Taylor Swift said she was blindsided when her music was sold over to Scooter Braun ... but a new report says her pops cashed in a huge paycheck on the deal.

For those unaware, TS' catalog was shipped off to Scooter in 2019 when Scott Borchetta, founder of Big Machine Label Group, put his company up for sale ... Scooter's Ithaca Holdings paid $330 mil to take it all.

Sources close to the negotiations tell us Taylor was never involved in any of those calls or directly in the deal at all, but a new report is challenging how much she actually knew about Scooter's move.

The sale spawned a ton of turmoil, as well as multiple "Taylor's Version" re-records of some of her past work ... but according to Music Business Worldwide, Taylor's dad Scott Swift took home $15.1M in the monumental sale.

Despite his cashing in, back in 2019 a rep for Taylor said he didn't have knowledge of the deal before it happened -- intentionally skipping a private NDA-signed phone call about a potential deal -- so that he didn't have to withhold anything from Taylor.

The rep stated, "On June 25, there was a shareholder phone call that Scott Swift did not participate in due to a very strict NDA that bound all shareholders and prohibited any discussion at all without risk of severe penalty. Her dad did not join that call because he did not want to be required to withhold any information from his own daughter. Taylor found out from the news articles when she woke up before seeing any text from Scott Borchetta, and he did not call her in advance."

A source close to the negotiations also added the shareholder meeting was held only 48 hours prior to the announcement of the sale to Scooter and since Scott Borchetta controlled 90% of the stock, the sale was a forgone conclusion.

The outlet confirms he was 1 of the 5 shareholders of BMLG at the time of the sale -- owning about 5% of the company when Borchetta unloaded it to Scooter. Quite the payday, especially considering the pain Taylor claimed the sale caused her.

Taylor's been re-recording all of her old albums ever since her music was sold off ... in order to have a version she'd be able to own.

Scooter also unloaded Taylor's master rights of her first 6 albums to an unknown investment fund for $300M in 2020, and she ripped into Scooter for them not being for sale to her.

The Denver Nuggets' NBA championship parade is officially underway ... and things are already off to a hot start -- with Kentavious Caldwell-Pope getting into a beer-chugging contest with a fan in the crowd!!

The awesome moment went down as the team made its way through the streets on firetrucks ... when KCP decided to hop off and down some brews with a lucky supporter.

The basketball player destroyed his competition ... but no one seemed to really be keeping score, as the two hugged it out at the end -- and the fan lost his damn mind.

Not everyone was guzzling the beers on hand, though -- Christian Braun did a sort of Triple H/"Stone Cold" Steve Austin combination by spitting out his drink as his truck cruised down the street.

Kim Kardashian is one brave mama ... taking a bunch of 10-year-old girls on a party bus to celebrate her daughter, North's 10th birthday, in a pink-themed bash.

Check out all the pics of Kim, Kourtney Kardashian, North and a bunch of her closest friends out Wednesday as they celebrated North turning 10. The crew stayed at a fancy-schmancy hotel in L.A. for the bash ... renting out a party bus to cruise around the city.

North's actual birthday is Thursday, so the sleepover party makes sense.

Kim's been all about pink and even Barbie this week -- hitting a Barbie exhibition with Khloe Kardashian earlier this week -- the two also brought along their daughters Chicago and True as well as nieces, Stormi and Dream.

As for North though, there was no shortage of energy from her party, so you gotta wonder just how much sleep Kim and Kourtney were able to get in wrangling all those kiddos.

Shannen Doherty is an open book when it comes to her terrifying journey with cancer ... showing fans a video of herself just before she went into surgery to get her tumor removed.

The actress posted the pre-op clip Wednesday, dating it "January 16, 2023" ... rattling off questions while gearing up for her big surgery. Shannen writes, "I am clearly trying to be brave but I am petrified. The fear was overwhelming to me. Scared of all possible bad outcomes, worried about leaving my mom and how that would impact her."

Shannen admits she was worried she'd come out of surgery and not be the same person anymore -- ending with, "This is what cancer can look like."

For those unaware, the "Charmed" star was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2015, but revealed earlier this month that she now has brain metastases ... a condition where cancer cells spread from their original spot to the brain.

She showed the medical team at Cedars-Sinai forming the mask she'd wear during radiation, saying she had her first round just days before her surgery.

Of course, this all took place in January -- and while she hasn't spoken about any updates, she told fans at a "Charmed" panel in March she's "feeling great."

