Ronda Rousey is not taking kindly to reports she's planning on leaving WWE to start a family -- saying she's the ONLY person authorized to speak on matters regarding her vagina.

Rousey's personal life was the subject of a bunch of reports Thursday after wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer reported Ronda could step away from WWE after Wrestlemania in April to focus on expanding her family.

Ronda addressed the report with ESPN's Ramona Shelburne and came out swinging.

"I honestly don't know why [anyone] feels [they're] an authority to speak on plans for my uterus," Rousey said.

"It's my vagina, my life, keep the speculations to yourself. Leave me and my reproductive organs alone."

Ronda HAS spoken on the record several times about her plans to reproduce -- telling "Ellen" back in 2016 her plan was to have kids with Travis Browne and in May 2018 she said she would be pregnant "soon."

We had reached out to WWE about the Meltzer report and they told us, "Whether she wants to start a family is a private matter."

XXXTentacion's mother is asking the State of Florida to return his vehicle -- the one in which he was shot to death.

The Assistant State Attorney filed docs, obtained by TMZ, on behalf of the rapper's mom, Cleopatra Bernard ... requesting his 2017 Black BMW i8 be returned to her. Prosecutors say law enforcement has completed processing and photographing the car, so there's no need for them to continue holding it.

According to the docs ... X's family wants the car back ASAP to help avoid further damage to it from sitting in storage. If a judge signs off, the defense team for Dedrick Williams -- one of the rapper's alleged murderers -- will have until the end of February to complete their inspection of the vehicle.

After that, the car will be returned to Cleopatra.

We broke the story ... XXXTentacion was gunned down last June in Miami at the age of 20. There have been 4 arrests in connection to his murder, including Williams.

R. Kelly's relationship with Joycelyn Savage -- one of his alleged brainwashed sex slaves -- has done way more than raise eyebrows with viewers of "Surviving R. Kelly" ... we're told it's caught the attention of the feds.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Joycelyn's dad, Timothy, has been contacted by an FBI special agent regarding the R&B singer at least 5 TIMES in the past year and a half ... most recently weeks before Lifetime's docuseries began airing on January 3.

We're told Timothy provided the FBI with all the known whereabouts of Kelly and Joycelyn from state to state, starting with where their relationship began, along with text messages or emails.

Our sources say Timothy provided the feds with lots of the same information regarding alleged predatory behavior and physical abuse he gave Lifetime for 'Surviving."

The FBI has jurisdiction when an adult brings a minor across state lines for sexual purposes.

It's unclear if the FBI has launched an official investigation into R. Kelly ... but it's clear the controversy and accusations against him are on the agency's radar. He's already under criminal investigation in Georgia.

As we've reported ... Joycelyn's family believes Kelly is holding her against her will -- something she strongly denies. The 2 were seen shopping together in April 2018, and we caught her out "vacationing" in Beverly Hills back in May without Kelly.

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger will be starting married life together soon, but they already look like they have the family thing down.

The newly engaged couple hit up the vegetarian restaurant A Votre Sante, Wednesday night in Brentwood, with Chris's 6-year-old son, Jack -- and they all seemed like they were trying to keep it on the DL.

Chris and Katherine wore all-black getups, and he kept his hat pulled down over his face. Kat and Jack went hoodies up, but the kid's red jacket was hard to miss.

Cardi B wants to return to the way things were ... before her split with Offset.

The rapper shared a screenshot Tuesday morning of a FaceTime chat with her husband -- who she split with in December -- and their daughter, Kulture. She captioned it ... "I wanna go home."

As you know, Offset's been very public about his desire to reconcile with Cardi, but she hasn't been as forthcoming ... other than announcing how much she misses his penis. It seems she's longing for some family time with him now, though.

Of course, the couple have been together since their split -- including a jet ski-riding vacation in Puerto Rico -- and we broke the story ... they were working on fixing their marriage in 2019, with Offset vowing to change his ways and be faithful and honest with her.

Still, Cardi hadn't given any clear indicators she was fully on board with the plan ... until now.

Seems Ben Simmons is getting more serious about Kendall Jenner -- because he sat his girlfriend with his MOTHER at the 76ers game on Monday!

It's not the first time they've kicked it together -- Kendall and Julie hung out at a game back in November 2018 and got along great then too.

Dog the Bounty Hunter and his wife, Beth Chapman, aren't letting her cancer diagnosis keep them from making a living, or from being in front of the camera ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us Dog and Beth are committed to a recently inked deal with the TV network WGN America for a new reality series called "Dog's Most Wanted" -- where they'll track down some of the country's most dangerous fugitives.

