Lindsay Lohan got to see her entire family for the first time in a long time -- and, ironically, it's also gonna be the last time she sees them for a bit before she pops ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the actress was in The Big Apple last week for business and pleasure -- the latter being a last chance to see her flesh and blood in person before settling down at home in Dubai, where she lives, and getting situated for her imminent birth.

We're told she and her husband, Bader Shammas, just had dinner plans Thursday with her dad, Michael Lohan, but the get-together turned into a full-blown family affair when he suggested they link up with Dina and the rest of her siblings too ... which they then did.

Our sources tell us that the whole Lohan gang chowed down at a restaurant called The Clocktower, which is inside one of the Edition Hotels right in the heart of Manhattan. Those in attendance included LiLo, Bader, Mike, Dina, as well as her brothers, Cody and Michael Jr. and her sister Aliana. It's the first time they'd all reunited like this in at least 7 years.

As you can see ... everyone's got a big smile -- so it seems the dinner went well. It caps off a great week for Lindsay, whom we're told also enjoyed a small baby shower over the weekend. Now ... she's off to Dubai again, where she'll remain ahead of her delivery date.

We still don't quite know when that is ... but sources say her mom will be there with her when the time comes. Her siblings, we're told, will also come visit within this window.

Justin Hill, an attorney for Young Thug's YSL camp, has some serious cojones -- not only did he disagree with the judge in their RICO case, but he blatantly called "cap" on him in open court!!!

Hill was in court Monday when he was accused by Fulton County Superior Court Chief Judge Ural Glanville of not making a formal assertion before court started.

Although it was deemed a moot point, Hill stood his ground and basically told the judge he's an honorable fibber as the case proceeded.

Outside the courtroom, Hill, who represents YSL member Damone Blalock aka Bali, doubled down on his choice of words. He told reporter George Chidi he felt misrepresented during the proceedings, and using the word "cap" perfectly defined the moment.

Thugger's RICO case has been filled with unpredictable hijinks -- back in January, one of his codefendants attempted to pass him drugs as court was ongoing and several others, including Gunna, have since taken plea deals.

President Biden either had another gaffe in Ireland this past week -- or he really wants to stick to the rest of the world ... or, lick it, rather.

During the final days of his international trip to Ireland, Joe delivered remarks at a banquet dinner in front of state officials -- and toward the end of his speech ... he made a somewhat bizarre request in trying to reaffirm the U.S. and Ireland's commitment to each other.

Here's what he said ... "There’s nothing, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart -- there’s nothing our nations can’t achieve if we do it together. I really mean it."

Then, the strange line ... "So, thank you all. God bless you all.  And let’s go -- let’s go la- -- lick the world. Let’s get it done. Thank you." As you can hear (and see), it seems like JB got a little tongue-tied on that final part ... frankly, it's unclear what he was trying to say.

Of course, some are clowning Biden over this ... either by pointing out that he apparently misspoke ... or facetiously crying foul that Prez is advocating for people to go around licking things in a post-pandemic world, which he clearly was not doing. It was just a slipup.

Donald Trump Jr. is trying to put the fire out on the Bud Light outrage after they teamed up with a transgender person -- and his rationale is ... they actually support the GOP.

The ex-Prez's oldest son made his pitch on his podcast, "Triggered with Donald Trump Jr.," where he opened Thursday's episode with a plea aimed at the MAGA crowd ... and, presumably, anyone else who's vowed to cut Bud Light out of their beer-drinking regimen.

He says he gets the indignation ... noting that, in his mind, Anheuser-Busch did indeed screw up by polarizing their key demographic with a stunt like this -- but he also says they deserve forgiveness considering some new intel he says he and his team have stumbled upon.

DTJ says Anheuser-Busch has actually donated a ton of money to Republican-led campaigns over the years -- including Speaker Kevin McCarthy's bid for Nancy Pelosi's job last year.

He also claims that -- according to some reporting he says he saw -- the whole Dylan Mulvaney move was actually the result of a rogue marketing employee at the company ... and that the higher-ups had no idea about it. In fact, Don says Anheuser-Busch is usually not as "woke" as its corporate counterparts -- and that they shouldn't be punished for this.