MrBeast is known for his celeb collabs, giving away a ton of cash and even hosting wild competitions ... but one of those competitions took a turn for the worse, resulting in several contestants getting injured.

The social media megastar recently purchased a plot of land in North Carolina complete with a studio and housing, serving as the perfect spot to create content.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us on Monday, Beast hosted an Olympic-style challenge -- with reps from countries all around the world. We're told the competition included some sort of running event with hurdles and obstacles.

At some point, the competition became too intense, and possibly dangerous, resulting in what we're told was several of the athletes sustaining injuries.

A rep for MrBeast tells TMZ, "MrBeast was working on an upcoming video with athletic challenges, and there were three minor medical issues out of almost 200 participants. Medical personnel attended to the people immediately and released them shortly after.”

While we don't yet know the exact details of the injuries, our sources tell us the team has resumed filming ... so if there was any potential for more danger, that's clearly no longer an issue.

Meek Mill thinks YK Osiris deserves a second chance after the singer forcibly attempted to kiss Sukihana (twice) against her will ... and doesn't want to see him fry on the internet.

The Dreamchasers rapper offered his two cents on the matter just as YK's apology to Suki was making its rounds.

According to the mind of Meek, YK is an honest victim of the culture's ultra-sexual nature ... and made the simple mistake of letting his lil' head do the thinking!!!

Meek, in all his wisdom, also thinks YK could benefit from a slap or two and a day at church.

YK came under fire at a Crew League basketball game in the presence of comedians Lil Duval and Funny Marco ... but one person who was not laughing is Amber Rose, who scolded YK and claimed the moment brought her to real tears.

Suki, for her part, has chosen to take a break from social media for the time being and hasn't responded to YK's apology or Meek's unsolicited advice!!!

Rap pioneer Gangsta Boo died after consuming a cocktail of hard drugs and alcohol ... this according to a new report.

According to FOX13 in Memphis, the autopsy report for the hip hop artist states she died from an accidental overdose brought on by fentanyl, cocaine, and booze.

As we previously reported, Boo -- whose real name was Lola Mitchell -- was found unconscious on New Year’s Day inside a Memphis residence ... and despite efforts to revive her, she was pronounced dead on the scene. She was 43.

A Michael Jordan fan just spent a staggering sum of money to own some of the NBA legend's most iconic memorabilia ... dropping over $1 MILLION to nab His Airness' "Flu-Game" sneakers!!

The shoes -- which Jordan wore during Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz while he battled an illness -- were bought at auction Wednesday ... coming in with a final price tag of $1,380,000.

Somehow, it was not the highest price ever for Jordan sneakers -- a pair from the 1998 Finals and a pair from his rookie season previously netted more -- but, according to the man who facilitated the auction, Ken Goldin, they're an unreal purchase nonetheless.

In fact, the auction expert previously told TMZ Sports back in April that he believed they were simply "the most valuable sneakers of all time."

Jordan scored 38 points while wearing the Jordan 12s in the pivotal game in Salt Lake City. Despite battling an ailment that left him, at times, completely exhausted on the court, he still was the key reason the Bulls won the game. Chicago would later go on to lock up the NBA title on the heels of the victory.

Following the game, Jordan signed the kicks and then handed them over to Utah Jazz ball boy Preston Truman ... who had helped MJ with postgame snacks in years prior.

Truman then held onto them for over a decade, before he sold them at auction back in 2013. They hadn't been seen again ... until Goldin's auction this year.

No word on who Wednesday's buyer was ... but something tells us they're very rich -- and, now, very happy.

Treat Williams was alert and talking in the minutes after the motorcycle accident that ultimately claimed his life, a new report says.

On Wednesday, People magazine interviewed an eyewitness who revealed he saw Treat fly 15 feet into the air after his chopper collided with an SUV in East Dorset, Vermont.

Police said Treat was unable to maneuver out of the way of the oncoming Honda Element SUV, which had just made a turn into his path. The other motorist suffered minor injuries and has not been charged or cited in Monday's crash, although cops are still investigating.

The witness, Matt Rapphahn, told People … he sprinted over to Treat -- who was lying on the ground -- to see if the actor was ok. Rapphahn then dashed back to his auto repair shop and called 911, noting the SUV driver got out of his vehicle to console Treat.

Rapphahn said, "It was hard to tell [it was Treat] with the helmet on, but [the SUV driver] knows him — knew him — and he was saying, 'Oh, my God, it's Treat.'"

