3:44 PM PT -- The Angels just reacted to the Skaggs autopsy ... saying, "Tyler was and always will be a beloved member of the Angels Family and we are deeply saddened to learn what caused this tragic death."
The Halos continue ... "Angels Baseball has provided our full cooperation and assistance to the Southlake Police as they conduct their investigation."
MLB star Tyler Skaggs died in a Texas hotel room from a deadly mix of booze, fentanyl and oxycodone ... according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner.
In the toxicology report released Friday, the ME's report lists the cause of death for the Angels pitcher as a mix of "alcohol, fentanyl and oxycodone intoxication with terminal aspiration of gastric contents." In other words, Skaggs choked on his own vomit while under the influence.
The report says his death has been ruled an accident.
It's interesting, the autopsy says, when Skaggs was found dead in his hotel room, he was "clothed in black denim jeans, a black belt with white metal decorations and decorated white buckle, red boxer shorts, black socks and dark brown western boots." The description sounds a lot like what Skaggs was wearing on the team plane, when the Angels dressed in western gear as they flew from California to Texas on June 30.
As we reported ... Tyler was found dead in his team hotel room July 1, when the Angels were in Texas to play the Rangers.
Tyler's family issued a statement Friday, inferring an Angels employee might have been involved in the tragic incident.
The Skaggs family says ... “We are heartbroken to learn that the passing of our beloved Tyler was the result of a combination of dangerous drugs and alcohol. That is completely out of character for someone who worked so hard to become a Major League baseball player and had a very promising future in the game he loved so much."
The statement continues ... “We are grateful for the work of the detectives in the Southlake Police Department and their ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding Tyler’s death. We were shocked to learn that it may involve an employee of the Los Angeles Angels. We will not rest until we learn the truth about how Tyler came into possession of these narcotics, including who supplied them. To that end, we have hired attorney Rusty Hardin to assist us.”
We're nasty. pic.twitter.com/YUzRQHEI6o
— Los Angeles Angels (@Angels) July 13, 2019 @Angels
Tyler's death sent shockwaves through MLB ... and the Angels tossed a combined no-hitter in their first home game after his passing.
His wife, Carli, gave a heartfelt tribute to the late pitcher during his private funeral.
Tyler was 27.

Armed Robbery Video Defiant Bar Drinker Unfazed, Lights Cig ... Not Today, Satan!!!
Sometimes ya just gotta have a beer and a smoke -- even when there's a psycho pointing an assault rifle at you!!! That's the bizarre scene that played out during an armed robbery.
Surveillance video inside Behrmann's Tavern in St. Louis captured the terrifying action early Wednesday morning. The armed robber enters the bar and a handful of customers and a bartender get their hands up and/or get down on the ground -- but you also see one man continue sipping his can of beer and using his phone.
Obviously, that drew the robber's attention, but even with the rifle barrel jammed into his side ... the defiant beer drinker kept scrolling on his phone! The robber eventually attempted to snatch the phone away and moved on to clear the cash register.
But, you gotta see how Captain Chill reacted -- the dude lights up a cigarette and even points and yells at the robber during the heist. His "ready to die" attitude must've been contagious because the guy next to him eventually got up off the ground and grabbed a ciggie too!
The good news is the robber never fired a single shot and everyone in the bar survived.
Goes without saying -- don't try this at home. Or, at your local watering hole.

Bam Margera Hospitalized to Treat Body Swelling ... Back in Rehab Already
Bam Margera landed in the hospital shortly after starting his third stint in rehab ... but he's assured fans he'll be just fine.
The "Jackass" star was hospitalized Wednesday to treat what he says is edema ... swelling in the body caused by blood vessels leaking fluid into the tissue. Bam wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post that he was in the hospital for only a few hours to treat "either reaction to new medicine or detoxing from i guess a bit of alchohol [sic]." Bam's already back in rehab.
TMZ broke the story ... sources close to Bam told us he put himself back on the road to recovery last week when he voluntarily entered a new rehab facility. He had been at an L.A. bar the night before checking into rehab. He had recently bailed on a treatment facility ... the second time he's done so this month.
As we first reported ... bizarre behavior at an airport, an intense session with Dr. Phil and a confrontation with cops really had Bam's family worried sick. Seems staying on the straight and narrow is now really his main objective.

