Kroy Biermann is again begging a judge not to let his estranged wife Kim Zolciak slow down his attempt to sell their mansion -- insisting they need to sell the place ASAP ... so they can get separate pads to shield their kids from the trauma of their toxic relationship.

The former NFL star filed new court docs this week, obtained by TMZ, which push back on what he claims is Kim's recent attempt to delay a ruling over the matter of whether to quickly try to sell their massive Georgia home.

Like before, Kroy's reiterating the urgent need to unload this property -- citing their mounting debts and money woes ... but this time, KB says it a bit more plainly. He writes in his paperwork, "The parties to this action are financially destitute, largely related to [Kim]'s reckless spending habits and love for online gambling." Oof ...

Yes, that's Kroy pointing the finger right at Kim and attributing their problems to her. What's more -- he says the IRS actually has a lien on the home over unpaid taxes in the amount of $1.1 million. Kroy also cites a number of lawsuits from creditors who want their dough.

In the docs, Kroy says he and Kim really don't have much else left to their name ... and that the house is the last true asset of value that they can cash in on -- but, according to him, Kim's trying to delay the process and making it difficult to turn the page amid their divorce. And, he says their constant fighting is hurting their kids, saying the "toxicity enveloping the marital home is extremely detrimental to the mental and emotional well-being of the children."

Time's running out, as Kroy says foreclosure is looming -- and he wants to try and collect whatever equity they have left in the place to pay down the damage and get separate places. Kroy's basically on his hands and knees here asking for the court to say yes.

Shannon Beador's tough year just got a lot rougher ... the reality TV star got busted for driving drunk this weekend in SoCal.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star drove her car onto a residential property in Newport Beach Saturday night, and actually clipped the house.

We're told Beador then turned back onto the road and kept going before parking her vehicle in the middle of the street and getting out with her dog.

Our sources say she tried to act like she was taking a walk when police arrived after receiving a 911 call. We're told she wasn't fooling anyone ... as she appeared wasted and was taken into custody.

Cops also seized Beador's car as part of their investigation into the damage to the home.

A rep for Newport Beach PD says Beador was booked for 2 misdemeanors ... hit-and-run and DUI alcohol. She was cited and released without bond. Sources with direct knowledge tell us she was not filming with Bravo before the arrest, as the show's not currently in production.

It's been a bumpy ride for Beador lately -- in January, she publicly discussed her painful split with her boyfriend of 3 and a half years, John Janssen.

Beador told People she was blindsided by Janssen breaking up with her in November 2022 -- weeks after they had wrapped filming for Season 17 of 'RHOC.' She reportedly said, "He told me he was done with the relationship. And to hear what he said to me then was absolutely devastating."

We reached out to Shannon's team for comment ... so far no word back.

The Pennsylvania prison where inmate Danelo Cavalcante scaled a wall to make his great escape is making some changes to prevent a similar escape from happening again.

Honchos in Chester County tell TMZ ... prison officials made short-term upgrades to beef up security at the facility, including a new barrier blocking access to the prison roof.

Danelo crab-walked up a brick wall, dove through barbed wire and booked it across the roof to make his escape .. and we're told the new barrier prohibiting roof access is behind the razor wire.

Prison guards were in the watchtower when Danelo escaped during exercise time in the yard, and we're told guards will now be taking up new positions when inmates are in the yard.

We're also told Chester County Prison is assigning a guard to the prison roof ... and they're reviewing surveillance procedures because Danelo's escape happened in plain view of cameras.

After his escape, Danelo lived on watermelon and creek water ... burying his poop to evade authorities for two weeks ... until he was ultimately captured about 18 miles from the prison.

We're told Chester County Commissioners also approved a contract to build a permanent enclosure over the prison's exercise yards ... that's the long-term effect of Danelo's escape.

El Chapo might be in prison for the rest of his life, but his wife is a free woman after serving just two years behind bars -- and a couple days after being sprung, she hit the town!

Emma Coronel was spotted out in L.A. Friday night with a posse, dropping into a club down in Lynwood for a little live music and fun with her crew. The place they hit up is an event center called El Farallon ... and they say this shindig was put on by Emma's attorney.

BTW, this lawyer is also apparently a singer too ... 'cause she was up on stage performing. Her name is Mariel Colón Miró and she was putting on quite a show for her client.