It's interesting that he's going to bat for the beer company, because they've actually taken a somewhat significant hit in the wake of all this -- reports suggest their market cap has fallen by as much as $5 billion in recent weeks ... although it's hard to say why exactly.

Some think it's a no-brainer -- the Bud Light ban appears to be working, and it's hurting their bottom line. Because of that, it seems, Don Jr.'s telling folks to stand down and buy again.

If Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet dating is the fire, then these pics of them pulling off a secret mission for Mexican food is the smoke ... or maybe that's just the tacos.

Here's the deal, Timothee was at an art show last Friday in Santa Monica ... and appeared to be waiting out front for a ride, which is when Kylie's Lincoln Navigator pulled up with her security guards in the front seat.

We're told the actor quickly jumped in the back of her ride, while one of Kylie's guards drove Timothee's Escalade behind them. The cars ended up next door at L.A. staple Tito's Tacos, with Kylie's team getting food and bringing it to the back seat -- where Timothee and Kylie were sitting.

Security kept a tight detail outside the car for about 30 minutes before they drove away. Now, while Kylie's never seen ... who else would be in her car sneaking tacos with Timothee?

Also, he had his own car at the art show, so what's the need for a ride then? Hmm ... 🤔

As we reported, fans have been going nuts over the rumor that they're an item -- and, as we reported, one of her SUVs was at Timothee's home Thursday.

So far, neither is confirming the romance rumors.

One thing's for sure, things are starting to get spicy ... and we don't mean the tacos.

Post Malone’s one-of-a-kind Raising Cane’s is officially open for business, and the rap-n-roller conducted ribbon-cutting duties Thursday to seal the deal!!!

The Diamond-certified artist fired up the staff inside his restaurant and autographed cups ahead of the grand opening with much enthusiasm.

Outside, Post kept that same energy  … smacking high fives and posing for pics with swarms of fans who ignored the rain and flocked to the new Midvale, Utah location.

Post and Cane’s founder Todd Graves relayed to the crowd how their mutual admiration for one another birthed this collaboration -- the joint's loaded with Post’s memorabilia such as axe guitars and past custom outfits … including the dress he wore for Billboard and a super ping-pong funnel!!!  Seriously, the thing goes across the whole restaurant.

Fans who visit this particular location will be able to eat like Post as well ... his custom meal, the “Posty Way” is highlighted on the menu.

It was cloudy with a chance of hotdogs at the Philadelphia Phillies game on Tuesday -- 'cause some fans in attendance decided to turn Dollar Dog Night into a huge food fight!!

The wild scene went down as the home team fell to the Miami Marlins at Citizens Bank Park ... a game where more than 58,000 tube steaks were purchased by a sold-out crowd as part of the promotion of the night.

The bargain was a massive hit with fans ... as the lines for the concession stands wrapped around the concourse as people waited an impressive amount of time to get their hands on some wieners.

But when the Phillies failed to give the spectators a win, a ton of people decided to chuck their extra franks into the air ... which resulted in a truly chaotic moment.

No word on whether anyone was kicked out or in trouble for the stunt ... but throwing anything at games is a big no-no.

Halle Berry clearly loves a meal and a show, especially when she can get in on the action ... as she did while having an absolute BLAST at a drag queen brunch!

The actress gave the crowd and the paid performers a Sunday to remember at WeHo's La Boheme Drag Queen Brunch ... showing up with her boyfriend Van Hunt and a friend for some good fun and grub.

Halle's certainly enjoying herself in the video, doing her best to grind out some moves with one of the performers -- and the crowd goes crazy over the rare sighting. Not everyday ya see an Oscar winner cutting loose like this. God bless those mimosas, right?!

It looks like the pro queens had no clue she was gonna be in attendance ... but that didn't stop them from snapping some pics with Halle after her impromptu number.

As you know, the 56-year-old recently rocked the Internet by posting a nude photo on social media -- some gave the actress a bunch of support, while a few trolls took misogynistic potshots.

Post Malone is taking his love of chicken fingers to the next level ... custom designing a Raising Cane's restaurant near his Utah estate, complete with his own special menu item.

The chicken finger chain tells TMZ ... Post's custom-designed restaurant is opening Thursday in Midvale, Utah and it's the culmination of the rapper's longtime love of Cane's chicken fingers and his friendship with restaurant founder Todd Graves.

