Gisele Bündchen says her divorce from Tom Brady has been no cakewalk ... admitting the recent split has been hard on her, but she's getting through the rough patch by shifting her focus elsewhere.

The supermodel went into detail about ending her 13-year marriage with the seven-time Super Bowl champion in an interview with Vogue Brazil this week ... where she opened up about finding the silver lining, despite how much of a toll it has taken on her.

"I've always believed that every situation, no matter how challenging, teaches us something and helps us grow," Gisele said.

"Breakups are never easy, especially when the media is speculating every step of the way."

Of course, there was a lot of speculation at the time about why Gisele and Tom were calling it quits -- many believed it was about Brady's return to football, but as we previously reported, that was simply not the case.

Gisele added she is keeping her kids, health, career, and aspirations the priority after the divorce ... as she now has a better understanding and acceptance of herself.

Carlee Russell is now facing criminal prosecution, and it's all because police say she completely fabricated that wild kidnapping story ... prompting a massive, and expensive, search.

Prosecutors in Hoover, Alabama just charged Carlee with 2 misdemeanors -- false reporting to law enforcement authorities and falsely reporting of an incident. Each charge carries up to one year in jail.

Hoover Police Chief, Nick Derzis, said Carlee turned herself in and was released from jail Friday after posting $2,000 bond.

As you know, Carlee called 911 earlier this month when she was driving down the interstate to report a toddler wandering alone on the roadside. She got out of her car and then disappeared for 2 days ... before showing up at her parents' house without so much as a scratch on her.

Since then, police have said their investigation shows there was no toddler on the highway, and Carlee was not abducted -- as she and her parents claimed -- and then Carlee finally admitted it was all a phony story.

Prosecutors tell us they still don't know where Carlee was during the roughly 48-hour period she was off the grid -- ditto for police, who spent tons of money and resources searching for her.

After Carlee copped to the load of BS, her boyfriend slammed her for her lies, and said he's now her ex-BF -- a move that came after he initially defended her, as he also bought her kidnapping lie.

Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles, is pulling the plug on her second marriage ... filing for divorce from her actor husband, Richard Lawson, after 8 years of marriage.

Tina beelined it to court Wednesday and filed for divorce ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

She lists the date of separation as Tuesday, and Tina is rolling with the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Tina and Richard tied the knot way back in April 2015 ... and they did not have any children together.

Of course, Tina has two kids with her first husband, Mathew Knowles ... Beyonce and Solange.

In the docs, Tina is asking the court to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to her or Richard.

Tina's apparently changed her name to Celestine Lawson when she married Richard ... and now she wants to have her named restored to Celestine Knowles.

Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios took their romance to the red carpet on Wednesday ... hitting up the ESPYs together amid the NFL player's nasty breakup with Sophia Culpo.

The TikTok star and Miami Dolphins receiver eliminated any doubt about whether they're actually a couple at the sports award show ... with their appearance being considered a "hard launch" for their relationship.

Kevin Costner's one step closer to finding out what he owes his estranged wife for child support ... a judge tentatively ruled the actor will be coughing up more than $129k a month.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge in their divorce case says Kevin must pay Christine Baumgartner $129,755 per month in child support. The ruling is tentative, subject to another upcoming hearing though the decision rarely changes.

The figure is a little over half of what Kevin's estranged wife was gunning for ... she requested $248k, a figure Kevin's accountant said included more than $100k for cosmetic procedures.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin initially offered Christine $51,940, in addition to him paying all the children's expenses, but she scoffed at the figure ... saying the offer was "completely inappropriate."

According to the docs,  Kevin and Christine will each be on the hook for 50% of their kids' health care expenses, plus their extracurricular activities and private school tuition.

Kevin is also being ordered to advance Christine $200k for attorney's fees and another $100k in forensic costs.

The names are intersecting one another in an intricate design -- they're Dakota, Stella, Alexander and Jesse. One of those, Stella, is a child she shares with Antonio ... Alex and Dakota are kids of hers from other relationships -- and Jesse's her stepchild.

Melanie actually started the process of getting rid of her Antonio tat a few years ago -- a process she started after they'd split in 2014 -- and for a while ... her arm was completely tattoo-free.

Tori Spelling's mom Candy says she's in her daughter's corner when it comes to her ending her marriage with Dean McDermott ... and Mama Spelling tells us her kid is doing ok.

