The ex-girlfriend of Daren Kagasoff, star of "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," has obtained a temporary restraining order against the actor ... this after she claimed he threatened to leak nude pictures of her online and allegedly sent some to her parents.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Breanna Trupiano claims they split last July after Daren allegedly "threw a lit cigarette in my hair and told me he was going to kill me."

Breanna claims their issues didn't stop after the breakup ... she says he "stalked [her] work and apartment for 7 months" until she filed a police report.

She says he left her alone for a few months but claims he started to harass her again when she posted a pic of her new boyfriend on Instagram.

She claims the actor made fake IG accounts and threatened to post her nudes online ... she also says he used burner numbers to send pics to her parents.

Breanna says she's now afraid to go outside her home or post about her love life on social media ... worrying, "I'm scared of what he may do next."

The actor's required to stay 100 yards away from her and isn't allowed to make any contact.

"Vanderpump Rules" stars Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz are putting their divorce drama on camera.

The reality show is back in production for the upcoming 10th season and Katie and Tom's split appears to be taking center stage ... because 'VPR' cameras are capturing some tense interactions between the exes.

We're told the former couple has filmed multiple one-on-one scenes in the last month since calling off their 12-year relationship, including a confrontation about Tom talking to another woman.

As you see in the clip obtained by TMZ, Katie and Tom were at the Daily Mail opening party of Schwartz and Sandy’s -- the bar owned by Tom and his best friend/costar Tom Sandoval. K&T were seated at a table in the crowded bar 2 weeks ago, and emotions were running super hot.

Now check out the pic from last Tuesday ... folks at the same bar saw Katie confronting Tom on camera ... confronting him about flirting with another woman. We're told the confrontation ended with Katie leaving the joint.

Congratulations are in order for Bre Tiesi -- the model and Nick Cannon just welcomed their baby son to the world!!

Tiesi -- Johnny Manziel's ex-wife -- announced the news on Monday ... saying it was an at-home, unmedicated birth.

"This was the most humbling / limit pushing yet awakening and completely empowering experience," Tiesi said on Instagram.

"This experience has changed me forever and I couldn’t of asked for a more amazing and supportive partner. Daddy showed the f up for us ... I couldn’t of (sic) done it without you. 💙 I can’t believe he’s here 🤗."

This is Cannon's eighth child and Tiesi's first.

We broke the story ... Nick and Bre went public with the pregnancy back in January, announcing at a baby shower they were having a baby boy.

'RHOC' alum Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her girlfriend, Victoria Brito, have called it quits after nearly 9 months of dating ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... the two ended things early this week. We're told the relationship had gotten tough to manage over the last few weeks due to the long distance between them and their work schedules.

We're told last weekend, Vic was on a work trip in Mexico and Braunwyn was in Orange County, CA ... and the two realized things just weren't working because they couldn't spend the time together they had hoped for -- not to mention, Vic lives in NYC.

We're also told they fell fast and hard at the beginning, but the spark didn't stay strong.

TMZ broke the story ... Braunwyn and Vic first started dating in November 2021, and were spotted together in December when they put on a full-blown PDA show on Miami Beach.

Paul Staehle and his 3-year-old son Pierre have safely returned home to Kentucky after a police bulletin reported them missing last week, TMZ has learned.

'The 90 Day Fiancé' star tells TMZ ... he drove back to the Louisville area on Saturday with Pierre, and the two met with Paul's parents at a park.

Paul said he turned Pierre over to his parents because he didn't want to deal with all the drama involving Child Protective Services.

He says he needs more time to process the legal situation engulfing him, his ex-wife Karine Martins and their 2 young kids, Ethan and Pierre.

After they were reported missing, Paul denied kidnapping Pierre and going on the lam with him, insisting they had been on a long work trip together since early June.

Paul's parents contacted CPS officials, who picked up Pierre and reunited him with 1-year-old Ethan at a foster home.

As we’ve reported, Paul and Karine lost custody of their children to CPS after videos surfaced of the couple's abusive relationship dating back to 2010, when they were featured on the show.

Paul's parents are now seeking full custody of the kids and plan to duke it out with the authorities in family court.