Paramedics quickly arrived on scene and started working on Treat, who was "conscious and verbal," according to Rapphahn.

Rapphahn went on to say Treat was in enormous pain as first responders moved him onto a stretcher so he could be placed inside an ambulance.

Gunna is ready to fire up his rap career once again after much public backlash ... dropping his first album since springing from prison in December.

The YSL rapper made the surprise announcement Wednesday, which also served as his 30th birthday, saying his fourth album "A Gift & a Curse" is dropping Friday.

Gunna also previewed a new summer vibe presumably from the new album to match his vacation surroundings.

Gunna was on top of the rap world when he was arrested in May 2022 as part of the ongoing YSL RICO case. His last album "DS4Ever" beat out The Weeknd for the top spot on the Billboard 200 and he had the entire world "Pushin P."

Fans are already anticipating the project to see if Gunna will address the massive deflection he's received from his rap peers such as Lil Baby, Lil Durk, even Young Thug's sister Dolly, and protégé Lil Gotit.

One of Harry Styles' expecting fans got the perfect gender reveal for their upcoming baby -- courtesy of the singer himself!

Harry was rockin' out at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London Wednesday night when he spotted a fan in the crowd ... one who was holding a sign for him, asking if he'd be down to help reveal their baby's gender -- an opportunity he couldn't resist.

HS was handed a pin from the expecting mama as well as a black balloon with the question "Boy or girl?" written across it -- and the crowd, as well as Harry, went wild with anticipation.

He even shouts out, "I don't know if I'm ready!" as he teases folks with the big reveal ... but after some waiting, Harry pops it -- and reveals the lucky fan is havin' a girl!

For those unaware, Harry's been taking time out of his "Love on Tour" shows to point out some of his favorite signs he spots in the crowd ... and he's seen just about everything from a proposal to helping another girl break up with her cheating boyfriend.

Meagan Good has raised some eyebrows in dating Jonathan Majors amid his domestic violence criminal case -- but her old Nickelodeon costar isn't worried one bit.

We got Robert Ri'chard -- who used to costar with Meagan on "Cousin Skeeter" -- out in L.A. Wednesday ... and we cut right to the chase with him, asking if MG is making a mistake by embracing the embattled Majors at such a precarious time.

RR makes no bones about how he feels ... telling us, not only does Meagan have a good head on her shoulders, but that she's a great judge of character ... and has been for years.

He also references her religious background -- MG has been an outspoken Christian for quite a long time now -- and says quite bluntly ... "Meagan is a woman of God." What you can glean from that, it seems, is that she's perhaps seeing something in Jon that others aren't just yet.

Rob also states the obvious ... namely, that people in this country are innocent until proven guilty -- and that Majors deserves his day in court, and for all the evidence to come out first before people jump to any conclusions. Although, frankly, many already have in this case.

As we've reported ... Majors' romance with Meagan took many by surprise, especially in regard to timing. Remember, he's still fighting criminal charges after his ex accused him of hitting her earlier this year ... something he's adamantly denied over and over again.

Since then, we've seen JM and MG all over the world together ... whether it be shopping, dining, and even jet-setting. They seem to be quite simpatico and then some.

It's fascinating that Rob is defending her ... clearly, he knows her well -- and appears quite confident that she knows what she's doing ... and would never put herself in a compromising situation with someone she suspected was a bad dude.

BTW, we would be remiss if we didn't bring up "Cousin Skeeter" itself ... and the prospect of a revival. Trust, we didn't miss the opportunity to get a good scoop here, and we might just have one for fans of the show.

YK Osiris wants to make one thing very clear -- he never meant to harm Sukihana in forcibly kissing her at a public event -- and is apologizing for his actions.

Osiris took to instagram to offer an apology Wednesday, writing, "I want to publicly offer my sincerest apology to Sukihana. In an attempt to be playful, I misread the moment and viloated Sukihana's boundaries."

He continues, "I understand the importance of consent and I am embarrassed by my behavior. I take full responsibility and have made multiple attempts to apologize. I have the utmost admiration for Sukihana and it was never my intention to disrespect her."

The apology comes after Osiris was slammed online for a video that showed him and Suki at Crew League in ATL over the weekend where he grabbed her face and kissed her twice as she shrieked in awkwardness.

People online accused Osiris of sexual assault, and hours after the event, Suki tweeted, "I drink to hide that I'm very sensitive. I feel things more then the average person. I stopped drinking yesterday but today I've been crying all day. I asked God to strengthen me and use me to help others and to order my steps in his word. I just want to go away for awhile."

