Tom Brady's now got some company in the underwear thirst trap game ... Conor McGregor just shared a snap of him in nothing but his tiny briefs just like the G.O.A.T. -- and he looks gooooood!!!!

The 34-year-old UFC star posted the pic on his Instagram page on Monday afternoon ... showing off his ripped body in some small undies.

In the photo, Conor can be seen laying out catching some rays ... all while his muscles -- and more -- were on full display.

McGregor seemed to be trying to draw the attention toward his Forged Irish Stout beer with the post -- as he had a can of it in his left hand. Conor also captioned the pic, "🌞 @forgedirishstout."

Fans loved it all ... with one commenter saying they wanted the 22-6 fighter to start an OnlyFans page.

Of course, McGregor is far from the only athlete to showcase his body sans pants and shirt ... Cristiano Ronaldo does it all the time, as did Brady in the days following his retirement back in February.

Hollywood writers striking for fair pay and protections against artificial intelligence are getting some air support ... in the form of a funny banner flying over the major studios.

The banner reads ... "Pay the writers, you AI-Holes" ... and on Monday, a small plane towed it above Amazon, CBS, FOX, Netflix, Paramount, Sony, Universal and Warner Bros.

On the ground, writers continue to pack the picket lines as the strike enters its third week ... with neither side showing signs of ending the stalemate.

The strike is definitely getting ugly ... in addition to the airplane banner, a massive, inflatable rat popped up outside Amazon Studios ... the huge rodent is holding bags of money, wearing a tuxedo and smoking a cigar. The messaging here is anything but subtle.

As for who is funding the plane and the banner ... we're told the money is coming from donations from various unions supporting the striking writers.

Artificial intelligence is a hot-button issue in Hollywood, with writers seeking guardrails so their jobs and livelihoods aren't negatively impacted by the recent AI innovations.

Shy Glizzy got arrested over the weekend after cops say he pulled a gun on his girlfriend and threatened to harm her ... TMZ has learned.

Our law enforcement sources tell us the rapper was arrested Saturday following a verbal altercation with his on-again, off-again girlfriend ... which police say escalated to the point where Shy grabbed a firearm and made a threat.

We're told the alleged incident played out on a public street around 9 AM Saturday ... and Shy took off after the argument. Our sources say West Hollywood Sheriff's Deputies got involved and a criminal report was made ... Shy was eventually tracked down by 6 PM and arrested.

Shy Glizzy was booked on a felony charge of making criminal threats ... records show he was released after about 4 hours behind bars on a $50,000 bond.

Our sources say police did not find a gun on Shy when he was arrested ... and he denied ever threatening the girlfriend, who we're told he's been dating off and on for 4 months.

We're told the case remains under investigation.

We've reached out to Shy ... so far no word back.

Donald Trump loves the Village People, but the feeling is apparently NOT mutual ... and now the band's lead singer is demanding Trump stop hiring impersonators to perform the band's iconic songs at Mar-a-Lago.

The wife of Victor Willis -- lead singer of the Village People -- fired off a legal warning to Trump, telling him to stop confusing people into believing they endorse him for president, which they claim Trump's doing with his entertainment choices.

The cease and desist letter, sent Monday and obtained by TMZ, comes on the heels of viral videos showing Trump dancing to a Village People tribute band at his Florida resort.

Willis says ever since the video of Trump dancing to "Macho Man" went viral on social media, the Village People have been flooded with questions from fans wondering if they endorse Trump.

The band says it's not them in the video, but rather a bunch of impersonators dressed like them ... and they say they never gave Trump permission to use the group's image and likeness at Mar-a-Lago.

According to the letter, Willis has "tolerated" Trump's use of Village People music in the past, but it sounds like the Mar-a-Lago concert is crossing a line ... so Willis is now demanding Trump stop using the band's images and music going forward, and threatening a lawsuit if Trump and his campaign don't comply.

We reached out to Trump's legal team ... so far no word back.

Britney Spears' marriage to Sam Asghari is on the rocks ... this according to multiple sources in the know.

TMZ has prepared a documentary that will air tonight, which explores Britney's life post-conservatorship. We're told Britney has gotten physical with Sam and screaming matches have been frequent. We're also told things have gotten so volatile security has had to step in.

Our sources say Sam doesn't stay at their home much anymore and it's especially alarming because of how she has come to rely on him.

WWE Hall of Famer "Superstar" Billy Graham -- known for his prowess as a bodybuilder and wrestler -- is on life support ... and his family says his situation is dire.

Graham's wife, Valerie, shared an update on her husband's status Monday ... saying, "Please urgent prayers needed for my husband. The doctors wanted to remove him from life support tonight. I refused."