A rep for Louisville Police Department confirmed to TMZ ... Pierre was located and is safe, and the Missing Person’s report had been closed on Sunday.

Paul Staehle and his young son, Pierre, were reported missing this week -- alarming fans who've followed his story ... but the guy says it's a big misunderstanding.

The "90 Day Fiance" star tells TMZ ... he's aware he and his 3-year-old have officially been reported as MIA in Louisville, KY -- made public in a since-deleted bulletin posted by Missing People in America -- but denies he's kidnapped and fled with his own kid ... saying they were simply on a long work trip together dating back to early June, and that Pierre is safe.

Paul -- who says he's had, in recent months, sole custody of his 2 children, Pierre and Ethan, whom he shares with ex-wife, Karine Martins -- explains that he's been bouncing around these past few weeks between Pennsylvania and FL with Pierre, as PS seeks work.

The reason he brought Pierre with him for this journey, he says, is because the kid suffers from extreme separation anxiety. Since they left, though, local CPS officials have taken custody of his other son (who was staying with Paul's mom, we're told) ... and then filed a missing person's report with cops. Louisville Metro PD confirms to TMZ they took the report.

As for what's going to happen now ... Paul tells us he and Pierre are heading back to Louisville STAT to deal with this mess, and he hopes to regain custody of his children on his own or through his folks by going to court, which he says he'll do in the coming weeks.

As for why he's even dealing with custody issues in the first place ... well, '90 Day' fans are probably well aware of his and Karine's tumultuous relationship dating back to the 2010s -- when they were on the show -- which has only gotten more volatile after tying the knot.

The most recent hiccup between them went down last year, when video purportedly showed Karine being abusive to Paul ... on the heels of a reported divorce filing. Unclear where things stand now, but it appears the powers that be have stepped in over their kids -- who are alleged to have been present during some of the dust-ups between the parents.

Elon Musk's ex-wife is squarely in the corner of their daughter, saying she's proud of the 18-year-old ... amid her now very public rift with her father.

Justine Wilson, a novelist who was married to Elon from 2000 to 2008, weighed in on Vivian's legal filing to have her gender identity changed to female, and to change her full name ... including dropping her dad's famous last name.

She tweeted a convo she recently had with one of her children, and while Vivian has a twin brother, Griffin, the timing makes it pretty clear this was a chat with Vivian.

The proud mother's tweet dropped right after the story broke about Vivian's desire to change her name to Vivian Jenna Wilson. What's interesting about Justine's very public support is that Vivian's made it clear she's got beef with Elon.

In the docs she says, "I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form."

Neither Elon nor Vivian previously said anything publicly about their relationship or her transition ... but back in December 2020, Elon tweeted he supports the transgender community, but added ... "All these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare."

Rapper Obie Trice was busted in Michigan for allegedly threatening an ex-girlfriend ... and cops say he told her family he was going to harm them too.

The "Got Some Teeth" rapper was booked Thursday afternoon in West Bloomfield for using a telephone to harass or threaten someone ... according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.

Curt Lawson, the deputy chief at the West Bloomfield Police Department, tells TMZ ... Obie was dating a woman, and after they split he allegedly sent threatening messages to her and also started texting threats to some of her relatives.

Police say they were told Obie showed up uninvited to his ex's family home on multiple occasions ... and cops got involved and told him to stop.

But, we're told Obie didn't listen and allegedly continued with the threats, so police got a misdemeanor warrant ... leading to his Thursday arrest.

Jaxson Hayes will not spend another minute behind bars stemming from his July altercation with cops that led to his arrest -- the New Orleans Pelicans player was just sentenced to three years probation, 450 hours of community service and weekly domestic violence classes.

22-year-old Hayes pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and false imprisonment in February ... and was facing up to 364 days behind bars for both charges.

The timeframe is unclear on when Hayes must complete his community service ... but he will be allowed to complete it where he lives, instead of in Los Angeles.

Hayes will be able to take his domestic violence classes online over the next 52 weeks.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Hayes was arrested on July 28 after cops responded to a reported domestic incident at his then-girlfriend's house around 3 AM.