And, by committed ... we mean they're moving forward with filming, even as Beth continues to receive chemotherapy for her throat cancer. In fact, we're told Beth will be front and center for the show ... and that her chemo will likely be a storyline.

Our sources say, if they do choose to focus on Beth's cancer, it will capture her diagnosis and chronicle her journey. Production starts within a month.

TMZ broke the stories ... Beth started undergoing chemo in early January after doctors discovered her cancer had returned during emergency throat surgery in November.

She, Dog and the rest of their family have been laying low in Colorado when she's not in L.A. for treatment.

Dog the Bounty Hunter's wife, Beth Chapman, has started treatment to help eradicate throat cancer recently rediscovered by doctors ... and so far, so good, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Beth tell us she's going through chemotherapy, which we're told started a couple weeks ago. Our sources say she and Dog have been traveling to L.A. to receive the treatments, and that she's been spending the majority of her time at their family home in Colorado in the meantime.

We're told the level of cancer remains the same -- very serious. The good news ... our sources say while the chemo has been tough, Beth is responding well and is in good spirits.

TMZ broke the story ... doctors found Beth's cancer had returned during an emergency surgery two months ago to clear a blockage in her throat that made it difficult for her to breathe. She beat the same cancer in 2017, but sadly it's back.

We got Dog out in Los Angeles shortly after the emergency surgery who let everyone know just how serious Beth's condition was ... and he thanked fans for their support.

Her family had planned to stay in Colorado as they considered their next steps.

R. Kelly's ex-wife says the stories on "Surviving R. Kelly" rang true to her because of what she says she went through with the singer -- including alleged abuse in all forms.

Andrea Kelly went on "Good Morning Britain" after appearing on Lifetime's docuseries, and she told hosts Piers Morgan and Susana Reid that R. Kelly abused her verbally, emotionally, physically, sexually ... and, as of late she claims, financially as well by cutting off child support.

Morgan asks her point blank if she believes the women and believes he's a serial abuser -- to which Andrea says she believes R. Kelly is an abuser ... but refuses to either confirm or deny the women's claims as she didn't experience them herself.

The 'GMB' hosts also ask R. Kelly's daughter, Joann, how she feels about her dad ... and she says she's torn because there's still love there on her end.

Blac Chyna had the LAPD at her home after a call came in alleging Chyna was intoxicated and neglecting her child.

Law enforcement sources tell us an anonymous person called in Sunday night and stated Chyna was drunk at her home. The caller claimed Chyna was in such bad shape, she couldn't properly care for her daughter, Dream Kardashian.

Cops went to Chyna's house and determined everything was fine, nobody was drunk, and Dream was being properly cared for. There was also a nanny at the home.

Sources close to the situation tell us earlier in the night, Chyna got in a fight with a member of her glam team and the incident may have triggered the call to cops.

As we reported -- Chyna allegedly threw a drink at 'Love & Hip Hop' star Alexis Skyy last week -- in response to Skyy hanging out with Rob Kardashian. Rob posted a video of Skyy at his home just a couple days later.

We reached out to a rep for Chyna ... so far, no word back.

The oldest living man died peacefully Sunday morning in his home ... at 113 years old.

Masazo Nonaka was born in 1905. To put this in context, it's when Albert Einstein unveiled to the world his theory of relativity.

Speaking of relativity ... Nonaka was relatively independent. He used a wheelchair to get around and enjoyed reading newspapers and venturing out to a nearby spring bath once a week. He also loved eating sweets at the end of a meal.

His granddaughter said, "We feel shocked at the loss of this big figure. He was, as usual yesterday and passed away without causing our family any fuss at all."

Nonaka doesn't hold the Guinness World Record of all time ... the oldest living man was also from Japan and died in 2013 at 116 years old.

The oldest living woman was from France and died in 1997 at 122.

Quinnen Williams is about to make his grandma VERY happy ... 'cause the Alabama superstar says with his first NFL paycheck -- a gift for grams is on the way!!!

"I think I'm going to buy my grandma a car," the DT tells TMZ Sports.

Quinnen's projected to be the No. 2 overall pick in April's NFL Draft ... which means Grandma's getting a DOPE new whip -- 'cause his first contract is expected to be around $31 MILLION.

But ... Quinnen says a car might not be the only gift he gets for her when that signing bonus starts rolling in -- he says he's thinking of swaggin' her out with some ice too!!
