Diddy gives zero f****, and proved it with a Batman costume -- complete with a real Batmobile -- that's so dead-on to the 'Dark Knight' movies, it's sure to piss off Warner Bros. ... and maybe even SAG-AFTRA.

Check out the artist's killer look from Tuesday night's festivities -- the dude's a spitting image of the big screen Batman, and on top of his picture-perfect costume, he was riding around Hollywood in Batman's Tumbler ... the Batmobile of choice in the Christopher Nolan movies.

Diddy rented the iconic ride from TV Show Cars out of New Jersey and had it transported across the United States.

As we reported, Diddy told Jimmy Kimmel he was going to step up his Halloween game this year -- after saying last year's insanely good Joker costume resulted in WB claiming it was a copyright violation.

Kimmel told him to just dress up as Heath Ledger's character again, despite the heat, but Diddy warned his costume this year would also have WB lawyers working overtime ... and he was true to his word.

And then there's the actor's union -- SAG said it didn't want its members dressing up as movie characters for Halloween, but Diddy, and several others, are clearly ignoring that demand.

Batman was tripped up by one Halloween goblin ... fuel mileage. His Batmobile ran outta gas on Sunset Blvd!!! Of course, he's got people for that, and one of 'em fetched a gas canister for a refill -- not the hero Diddy deserved, but the one he needed!

Khloe Kardashian has found herself at the end of blackfishing accusations ... AGAIN.

In several posts shared to her Instagram for Halloween Tuesday, the Good American founder was seen posing away while playing dress up as a Bratz doll.

Accessorizing with a crystal-encrusted Bratz logo handbag, she wore a yellow minidress atop a long-sleeved white shirt, complete with a matching yellow beret over a knee-length platinum blonde wig.

But, unfortunately for Khloe, the attention was not on her outfit -- it was on her skin tone, which, according to many of her horrified followers, was "10 times darker."

"How is this not blackfishing?" one person fumed, while another claimed that she wanted to "see what she would look like black." Others chimed in they don't even recognize her questioning, "so khloe is doing blackface?"

For those who don't know, the term "blackfishing" is used to describe white people using filters, makeup, or excessive tan to masquerade as Black for monetary value and personal gain.

Khloe hasn't been the only one of her sisters accused of blackfishing ... Kylie Jenner has also come under fire over the years -- most recently when she announced her Bratz doll collection back in August.

Celine Dion made an appearance Monday in Vegas ... and the images are remarkable, given what she's been going through.

Celine hit up a hockey game at the T-Mobile Arena between the Vegas Golden Knights and her hometown team, the Montreal Canadiens.

Although her team lost, everyone was in good spirits in the locker room afterward as Celine chatted up the team and seemed in great spirits.

As you know, she's been struggling with stiff-person syndrome, an extremely painful neurological disorder that triggers sometimes unbearable muscle spasms.

The video and photos are kind of astonishing ... there have been no photos of the singer for 3 1/2 years. She hasn't performed and has released almost all of her staff as she deals with her illness.

Celine's sons, René-Charles, and twins Nelson and Eddy were with her, and posed with a couple players.

Celine told the world late last year she was suffering from the disease and explained her music career was on hold until she could put her illness in check.

Ariana Grande's supporting her boyfriend, Ethan Slater, by hitting Broadway to watch his latest role in "Spamalot" -- and that means coming face-to-face with tons of her fans for the first time in a long time.

The crowd was waitin' for the singer outside the St. James Theater Tuesday night, where Ariana was checking out Ethan's performance in the Monty Python musical -- she left the show with a pal, her Playbill and a "Spamalot" paper crown.

Obviously, word got 'round that Ari was catching the show on Halloween, because loads of folks greeted her once the musical was over, and a lot wanted to snap pics with the singer ... but it sounded like she was a bit nervous for people's safety and instead took to the car.

Ethan plays The Historian & Prince Herbert in the Broadway revival -- it officially opens later this month, so Ari and co. were on hand for the musical's first preview. Always good to be in the with the cast.

Her friend really got into the Halloween spirit, BTW ... taking in the show while dressed as Sir Galahad!

Sources close to Ariana tell TMZ ... she's been having more fun, and going out more often lately -- we're told it's clear she feels safer and more able to be herself in this new relationship.