As you can see, Emma was enjoying herself on the couch -- seemingly partaking in drinks -- and was mostly left alone. There was a lot of security standing around, though ... so maybe that's why people steered clear. Also ... she posed for some pics outside the venue too.

The outing follows Emma's release from custody Wednesday. She'd been transferred from a Texas facility to a halfway house here in Long Beach ... and, just this week, she was finally cut loose and placed on supervised release -- on which she'll be for the next 4 years.

Remember, Emma copped a plea deal with the feds in 2021 on drug trafficking charges ... and was sentenced to 3 years in prison. Ultimately, though, she did less than 2 ... and now, she's back on the outside.

As for her hubby, well ... he won't be getting out anytime soon, or ever. He's due to serve out the rest of his days in lock-up -- that is, assuming he doesn't pull another wild escape.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had a close call with a member of "law enforcement," but the heavily armed "officer" turned out to be fake and got arrested.

The 2024 Democratic presidential hopeful was campaigning at a Hispanic Heritage Month event in L.A. Friday when the suspect -- posing as a U.S. Marshal -- tried to approach him.

The phony fed was carrying two loaded pistols in shoulder holsters and a bunch of ammo, as well as a bogus U.S. Marshals ID badge.

But the guy made a HUGE mistake, identifying himself as a member of Kennedy's security detail. Of course, Kennedy's real bodyguards didn't recognize him and promptly detained him and called police.

Check out video posted on TikTok, which shows LAPD officers putting the man in handcuffs and searching his pockets. Criminal charges have yet to be filed.

Danelo Cavalcante, the convicted murderer who escaped prison only to be captured after a two-week manhunt, is under constant watch behind bars to make sure he doesn't get out again.

Folks with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections tell TMZ ... Danelo is being held in a specialized observation unit at SCI Phoenix for security reasons.

We're told Danelo gets all his meals served in his cell ... and he can only leave for medical services, or to see counselors. In other words, the prison is taking extra steps to make sure Danelo does not escape again.

As we reported ... Danelo kept himself alive and under the radar during his two weeks on the lam by eating watermelon, drinking water from creeks and concealing his poop to avoid detection.

Danelo was ultimately captured by Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) and SWAT teams in the same rural town where he broke into a home and stole a rifle after getting shot at by the person living there ... with a K-9 playing a key role in finding him.

The grub being served in prison sounds a lot better than fruit and creek water ... the menu at SCI Phoenix this week includes eggs and hot cakes for breakfast, sweet and sour chicken for lunch, and salisbury steak for dinner.

Tory Lanez will remain behind bars after being found guilty of shooting Megan Thee Stallion ... his request to be released on bond pending his appeal was just denied.

For those unaware, Tory was asking a judge in Los Angeles to let him live with his son and wife instead of staying behind bars while his appeal plays out.

Tory had a hearing Thursday about his request, but a judge said no dice -- noting Tory's convicted of a violent felony, has a history of violating court orders, and isn't a U.S. citizen as reasons for the thumbs down.

Tory's defense argued the last point, saying the Canadian rapper is in America legally on an active work visa and has no reason to go back to Canada ... but that didn't seem to sway the judge.

As we reported, Tory was given his sentence last month -- being handed a decade behind bars after facing over 22 years.

He was found guilty of 3 charges last year ... negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm.

Tory spoke out after his sentencing ... continuing to claim he's innocent, saying he was "wrongfully convicted."

The infamous 2020 clip, obtained by TMZ, showed Megan limping near their vehicle with a trail of blood behind her.

Hunter Biden has just been indicted on gun charges ... and his alleged drug use is a factor in the case.

Federal prosecutors in Delaware indicted President Biden's son on three counts related to gun possession while using narcotics ... according to court documents.

Hunter is charged with one count of False Statement in Purchase of a Firearm, one count of False Statement Related to Information Required to be Kept By Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer, and one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Person who is an Unlawful User of or Addicted to a Controlled Substance.

HB is accused of filing a form claiming he was not using illegal drugs in October 2018 when he bought a Colt Cobra revolver ... and of being in possession of a gun while using narcotics.

The indictment comes after Hunter's plea deal on tax and gun charges imploded back in July ... and the charges are being brought as House Republicans continue to investigate Hunter's finances.

Drew Barrymore's alleged stalker, a man named Chad Michael Busto, got arrested again and this time it sounds like he's turned his attention to another celeb ... Emma Watson.

