The actor was spotted grabbing a bite Friday at the chic DTLA restaurant Otium, where he and a mystery brunette were chowing down on what we're told appeared to be salads. No clear signs of PDA here, but an eyewitness tells us they were cozying up and seemed pretty comfortable in each other's company ... especially Shia.

Looks like he might've even gone in for a bite of his lady friend's lunch. So yeah ... we'd say they're probably tight.

BTW, check out the little cut above Shia's eye here. Nothing too crazy, but it does seem like he might've recently injured himself. As far as recovery goes ... he's doing it right.

Now for an even more obvious note ... we're not seeing his most recent girlfriend, FKA Twigs, anywhere in these pics. They've reportedly been dating since fall 2018 and were most recently spotted cupcaking in public a couple of months ago.

Kate Beckinsale seems to have moved on from Pete Davidson ... and she made what looks like a public declaration that was sealed with a smooch.

Kate and a dude were in WeHo Friday leaving Craig's, and with the glare of camera lights trained on them, they locked lips.

Obviously, can't say for sure if this is the real deal, but they seemed tight.

As for Pete, he spent Friday night on a catwalk ... modeling for the first time at Alexander Wang's Collection1 2020 show at Rockefeller Center in New York City. People are going after him on social media for his walk, but then again people on social media go after everybody for anything.

As for Kate, we can't figure out who the guy is, but we do know Craig's seems to be her go-to date joint when she's in L.A. She went there on her first public date with Pete Davidson as well.

Luann de Lesseps is still pissing off judges and her probation officer, but her real-life problems are NOT jeopardizing her reality TV future with 'Housewives' -- at least, not yet.

Sources close to the "Real Housewives of New York" production tell TMZ ... Luann's position and security on the show are as strong as ever, despite the fact she continues to run into trouble while on probation for her drunken arrest case from 17 months ago.

As we reported ... she's already violated the terms of probation at least twice ... once for failing to prove she was going to AA meetings, and more recently for downing a couple mimosas.

After her most recent violation, she was slapped with newer, even stricter terms.

Our sources are clear though -- Luann's job is not on the line, and higher-ups haven't even discussed the possibility of firing her ... despite reports suggesting otherwise.

Fact is, Luann is great for TV right now because the fallout from her arrest offers up juicy drama and an interesting narrative for viewers. Translation ... ratings, baby!!!

One other thing our sources say should be taken into account ... some of the other 'RHONY' cast members have gotten wasted on-camera before, and have endured plenty of public embarrassment -- and they're still there.

Josh Duhamel says he's in the market for a woman who can give him another kid or 2, and he's definitely found a new candidate ... at least based on the look of the YOUNG woman with him.

The actor was grabbing dinner Monday with a mystery brunette at Nobu in Malibu. There was no blatant PDA here, but it sure seems like it was a dinner date. It was only the 2 of 'em hanging out.

Here's what makes it super interesting -- Josh went on Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast late last year and said he wants to father more children, and if he settles down again it's gonna be with someone who's young enough to make it happen.

Funny enough, Josh had been seen getting cozy with actress Rebekah Graf right around that same time. They aren't hanging out so much these days -- case in point, these pics -- and it should also be noted that Rebekah is already 36 years old. Josh -- who's only got 1 kid so far with his ex, Fergie -- is 46.

We don't know how old this woman here is -- looks to be a 20-something, though -- but based on what he wants ... she might very well be the perfect fit.

Moby is ready to move on from his claim that he once dated, or tried dating, a young Natalie Portman ... 'cause he's got another hot topic up his sleeve: the planet.

The musician was questioned Monday by a pap in L.A. -- just a couple days after he publicly apologized for including Natalie in his new memoir. He drew a ton of backlash when she denied ever dating him in the '90s, despite his assertion they were kinda-almost a thing.

The pap gets to the meat of what many feel was left unanswered ... are the details of what he alleged true or not? Moby fully deflects ... switching gears to climate change.

In his mea culpa, Moby said ... "As some time has passed I've realized that many of the criticisms leveled at me regarding my inclusion of Natalie in Then It Fell Apart are very valid." He went on to say, "I also fully recognize that it was truly inconsiderate of me to not let her know about her inclusion in the book beforehand, and equally inconsiderate for me to not fully respect her reaction."

Worth noting ... Moby did NOT retract his characterization of their relationship -- which came off as romantic in his book. He paints it like they were circling a full-blown relationship ... saying they kissed a few times and slept in the same bed together once, until Natalie eventually told him she'd started seeing someone else.

Meanwhile, Natalie responded by saying the brief time she knew him wasn't anything close to dating. In fact, she labeled their dynamic at the time as "creepy." FWIW, she didn't specifically deny any of his details either ... other than to say she was 18 and not 20, as he recalled.

Wendy Williams isn't batting an eyelash about rumors regarding her husband allegedly having a baby with another woman ... but she is batting her ring finger at photogs.