Fast food giants McDonald's and Chipotle are hikin' up their prices once again in California ... this after Governor Gavin Newsom approved a wage increase for fast-food workers.

The Golden Arches' CEO Chris Kempczinski announced the CA price increase Monday, although it's unclear exactly how much the grub will now cost across the State.

Chipotle did much of the same last week, with CFO Jack Hartung revealing on a company earnings call the Mexican fast-food chain would likely bump up prices, too.

While an increase in cost for your Big Mac or burrito bowl certainly isn't new, the latest price change comes after Gov. Newsom signed legislation in September that increased the minimum wage for fast-food workers from $16.21 to $20 an hour.

Newsom said CA is "home to more than 500,000 fast-food workers who – for decades – have been fighting for higher wages and better working conditions."

Lil Nas X certainly had an interesting look for Halloween this year, mixing gore with feminine hygiene ... and opting to dress as a bloody tampon.

The "Old Town Road" rapper revealed the shocking look on Instagram Tuesday night as celebs took to the platform to show off their looks. Nas' video starts out with a homemade vagina before panning out to the rest of his look ... complete with a blonde wig and high white boots.

Most of his fans found humor in the costume, with comments like, "Really said PERIOD." and "Some would say you have a heavy flow."

However some took offense to the outfit, writing, "I enjoy this look but the fact that you personally have never experienced the stigma, shame or pain involved with having a period makes me pause and think……. But why though?"

Another said, "Not funny. Actually quite misogynistic. And being gay does not give u pass."

Lil Nas X is no stranger to pushing the PC boundaries, especially on social media, so the look shouldn't be THAT shocking ... but clearly, he's still causing a divide.

Bradley Cooper and his ex-fiancée Irina Shayk can't show a more united front than this -- rocking his and hers costumes for their Halloween night candy run ... with their daughter Lea, of course.

Despite ending their romance 4 years earlier, the actor and supermodel have always come together to co-parent, and they took that up a notch Tuesday night in Manhattan as they both dressed as Rocket Raccoon ... Bradley's "Guardians of the Galaxy" character!

Don Lemon and his partner, Tim Malone, should win first prize for 2023's most hilarious politically-themed Halloween costumes -- and The White House would probably agree!!!

The ex-CNN anchor and Malone reimagined the moment President Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris famously announced their victory in the 2020 election over Donald Trump and Mike Pence.

The image shows Lemon as Harris in a blue pants suit with a brown wig, and Malone as Biden in a crisp black suit and tie with white hair. Both are triumphantly holding each other's hands up while gripping American flags in their other fists. Lemon wrote in the caption, "We did it, Tim!!! Happy Halloween."

Of course, the couple was imitating Biden and Harris speaking to one another by phone while congratulating themselves on their huge White House win. In a vid, Harris proudly proclaimed, "We did it, Joe!"

All in all, it's very funny stuff. Don and Tim get major kudos for creativity as well. And the real Joe and Kamala will probably get a couple of belly laughs out of it, too.

Heidi Klum was completely unrecognizable at her Halloween bash Tuesday night ... transforming herself into a giant blue peacock!!!

The iconic supermodel was the center of attention as she put on a dazzling show for the cameras at her 22nd Annual "Heidi Halloween" soiree at Marquee Nightclub in NYC.

For her nearly two-minute performance, Heidi squeezed into a tight blue velvet bodysuit complete with a yellow beak and feathers sprouting from her head.

Ten dancers in spooky green and blue catsuits -- some spreading their elaborate wings -- gave Heidi an assist, twice propping her up before the flashing lights of the photogs.

Heidi and Co. posed for some group shots and then went to party inside the club. Of course, Heidi's family was also there dressed in their own Halloween getups.

Her hubby, Tom Kaulitz, gave Heidi a run for her money, converting himself into a jumbo egg. Heidi didn't seem to mind, as she planted a huge kiss on his white-painted face peeking out of the fake shell.

Their teen daughter, Leni, looked stunning in a sexy strawberry-inspired outfit, while Heidi's brother-in-law, Bill Kaulitz, dressed up as a unicorn.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is ready to step up to a microphone once she's released from prison -- but it won't be for fame and attention, instead, she wants to help others who suffer like she once did.

