Nichelle Nichols, who famously played Lt. Uhura on "Star Trek," is enraged at her son for putting her under a conservatorship ... and unleashed a blood-curdling scream when he attempted to take her home.

Audio of their confrontation was recorded by Gilbert Bell, Nichelle's manager and longtime friend -- and was first reported by Jonathan Carlson at Atlanta's CBS46. While Gilbert was visiting her last month, they got into a discussion about Nichelle's son and her conservatorship.

TMZ broke the story, Kyle Johnson was granted the conservatorship over his mother a year ago ... when she was diagnosed with dementia. Nichelle made it clear to Gilbert that she's pissed off about her son's legal maneuver, insisting ... "He's not the boss of me!" She also says she never gave him permission to take control of her estate.

Then, Kyle walked into the room to take her home. Nichelle refused, saying ... "Kyle, I'll kill you. You get the f**k out of my way." She then screamed and shouted at Kyle, "Give me my stuff!! Nooooo!! You're trying to get rid of me!!!"

As we've reported, one of the "Star Trek" icon's friends filed docs last year opposing Kyle's conservatorship. The friend claims he's merely out for his mother's money, and questioned the dementia diagnosis.

The friend even filed a letter she says Nichelle wrote to her son, informing him she was amending her will because he had told her, "I can't wait to get rid of this s**t" and sell off her house.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason suffered a major court defeat Tuesday, when a judge ruled they will not regain custody of their 3 children ... and they will have virtually no face-to-face contact for the time being.

After 4 days of explosive testimony, in which Jenelle, David, Kaiser's dad Nathan Griffith and others testified about problems in the home, the judge decided there were serious issues with Jenelle and David that put the children at risk.

The trigger for the hearing was David killing the family dog earlier this month. As we reported, Child Protective Services ordered 4-year-old Kaiser to stay with Nathan, 9-year-old Jace with his grandma, Barbara, and 2-year-old Ensley also with Barbara.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ, for the time being, Jenelle and David can see their kids only once a week for an hour with supervision.

As one source put it, "It's all David's fault."

Another source says the judge laid out a number of steps Jenelle and David must take in order to regain custody, including parenting classes, counseling and weekly drug testing.

And yet, another source told us Kaiser was "extremely fearful" of going back to the family house and claimed he was mistreated by David. His concerns were brought up in court and we're told affected the judge's decision.

As for Jenelle, one source says she was "stunned" by the ruling and believed she would walk out of court Tuesday with her kids. Instead, she walked out with David.

Naturally, Draymond Green was one of the first "hating asses" to hit Bronny's comment section, playfully going after the teen hooper with a "Im at your f**king neck this summer G!!! All gas"

Ellen DeGeneres revealed she's a victim of sexual assault ... and hopes her story helps other victims who are afraid to come forward.

The famed talk show host opened up on season 2 of David Letterman's Netflix show, 'My Next Guest Needs No Introduction' ... about her mother, Betty DeGeneres, marrying a "very bad man" who took advantage of Ellen when she a teenager.

She claims her stepfather waited until her mom was out of town and told her he needed to feel her breasts because he'd found a lump in her mom's breast and needed to check hers.

Ellen says she was 15 or 16 when it happened, and she's still angry at herself because she was too weak to stand up to him. She says ... "It's a really horrible, horrible story and the only reason I'm actually going to go into detail about it is because I want other girls to not ever let someone do that."

Ellen adds ... "We [women] just don't feel like we're worthy, or we're scared to have a voice, and we're scared to say no ... That's the only reason I think it's important to talk about it because there's so many young girls and it doesn't matter how old you are."

She says she's angered when victims do come forward and aren't believed, because women don't just make stuff up ... but feels it's time for women to have a voice, and have power.

Nipsey Hussle's family is laying out their reasons that his 10-year-old daughter should remain in their custody ... saying her biological mother needs to get her life in order.

Sources close to the slain Crenshaw rapper tell TMZ ... Nipsey's family wants custody of Emani Asghedom, primarily because Tanisha Foster has a rap sheet that on its face makes her unfit to care for her child until she turns things around.

As we've reported ... Tanisha Foster had a warrant out for her arrest relating to a DUI, she's violated probation multiple times in the past year, and she has other arrests dating back to 2006.

Emani's been living with Nipsey's sister, Samantha, a well-established businesswoman, since his death ... and his family is currently locked in a bitter custody battle with Tanisha.

We're told Nipsey's family isn't trying to drive a wedge between Emani and her mother ... and they have even offered to help Tanisha enroll in substance abuse programs -- so far, to no avail. The family is trying to arrange for visitation between Emani and Tanisha.

So far, the judge has been siding with Nipsey's family ... and Tanisha broke down last week in court when she spotted Emani, saying she hadn't seen her in months. The next court date isn't until July.