We got Candy outside Hermes in Beverly Hills Friday with "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star Josh Flagg, and she makes it clear -- she will ALWAYS have her daughter's back, especially as she and Dean go their separate ways.

Candy acknowledges that includes helping out financially if needed. As you know, Tori, in the past, has had some financial problems.

Josh, who said he watched Candy & Tori mend their relationship last year, is hoping this split sticks, telling us Tori's someone that deserves to live a happy life ... and having Dean out of the picture, according to Josh, is how that can now become a reality.

You'll recall, things were once tense between Tori and her mom when her dad Aaron Spelling died in 2006 -- when he left Tori a sliver of his $500 million estate. Candy's also had a hard time accepting her relationship with Dean, who married Tori that same year.

As we reported, Dean broke the news last month on social media, saying he and Tori "decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own."

Taylor Swift did something super interesting during her performance Saturday night in Minneapolis ... she urged fans to lay off one of her exes.

Taylor has one song which is a surprise to her fans each night at her "Eras" concerts, and Saturday's was "Dear John"-- a biting song about ex-flame John Mayer.

Taylor clearly had bad feelings about John when she wrote the tune, but on Saturday her tune changed. She told the crowd, "I'm 33 years old. I don't care about anything that happened to me when I was 19. I'm not putting this album out so you can go on the internet and defend me against someone you think I wrote a song about someone 14 million years ago."

Taylor explained she was re-recording "Speak Now" which includes "Dear John" because she wants to own her own music, but she clearly says she's not interested in trashing him.

Kelly Clarkson says therapy helped her get through her divorce, and she thinks it can be a useful tool for other couples who are going through relationship issues.

We got Kelly Wednesday in NYC, and our photog asked about her recent revelation she started therapy when her marriage hit a rough patch ... and has been doing sessions ever since.

Kelly says the reason therapy is helpful, at least for her, is the fresh perspective that comes with talking to people outside her normal circle.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelly finally settled her bitter divorce with Brandon Blackstock back in March 2022, splitting after 7 years of marriage and two children together.

The tenant Kevin Costner allegedly confronted over a cozy relationship with his estranged wife is speaking out ... telling us things never got sexual with Christine Baumgartner.

We got Daniel Starr leaving a Starbucks in Ventura Wednesday, and our photog asked him point-blank if he ever hooked up with the actor's estranged wife when he was living at the Costner's beachfront guest house in Carpenteria.

It's not a random question ... the Sun reports Kevin confronted Daniel about his relationship with Christine, claiming the 2 were spending lots of time together on the property while Kevin was off filming.

Daniel was kinda coy when we asked him if there really was a confrontation -- but he was clear about any alleged cheating ... telling us they never hooked up, and were just friendly with each other.

No beef here, according to Daniel ... he says he has no problem with Kevin, even though he moved out a few months before his 12-month lease was set to end.

Daniel says he only had a landlord-tenant relationship with Kevin ... and he's hoping the estranged couple can resolve their divorce amicably for the sake of their children.

While it seems Daniel had a front-row seat to the end of Kevin and Christine's marriage, he doesn't want to speculate about what led to the split ... and it sounds like he just wants to make a clean break.

Kevin Costner's estranged wife wants him to fork over nearly a quarter of million dollars a month to care for their kids ... but Kevin makes it clear from his legal docs, he thinks his estranged wife's ask is highway robbery.

Christine Baumgartner filed new legal docs in which she asks a judge to force KC to shell out $248,000/month in child support for their three kids. She claims that an eye-popping amount is the only way Christine and the children can "live at a standard somewhat approaching the standard that the children will be enjoying while in Kevin's care." BTW, she says that doesn't include private school tuition, health care and sports-related expenses, which she also wants him to pay.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Kevin is already paying 100% of the kids' expenses. In addition to the expenses, Costner has filed legal docs saying he's willing to kick in an additional $38k per month.

Christine says Kevin's enormous wealth is more than enough to cover her ask ... claiming Kevin's total income last year was $19.5 million. Their family expenses, she claims, were $6.6 million. Kevin clearly thinks the money has nothing to do with child support.

BTW, it sounds like they live large ... CC lists regular trips to places like Hawaii, Aspen and the Caribbean -- where she says they often hire caterers and chefs to entertain their guests.

