Country singer Kylie Rae Harris was wasted and going over 100 MPH during a fatal car crash that killed her and another person ... this according to law enforcement.

Kylie died in a car crash on a New Mexico highway back in September, and the Taos County Sheriff says its investigation determined she was driving 102 MPH when her car struck the rear of another vehicle in the three-car collision.

According to cops ... Kylie's car was still going 95 MPH when it crashed head-on into a second car traveling the opposite direction, killing a 16-year-old girl.

As for the toxicology report, Kylie had a BAC of .28 at the time of the crash -- more than three times the legal limit.

The autopsy report reveals Kylie suffered several fractures, including broken skull bones, and cuts to her face and legs. The docs say her breastbone, pelvis, and multiple ribs were also broken.

Harris was reportedly convicted of driving while intoxicated back in 2017 and had been ordered to install an ignition interlock device in her car.

The actor who played the husband in what some see as a "sexist" Peloton ad is afraid the backlash he's getting from keyboard warriors will have a negative impact on his career.

Sean Hunter is the man in the infamous holiday ad who gifts his wife a Peloton bike. When he's not acting he's an elementary school teacher ... and he's defending himself, and the controversial ad, in Psychology Today .. of all places.

Sean says initial reviews of his Peloton gig were mostly positive, but everything changed when the ad went viral. Now, his take is, "My 5 seconds of air time created an array of malicious feedback that is all associated with my face."

He adds, "My friend texted me today declaring that I’m ‘a symbol of the patriarchy' ... As my face continues to be screen shot online, I wonder what repercussions will come back to me."

Sean says he's "grappling with the negative opinions as none of them have been constructively helpful."

If it makes him feel better ... at least some of the memes about the ad have clearly been in jest -- and even comedian Sherri Shepherd had a laugh over it.

Anyways, the criticism is clearly doing a number on Sean, and he posed a laundry list of questions. "As I continue to reflect on the commercial, I consider these thoughts: Why are people creating so many additional narratives to the story? Am I allowed to view the commercial positively after receiving such negative feedback? If recognized on the street, what will people’s first opinions be of me?"

He also wonders if his "wife" in the ad is going through the same thing he is. For what it's worth, she's chosen to remain silent since all the buzz over the ad.

Guess Sean ain't buying Peloton's company line that folks actually like the ad.

Michael Blackson learned 2 very valuable life lessons ... and it all went down at a gas station.

The comedian's saga is full of twists and turns and eventual triumph, so buckle up. We got Mike at a Shell Station in L.A. after noticing he had some car trouble, and he tells us he made a boneheaded mistake as old as Karl Benz's first automobile -- he ran out of gas.

Blackson says he didn't believe it when his luxury car was telling him he needed to fill up his tank ... and his Rolls stopped rolling at a nearby intersection.

What happened next is equal parts hilarious and pathetic -- but hey, Michael admits he's not a handyman -- and he was left completely clueless as to how to remedy his dire situation.

That's when he turned to an unlikely source for some help in his time of need, especially for a Philadelphia Eagles fan ... a man wearing a Dallas Cowboys shirt.

It was a wise move though because the kind Cowboys fan turned out to be hella resourceful ... and got Blackson all gassed up and back on the road. He might have made a new friend too.

So, what are the lessons learned here for the comedian? 1) Love your enemies ... and 2) Go get gas as soon as your damn light comes on.

Post Malone can rest easy knowing his diamond chains and pendants are the real deal ... he just got his bling tested for authenticity, and passed with flying colors!!!

We ran into Post Malone outside The Nice Guy Wednesday night as he was getting his diamonds certified on the street by Youtuber, Simbaoranks, with a high-tech device.

Post says he's always wanted to get his ice tested, and seems pretty confident he ain't rocking fakes. The tester makes his way up Post's neck from piece to piece, and ya gotta see the rapper's reaction when he gets the results!

It's kinda funny ... the guy asks Post how much his Dallas Cowboys bling costs, and PM has no clue!

We also asked Post about French Montana dropping an album Friday, one week removed from getting out of the ICU ... and Post says the dude's a "f***ing legend."

R. Kelly's now facing a new allegation in one of his federal cases, and it involves his 1994 marriage to Aaliyah.

According to federal docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors say around Aug. 30, 1994 ... Kelly and others paid money to a public official for "the creation of a fraudulent identification document for Jane Doe #1." The significant part of the allegation is the date.

One of R. Kelly's former tour manager's, Demetrius Smith, spoke out in "Surviving R. Kelly" and said he purchased a fake ID for Aaliyah, who was 15 at the time, so she would be able to marry Kelly.

Smith says they got a marriage license, which listed her age as 18, and they did indeed get married. It's been widely reported the wedding took place on Aug. 31.

According to prosecutors, that fake ID purchase constitutes bribery, and that allegation's been added to the racketeering charge against him in the Eastern District of New York.