Busto was busted Friday in New York City, with police saying he stormed into a dressing room at a NYFW show and demanded to see the 'Harry Potter' star.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Busto screamed at models and makeup artists inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard dressing room, repeatedly telling them, "I want to marry Emma Watson. Let me speak to Emma Watson. Let me take a photo with Emma Watson."

It's unclear if Emma was in the dressing room or even at the NYFW show.

The guy ended up getting arrested after management called cops, and he's now been charged with 2 counts of disorderly conduct and 2 counts of trespassing.

Remember, Busto was arrested for popping up at Drew's Hamptons estate last month, with police saying he was going door to door looking for her place.

TMZ broke the story ... last Tuesday, a judge issued a bench warrant for Busto's arrest after cops say he failed to show up to get a GPS ankle monitor ... which was required after his arrest at Drew's place.

Busto first got on Drew's radar when he rushed a NYC stage last month as she was interviewing singer/actress Reneé Rapp.

Corey Feldman wants to make his split from his wife Courtney official in the eyes of the law ... because he's filed for legal separation.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the "Goonies" star is filing for legal separation from Courtney, but he's not seeking a divorce .. at least not yet.

Corey is going with the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split ... he says they have been separated since June 22, following 6 years and 5 months of marriage.

In the docs, Corey says he wants to block the court's ability to award Courtney spousal support ... there are no child support issues because they did not have any children together.

Corey previously announced in August that he was separating from Courtney ... citing some of her ongoing health issues, like chronic fatigue, and saying he will always love her.

Kanye West had the project manager overseeing the remodel of his Malibu home sleeping on the floor, and fired the guy over a disagreement about removing all the home's windows and electricity ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Ye is being sued by a man named Tony Saxon, who claims Yeezy hired him back in September 2021 as project manager, caretaker and 24/7 security for the mogul's Malibu property.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Saxon claims he was working 16-hour days and sleeping on the floor while coordinating Kanye's remodel ... and he says Ye couldn't care less that he was literally using a coat as makeshift bedding.

In the docs, Saxon says Kanye ignored all of his concerns and only paid him for one week of work until things reached a head in November 2021 when Saxon claims Ye demanded Saxon remove all the home's windows and electricity.

Saxon says he "expressed concerns about the extreme danger of such actions" ... but he claims Kanye raised his voice and then insisted on moving large generators inside the house, which Saxon worried would potentially lead to a fire hazard.

In the suit, Saxon claims Kanye threatened him and said he would be considered "an enemy" if he didn't comply with the demands. Saxon says he wouldn't budge and Kanye told him to "get the hell out."

Saxon also says Ye told him, "If you don't do what I say, you're not going to work for me, I'm not gonna be your friend anymore and you'll just see me on TV." He says he told Ye he didn't watch TV and was fired on the spot.

Kris Jenner apparently wants to plaster her name all over a ton of cozy clothes, perhaps taking a page out of one of her daughters' playbooks.

The KarJenner matriarch is seemingly dipping her toes once again into the world of fashion, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

As it turns out, Kris has an active application with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ... in which she's trying to lock up the rights to her own moniker, in all caps -- 'KRIS JENNER.'

The application states Kris wants to brand a ton of different clothing items -- which, as she describes in her filing, run the gamut from sweatshirts and sweatpants to jackets and loungewear ... as well as footwear, socks and even headwear.

Usually, that's an indication that a celeb is getting ready to roll out some new merch or a new line of some sort -- and if that's the case here, Kris could be next.

Funny enough ... Kris actually attempted this in the past through an old trademark application for similar branding back in 2011. She secured the rights to her name back then, but it doesn't seem to have manifested into anything -- and her mark was abandoned in '15.

The Nelk Boys are being dragged to court over a YouTube prank video gone wrong -- the marijuana delivery driver they tried to trick is flipping the script on them with a very real lawsuit.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, a man named Nicholas Aliff claims he's the weed delivery guy in the YouTube stars' fake meth lab prank. In the video, he wasn't happy about being pranked and threatened to sue ... and now it looks like he's following through.

Aliff claims the Nelk Boys ordered weed and he ended up delivering the goods to a warehouse near Los Angeles, where the YouTube pranksters had set up a fake meth lab and hired an actor to play a cop who starts to make a drug bust before ultimately accepting a bribe.