"He’s a fighter and his will is strong even if his body isn’t. God is our hope."

According to a GoFundMe page for the WWE legend, the 79-year-old is dealing with a "myriad of very serious health issues" and has been in the ICU for over three weeks.

The once iconic bodybuilder is suffering from a significant infection in his ears and skull, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and hearing loss. His family said he's also recently lost 45 pounds.

Born Eldrige Wayne Coleman, Graham rose to prominence wrestling for American Wrestling Association and later the World Wrestling Federation.

In 2004, WWE inducted Graham -- who mentored the likes of Hulk Hogan, Jesse Ventura, Scott Steiner, and Ric Flair -- into its Hall of Fame.

Graham's family is asking people to donate to his GoFundMe ... as medical bills for the former champ continue to mount.

Martha Stewart is proving age ain't nothin' but a number ... 'cause the 81-year-old entrepreneur is gracing the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue this year -- making her the oldest model to ever get the honor!!

S.I. revealed the special cover on Monday ... showing the best-selling author and TV personality wearing a white one-piece halter bathing suit in the Dominican Republic.

Stewart explained her decision to pose for the famous mag ... saying, "When I heard that I was going to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, I thought, 'Oh, that’s pretty good, I’m going to be the oldest person I think ever on a cover of Sports Illustrated,'" Stewart said.

"And I don’t think about age very much, but I thought that this is kind of historic."

Stewart -- who turns 82 in August -- added she wanted to do the SI Swimsuit issue to prove you can look and feel good at any age.

"Age is not the determining factor in terms of friendship or in terms of success, but what people do, how people think, how people act, that’s what’s important and not your age," Martha said.

Stewart was one of four women picked to appear on the cover -- Megan Fox, Kim Petras and SI Swimsuit veteran Brooks Nader also got the nod.

FYI, this isn't Stewart's first modeling gig ... she modeled back in her teenage years for several companies, including Chanel.

A fisherman in Hawaii just had a real-life "Jaws" moment ... after a massive shark attacked him while kayaking in the ocean, and the entire death-defying encounter was caught on video!

It all happened on Friday, May 12 ... Scott Haraguchi was out fishing near the Kualoa shore in Honolulu, Hawaii. After catching a fish, he forgot to turn off his GoPro ... and it's a good thing he did.

Just a few minutes later, everything seems normal until all of a sudden, a tiger shark attacked his kayak, biting the boat for about 2 seconds, as Haraguchi screamed in fear.

Thankfully, Scott was able to kick the shark off.

Haraguchi, of course, was freaked out, and went on to warn nearby fishermen ... telling KITV he initially thought it was a turtle.

"I heard a whooshing sound that sounded like a boat heading towards me without the motor and I looked up and I saw this big brown thing," Haraguchi said.

"My brain thought it was a turtle but then I got slammed by it and realized that it was a tiger shark."

Haraguchi also said he's lucky to be alive and is concerned about the several shark sightings in the area, including a 20-foot shark the day after his incident.

"I realize that life is short, time is short on Earth, so make the most of it."

Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny's relationship just hit a new milestone -- they hit up a big birthday event together, and they did so ... in matching outfits, no less.

The lovebirds strolled into Giorgio Baldi Sunday night in Santa Monica, and both of them just happened to pull head-to-toe black leather out of their closets. Hell of a coincidence, right?!?

We're told they were there for a birthday bash for Travis Bennett -- AKA Yung Taco -- and Tyler, The Creator was also in the building.

When all 3 left the restaurant, they went next door to Shorebar ... with Tyler carrying a cake for Travis with what appears to be some clever candle placement!

Kendall, BB, and Tyler spent a good chunk of time next door before calling it a night -- and it looks like the place was packed with celebs, like Winnie Harlow and her BF Kyle Kuzma, as well as Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire.

Anne Heche was laid to rest over the weekend on Mother's Day, in a special yet emotional ceremony for those who loved her most ... TMZ  has learned.

A rep for Anne tells TMZ … Heche was given her final resting place Sunday afternoon at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery - Cathedral Mausoleum, a location reserved for some of the biggest names in showbiz.

The rep says, "She loved everyone so passionately and deeply and her children, her legacy, thank everyone for their support and love through this difficult time and are grateful to be able to honor their mother, [Sunday] on Mother’s Day."

AH was cremated, and our sources say her crypt is across from Chris Cornell and Johnny Ramone and it is next to Mickey Rooney -- a spot with a beautiful view of the lake located within the cemetery's Garden of Legends.