Kelly's lawyer, Steven Greenberg, tells TMZ they will review the indictment, but "at first look it does not appear to materially alter the landscape." And, Kelly's other attorney, Doug Anton, claims "the charge is ridiculous and it smacks of the same desperation as the entire case."

Justin Hartley is getting back to work after filing divorce docs, and he's doing it with a little less weight ... on his left hand.

Justin's filing appears to have blindsided Chrishell ... because there's a huge 5-month difference in their accounts of when they separated. He says they separated on July 8, but in her response, she lists it as Nov. 22 ... the day Justin filed the divorce petition.

The breakup is proceeding quickly now. Chrishell packed up her things Wednesday and moved out of the former couple's L.A. home and into a place of her own.

Justin ditching his wedding ring, publicly, the very next day is a sure sign he's moving on too.

The Biebs unveiled his new neck tattoo as he was leaving church Wednesday night with his wife, Hailey. As you can see ... there's a bird on the left side of his neck with its head facing his Adam's apple, appearing set for flight across Justin's throat.

Hard to tell what kind of bird it is, but it makes a nice addition to all the other animal artwork on his body. As you may know, Bieber has a giant bear tattoo on his chest across from a giant lion tattoo... and an eagle with its wings stretched is inked across his abs.

Justin teased his fans on Instagram about the new tat, saying he got a new one and asked if they wanted to see it ... but he's yet to share a shot of the final product himself.

Unclear if JB was inspired by "Portlandia" while deciding what to permanently add to his neck ... but he definitely put a bird on it!

Lamman Rucker's got mixed reactions to Kid Rock's drunken rant -- he sticks up for his "aunties," Oprah and Joy Behar ... but says he feels compassion for whatever the rock star's going through.

The "Greenleaf" star -- whose show airs on Oprah's OWN channel -- was at LAX Wednesday when we asked about Kid Rock's latest controversy ... he tells us it makes him uncomfortable. He says he can't understand why the musician would attack these 2 women ... but suggests maybe he's not in a good state of mind.

On the plus side, he doubts Oprah's losing any sleep over the situation ... and believes she's got love and understanding for whatever KR's dealing with.

We broke the story ... Kid Rock went off on Oprah and Joy at his Honky Tonk bar in Nashville last week, and many thought his rant got racist despite his insistence it wasn't.

The backlash was severe regardless, especially in his hometown of Detroit, and led to his decision to bail on his Made in Detroit restaurant at Little Caesars Arena.

Kid says he's still got love for the city, but he's learned to "go where you're celebrated, not tolerated," adding, "I guess the millions of dollars I pumped into that town was not enough."

He also insists, again, he's not racist and supports the black community.

Kourtney Kardashian keeps her friends and family close and her exes closer ... partying it up behind the DJ booth with Younes Bendjima.

Kourt was spotted at LIV in Miami Beach around 2 AM Thursday with her ex-boyfriend, and we're told they were together and very cozy the entire time at the nightclub.

One witness says they looked very much like a couple -- talking, laughing and enjoying the music -- but also seemed like they were trying to avoid being seen ... they mostly remained in a little corner of the club.

This isn't the first time they've been back together since their August 2018 breakup though ... we got them at a coffee shop earlier this year, and they appeared to be on very good terms then too.

Kourtney and Younes are in Miami for Art Basel. They also both attended the Dior Men's Fall 2020 fashion show Tuesday, though not together.

Of course, Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid are also hanging out in Miami this week ... and both ladies were partying at LIV as well. They also were spotted eating at Swan restaurant and hanging out at E11even nightclub.

Kendall even got on-stage and took control of the DJ booth for a bit. We're told she chose some hits by Miley Cyrus and Travis Scott ... but didn't play "Reunited" by Peaches & Herb for her sister and Younes.

So much for Joe Biden's "No Malarkey" tour of Iowa -- there was plenty of it when he got into a heated argument with a voter Thursday morning.

The Democratic candidate was holding a town hall meeting in New Hampton, IA ... when an attendee stood up and challenged Joe on his son, Hunter Biden's now infamous dealings with a Ukrainian gas company.

The man suggested Joe was no better than President Trump because he had placed Hunter in a position for which he wasn't qualified -- and Biden immediately stepped to the guy, barking, "You're a damn liar!" He got right in the guy's face and then challenged him to do push-ups, go for a run or take an IQ test. You gotta see it ... it's kinda bizarre.

Biden, who's in the middle of an 8-day, 18-county swing through Iowa -- which he's deemed the "No Malarkey" tour -- demanded the potential voter get his facts straight.

Biden denied Hunter did anything wrong, and also denied placing him in the position. The former VP eventually calmed down, and the man claimed he didn't want to argue.

77-year-old Biden got in the final shot though -- an odd jab about the angry man's being "too old."

Here's O.J. Simpson dancing his face off at a Vegas bar with TWO blonde women ... who don't seem to care that he killed 2 people back in 1994.

The 72-year-old convicted felon hit up the Sand Dollar Lounge on Wednesday night -- sporting a dark beanie -- and hit the dance floor hard!!!

