible for parole after 36 years when he's 71 ... so, the honeymoon will have to wait.

Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie, are not running from the law -- instead they're facing their tax evasion case head on, one day after the feds indicted them.

The "Chrisley Knows Best" stars surrendered Wednesday morning to the FBI in Atlanta, where there were open warrants for their arrest. According to local reports, the Chrisleys came in on their own accord and were taken into custody. They're set to appear in court later Wednesday ... presumably for a bond hearing.

As we reported ... the Chrisleys were slapped with the multi-count indictment Tuesday, alleging years of tax evasion, bank fraud, wire fraud and conspiracy between 2007 and 2012. The feds claim the couple ran a scheme in which they swindled banks out of millions of dollars in loans by providing fraudulent info -- not to mention screwing the public by dodging federal taxes on the money they earned. Their accountant was indicted as well.

The couple put out a lengthy statement shortly before the charges became public, denying any wrongdoing and trying to explain what exactly happened ... in their eyes, anyway.

Todd and Julie say a former employee of theirs is the one who was carrying out the financial crimes -- without their knowledge. They say they have nothing to hide.

It started out amicable, but the breakup between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth is now in nasty territory ... with claims of drug use and infidelity.

Sources with direct knowledge of the breakup are telling radically different stories. Sources from Miley's side tell TMZ, she tried valiantly to save the marriage and the dealbreaker was that Liam was drinking a lot and using certain drugs, and she wanted no part of it ... especially since she struggled with substance abuse in the past.

Sources from Liam's side are calling BS, saying the drug and alcohol claims are designed to mask what they say really destroyed their marriage ... they claim infidelity on Miley's part.

As you saw, Miley and Kaitlynn Carter were making out in Italy last Friday ... though our Miley sources made it clear ... she had broken up with Liam months earlier -- we're told Liam begs to differ. He was also without his wedding ring weeks ago.

As one source put it, "This is another attempt by Miley to distract from her infidelity and recent outrageous public behavior."

Gigi Hadid and 'Bachelorette' star Tyler C are not hiding from anyone -- they went on another date, and her smile says she's lovin' it.

Gigi and Tyler were out Tuesday night in NYC. They hit up Justin Theroux's brand new bar, Ray's -- formerly Le Turtle. No word if they served tacos but guessing it was Tyler's company -- or maybe his briefs -- that left her smiling as they left the joint.

Aaron Carter isn't taking any chances with an ex-girlfriend he says threatened to stab him with a knife ... he was just granted a restraining order against the woman.

Aaron filed for a restraining order Monday in L.A. County Superior Court against Lina Valentina -- his ex who cops recently named as a suspect in a domestic violence report.

According to the docs, Aaron says Lina threatened to stab him several times and carries a knife with her. He claims she physically abused him during their relationship, shoving him and hitting him in the face.

TMZ broke the story ... police took a report for an alleged incident between Aaron and Lina that went down July 31 around 2 AM at the singer's Lancaster pad. Our sources say Aaron told cops she slapped him in the face, leaving a bruise on his cheek.

The alleged incident happened only days before Aaron confirmed his split with Lina.

As part of her efforts to prove she is NOT legally married, Geena Davis wants her wedding video excluded from the case, because -- wait for it -- she says it's been heavily edited.

We know. It's a wedding video. Aren't ALL wedding videos edited? Bear with us.

As we've reported, Geena and her estranged husband, Dr. Reza Jarrahy, are at loggerheads in their divorce -- he wants spousal support and a split of their property, and she doesn't want to pay because she says they were never legally married.

In new docs, Geena says the video of their September 1, 2001 ceremony is suspect because it's not an "accurate representation" of what went down that day. For instance, she says Father Robert Smith was speaking and mid-sentence he's cut off and it jumps to Reza's father speaking -- proving "footage appears to be missing."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Geena claims Reza's attorney admits the audio on the tape has been manipulated ... and therefore it can't be used as evidence in their case.

Now, Geena doesn't get specific about how it could be misleading -- she doesn't say their "I dos" were dubbed. Then again, she doesn't say they weren't ... but she's concerned the video could be "distorted and misleading" to the court.

TMZ broke the story ... Reza's attorney, Steven Kolodny, grilled Geena during a deposition about her appearance on Oprah where she gushed about her marriage and her "husband." Geena was forced to admit under oath she had lied to Oprah.

Things are NOT getting better for Mama June -- who family members believe is in the grips of drug addiction -- because the visuals of her leaving lunch with her BF are rough.

June and Geno Doak looked pretty disheveled Monday as they left a restaurant in their hometown of Hampton, GA. The image of them, after chowing down on Mexican, won't do anything to alleviate her daughters' fears she's spiraling out of control.

Seriously, it's just not a good look.

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are two peas on a board -- with Rob Lowe acting as the third wheel ... or paddle, in this case.
