Party All The Time

This whole Area 51 thing kinda fizzled, but at least unseen aliens could enjoy a small, freaky dance party.

DJ/producer Paul Oakenfold performed at a festival called Storm Area 51 Basecamp. Thing is ... it wasn't anywhere near Area 51 Alien Center. Event organizers bailed on that idea and brought a free music festival to Vegas.

The dance party was a separate, 2-day event held at the Alien Research Center ... a souvenir shop 100 miles out of Vegas. Before the dance party, there was a screening of the movie, "Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers."

The original plan was for millions of people to storm Area 51 to "see them aliens." Millions didn't show up ... not even close -- more like a light sprinkle.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are taking advantage of their friends' fancy wedding weekend ... by turning it into a fun-filled, romantic time of their own.

The engaged couple looked happy and in love at a pre-wedding dinner party in Italy Thursday night ... smooching at their table at the seafood restaurant Pierluigi.

The celeb couple's in Rome to see their friend, fashion designer Misha Nonoo, tie the knot with millionaire entrepreneur Michael Hess.

Katy and Orlando aren't the only big names attending the lavish wedding -- Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, along with supermodel Karlie Kloss and hubby Joshua Kushner are on hand ... and there are rumors royalty will be in the house too. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to show for the ceremony.

As with most weddings, the vibes were jovial at the dinner. At one point Katy and Orlando were spotted walking out arm in arm with other guests looking like they were having the time of their lives.

Bet they can't wait for the real reception.

"Bar Rescue" star Jon Taffer is releasing his own line of hard seltzer to compete with White Claw -- and tells TMZ he spotted a major flaw with WC ...the flavors are weak!!!

Taffer just launched Taffer’s Mixologist Sparkling Craft Cocktails -- clearly hoping to capitalize on the hard seltzer craze that led to a national shortage of White Claw.

FYI, hard seltzer sales have reportedly crossed the $1 BILLION mark over the past year (mostly due to White Claw sales) -- and Taffer saw the perfect opportunity to jump in.

"I've been working on this for a year," Taffer told TMZ in New York ... "perfect time to bring my hard seltzer to the marketplace."

So, how the hell can a new brand compete with such a monster in the space? Taffer says White Claw has a major Achilles heel.

"I think they had a good viral hit. I think they got into the space nice and early. But, I also think there are some weaknesses in that brand, flavor profiles and things like that."

In other words, Taffer thinks White Claw tastes like White Crap.

"So, what I did after 185 Bar Rescues, I came into this with flavors! Things like Cucumber Jalapeno and Strawberry Basil ... so I really came at this with a flavor mentality, not just a money mentality."

No, the Falcons didn't just win the Super Bowl ... they just celebrated like they did -- 'cause linebacker Duke Riley led an insane locker room dance party after their W over the Eagles!!

ATL scored a big win over one of the best teams in the league Sunday night -- beating Philadelphia 24-20 -- and their post-game party was pretty epic.

Riley led the way with some awesome moves -- there was arm flailing, bouncing, leg gyrating ... it was awesome!!!

Backup running back Kenjon Barner also got into the circle to flash some of his dance moves -- and good times were had by all.

Of course, star QB Matt Ryan was also in the middle of the celebration -- thanking Marcus Trufant for his two-interception night that helped bail Ryan out of a game where he wasn't great.

While Tom Brady was throwin' bombs to his new teammate, Antonio Brown ... Rob Gronkowski was busy ass-shakin' to some Backstreet Boys in an epic dance-off with his GF!!

The retired Patriots superstar is staying active on his NFL Sundays ... teaming up with his bikini model lady, Camille Kostek, for a public workout at the Boston Seaport with his family's Gronk Fitness business.

The workouts are great and all ... but we're 100% here for the hot couple getting down and GETTING IT to BSB's "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" ... while the whole crowd cheers them on.

The Patriots didn't need Gronk in their 43-0 domination over the Miami Dolphins ... and Gronk sure as hell didn't need the Pats to have a good time, either.

Of course ... maybe the 30-year-old is using BSB to send us a message -- if Backstreet's back, does that mean Gronk could be coming back too??

Teammates who dance together ... win together?!

That's what Russell Westbrook and James Harden are hoping for after partying together at the Drake concert Saturday night in Vegas.

The Houston Rockets stars looked like BFFs while dancing it out to "SICKO MODE" at XS Nightclub at the Encore.

It's good to see these guys having fun as they get ready to reunite on the court for the first time since the Oklahoma City Thunder days.