As we reported, Anne died last August after she was involved in a horrendous car crash. You'll recall, her car slammed into an L.A. home and caught the house on fire.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck certainly made the most of Mother's Day ...  spending time with both their moms for one big familial affair.

J Lo's mama, Guadalupe Rodríguez, and Ben's mom, Christopher Anne Boldt, joined the A-list couple for the Sunday Funday in Los Angeles.

J Lo's twins Emme and Max, as well as Ben's daughter, Seraphina, were also on hand to celebrate the moms -- showing everyone is all still getting along just fine.

Kinda makes sense he headed down to Mexico for some R&R ... Elon just named former NBCUniversal advertising exec Linda Yaccarino as the new CEO of Twitter last week, following months of backlash from users who weren't cool with how he was running things.

Several Cleveland Guardians fans got into a crazy brawl at a game over the weekend ... and things got so wild during the melee, a man actually appeared to hit a woman.

The fight happened at some point during the Guards vs. Angels tilt on Saturday at Progressive Field ... when some fans got into a tiff with a man who was sitting in a row in front of them.

In video from the scene, you can see that during their argument ... a woman in a Guardians jersey seemed to spit at the guy.

That apparently set the man off -- 'cause the footage shows he then took two swipes at the woman's face ... before the guy holding nachos tried to break things up with some punches.

The two were seen trading blows for several moments ... before they took things to the ground. More punches then ensued.

It's unclear how things were ultimately broken up and if any arrests were made -- we reached out to cops for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

As for the game, the Guardians ended up beating L.A., 8-6, despite their fans' wild actions in the stands.

Netflix is lookin' to cash in on its hit dating show, "Love Is Blind" by making a move to lock up rights to sell new products branded with a clever twist.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, Netflix is requesting the rights to sell items using the words "Love Is Wine." Cheeky and we can totally see future 'LIB' watch parties buying into it.

The streaming company's trademark application says it wants to slap the phrase on things like cake molds, glassware, napkin holders, plates, tea infusers, flasks, and several types of drinking glasses.

It's also looking to use it on things like wines and spirits, cocktail mixes, and even prepared cocktails. Given the fun name, this stuff could sell like hotcakes.

Netflix appears to be going all in on the 'LIB' craze ... also looking to secure the rights to brand bakery goods, snacks, frozen treats, pizza kits, chips, and salads. There's even mention of salt -- yes, just simple salt.

Of course, there's no doubt as to why it's full steam ahead on an idea like this -- the record-breaking series recently wrapped its fourth season and has even produced versions of the show in places like Japan and Brazil, with a handful of other locations in the works.

As we reported, millions of fans were waiting to tune into the live reunion special last month, but it never happened. Everyone ended up having to stream a prerecorded version the next day after technical glitches left fans looking at error codes on their TVs.

It's Mother's Day, and if one group of people that know how to give it up for their Mama Bears -- it's Hollywood's rich and famous ... which they certainly did this year.

The biggest stars made sure to heap on tons of love/praise for their moms Sunday, with tribute posts going up left and right on social media. Some are mothers themselves, others were shouting out their baby mamas ... but almost everyone was expressing gratitude.

Doyle Brunson, best known as "The Godfather of Poker" and one of the most dominant figures in the game, has died.

Brunson passed away Sunday, according to his agent, Brian Balsbaugh. His cause of death was not disclosed.

Balsbaugh posted a statement to Twitter from Brunson's family ... "It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of our father, Doyle Brunson. He was a beloved Christian man, husband, father and grandfather."

The message continued, "We’ll have more to say over the coming days as we honor his legacy. Please keep Doyle and our family in your prayers. May he rest in peace."

Brunson was affectionately named 'Texas Dolly' after the press misinterpreted a similar nickname, but the label stuck. With his unique moniker, Brunson won 10 World Series of Poker tournaments, second only to Phil Hellmuth's 16 victories.

The Texas-born, cards competing icon also secured back-to-back world championships -- in 1976 and 1977 -- and was later inducted into the 1988 Poker Hall of Fame.

Brunson was the first player to ever win $1 million in poker tournaments, earning him the “Godfather” title. He also penned a popular book called, "Super System," which detailed poker strategies and was instrumental in luring people to the game.

At his last poker championship in 2016, Brunson came in sixth, but his poor performance did not stain his reputation as arguably the best player ever.

His influence even touched those beyond the poker world. Actor James Woods tweeted in part, "This one is a heartbreaker. Doyle Brunson, the greatest poker player who ever lived, has cashed in his chips. A gentleman and a genuine legend."

Brunson was 89.