The infamous felon, who pled guilty to second-degree murder for the 2015 slaying of her mother, is ready to turn over a new leaf when she gets out in December ... according to sources close to Gypsy.

Those sources tell TMZ ... Gypsy's planning on doing a lot of public speaking and engaging in advocacy work on behalf of child abuse victims. Obviously, that's how she categorizes herself, on account of what she says her mom, Dee Dee, put her through.

Specifically, we're told Gypsy wants to raise awareness about Munchausen's syndrome by proxy -- the medical term professionals have used to describe Dee Dee's actions.

It pertains to a parent who pretends their kids are sick and live out the lie.

Considering Gypsy's extensive experience in this realm, our sources say she believes she can help a lot of other people who might be going through something similar ... and in the same breath, it'll put a positive spotlight on mental health from her POV.

We're told Gypsy's grown and matured a lot while incarcerated, and she feels well-equipped to reacclimate into society and do some good. Our sources say she has a support system around her -- including her husband, Ryan -- to help with the transition.

One thing Gypsy's taken part in while in prison is group therapy -- which we're told was incredibly helpful -- but when she's out, she'll probably enter one-on-one trauma therapy sessions, as she's still working through her issues.

Another Halloween in the books and Hollywood did not hold back this year ... so, we've rounded up some of the best costumes we've seen from this season!!!

"Barbie" was a big hit at the box office and at costume parties ... celebs dressing up as the iconic doll (and movie character) include Kelsea Ballerini and YouTuber Sierra Furtado ... and we just can't get Kenough.

Drew Barrymore went old school with an ode to Bob Ross ... complete with a hairy chest, afro and a goatee. Get Drew an easel, some paint and a fresh canvas, STAT!!!

The most timely duo costume was definitely Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, and we saw versions from 2 IRL couples -- Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos and Rachel Zoe and hubby Rodger Berman.

The Casamigos party was littered with celebs who went all out with their costumes. Most of 'em hit home runs, but Heidi Klum just might take the cake here.

As is her tradition ... Heidi got super creative and intricate with her Halloween costume -- a flowing pink cape, tons of makeup, facial prosthetics and a very spooky vibe. Ya gotta imagine it took hours to finish, so props to HK for pulling off another unique look.

Bill Bidwill Jr. -- the former Arizona Cardinals exec who's the brother of the NFL team's current owner, Michael Bidwill -- was a bloody mess following an alleged fight with his wife earlier this year ... new police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows.

In the footage, you can see officers responded to Bill's Paradise Valley, Ariz. residence at around 6 PM on June 9 following a report of domestic violence ... they came into immediate contact with Bill, who appeared to be bleeding profusely from his face area.

Bill can be heard in the video -- captured on Paradise Valley Police Dept. body cameras -- telling officers his wife, Nicole Bidwill, had just roughed him up following an altercation over some carpet installation.

"She was very upset at me," said Bill, who continuously wiped blood from his head with a large towel.

"I'm sitting on the couch, and she's screaming at me. And I was trying to not escalate because she has a very bad temper."

"And then she started hitting me, and I just started defending myself."

Bill told an officer Nicole "must have hit" him "a hundred times," adding that the strikes were thrown with force. He also said that during the altercation, she picked up a glass cup full of beer and shattered it over his forehead.

"That cut me here," he told a cop.

Bill added that as he tried to get away, Nicole grabbed him and was "just beating the s*** out of me."

Bill, however, later told cops he did not want them to arrest his wife. Instead, he told them to take him into custody -- explaining, "She is not going to tolerate that well."

Meanwhile, cops also interviewed Nicole at the scene ... though she appeared to be far less cooperative with law enforcement than her husband.

She, at first, didn't want to get off the hood of a car she was lying on. She later didn't want to answer questions, telling officers she wanted to wait for her daughter, who's an attorney.

And, when cops placed her under arrest, she didn't want to walk to their squad cars -- so they carried her by her arms and legs.

As we reported, Nicole was booked on a charge of assault ... though, according to a police report, Bill did not want to press charges.

Bill served as the vice president of the Cardinals for several years when his dad, Bill Bidwill Sr., owned the team ... and in 2019, he reportedly helped take over ownership following Sr.'s passing. He does not, however, currently have any role with the team.