When officers showed up at the scene, cops say Hayes refused to let them inside ... which resulted in a scuffle.

One officer was injured ... and Hayes -- who was tased during the incident -- was heard on video telling cops he couldn't breathe, which led to an LAPD investigation into excessive use of force.

Hayes was taken to a nearby hospital to receive treatment for minor injuries ... and was released from custody later that day.

Britney Spears' ex, Jason Alexander, cannot contact or bother the singer in any capacity for at least the next 3 years, a judge just issued a restraining order against Britney's ex-husband ... and also hit him with a felony stalking charge.

Alexander pled not guilty at his arraignment Monday on charges stemming from last week's wild incident -- in which he filmed himself sneaking onto the Ventura-area compound where she was set to get hitched ... only to be detained following a scuffle with security/law enforcement.

The judge also added a felony stalking charge to Alexander's case and set his bail at $100,000 ... and he'll have to surrender any firearms he may have in his possession.

As we reported, cops say JA was armed with a knife during the episode, and an emergency protective order was issued on Britney's behalf -- ordering him to steer clear of her and Sam.

He was booked for trespassing, vandalism and battery, for which he could possibly enter a plea Monday. And, he still has another case against him from Northern California ... where he's alleged to have committed grand theft.

In that case ... a woman claims he jacked a pricey bracelet of hers while crashing at her pad in 2015, listed as being worth $2,000. The Napa County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for Alexander's arrest shortly thereafter in 2016 -- but he's dodged it thus far, it seems.

Sam Asghari's ex-GF thinks Britney Spears landed herself Mr. Perfect ... in addition to being a great husband, she's convinced he's primed for daddy duty in the near future.

Mayra Veronica tells us Sam's never been the type of guy to flirt around behind his girl's back ... and thinks he will be a hubby that supports Britney through and through.

She says she was dealing with issues similar to Britney when she was with Sam, and he was by her side through the entire ordeal.

The singer says her management team was extremely controlling back in 2015, warning her about Sam. She clearly didn't buy what they were selling, and stayed solidly in Sam's corner.

She also thinks he's the man for the job if they're thinking about having some kids ... she describes him as a pretty protective guy that'll be there for his fam. High praise.

We got Mayra in September, right as Britney and Sam got engaged ... she had nothing but good things to say about him, admitting he hit the jackpot.

Even though Ryan Garcia's 3-year-old daughter, Rylie, has boxing in her DNA, the chances of her becoming a pugilist in the future are zero to none ... according to the baby's mother, Catherine Gamez, who tells TMZ Sports the fighter doesn't want it to happen.

"I don't think her dad will let her," Gamez said. "No, no."

Apparently, there's no harm in Rylie watching the sport, though ... Gamez tells us Garcia is allowing the youngster to at least catch his fights in person.

In fact, Gamez -- who split with Garcia following Rylie's birth in 2019 -- said Rylie had ringside seats at her dad's most recent bout in April.

"She attended her first boxing match actually at his last fight in Texas," Gamez said. "We planned it, and she had a lot of fun."

Gamez says Rylie will likely be at her dad's next match too -- when the 22-0 lightweight boxer takes on Javier Fortuna (37-3) on July 16 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Britney Spears' first husband Jason Alexander not only sucks at wedding crashing ... he's also a horrible houseguest, who allegedly swiped jewelry from a woman who let him rent a room.

Jason's antics at Britney's wedding have him in a world of legal trouble beyond the trespassing and battery -- we've learned he already had a felony arrest warrant in Napa County where cops say he made off with a $2,000 bracelet.

The Napa County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... Jason is charged with 2 felonies there, including grand theft, related to the 2015 incident.

According to law enforcement ... Jason had only been living in the woman's house for about a month when she says she noticed jewelry missing from her bedroom. She claims Jason initially denied stealing a bracelet, but police say Jason later admitted to the woman he stole the bling -- a diamond and sapphire tennis bracelet valued at $2k -- and sold it to a local pawn shop.

Cops say the woman called police in Feb. 2016 and the investigation led them to a pawn shop where they discovered Jason had sold the bracelet for only $180.