Feel free to raise a glass in honor of Luann de Lesseps reaching the end of her 1-year probation, but forgive her if she doesn't join you -- she's planning to stick with the sober life.
The 'Real Housewives of New York' star was on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to talk about her milestone. The judge ordered her to stay off drugs and alcohol during probation, and Luann told us it's had a profound impact on her life.
Yeah, she could be celebrating with champagne -- we know she's down with mimosas -- but Luann says she's now enjoying sobriety.
As you know ... she'd been on probation from her Christmas Eve 2017 arrest after an alleged drunken dispute with cops in Palm Beach, FL. Video from inside the patrol car showed Luann going nuclear ... threatening to kill an officer.
Luann didn't hold back, btw, when we asked her about her sometimes-nemesis on 'RHOC,' Bethenny Frankel, quitting the show this week. For those expecting a "ding dong the Wicked Witch is dead" kinda moment -- watch the clip.
Luann surprised us a bit, but still managed to throw some shade. She is a 'Housewife' star, after all. It's what they do.

Rapper Jackboy -- Kodak Black's protege -- was busted in Florida after police say they found him eating marijuana in an effort to hide the illegal substance during a traffic stop!!!
Jackboy was arrested Thursday in Pompano Beach ... and police say, after they pulled him over for driving around with tinted windows, his BMW sedan reeked of reefer and an officer noticed him chewing something strange.
According to the police report ... cops ordered Jackboy out of his whip, and told him to open his mouth, revealing what turned out to be chronic!
After spitting out the saliva-covered sativa, Jackboy was booked for possession of marijuana and tampering with physical evidence.
Jackboy only had a little bit of tree on him, but Florida ain't California or Colorado ... the Sunshine State still takes weed very seriously.
Seems Jackboy is taking the Kodak Black playbook a little too far ... Kodak's got a long rap sheet too and, as we reported ... KB just pled guilty to lying on federal gun applications.
No word if Jackboy was inspired to allegedly eat the evidence after watching "Super Troopers."

Ex-'Bachelor' Chris Soules Accepts 2-Year Suspended Sentence In Fatal Crash Plea Deal
-
Breaking News

11:24 AM PT -- 8/26 -- The judge has officially signed off on Soules' suspended sentence, so it's a done deal as long as Chris keeps his nose clean for the next 2 years.
Former 'Bachelor' Chris Soules is on board with a 2-year in prison sentence, but he's getting a pass on doing time behind bars.
Soules' attorney filed docs accepting the D.A.'s proposed sentence for his conditional guilty plea to leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious injury. The D.A. recommended he get a 2-year suspended sentence, and Soules is officially accepting the deal.
The judge still has to sign off on the deal, but assuming it's approved ... Soules would effectively be on some form of probation under the supervision of Iowa's Dept. of Correctional Services for the 2 years.
As we reported ... Soules entered his plea in November. The crime is an aggravated misdemeanor.
Prosecutors say Soules slammed his pickup truck into a John Deere tractor in April 2017, sending the tractor and its driver flying into a ditch. Chris remained at the scene until EMTs arrived, but he bounced before cops showed up. He insisted he did everything in his power to help the driver, who eventually died.
Soules' attorney argued his client suffered a concussion during the crash and claimed Chris dialed 911 and administered CPR before paramedics arrived.
You'll recall ... Soules was arrested at his house after initially refusing to come out. Prosecutors say he bought booze before the fatal accident.
However, according to docs, Soules' lawyer says all witnesses at the scene agreed there was no indication he'd been drinking.
Soules appeared on season 19 of "The Bachelor" in 2015.