The upkeep of their many properties ain't cheap either ... about $2 mil/year ... says Christine.

As we've reported ... this divorce is getting uglier by the week. Recently, Kevin filed court docs of his own in which he claimed Christine refused to move out of one of his properties ... despite clear terms in their prenup that he insists required her to move out by a certain date after she filed for divorce.

Mod Sun is not looking for a second shot at love with Avril Lavigne now that she's single again, as he feels that ship has sailed for him ... but the feeling is mutual.

Sources close to Mod Sun tell TMZ … he's moved on from Avril and has no interest in getting back with her.

Remember ... Mod Sun and Avril got engaged last year, but she dumped him and went public with Tyga in March -- a move Mod called a full blindside -- but, as we first reported, that whirlwind romance has now run its course.

However, Avril certainly isn't looking for a reconciliation either, as a source close to the star tells us, "Avril has been extremely busy working on new music and is excited about the future.  She has no intention of looking back at things that didn’t work for her previously."

While Mod Sun was initially devastated by Avril calling off their engagement, our sources say he's now in a good place in his life and doesn't want to get back with her.

In fact, Mod Sun is on the European leg of his tour, where he's teasing some new songs inspired by his breakup with Avril.

We're told the rocker used his pain to create new music, and he refuses to let himself go down a road of hurt and lies again.

As for Avril ... TMZ broke the story, she and Tyga split after a few months together -- but our sources are adamant -- the two remain super close friends and both are working in the studio separately on new music.

Anyone holding out hope that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann might find some common ground during their nasty divorce should just give up ... cuz it just ain't happening.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the estranged couple has stopped all direct communication ... only having a back and forth using their lawyers.

What's more -- the two still live under the same roof, but in separate wings of the house, while still sharing their 4 young kids between the two of them. Our sources says there's absolutely zero chance the pair will ever get along again, things are just that bad.

When speaking of their relationship, our source says, "They hate each other. It's very contentious." We're told the whole thing has been messy for their family, and will continue at least until the divorce is finalized and Kim and Kroy can legally go their separate ways.

TMZ broke the story, Kim filed docs earlier this week defending herself as a mother and accusing Kroy of being mentally and emotionally abusive over the years.

Kroy's taken his own jabs at Kim, too, accusing her of having a serious gambling addiction and asking the judge for sole physical and legal custody of the couple's children.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are calling it quits on their nearly two-decade marriage.

Dean announced their breakup Friday night on social media, saying ... "It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own."

The Canadian actor added ... "We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time."

It doesn't appear either party has filed anything in court yet.

So far, Tori has been mum about the split ... but, to Dean's point about co-parenting, the now estranged couple was photographed celebrating their daughter Stella Doreen's 15th birthday earlier this week at the Beverly Hilton.

Kim Kardashian clearly has no problem poking fun at her sister's love life, as evidenced by the T-shirt she's flaunting with Kendall Jenner and all of her NBA ex-boyfriends!

The video, featuring Kim K and North West, was posted Sunday from their joint account ... the mommy-daughter duo was seen dancing around, as KK styled North's hair, but fans overlooked all that to focus on Kim's wardrobe.

The shirt in question has a close-up photo of Kendall surrounded by 5 NBA stars -- Jordan Clarkson, Blake Griffin, Ben Simmons, Kyle Kuzma, and her most recent ex Devin Booker -- with the text, "Kendall Starting Five" plastered on the front.

You'll recall, Kendall dated Jordan Clarkson back in 2016 when he played for the Lakers, but they wound up breaking up later the same year. The following year, she moved on to Blake Griffin, who currently plays for the Boston Celtics. They called it quits in 2018.

She had an on-and-off relationship with Ben Simmons from 2018-2019 before dating Kyle Kuzma, who is currently with the Washington Wizards. In 2020, she was with current Phoenix Suns player, Devin Booker, until they eventually ended last November.

Misa Hylton -- the mother of Diddy's eldest son Justin Combs -- is none too pleased following their son's DUI arrest ... and it appears she thinks his dad hasn't been the strictest parent.

TMZ Hip Hop broke the story ... JC was busted for running a red light around 8 AM on Sunday morning, and eventually hauled off and booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge.

Shortly after the news broke, Misa launched into a tirade on Instagram aimed at Diddy, suggesting his "reality show" lifestyle led Justin down the wrong path.