Will Smith is one of the biggest movie stars in the world, which makes it a little problematic when he wants to sneak into a theater to see his latest flick ... but he figured out a way.

Will slinked into a Calabasas theater just after the joint went dark for a showing of "Aladdin." Jada Pinkett Smith, Jaden and Willow went along for the ride and with all the star power ... they went unnoticed ... UNTIL ...

When the movie ended, Will stood up and people went nuts. Will was swarmed by fans who went in for selfies and hugs.

Britney Spears loves to drive, because it seems that's about all she's been doing over the last few weeks.

Brit and the watchful eye of her hired muscle hit up a Starbucks in Thousand Oaks near her home, where she picked up a Green Tea Matcha with whipped cream.

As we reported, part of the conservatorship is that security follows Britney wherever she goes ... especially now. As we reported, conservator Jamie Spears is especially concerned certain people are trying to bend his daughter's ear in the wake of the "Free Britney" social media movement.

The conservatorship is moving along business as usual. In fact, Jamie just filed legal docs in 3 states other than California -- Hawaii, Florida and Louisiana -- giving him official conservatorship powers in those locations if Britney travels there.

TMZ broke the story, despite the social media cry to "Free Britney," her conservatorship is biz as usual. She interacts with her dad, conservator Jamie Spears, multiple times a day. She has freedom to do as she wishes, with an asterisk. Her dad makes sure security follows his daughter wherever she goes, to make sure she doesn't cross the line ... e.g., if she went to a liquor store, security would step in.

Zion Williamson hasn't set foot on an NBA court yet and he already has a shoe and movie deal offer, courtesy of Master P and Romeo.

... but only if Zion actually comes to New Orleans.

We got the father-son duo out in Los Angeles, and they told us they have a role all carved out for Zion in the sequel to their comedy flick "I Got The Hook-Up 2," which comes out in July.

"I have a beautiful idea, we need to get Zion in 'I Got The Hook-Up 3.'"

The movie features Jeezy, Michael Blackson, A.J. Johnson, D.C. Young Fly, Jennifer Lee and a host of others -- and P and Romeo want Zion.

But, that wasn't all ... P had another offer for Williamson from his shoe company, MoneYatti.

"I know Zion gonna get a big shoe deal from Nike or Adidas or whatever. We gonna get him a deal just to have to wear shoes outside of basketball."

Question is, how much is P willing to pay?

"Just to wear it on the side, not in the game, I'm saying $20 [million]."

You heard it, $20 million shoe deal plus a movie role, all if Zion ends up in New Orleans -- which has the #1 overall pick in the upcoming NBA Draft.

Britney Spears' father's done right by her for a long time and deserves respect for that, but her latest issues might require a different approach ... so says Dr. Drew.

The celebrity doc was leaving the Sirius building in NYC this week when we asked about Britney's mental health and family drama, and first things first ... he tells us folks need to lay off the pop star.

Dr. Drew then says Britney's dad, Jamie, should be applauded for his courage for putting her under conservatorship after her infamous 2008 meltdown, which allowed her to make a comeback and have renewed success in recent years.

He points out Jamie's not just been doing what he thinks is best for Britney -- he's doing what's required by law. Dr. Drew's not buying the sordid allegations related to the "Free Britney" movement.

Having said that ... he suggests Britney may well still need a conservatorship -- which medical professionals will determine -- and if she does, Drew thinks it might not be a bad idea to possibly install a new conservator. Problem is, if not Jamie, who?

Wendy Williams has put a wall up between her son and his father ... so claims Kevin Hunter Sr., who fears the fight that led to Kevin Jr.'s arrest has solidified the wall with indestructible mortar.

Sources with direct knowledge of the divorce say Wendy's estranged husband has been vocal, accusing Wendy of poisoning his relationship with their son, getting in his ear and talking smack about him ... at least that's what he's been saying.

We're told Kevin Sr. has made several attempts in recent weeks to spend time with his son to repair the relationship, but he got the cold shoulder. He's also sent his boy lengthy texts ... only to get one-word replies.

Our sources say before Wendy filed for divorce, the Kevins were super tight ... so Sr. claims the trigger for the change has to be Wendy. Of course, the marriage fell apart because Kevin apparently had a child out of wedlock with another woman. He says he's admitted his wrongdoing but feels Wendy's feelings have been transferred to Jr.

We broke the story ... Wendy's son was arrested for assault after he got into an altercation with his dad in a New Jersey parking lot and allegedly punched him in the nose after Sr. put Jr. in a headlock.

We're told the fight erupted over an argument involving Kevin Sr.'s demand for spousal support. They also beefed over Sr.'s claim Wendy was sabotaging his relationship with Jr.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West celebrated a milestone a day early Thursday ... by venturing out to Santa Monica for an awesome dinner.

First, we gotta say ... she looks insanely hot. We can say that because, well, FACT.

As for the milestone ... today is their 5-year anniversary. K & K were married in Italy on May 24, 2014.