The guys played in OKC together for 3 seasons before Harden was traded to the Rockets in 2012.

Westbrook was just traded to the Rockets this past offseason -- and it's clear the guys are stoked about playing together again.

The Rockets are coming off a disappointing 2018-19 campaign -- losing in the Western Conference Semi-Finals to the Golden State Warriors -- because many people expected them to win a championship.

J Lo celebrated the premiere of her new movie, "Hustlers," in grand J Lo fashion ... with back-to-back parties and a surprise trip to a Miami theater.

J Lo hit up South Beach Saturday night and partied at David Grutman's newest restaurant, Papi Steak. Grutman presented J Lo with a massive cake ... it's the second one she scored in 2 days. The first was courtesy of her fiance, A-Rod. BTW, the cake sounds delicious from Divine Delicacies Cakes -- 5 tiers of chocolate -- Godiva and Nutella. And, there's vanilla rum, coconut, guava cream cheese and other stuff. That's what $4k will get ya.

After the party, she went to a nearby movie theater in Miami Beach showing her flick and surprised everyone.

The flick did well -- $33.2 mil for the weekend, and it's expected to come in second, behind "It Chapter Two." Her movie also stars Constance Wu, Cardi B, Keke Palmer, Lili Reinhart, Lizzo and Julia Stiles.

BTW, seems like there's a party everyday for J Lo ... the shindigs for her 50th birthday went on longer than Nick Jonas and Priyanka's wedding.

2 Chainz rang in his 42nd birthday on an ominous night -- which was immediately canceled out with better vibes after what Diddy gave him as a gift ... sparkly new booze!!!

The Atlanta-based MC was hosting a birthday bash Saturday night at The Gallery at Ravine in his hometown, which was decked out in the "Friday the 13th" theme ... honoring both the movie and the fact that it actually was FT13 in real life. To make things even creepier, a full moon was out too.

DJ Khaled came  out, as did Jermaine Dupri, Jeezy, Remy Ma, T.I. and Tiny ... and, of course, the Bad Boy honcho himself. Most everyone seemed to stop and pose with 2C.

When Diddy got up to the cameras, he busted out a gold bottle of his best s*** -- White Grape Ciroc, which is apparently the first of its kind to the hit the market. 2 Chainz was honored as the first recipient ... and he seemed fairly stunned by the gesture.

Rihanna shined bright like a diamond at her annual gala -- the brightest in the room -- and that's saying a lot considering the shindig hosted TONS of other celebs.

Riri threw her 5th annual Diamond Ball Thursday night in NYC. The soiree benefits the Clara Lionel Foundation ... it's the name of her grandparents. The org helps impoverished communities around the world with funding for education and health.

'Late Night' host Seth Meyers hosted the event where there was no shortage of big stars ... Cardi B, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Carmelo and La La Anthony just to name a few.

Some of the performers included Pharrell, DJ Khaled, G-Eazy, 2 Chainz, Fat Joe, Fabolous, A$AP Ferg and Yo Gotti. Interesting to note ... no sign of Rihanna's billionaire boyfriend.

One thing's for sure ... she knows how to throw one helluva party.

James Harden is being sued by a man who claims the NBA star LIED to his face about how he intended to use a MASSIVE $30 mil Beverly Hills mansion ... claiming The Beard turned his spot into a party house!

The man behind the suit is George Santo Pietro who owns a 14,500-square-foot estate in the heart of Beverly Hills ... 8 bedrooms, 10 baths, gym, spa, wine cellar, pool, etc.

In other words, the place is INSANE!!!

Santo Pietro claims Harden signed a contract to use the home as a vacation rental for 1 week starting August 11, 2019 ... paying $82,200 for the stay.

But, Santo Pietro says there was specific language in the rental contract saying Harden could not have any more than 7 adults on the premises at any one time.

A larger gathering would be considered a "party" -- and Santo Pietro says he typically charges $150,000 for big events on the property.

In his suit, Santo Pietro says Harden agreed to the deal -- but threw at least TWO parties anyway with more than 15 people at the house.

Santo Pietro claims the property was damaged during the parties and neighbors are pissed -- and he wants Harden to fork over AT LEAST $300,000 to cover the usual party fee he charges.

Santo Pietro also claims Harden KNEW he would be throwing the parties before signing the contract and knowingly lied to Santo Pietro's face. He's also suing for punitive damages for fraud.