We're told people in the place LOVED him, treated him like a rock star ... and O.J. posed for pics and signed autographs for anyone who asked.

Simpson has been out of prison since Oct. 2017 -- where he served nearly 9 years for a 2007 armed robbery -- and this is typical of the treatment he gets at MOST places he goes these days.

We've done multiple stories on fans lining up to pose with The Juice at hot spots all over Sin City ... but this is the first time we've seen him up close and personal with women.

Of course, Simpson was found not guilty of murder, in the criminal case, in the deaths of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman ... but was later sued for wrongful death by Goldman's family where a jury found Simpson liable.

Simpson was ordered to pay the Goldman family $33.5 million -- but the Goldmans have said they've only received a fraction of what they're owed.

Kanye West is going from the big stage at Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church to a truly massive one -- this time they'll be teaming up to fill Yankee Stadium to the brim ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kanye tell us ... Ye and Joel will take center stage at baseball's cathedral on May 2, 2020 for a mega event that certainly plays like a tour stop. The NYC event is part of Joel's "America's Night of Hope" ... which he takes to several cities across the country.

We're told Joel will do his sermon at Yankee Stadium, and then let Kanye and his choir do their thing with the music. Call it a double play, considering the setting, similar to what they did a few weeks ago in Houston.

If Joel's past appearances at Yankee Stadium are any indication, this one's sure to sell out quickly ... especially now that Kanye's involved. The stadium has a max capacity of 54,251 ... almost 10,000 more than Lakewood.

This will be Joel's third time doing 'Night of Hope' at the Stadium, but his first with Ye.

Our sources tell us the Lakewood get-together went so well, Joel recently asked Kanye about when they will do a sequel ... and they agreed Yankee Stadium would be the perfect backdrop. They're coordinating details now.

Former Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal insists she did not extort Donald Trump ... as Fox News host Tucker Carlson repeatedly claimed, so now she's suing the network.

You'll recall, McDougal went public last year claiming she and Trump had a 10-month affair, beginning in June 2006. Carlson covered the alleged affair on Dec. 10, 2018 ... and according to the suit said, McDougal "approached Donald Trump and threatened to ruin his career and humiliate his family if he doesn't give [her] money."

She says Carlson continued, "Now that sounds like a classic case of extortion."

McDougal, 1998's Playmate of the Year, says Carlson repeatedly mentioned the "extortion" as "undisputed fact" during the broadcast, but she says that's completely false. In the suit, she says she never threatened Trump over his career or his family -- and no one involved in the payments Trump allegedly made to McDougal ever accused her of trying to extort Trump.

According to the docs, she never had any communication with Trump about money -- instead, she claims it was Trump's confidante and former National Enquirer honcho, David Pecker, who negotiated with her lawyers in the summer and fall of 2016.

She says AMI ultimately paid her $150k in exchange for her life story. She also claims former Trump attorney Michael Cohen and Pecker admitted the reason they were paying her was to "suppress McDougal's story" so it wouldn't derail Trump's campaign.

McDougal is suing Fox News Network for defamation and unspecified damages.

Jason Derulo says he's a victim of a social media double standard -- and he informed us about this while totally gloating about the size of his junk. Well played, JD.

We ran into the singer Wednesday hours after Instagram deleted his famous underwear pic by a pool in Bali -- the very definition of living large. IG's explanation was that Jason was showing off "aroused genitalia" with the giant bulge in his briefs.

Jason's throwing cold water on that theory though ... telling he wasn't all THAT aroused in the photo, calling it more of a "semi" sitch. He says basic knowledge of the male anatomy supports his claim. Buckle up for Prof. Derulo's lesson, class.

Now, as for any potential shrinkage -- he was emerging from a pool, after all -- Jason admits that was NOT an issue.

Yeah, as they say in ancient Rome ... res ipsa loquitur. The thing speaks for itself.

Sam Hunt's back in front of his fans for the first time since getting busted for a DUI ... and he says he'll be doing a lot more of it in 2020.

The country music star hit the stage Wednesday night at the RADIO.COM concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn -- his first concert since his arrest in Nashville a few weeks back.

Sam didn't touch on the DUI, choosing to focus instead on just putting on a good show ... and making a big announcement about new music coming soon and a vow to hit the road and tour a lot more next year.

The Barclays show was Hunt's first time performing in NYC in over 2 years, and he played the hits like "Cop Car," "Body Like a Back Road," and "House Party" ... as you see in the clip.

Interestingly, he canceled his appearance Thursday night at the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Awards back in the city where he was arrested.

As we reported, cops said Hunt reeked of booze and his eyes were bloodshot when they pulled him over for allegedly driving the wrong way down a Nashville street.

Police say they asked for his driver's license, which was sitting in his lap, but Sam instead handed over a credit card and a passport. Cops say he also bombed his field sobriety test and blew a .173 -- more than twice the legal limit.

Sam was arrested, booked and released ... and he's been charged with DUI.

Hunt broke his silence a couple days later, saying he made some really bad choices and vowed not to repeat his mistakes.