They celebrated their union at Giorgio Baldi, an amazing restaurant off the beaten path in Santa Monica.

They have a lot to celebrate actually. They just welcomed their 4th child, Psalm, into the world. Kim's also spending time getting prisoners freed who are serving ridiculously long sentences for low-level offenses. She's also studying around 18 hours a week for the California State Bar exam.

As for Kanye ... his Sunday Service in Calabasas has caught fire and is attracting huge crowds and tons of celebs.

YG says there are a lot of so-called Nipsey Hussle "fans" out there who are jumping on the bandwagon and pissing off the late rapper's family.

YG had his album release party at The Novo Thursday night in downtown L.A., and he launched on people who belatedly heap praise on Nipsey, saying, "There's a lot of fake-ass Nipsey Hussle love out there." He says Nipsey's family knows what's up.

The verbal throw-down came as YG talked about his recording, "My Last Words" ... a tribute to the murdered rapper. The recording captures YG's tribute to Nipsey at his memorial, which was held April 11 at the Staples Center in downtown L.A.

YG's album, "4 REAL 4 REAL," drops today. The cover art includes, "In loving memory of Nipsey Hussle."

The man who claims he's Charles Manson's grandson has to s*** or get off the pot ... at least that's what the murderer's estate is demanding.

Jason Freeman claims he's the son of Charles Manson, Jr., which therefore makes him the grandson of the notorious head of the Manson Family. He's gunning to become the administrator of the estate and the sole beneficiary of Manson's estate.

Here's the problem for Freeman ... Manson left a will, leaving all of his assets, including his "exclusive music catalog" to one of his pen pals, named Michael Channels.

Freeman, who claims Manson was worth millions at the time of his death, wants to invalidate the will and step in position to inherit the estate as next of kin. Freeman's dad died in 1993.

The Estate has asked Freeman to take a DNA test to prove one way or the other if he's related, but according to legal docs, he's repeatedly refused. So, the Estate is now asking a judge to order a DNA test.

The Estate concedes this ... an Ohio court found Freeman is related to Manson, but the estate calls the ruling "muddled."

As for the pen pal ... he and Manson exchanged letters and phone calls for 2 decades. The pen pal occasionally visited Manson in prison. Manson's handwritten will looks like the real deal, but Freeman clearly is not convinced.

As for what Manson really has ... he did write a Beach Boys song that made the B side of one of the group's singles back in the day.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's latest edition to their fam -- Psalm West -- came into the world just like his older siblings ... according to his birth certificate.

TMZ just got a copy of the doc, and it reveals Dr. Paul Crane did the honors when Kim and Kanye's surrogate gave birth. Psalm arrived at 7:02 PM on May 9 at Cedars-Sinai in L.A.

Dr. Paul Crane also delivered Psalm's big sisters, North and Chicago, and big bro Saint -- as well as just about every other Kardashian-Jenner kid.

As we first told you ... the birth was via surrogate, though Kim and Kanye hired a new woman to carry their fourth kid to term. It's not because they were dissatisfied with the surrogate who carried Chicago ... she just happened to be otherwise engaged this time around.

Psalm is a fitting name ... Kanye's Sunday Service is gaining major traction, and his Coachella performance was one for the books. Psalms are a key part of church services.

Kim says Psalm already looks like Chicago ... although that may be jumping the gun a bit, because you never know until you know.

Mama June needs help -- and her family recognized as much when they confronted her in an intervention, which features MJ in a decrepit state ... busted teeth and all.

June was sat down by a roomful of family members earlier this month in a staged intervention that went down at her sister's home. With the help of Dr. Ish Major, her family pled with her to straighten out her life ... which appears to mostly be falling on deaf ears here.

One of the more heartbreaking moments ... June's youngest daughter, Alana -- aka Honey Boo Boo -- breaks down crying at one point, saying she wants to move back home.

Check it out ... Mama June has become a shell of herself since she got arrested for possession of crack cocaine in March with boyfriend Geno Doak. Her teeth -- which she'd recently gotten fixed up -- are literally falling apart. She also collapses on camera.

We've also obtained a clip -- that will air this week -- of June's daughter, Pumpkin, and her sister discussing June's arrest from earlier this year.

Rather than stay away from Geno -- like her family has suggested, and a judge ordered -- she's been shacking up with him since the arrest ... and has been hitting the slots on and off a lot as well. BTW ... we're told Geno wasn't present for the intervention.

As we've reported ... HBB has had to move in with her older sister, Pumpkin, while MJ has allegedly moved into a casino. The preview addresses that issue as well, and a suggestion that could affect June's child for years to come ... if her ma doesn't get it together.

KK's pushing a stroller ... but newborn baby boy Psalm West isn't the one getting an assist from mama. Guess the latest addition to Kim and Kanye West's growing brood isn't quite ready for his first trip to the Magic Kingdom.
