Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus are reunited ... and it looks so good!

The former couple was back together Monday night, taking a stroll through L.A. ... and they sure seemed to be happy to be in each other's company. Nothing beats an evening walk with your former bae ... who's sure looking like she's back to full-blown bae status.

Ben and Lindsay started hanging out again last month ... after splitting up last summer. They're already back to doing public events together too. The couple was super tight in NYC last week as they flew back to the west coast after one of his premieres.

Not much PDA during their L.A. walk, but we're still ready to call this romance rekindled.

After all, they've got some history, and now that Ben's clean ... why not go full steam ahead? We're guessing, anyway.

Not everyone's looking to be single for the summer.

11:16 AM PT -- TMZ just got a hold of Heather's divorce complaint, and she's asking for primary custody of their kids, one of whom is already 18, but is willing to share joint legal custody with Wayde. Heather is also asking for monthly child support that she says should be equal to 25% of Wayde's gross monthly income. She also wants him to provide health insurance for the two kids until they graduate high school. Oh, and Heather is also asking for temporary spousal support.

One more interesting thing ... Heather says she wants to keep her married name after the divorce is finalized. We'll see what Wayde has to say about all this.

"Tanked" star Heather King is filing for divorce, and it comes just days after she was arrested for allegedly attacking her now estranged husband, Wayde.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Heather filed for divorce Friday in Clark County, NV. In her filing, Heather, who has 2 minor children with Wayde, is asking the court for a joint preliminary injunction -- which is typically a way to stop the other party from depleting shared assets.

The couple cohosts their tremendously popular Animal Planet show, which has been going strong building amazing aquariums for celebs since 2011.

Heather's divorce filing came just 2 days after she was arrested for domestic violence on Wednesday. TMZ broke the story ... Wayde told cops in Vegas Heather had slapped him and kicked him in the stomach during a heated argument.

He also claims she had him hanging out the window of her car as she drove away ... something she denies ever happened.

Heather and Wayde just hit their 21st year of marriage last year.

For Ariana Grande, ex really does mark the spot. And, this time it's Graham Phillips.

Ariana was out in NYC Sunday night dressed to the nines in a mini skirt, thigh-high white boots and an oversized coat. Also looking pretty dapper was the "Riverdale" actor. They hit up the Italian joint Carbone ... super popular among celebs.

It's the second time in less than 2 weeks since Ariana's gotten cozy with one of her exes. You'll recall the "Thank U, Next" singer reunited with Big Sean after hitting up a recording studio. They left together in the same car.

Ariana and Graham dated for about 3 years after they met on the Broadway production of "13" ... a musical with a cast featuring teenagers. They broke up in 2011 but remained friendly. The reunion comes on the heels of Pete Davidson's very public fling with Kate Beckinsale, which Ariana called cute.

So ... who's next?

Jack Osbourne won't pay spousal support in his divorce, but he is making a one-time payment of $1 million dollars to his ex, Lisa.

TMZ broke the story ... the judge finalized Lisa and Jacks's divorce earlier this week, but newly released docs reveal details of their settlement. For instance, Lisa gets the $1 mil settlement tax-free ... and Jack already paid her $300k. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, he loaned it to her last year to buy a house.

She also gets the ex-couple's 2017 Audi Q7 and full ownership of her companies, Raddestmom, LLC and Fancy Sprinkles, Inc.

And, it's clear Jack treasures his artworks. According to the docs, he will keep 17 pieces that were gifts from his folks, Sharon and Ozzy. The art includes 2 Banksys valued at more than $165k and 2 Andy Warhols -- including the Campbell Soup Apron -- worth nearly $49k.

Total value of the artworks is $346k. Beyond that, Jack also gets all of his production companies.

They're sharing legal and physical custody of their 3 kids -- and Jack will pay $7,000 per month in child support. Also, neither of them can post anything on social media about their relationship ... and they also can't write books, movies or TV productions about each other.

All in all, it's a pretty amicable split ... at least now.

7:45 AM PT-- Kelly directly addressed his failure to pay child support during his CBS interview ... and is blaming his ex-wife, Drea. He claims her "lies" about his abuse are the very reason he can't make money to pay her.

R. Kelly's lying through his teeth when he says he's trying to have a relationship with his children, because he's had a chance to for years and ignored it.

Sources close to the situation are calling BS on some of Kelly's antics with CBS News ... particularly the part of about "trying to have a relationship with my kids." We're told the singer hasn't even tried to reach out to his 3 children with his ex-wife, Drea Kelly, since 2017.