Santo Pietro claims he tried to work things out with the Houston Rockets superstar privately, but Harden wouldn't play ball ... so he filed his lawsuit.

Harden is currently in the middle of a 6-year, $228 million contract ... so he can afford it.

Huge weekend for Boyz II Men singer Wanya Morris ... who married his girlfriend Amber Reyes in Aruba -- and Floyd Mayweather was right there to party his ass of with the happy couple!

The wedding was amazing -- the two tied the knot on the beach at the Ritz Carlton in front of friends and family. Amber looked beautiful. Wanya looked beautiful. It was great!!!

But, the reception ... THAT WAS OFF THE HOOK -- and featured Wanya and Amber slow dancing to the Boyz II Men classic, "I'll Make Love To You."

Halfway during the song, things went from romantic to ridiculous ... when the guests swarmed the dance floor and began serenading the couple along with the track.

Wanya's bandmate Shawn Stockman got in on the action -- same with Floyd -- as the whole party belted out the 1994 hit.

Kevin Spacey's getting more comfortable returning to the spotlight, at least when he's overseas ... and out and about in the wee hours of the morning.

The actor joined a street band in Seville, Spain to sing AND play acoustic guitar on a couple oldies but goodies ... and everyone appeared to be having a fantastic time.

Spacey and the band, reportedly known as Tuna de Derecho de Sevilla, first performed Ritchie Valens' 1958 hit "La Bamba" before turning it into a medley with The Beatles' version of "Twist and Shout."

Members of the band told Spanish media the former "House of Cards" star was at a nearby restaurant with some friends and they approached him last Saturday for a photo ... at around 2 AM. The time seems relevant when you see how everyone's carrying on in the video.

This is at least the second time Spacey's made a public appearance since his sexual assault criminal case in Massachusetts was dropped by prosecutors in July.

As we reported ... Kevin put on a solo pop-up poetry production in Rome last month, but it was much more staged than this street performance.

Add this to the reasons why Lizzo is 100 percent that bitch ... she's got no problem taking bottles of champagne straight to the dome!!!

Lizzo had a helluva holiday weekend, that was only beginning when she performed at the Made in America festival. Turns out things got REAL afterward when she partied with DaBaby and Megan Thee Stallion -- hitting up NOTO Philadelphia and handling the bottle service all on her own.

The "Truth Hurts" singer had good reason to celebrate Sunday night ... her catchy track's been one of the summer's hottest hits, and it just snagged the No. 1 spot on the Billboard charts after she killed it with her VMAs performance.

Kylie Jenner was in the same room and enjoying the same good vibes as her ex-boyfriend, Tyga, while raging in Sin City this weekend -- but the reunion was short on warmth or fuzziness.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kylie and Tyga crossed paths Saturday night and even ended up mingling in the same crowd at the massive strip joint, Sapphire Club. We're told Kylie's crew (sans Travis) collided with Tyga's as they celebrated Sofia Richie's 21st birthday.

Tyga was there first -- he was in town performing at JEWEL Nightclub, and stopped by Sapphire afterward -- and we're told Kylie and co. rolled in shortly afterward. The groups ended up coming together in the Karaoke Room to party.

Now, our sources tell us that while Kylie and Tyga did exchange friendly greetings and some chitchat, they didn't hang for very long ... as Kylie eventually bowed out early. Her pals stayed through much of the night into morning.

We're told Kylie wasn't ducking out because of any awkwardness with Tyga -- our sources insist she harbors no ill toward her ex-BF and they're actually on relatively good terms.

And, for the petty among us who might be keeping score, we're told Kylie did not seek out Tyga -- they just have mutual friends, and the meetup just happened coincidentally.

As we told you ... Kylie was bouncing around Saturday night ringing in the big 2-1 for Sofia, who got treated to cake, cars and a private jet to the strip.

A group of 100 or so people marched down the streets in NYC with their tops popped off and their boobs hanging out freely ... all in the name of equality.

The 2019 Go Topless Pride Parade went down Sunday, with several women going completely bare-chested to advocate for the right to be topless in public -- just like men -- without fear of being arrested or shamed.

Along with the topless gals, several fellas joined the cause by either wearing ridiculous bras or simply going topless themselves ... and there was live music too!

The parade came on the eve of Women's Equality Day in the U.S., which is celebrated Monday in honor of the passing of the 19th amendment giving women the right to vote.

The parade participants believe women have the same constitutional right as men to go topless in public, and there's nothing disorderly about the conduct of baring your breasts.