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation told us prior to Saturday, the two didn't have any sort of relationship, and the whole thing took Suki totally off guard ... she was both embarrassed and hurt by YK's actions.

Sukihana has not yet responded to the apology.

Kevin Spacey is speaking out ahead of his upcoming sexual assault trial in London ... saying he's confident he'll get hired again for acting roles the moment he's cleared on the charges.

The two-time Oscar winner recently sat down for an interview with ZEITmagazin and claimed several people are ready to move forward with him on projects the moment he walks out of court a free man.

Spacey said ... "I know that there are people right now who are ready to hire me the moment I am cleared of these charges in London. The second that happens, they’re ready to move forward."

Pretty bold words from a guy who is facing 12 counts of sexual assault by four men and a criminal trial set to begin in London on June 28. Spacey was charged with offenses that allegedly occurred between 2001 and 2013 -- but he has denied any wrongdoing.

In the interview, Spacey pointed to the Anthony Rapp case as an example of why he will be found innocent at his trial. "The moment scrutiny is applied, these things fall apart," Spacey said, adding, "That's what happened in the Rapp trial, and that's what will happen in this case."

As you might recall, Rapp accused Spacey of molesting him when he was 14 during a party in 1986. But a New York jury sided with Spacey in the $40 million civil suit after a three-week federal trial last October.

Spacey polished off his chat with ZEIT by offering his assessment of the many sexual assault allegations he has faced since 2017, which have derailed his Hollywood career.

He said, "In 10 years, it won't mean anything. My work will live longer than I will, and that's what will be remembered."

Dr. Paul Nassif just unloaded his elaborate Bel-Air mansion for a pretty penny after years of construction and incredible design work on the pad.

According to property records, the top doc from "Botched" sold his 3-story Bel-Air home Wednesday, closing at auction for $20.4M. After auction fees, we're told Paul was left with $18.4M.

The 3-story pad was originally listed for $32M back in 2021, but since has gone through a ton of price cuts and real estate agents. Paul never lived in the home ... it was strictly a real estate and design project.

As for the home, it's 7-bedroom, 14-bath, and spans over 1.3 acres.

Bill Cosby is being sued for a slew of alleged sexual assaults back in the day ... and his accusers include Janice Dickinson and Lili Bernard.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Janice and Lili are among the nine women accusing Cosby of a series of sexual assaults and batteries from 1979 to 1992 in Nevada.

The women claim some of the alleged incidents took place in Cosby's suite in the same Las Vegas hotel.

Lili, who acted in "The Cosby Show," claims Cosby arranged for her to travel from New York to Nevada in 1990 under the pretense of arranging a meeting with Hollywood producers.

When Lili got to Las Vegas, she claims Cosby told her the producers could not attend the meeting and instead invited her to his hotel suite for a mentoring session ... where she says he encouraged her to quickly drink a beverage that made her feel dizzy, disoriented and giddy.

Lili claims the effects of the drink caused her to fall in Cosby's suite and become unconscious ... and when she woke up she claims she was lying naked next to a nude Cosby, who raped her despite her telling him she didn't want to have sex and crying for help.

In the suit, Janice claims Cosby invited her to Lake Tahoe in 1982 under the pretense of discussing a potential role on his TV show. She says they went to dinner, where she complained of menstrual cramps and Cosby in turn gave her a pill he said would help her cramps.

The former model claims she felt woozy, disoriented and dizzy after ingesting the pill ... and she says Cosby took her to his suite and raped her. She says she told him to stop and tried to fight him off to no avail.

Both Lili and Janice say Cosby engaged in sexual acts with them without their consent and against their will, and they say they did not have the mental or physical capacity to consent to or resist any of the sexual acts.

The women say they've suffered emotional distress, embarrassment, mental anguish and humiliation ... and they are going after Cosby for damages.

Cosby's rep, Andrew Wyatt, gave us this statement ... "It's interesting that these 'Look Back Windows' are formulating only in those states (New Jersey, New York, Los Angeles and Nevada) where many of Mr. Cosby’s alleged accusers reside. It makes ALL Americans ask the question, 'Who’s funding these alleged accusers and who’s funding these lawmakers?' Mr. Cosby is a Citizen of these United States but these judges and lawmakers are consistently allowing these civil suits to flood their dockets—knowing that these women are not fighting for victims—but for their addiction to massive amounts of media attention and greed."