Police say they were able to get the jewelry back to the woman, and a felony warrant was issued for Jason's arrest.

As we first reported ... Jason went live on social media Thursday as he tried crashing Britney's wedding to Sam Asghari at her home in Ventura County, and he ended up in jail.

Cops say Jason was armed with a knife when he was on Britney's property ... and now there's an emergency protective order stating Jason must stay at least 100 yards away from the newlyweds, Britney and Sam.

Jason, who was married to Britney for only 55 hours following a spur-of-the-moment ceremony in Las Vegas back in 2004, was booked for trespassing, vandalism and 2 batteries ... related to altercations with Britney's security team.

Britney Spears' ex-husband Jason Alexander has made continuous attempts to connect with the singer in person, and showed up armed with a knife to her wedding ... according to cops.

The Ventura County Sheriff's Office has filed an emergency protective order against Jason Alexander after the man showed up uninvited to Britney's home Thursday. The doc reads, in part, "(He) has continually trespassed on her property. Alexander advised multiple times no welcomed."

Cops say Alexander was armed with a knife when he crashed the wedding and made his way inside Britney's L.A. home.

The order states Jason must stay at least 100 yards away from both Sam and Britney as well as her home.

Britney's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, tells TMZ, "I want to thank Sergeant Cyrus Zadeh, Detective Ken Michaelson, and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office for their prompt and good work and look forward to working with law enforcement to ensure Alexander is aggressively prosecuted and hopefully convicted. This was an outrageous security breach, which I am livid about, but fortunately, Britney is safe and she was a beautiful and happy bride."

Earl Thomas was arrested Friday night in Texas after he was spotted at a bar ... just days after a judge issued a warrant for the former NFL star after the DB was accused of violating a protective order on multiple occasions, TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told the 33-year-old 7x Pro Bowler was taken into custody around 8:30 PM in Orange County, TX by Orange County PD after the agency received a phone call from a bar patron who spotted Thomas in the establishment.

Officers responded, and Thomas was cuffed and taken to the Orange County Jail ... where he currently remains.

Bond has not yet been set, according to online records.

And, because Thomas allegedly contacted the woman multiple times, he could be hit with a third-degree felony -- a charge that can carry a decade-long prison sentence, if convicted.

The bust comes about two weeks after a judge issued a warrant for the former Seahawks star, after Earl allegedly violated a protective order twice in 12 months by threatening a woman and her kids over texts, according to the Austin American-Statesman.

Thomas' attorney previously told the local Austin paper his client was simply communicating with his estranged wife about their kids, something he says he is permitted to do under the order.

The original protective order was issued in 2021, when Earl was ordered to only contact his ex using an approved co-parenting app. But, according to the allegation, not only didn't the NFL star use the app, but he also allegedly sent menacing messages, threatening violence.

The arrest comes during a time when Thomas -- the 14th overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft -- is attempting to get back into the NFL.

Earl, a 5x All-Pro and Super Bowl champion, hasn't played since the 2019 season when he started 15 games for the Baltimore Ravens.

NFL reporter Dov Kleiman was first to report the arrest.

Christopher Koch -- New Era Cap's CEO -- is accused of trying to run over his girlfriend's ex-husband in a crazy dispute outside of a Buffalo restaurant on Saturday night.

Erie County District Attorney John Flynn spelled out the allegations against Koch on Monday ... saying the incident began after Koch's GF's ex got into a dispute with Koch in a parking lot.

According to Flynn, at one point during the argument, the man got out of his car ... while Koch remained inside his. A short time later, Flynn said the man alleged Koch then drove his car at him and attempted to hit him with it.

The D.A. says the man was able to jump out of the way, but still suffered a hand injury in the altercation. Flynn said Koch's car continued into the man's vehicle, causing damage to its passenger side.

Koch was charged with one count of first-degree reckless endangerment, a felony, and was arraigned in Buffalo City Court on Monday morning.

If he's convicted on the charge, Flynn said Koch could be facing up to seven years behind bars.

Koch is due back in court on May 25.