The guy says he thought the actor was a real police officer, and he had no idea he was being pranked until after the fact, when the Nelk Boys told him it was all a joke. He says he reasonably became irate over the prank and started yelling at the guys, when their security grabbed him from behind and put him in a chokehold ... causing what he claims are severe physical and emotional injuries.

Aliff says the Nelk Boys lured him -- like a lamb to slaughter -- into their fake meth lab with the intention of frightening him and capturing his shocked reaction on camera. He says it felt so real, he thought he might get shot by the fake cop.

He's suing for assault and battery, false imprisonment, and infliction of emotional distress ... and going after the Nelk Boys for damages.

We reached out to the Nelk Boys ... so far no word back.

Kevin Costner's lawyer is incredulous ... blasting estranged wife Christine Baumgartner for asking a judge to make him pay $885k to argue a single issue in divorce court.

Disso queen Laura Wasser filed her blistering response to Christine's request ... explaining the fees would supposedly be incurred for a mini-trial over one issue in the prenup -- whether her waiver of spousal support is enforceable.

Christine's lawyers say it will take $885k to make their case -- and they want Kevin to foot the bill -- but Wasser fired back that based on hourly rates, Christine's legal team would have to put in 1,106 hours to justify the fee.

Wasser calls Christine's ask "nothing short of outrageous," also noting the judge has already indicated the prenup is enforceable, so the road Christine's going down is a dead end.

Christine has not only lost most of the legal battles in the divorce, she's actually lost more than if she had settled with Kevin. For example, she originally wanted $248k a month in child support, which Kevin rejected and claimed the reasonable amount was $63k. Nevertheless, he offered to pay her $75k a month, but Christine rejected that offer and duked it out in court. In the end, the judge said $63k was the appropriate amount.

Wasser says Kevin's already paid Christine $300k in legal fees, and also allegedly took $105k from Kevin's accounts to feed her legal team.

And there's this ... if Christine challenges the prenup and loses, she'll have to return more than a million bucks Kevin gave her and also pay his lawyer's fees.

Celebration turned to chaos as a Rhode Island wedding party got into an all-out brawl with police officers ... and it's all on video.

Half a dozen members of the wedding party were arrested early Sunday morning following a melee with cops outside a Newport restaurant ... and footage shows the incident escalating from a tense interaction to straight-up combat.

In the video, punches thrown by both sides fly and connect ... and a woman in an orange dress, who police later identified as Alexandra Flaherty, is seen kicking a cop in the groin.

Another woman in the wedding party gets knocked out cold ... hitting the deck when an officer throws her to the ground.

In the police report, obtained by TMZ, the cop says the woman was reaching for his firearm when he turned around and threw a punch connecting with her jaw. Police say the woman, later identified as Rachael Onik, eventually became conscious and was arrested.

Cops say Rachael's husband, David Onik, started the whole thing when he threw a fit after being denied entry to a bar. Police say David got physical with bar staff, who called the cops.

Police say when officers arrived to talk to David, his wife "began injecting herself into the incident and becoming uncooperative" ... and when an officer tried to move her back, she tripped on the cobblestone street. That's where the video picks up and all hell breaks loose.

Footage also shows a man in a suit and tie, who police later identified as Robert Nash, punching a cop in the face, taking him to the ground and then pummeling him.

Sophie Turner is still hard at work in the wake of Joe Jonas' divorce filing ... taking a smoke break in Spain while on the set of her latest project.

The "Game of Thrones" star was spotted filming the British series, "Joan," a biopic about infamous jewel thief Joan Hannington. Sophie is slated to play the titular character, which explains why she's rocking the blonde hair and big tattoo on her back.

As you know, Joe filed for divorce last week, asking for joint custody of their 2 young daughters. TMZ broke the story ... Joe saw Sophie doing and/or saying something on a Ring camera, which is what made him realize it was over between them.

Sources told us the decision to end things also had a lot to do with the couple's different lifestyles, as Sophie recently liked to go out, and Joe was more of a homebody.

That dynamic was a big difference from the months after Sophie gave birth to the couple's second child ... when we're told she's the one who wanted to stay home and would get uncomfortable while attending events.

We were told Joe complained about Sophie being MIA from a specific event at one point, feeling she needed to get out more -- a sign to some that their relationship was on the rocks.