RC says after Post moved to Utah, he personally asked Todd for a Cane's location near his massive crib, even offering to design every aspect of the restaurant himself ... from the dining room, to the bathrooms, exterior and landscaping.

Remember ... Post and Todd are super close, with Todd making a cameo appearance in Post's 2021 "Motley Crew" music video.

As you can see, the renovated restaurant is now wrapped in solid pink with Post Malone tattoo imagery and a brushed stainless steel "1" tower. The interior flooring and walls are also solid pink, and the window wraps glow at night.

There's also Post Malone memorabilia displayed on the dining room walls ... including the outfits he wore to the 2019 Grammy Awards and 2022 Billboard Magazine cover shoot. Some of Post's personal guitars are also framed and hung inside.

With Post being a big fan of medieval armor, he designed the restrooms to look like the inside of a medieval castle ... and there's even a suit of gothic medieval armor inside.

Post Malone's also super into beer pong ... and the dining room has a track system with pink ping pong balls running through ... with color-changing filters and light fixtures.

Out in the parking lot, Post put a classic 1974 Ford F250 wrapped in brushed silver as a permanent fixture ... complete with a custom license plate.

Naturally, there's tons of Post Malone-themed merch ... including a pink vinyl-wrapped vending machine stocked with T-shirts, beanies, socks, ping pong balls, magnets, keychains, steel cups and guitar picks

In addition to Post Malone's design overhaul, this location is also serving its popular Caniac Box the "Posty Way" ... it's the custom combo Post always orders, and it comes with 4 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, 2 Cane's sauces, 2 slices of Texas toast, extra salt and pepper packed, and an unsweet tea/lemonade mix to wash it all down.

Raising Cane's says folks who order the "Posty Way" get the meal with a Post Malone napkin, decal sticker and a 32 oz. collector's cup.

Rihanna's got her pregnancy glow working again ... and it's clear she's looking forward to baby #2, because she's absolutely gushing about being a mom!

A$AP Rocky and his bae took their baby boy out Wednesday night in Santa Monica for dinner at their fave spot, Giorgio Baldi -- gotta start 'em early -- and it looks like he was loving it.

The 10-month-old -- whose name we still don't know -- was cheesin' for cameras as Rihanna walked out with him in her arms for the big family affair ... RiRi's mom, Monica, was there too.

There's no doubt motherhood looks good on the singer ... she was stunning in a Wu-Tang jersey, serious bling and shades, and even talked about her mommy lifestyle.

A photog outside the restaurant asked her how motherhood's changed her life, and she didn't hesitate ... immediately saying, "Motherhood is the bomb! It's the greatest."

BTW, being a mom might be the only thing Rihanna loves more than Giorgio Baldi. She's usually there at least a couple times a week -- plus take-out -- and that was before pregnancy cravings!

It's interesting ... Sammi's date is a tattooed hunk with a striking resemblance to her reality TV ex, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.

Remember ... Sammi and Ronnie have an extremely rocky history, and there's speculation she's finally back on the show in large part due to Ronnie moving on from the 'JS' life.

Sammi's return is a huge deal for fans of the MTV show, and it looks like she's happy to be back in the fold.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson clearly had a hankerin' for the golden arches ... hitting the McDonald's drive-thru to pick up a bunch of grub.

Tristan and Khloe pulled up to the fast food joint Tuesday in Rialto, CA -- unclear what their whole order was, but eyewitnesses say it was a LOT of food.

We're told they did get some happy meals as part of their big order, so it's possible their kiddos True and new baby boy were in tow ... or at least waiting for the goodies at home.

KK and TT have been together quite a bit recently -- she was right by his side earlier this year when his mom died after suffering a heart attack. They both were spotted landing in Toronto, with Khloe being there to comfort him during his loss.

Tristan also showed face at Khloe's BFF Malika's birthday party, an event that most of the Kardashian sisters attended.

She also posted a super heart-warming birthday message about him last month, calling him "the best father, brother & uncle."

Chipotle is beefing in court with a fast-casual food nemesis ... suing Sweetgreen over the competitor's latest offering -- the "Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl."

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Chipotle claims Sweetgreen just came out with the menu item last week, and it takes issue with Sweetgreen using the word "chipotle."