American actress Robyn Lively was just 17 years old when she played the iconic character of Louise Miller -- the nerdy and sweet high schooler with super powers who casts a spell on her man crush -- in the American teen comedy film "Teen Witch".

Robyn shared the big screen with Dan Gauthier as the hottest guy in school and football captain, Brad Powell, Joshua John Miller as Robyn's younger bro, Richie Miller and Zelda Rubinstein as slightly wacky supernatural expert, Madame Serena Alcott.

Tyler Christopher, famous for his work on "General Hospital" and "Days of Our Lives," is dead.

The soap star died Tuesday morning in his San Diego apartment, the result of a "cardiac event" ... according to his 'GH' costar Maurice Bernard.

Tyler's being remembered by Maurice as "a truly talented individual that lit up the screen in every scene he performed and relished bringing joy to his loyal fans through his acting."

Maurice continues ... "Tyler was a sweet soul and wonderful friend to all of those who knew him. Tyler was an advocate for better mental health and substance use treatment who openly spoke about his struggles with bipolar depression and alcohol."

Tyler famously played Nikolas Cassadine and Connor Bishop on "General Hospital" ... appearing in 1,153 episodes from 1996 to 2016.

In addition to his longstanding role on 'GH,' Tyler also played Stefan DiMera on "Days of Lives" ... appearing in 160 episodes from 2001 to 2019.

Tyler was 50.

French Montana's flying private, but his travel plans are still coming with headaches ... because he says authorities in Colombia searched his jet for narcotics.

The rapper says he was trying to fly out of the South American country Tuesday, but he was grounded at the airport while officers combed through his plane in search of cocaine.

French posted video of his encounter with law enforcement, and you see a handful of police officers going through the plane along with a drug-sniffing dog.

He's keeping a cool head about it, for the most part, even petting the K-9 in front of officers. He's also proclaiming his innocence ... saying la policia got the wrong idea about him.

Yes, he named his label (and mixtape series) Cokeboys, but French declares there's no contraband on his ride.

Despite the hard time from Colombian police, French says he's still got love for the country ... though he adds, "you don't have to do me like this!!!"

Atlanta's food scene has been under the microscope since a viral food critic came to town with bad reviews -- and now, some of these places are promising change.

Keith Lee, who has a massive TikTok following and whose food reviews have turned small, unseen businesses into out-the-door favorites brought his talents to the ATL last week -- and had a lot to say.

He did a number of video reviews ... and a good handful of them actually ended up being retrospectives into how difficult it turned out to be to order takeout at a bunch of well-known/popular establishments in town. His stops included The Real Milk & Honey, and Kandi Burruss's Old Lady Gang restaurant -- both experiences, he says, left him without food.

Apparently, there are a ton of "rules" Keith says he and his family had to go through to even place an order or to be seated -- stemming from what he characterizes as bad customer service -- and since calling these places out ... a lot of folks have chimed in to agree.

In the aftermath of these reviews -- and amid all the discourse that's followed -- there seems to be a consensus ... it's kinda difficult to dine in Atlanta, and for no real good reason, either.

Kandi addressed part of Keith's critique -- the fact he and his crew couldn't easily order takeout -- and said her restaurant puts the focus and resources on those who eat in. However, she didn't address his claim he was only offered a table because of his name.

In any case ... Kandi welcomes him back and hopes she and the OLG team can get another shot. The folks who own The Real Milk & Honey (which is a franchised restaurant) took a slightly different approach ... but ultimately landed with a bit of a clarification/apology too.

After one of the RMH honchos reportedly torched Keith on a local radio station -- in trying to defend his restaurant's stringent practices -- the restaurant itself issued a lengthy statement Tuesday ... seemingly admitting to being in the wrong.

The corporate account says they've done some soul-searching over the course of this week-long saga ... and now, The Real Milk & Honey is vowing to tweak how they operate.

They don't exactly say what's in store -- but it appears Keith's review made 'em think twice.

BTW, this whole chapter took over part of the Internet for a good several days ... and it got some big-time celebs weighing in on the supposed Atlanta food scene "problem" -- including Cardi B, who in no uncertain terms sided with Keith ... and thanked him for exposing it.

As many have noted ... the Keith Lee effect is real, for better or worse. Take note, folks -- he critiques food AND customer service ... and he'll let ya know if he's not feeling it!