NHL's Evgeny Kuznetsov Tests Positive For Cocaine After Viral Coke Video Surfaces
-
Breaking News

Washington Capitals star Evgeny Kuznetsov -- one of the biggest stars in hockey -- has been suspended from international play after testing positive for booger sugar.
... and after a video surfaced showing Evgeny in a hotel room with lines of white powder chopped up on a table, it's really no surprise to anyone.
Here's the deal ... back in May, the footage surfaced on social media showing Evgeny in a room with a woman with white lines on a table next to a rolled up dollar bill.
27-year-old Evgeny addressed the video at the time and insisted he had NEVER taken illegal drugs -- and neither the NHL nor the Washington Capitals took action.
But, the International Ice Hockey Federation -- which oversees everything from the Olympics to the World Championships -- does things a bit differently and on Friday they slapped Evgeny with a 4-YEAR SUSPENSION after the positive coke test.
In other words, he can't represent his home country, Russia, in international tournaments until 2023.
So, how will this affect his NHL career? It won't.
The NHL put out a statement saying, "Unlike the IIHF, cocaine is not considered a performance enhancing drug and is therefore not a Prohibited Substance under the NHL/NHLPA Performance Enhancing Substances Program."
"Instead, it is considered a drug of abuse that is tested for and for which intervention, evaluation and mandatory treatment can occur in appropriate cases."
"Here, we understand that Mr. Kuznetsov has voluntarily sought help through the education and counseling program provided for in the NHL and NHLPA collective bargaining agreement and has agreed to a regular testing protocol relating to his involvement with that program."
Evgeny will also meet with NHL Commish Gary Bettman to discuss his behavior.

Bam Margera is putting himself back on the road to recovery -- on the heels of leaving rehab yet again, and ending up in a bar ... we've learned he's about to give rehab another shot.
Sources close to Bam tell TMZ ... he's voluntarily entering a new rehab facility on Thursday, knowing full well he needs help. We're told he intends to try to stay sober.
He was at a Los Angeles bar Wednesday night sipping on an ice cold mug of beer. He had just recently bailed on a treatment facility -- the second time he's done so this month.
So now, he's making attempt number 3, and we're told Bam's big stumbling block in treatment has been wanting his cell phone with him at all times, so he can communicate with his son. The last facility took his phone, which he didn't take well.
Our sources say Bam's checking into a different facility this time, and he's hoping they'll let him keep his phone.
TMZ broke the story ... Bam had an intense session with Dr. Phil a little over 2 weeks ago when he was urged to complete a 60 to 90-day treatment program. He entered, but left after a few days.
8/14/19
That's when he got arrested last week following some bizarre behavior at a L.A.'s Luxe Hotel. Hours after his arrest, he was admitted back to rehab -- but it didn't stick.
As he takes a third swing at treatment, we're told he still has Dr. Phil's full support.