Chipotle claims Sweetgreen is trying to profit off its brand name and even claims the restaurant is trying to confuse or deceive customers.

In the suit, Chipotle claims Sweetgreen is marketing the "Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl" with ads featuring colors and styles that are nearly identical to Chipotle's trademarks.

Chipotle is accusing Sweetgreen of trying to trade off Chipotle's goodwill ... claiming comments on a social media post announcing the new bowl show folks clearly understanding "the association Sweetgreen is trying to draw between its product, Chipotle's products, and the famous CHIPOTLE brand."

After Sweetgreen started its ad blitz, Chipotle claims it reached out to its competitor with a request to re-name the item or use the word "chipotle" a different way ... but Chipotle says Sweetgreen didn't respond.

Chipotle is suing for money, and it wants Sweetgreen to stop using its "CHIPOTLE" trademark in promotions.

A rep for Sweetgreen tells TMZ ...  "We are aware of the lawsuit Chipotle Mexican Grill has filed over the name of our new bowl. However, we do not comment on pending litigation." However, the rep does say the company responded to a cease and desist sent from Chipotle, but Chipotle had already filed the lawsuit.

Joey Chestnut gave the whole Detroit Pistons squad a front-row seat to a grub-guzzling extravaganza this week -- downing 38 chicken wings in just over three minutes -- and the players couldn't believe their eyes!!

The greatest eater of all time is slated to be the halftime entertainment when the Pistons host the Miami Heat on Tuesday ... where he'll down as many Coney dogs as he can to raise money for Forgotten Harvest, an org. that helps feed the needy.

Apparently, Jaws needed to warm up his jaws before the big moment ... getting in some practice by showing Pistons hoopers how many wings he could eat in three minutes and 13 seconds (get it, 313?).

Guard Jared Rhoden was starstruck over Joey's visit ... saying he's been a big fan for years.

Center James Wiseman didn't have to say much to get his feelings across -- his eyes grew massive as Joey wrecked some drums and flats.

The Pistons even cheered for the guy ... chanting "Joey, Joey!" while the pile of bones grew bigger.

3:13 later, Joey's total was officially announced ... and he hilariously replied, "That's it?!?!"

After the incredible feat, the team got to take some pics with Joey ... and they were all super pumped over what they just saw.

TMZ Hip Hop has obtained new video inside Yo Gotti's Memphis restaurant, and it shows the all-out brawl that prompted the deadly mass shooting that left 2 dead and 5 injured.

In the footage, a crowded corridor inside Prive restaurant sets the scene for Wednesday night's melee which seems to center around one man in a red jacket, and another in a blue one. There's a tense standoff between 5 to 8 people when the guy in red slams into the whole group, and someone tosses a drink ... and then it's total chaos.

The guy in the blue jacket was actually on crutches, but hands them to a woman and then joins the fight … repeatedly throwing punch after punch and dunking a chair on the man in red’s head after he'd been knocked to the floor.

It looks like security attempts to separate people, and the fight spills outside in the parking lot … where the video starts with one man already gunned down, and the guy in blue hopping on one foot yelling at onlookers. He then opens fire with what appears to be a semi-automatic weapon hitting a man in black several times.

The footage shows him hobbling away from the scene as 2 bodies lay on the pavement.

As we reported, 2 people were pronounced dead and law enforcement officials tell us they’re still looking for suspects. We know Yo Gotti was not at the restaurant ... in fact, we're told he wasn't even in Memphis at the time.

More bad news for Willie McGinest ... the Patriots legend is now reportedly out of his job at NFL Network -- nearly four months after he attacked a man at an L.A. restaurant.

McGinest had been serving an indefinite suspension from his role as an NFLN analyst over the Dec. 9 beatdown at Delilah ... but, according to Front Office Sports, he was officially let go this week as part of the network's recent wave of big cuts.

We've reached out to NFL Network for comment ... but so far, no word back yet.

Of course, McGinest's job status is likely the least of his worries at the moment -- he's still facing two felony charges in the case that carry serious prison time if he's convicted on both counts.

He's also been sued by the alleged victim, who claimed he suffered serious and permanent injuries in the melee.

For his part, 51-year-old McGinest said he was sorry for his actions at the restaurant ... saying, "I feel horrible for my actions and take full responsibility."