The talk show host was leaving a Pilates studio Wednesday in NYC, where paps were at the ready to fire off questions about how she was doing ... without asking point-blank about her hubby's alleged mistress. It seems they didn't need to though ... based on her reaction.

Wendy told the paps that she was fine and was carrying on with her business -- in fact, she says she was just on her way to a book signing. When one photog asked about her wedding ring, Wendy was happy to flash it ... so it's pretty clear she's not sweating cheating stories.

We know that too. Sources close to the production of her show tell us her hubby's still working on set as an EP, and that he and Wendy have even interacted civilly behind the scenes.

Wendy Williams is dealing with more drama off camera -- her husband allegedly just had a baby with another woman ... but he and Wendy are still on set together because he's still an executive producer of her talk show.

Production sources tell TMZ ... Kevin Hunter has remained on set with Wendy this week as she films her show -- despite the fact that a woman he's allegedly having an affair with just popped out a baby this week. We're told the 2 are interacting and there's no overt sign of hostility.

Rumors have been swirling about Hunter's alleged mistress, Sharina Hudson, giving birth in Philly Monday after having gone into labor Sunday night. The very next day, Kevin was on set.

We're told the vibe is awkward for others on the show, but so far ... Wendy and Kevin haven't shown their cards.

This, of course, follows Wendy's revelation last week she's living in a sober house to fight off temptations involving her addiction.

Rob Gronkowski is no longer "shackled" by the NFL and the New England Patriots -- and that means we could see him RUN WILD in the WWE very soon ... so says his good friend, Mojo Rawley.

Everyone knows Gronk LOVES pro wrestling -- remember he made a cameo with Mojo at Wrestlemania 33 in 2017 -- and people are speculating he could become a WWE superstar now that his NFL career is over.

We spoke with Mojo, who says he wouldn't be shocked if Gronk turned his focus to the ring ... and predicts it's only a matter of time.

The best part of this clip ... Mojo strongly suggests the NFL and the Patriots pressured Rob into toning down his public persona to make sure he stayed out of trouble.

But now, "without the shackles" ... Gronk is a "whole 'nother beast" and Mojo says he can't wait to see Rob UNLEASHED!!

"Yo, let's go, baby," Mojo says in a video message for his pal ... "It's time to turn up! The handcuffs are off!"

"You don't have the Patriots and the NFL locking you down anymore! If you thought Gronk was wild before, I'm telling you, wait 'til you see him without the shackles on!!!"

There are rumors Gronk could crash 'Raw' tonight -- which happens to be in Boston.

Johnny Manziel's wife, Bre Tiesi, appears to have broken her silence on why she stopped following him on social media ... and all signs point to a looming divorce.

Bre responded to a number of comments on one of her more recent IG posts, which slapped down any notion that she was after money in the wake of their presumed split. As we reported ... Bre scrubbed her social media of all traces of Johnny Football.

There seems to be a more clear reason as to why now. She responded to one IG user, saying ... "maybe u should wonder why I would leave him instead of worrying about ‘money’ lucky for him I don’t air out personals and lucky for u you are behind a screen u low life."

In another comment, Bre made it crystal clear that there was alleged wrongdoing on Johnny's part ... saying in response to another IG user ... "u been married? U been betrayed? I don’t do betrayal for a person I was devoted to period. Vows were broken f*** money and f*** u and every other loser on here."

Bre makes no bones about it ... she believes Johnny betrayed her trust, and strongly suggests he cheated on her. She also bats off the idea that she's after any of his fortune by referring to a prenup they might've signed. No one has filed for divorce yet, but by the way she's talking here ... it looks like that may be in the cards for Manziel.

Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus are reunited ... and it looks so good!

The former couple was back together Monday night, taking a stroll through L.A. ... and they sure seemed to be happy to be in each other's company. Nothing beats an evening walk with your former bae ... who's sure looking like she's back to full-blown bae status.

Ben and Lindsay started hanging out again last month ... after splitting up last summer. They're already back to doing public events together too. The couple was super tight in NYC last week as they flew back to the west coast after one of his premieres.

Not much PDA during their L.A. walk, but we're still ready to call this romance rekindled.

After all, they've got some history, and now that Ben's clean ... why not go full steam ahead? We're guessing, anyway.

Tristan Thompson isn't moving on from Khloe Kardashian just yet, because he's NOT dating the hot chick he's been hanging with in NYC, but they are getting to know each other through a mutual friend ... one of his NBA teammates.

We've learned Tristan's new friend is Karizma Ramirez ... and sources close to her tell us they met last week through Jordan Clarkson.

As you know, Tristan and Karizma were photographed inside Nobu in NYC Tuesday night ... after being spotted together last week at another dinner in the Big Apple. That sparked dating rumors, obvi, since it came directly on the heels of Khloe kicking Tristan to the curb.

But, the sources close to her say Karizma and TT are insisting there's nothing romantic going on between them.