Conor says the man was NOT a fan, but rather a "heckler" who had been antagonizing him that night. Still, Conor admits, "I was in the wrong" in that incident too.
Conor says he's trying his hardest to change and be a better person. When asked directly if he has an anger problem, Conor was cagey but said he's working on being a better man.
"I need to just stop reacting to the bait, people are trying to bait me into things."
Conor McGregor is finally apologizing for sucker punching a man in the head at a pub in Ireland ... saying, "I was in the wrong."
The UFC superstar is speaking out 1 week after TMZ Sports posted video of the incident ... telling ESPN's Ariel Helwani that there was no excuse for his behavior.
"I mean, in reality, it doesn't matter what happened there. I was in the wrong. That man deserved to enjoy his time in the pub without having it to end the way it did."
“I was in the wrong. I must come here before you and take accountability and take responsibility… I’m just here to own up to [my mistake] and move on.”@TheNotoriousMMA breaks his silence in exclusive interview with @arielhelwani pic.twitter.com/pWZchLKZYs
— SportsCenter (@SportsCenter) August 22, 2019 @SportsCenter
McGregor says that he made amends with the man shortly after the April bar attack -- which happened to be a dispute over his Proper 12 whiskey.
While at the pub, Conor poured shots for patrons at the Marble Arch in Dublin ... and threw a punch at the victim when he turned down the offer.
4/6/19
"And, although five months ago it was, and I tried to make amends, and I made amends, back then, it does not even matter. I was in the wrong."
McGregor continues ... "I have to realize that's not the attitude or the behavior of a leader, of a martial artist, of a champion. So, I must get my head screwed on and just get back in the game and fight for redemption, retribution, respect."
Conor clearly wants to move on from the incident ... but Ireland cops tell TMZ Sports they are still investigating the attack and could bring criminal charges.
As for the victim, he told the Irish Daily Star that Conor is a "bully with money" ... and claimed he wanted to drink his Guinness in peace.
Conor also addressed his fighting future, saying he's NOT retired and when asked if he'll fight before the end of 2019, he says that's the goal.
As for an opponent ... the Notorious strongly hinted at a rematch with Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Sources close to June tell TMZ ... Mama's got deal-breaking issues for WE tv -- her crack cocaine arrest, her refusal to get help, her boyfriend, Geno and her off-the-rails conduct. No one's saying it's not compelling TV, but it may prove too hot and dangerous for the network.
Our sources say show producers tried to get June help, offering to send her to rehab, but Mama refused. We're told producers are not yet giving up on Mama on a personal level -- they still want to help her get better. Lil Yachty Is Boosie Going to Jail for Weed??? One Word is the Difference
-
Exclusive
Lil Yachty is looking at Boosie Badazz's weed case in Georgia with a glass-half-full type of mentality -- and doesn't seem to think he'll do jail time if convicted.
We got the rapper Saturday cruising around in Atlanta in a red Ferrari with a beautiful gal riding passenger, and asked what he made of Boosie's legal predicament there ... where he's currently facing two felonies and possible jail time for a little bit of weed.
TMZ broke the story ... the Coweta County D.A. hit the Louisiana MC with two charges -- possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance -- which are both felonies and carry max sentences of at least 1 year in prison, depending on how many grams he had on him at the time of his bust in April.
Yachty plays the semantics game with us, trying to get to bottom of what the reality of the situation is. Our camera guy got it right though -- Boosie's facing this sentence, which doesn't necessarily mean it's been handed down yet ... or that he'll actually receive it.
That's key for Yachty, who says there's an important word here giving him a feeling that Boosie probably won't be sent back to jail for this one.
Time will tell, we suppose. Remember, Boosie was sent to prison back in 2009 on drug charges in his home state -- which initially started with a marijuana charge -- that him kept him locked up for several years. He was ultimately released early in 2014.
As we've noted ... Georgia is its own animal when it comes to this kind of stuff -- who knows how the case will play out. Sounds like Yachty's hoping he catches a break in 2019 though, when weed's definitely the least of our worries these days.

Boosie Badazz Hit with 2 Felonies For a Lil Bit o' Weed
-
Exclusive
- 1.7K shares
It could've been way worse for Boosie Badazz ... but it's still pretty bad, because he's facing 2 felony charges in Georgia from his April drug bust.
The D.A. in Coweta County slapped the Louisiana rapper with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance. When you see it's less than an ounce of weed, ya might think it's not that serious, but Georgia ain't Colorado or California -- it still takes marijuana very seriously.
As we reported, Boosie was arrested back in April when cops pulled him over in his white Dodge Charger for swerving lanes and nearly hitting another vehicle. During the traffic stop, officers found the ganja, one handgun and more than $20,000 in cash.
Prosecutors decided not to charge Boosie for the gun possession.
It's unclear why he got the pass. Boosie did have a passenger in the car, who is also facing the same 2 drug charges. If convicted, both men are looking at least 1 year in prison ... depending on how many grams of green they had. Remember, Boosie previously did 5 years in Louisiana for drug charges.
One last piece of accounting in the case -- prosecutors tacked on a traffic violation for Boosie ... failure maintain his lane.
As they say ... always stay in your lane.