We're told they've only hung out at the 2 dinners, which were both group situations -- where Tristan was flying solo, and Karizma was Jordan's guest.

We got Tristan out in New York last week, but he was silent on Khloe and his cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods.

As for Karizma, we're told she's NOT dating Jordan either, they've known each other forever through his family. BTW, she used to kick it with Chris Brown, but nothing serious.

Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale are going strong one month after they were seen together hand-in-hand -- and now ... they're pouring their romance on the rocks.

That bad ice joke is just a fun way to say that Pete and Kate are taking in some hockey Sunday in NYC, where they're watching a close game between the New York Rangers and the Washington Capitals (it's 2-2 in overtime as of this writing).

This day date is actually a follow-up to another outing for the rumored couple just the night before. Pete and Kate were spotted leaving an 'SNL' after-party Saturday night after Pete got done taping the show. They were holding hands again ... so yeah, they seem to be a thing.

Remember, Pete and Kate left one of Pete's shows back in February in similar fashion ... handsy all the way through with Pete leading the way.

His ex-fiancee, Ariana Grande, gave her blessing not too long afterward, saying they looked great together. It's true ... they really do.

Jason Biggs is shutting down the rumor -- started by Tara Reid -- that he's got beef with Seann William Scott ... 'cause he says it's all love between Jim and The Stifmeister.

We got the 'American Pie' star shuffling his way into a waiting car at LAX Monday night, where we asked him about Tara's recent comment at a pre-Oscar gala last week ... when she said Jason and Seann would have to get along for 'AP5' to happen.

Jason tells us he has no idea what Tara's talking about, and her suggestion couldn't be further from the truth. He says he's cool with Seann, and loves the guys from the cast.

The last time Jim, Stif and the rest of the East Great Falls gang got together on camera was for 2012's "American Reunion" ... so it's been a minute since we got some fresh pie.

2:45 PM PT -- Looks like the party's over, or at least this stage of it. We got Meghan's friends -- including Amal Clooney and Gayle King -- pouring out of the Mark Hotel where they held the baby shower.

They walked out into some crappy winter weather, but still ... smiles all around.

Priyanka Chopra couldn't make it to Meghan Markle's baby shower -- a sure sign there's trouble in paradise for close pals ... normally, anyway, but these 2 are a different breed o' BFF.

Sources close to Priyanka tell TMZ ... the actress did NOT make it to Meghan's NYC baby shower -- despite reports to the contrary -- and it's because she was stuck working in Los Angeles.

We're told Priyanka was bogged down on the left coast with meetings for a book she's writing.

Although, Meghan's pal Serena Williams made it to NYC ... it's been a while since she and Priyanka and have been able to find time for each other.

Priyanka crossed the pond for Meghan and Prince Harry's wedding last summer, but Meghan wasn't there when Priyanka and Nick Jonas tied the knot in India.

We're told Meghan's December schedule simply didn't align with Priyanka and Nick's nearly endless stream of wedding receptions. The Duchess of Sussex has a ton of obligations ... and being pregnant further complicates her social schedule.

Despite the missed connections ... we're told Priyanka and Meghan's friendship hasn't changed, and they still talk regularly. No issues here!

Kourtney Kardashian looks like she's on great terms with her ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima ... because the former couple was super flirty when they bumped into each other while out grabbing drinks.

We got these pics of Kourtney and Younes at Alfred Tea on Melrose Place, where they randomly crossed paths over the weekend. Yeah, Los Angeles can have that small-town feel sometimes.

The person who snapped the photos tell us, Younes was in line ordering when Kourtney and her girlfriend approached her former flame. We're told Kourtney and Younes got handsy with one another ... and she kissed him on the cheek when they said goodbye.

The best part ... we're told Younes paid for Kourtney's matcha latte. Who says chivalry is dead?

As we've reported ... Kourtney dumped Younes back in July, amid reports he was cheating on her.

It's interesting ... a couple months after the breakup, Kourtney was spotted at the Alfred's in WeHo -- grabbing the same drink with a Younes look-alike!!!

Looks like Kourtney's still thirsty.

Jermaine Jones might've been on to something when he said David Charvet banged his wife and ruined their relationship, 'cause now there's photos that seem to back him up.

The former "Baywatch" star was spotted at a restaurant in Malibu Saturday night with J.J.'s estranged wife, Sarah, following close behind. It looks like a classic date night situation, even though there are no immediate signs of intimacy in these pics.

Still, the shots could give credence to Jermaine's public accusations of David being a homewrecker and sleeping with Sarah a few months ago ... depending on who you ask.

It all might be moot, though. David got a temporary restraining order against Jermaine after claiming the U.S. soccer star threatened him with violence. Sarah got a TRO against her soon-to-be ex-hubby as well, claiming he was stalking and harassing her.

She also filed for divorce from Jermaine last month, so it's clear the door is closing on their marriage. An outing like this doesn't bode well for any type of reconciliation either.