As we reported ... the singer went ballistic during his interview with Gayle King, and at one point screamed he was only trying to repair ties with his kids and didn't care about his career.

Our sources say that's all for show -- after all, we're told he changed his number and never gave it to Drea.

Speaking of Drea ... she maintains she's open to Kelly reconnecting with their children, who are adults now -- which is somewhat surprising, considering how she ripped into him in the "Surviving R. Kelly" docuseries.

Kelly's daughter, Buku Abi, also says she and her siblings have been estranged from their father for years. Although, she called him a "monster" ... Kelly, ironically, chalks that up to brainwashing from Drea.

Either way, Kelly has definitely come up short with his kids when it comes to child support ... which is why he was arrested again Wednesday. As we reported, he'll need to fork over more than $161k to Drea to be released.

Tristan Thompson isn't moving on from Khloe Kardashian just yet, because he's NOT dating the hot chick he's been hanging with in NYC, but they are getting to know each other through a mutual friend ... one of his NBA teammates.

We've learned Tristan's new friend is Karizma Ramirez ... and sources close to her tell us they met last week through Jordan Clarkson.

As you know, Tristan and Karizma were photographed inside Nobu in NYC Tuesday night ... after being spotted together last week at another dinner in the Big Apple. That sparked dating rumors, obvi, since it came directly on the heels of Khloe kicking Tristan to the curb.

But, the sources close to her say Karizma and TT are insisting there's nothing romantic going on between them.

We're told they've only hung out at the 2 dinners, which were both group situations -- where Tristan was flying solo, and Karizma was Jordan's guest.

We got Tristan out in New York last week, but he was silent on Khloe and his cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods.

As for Karizma, we're told she's NOT dating Jordan either, they've known each other forever through his family. BTW, she used to kick it with Chris Brown, but nothing serious.

Pete Davidson should say thank you, next to Kate Beckinsale ... at least, that's what one of her exes thinks.

We got comedian Matt Rife Monday night at the Laugh Factory on Sunset. Matt dated Kate back in 2017, so we asked if he has any tips for Pete and he did.

Watch the clip, Matt tried his best to be positive but we think he failed because his bottom line for Pete was ... RUN!!!

As you know ... Pete and Kate have been getting closer over the last couple months  -- making out at NHL games, getting handsy at comedy shows. Pete's ex-fiancée, Ariana Grande, has even given them her blessing.

Matt, who's in his 20s just like Pete, isn't exactly handing out blessings. Yes, he wished Kate and Pete all the best, but it's a backhanded compliment at best.

Don't get it twisted ... Matt isn't trying to get back with Kate -- sounds like it didn't end well between them -- but he's advising Pete to buckle up for a "complicated" ride.

Damon Dash says he's turning himself in to deal with outstanding warrants for failure to pay child support -- but tells us his exes are lying, and he's got proof.

The rap mogul tells TMZ ... he'll surrender to authorities in NYC nearly 3 years after a family court judge first signed a warrant for his arrest. Damon's accused of owing nearly $400k in support to Cindy Morales, mother of his son, Lucky -- and to his ex-wife, Rachel Roy, with whom he has daughters Ava and Tallulah.

Dame says the warrants are BS because he's given both women more than enough dough -- including $150k he gave Cindy for a home. He also claims Rachel draws her payments directly from his share of Rachel Roy Collection ... the clothing company they co-own.

As for why he's finally dealing with this -- Dash says the warrants prevent him from traveling back to NY, and he's just missing too many important events ... like family funerals.

He says he's even willing to sit in jail but definitely won't cop to any allegations he's not taking care of his 3 kids.

Chris Martin is consciously celebrating his birthday with his ex-wife and a ton of their famous friends.

The Coldplay frontman hit 42 on Saturday and marked the occasion with a huge bash at his Malibu crib. Of course, Gwyneth was there ... along with Julia Roberts and Sean Penn, who arrived at the same time.

"Shameless" star Jeremy Allen White also showed up for his buddy's Earthday bash. Now, far as we know, Chris didn't have to sing for his cake -- instead, they had a mariachi band to handle the entertainment.

Chris' potential future mother-in-law Melanie Griffith was there too, but interestingly ... no shots of GF Dakota Johnson. Maybe she was somewhere getting ready to jump out of the cake.

And not that there's any question by now as to how tight Chris and Gwyneth still are -- but she also posted a sweet birthday note for him. #ModelExes

Khloe Kardashian's had a change of heart, because now she's saying Jordyn Woods should not be blamed for breaking up her family ... this is Tristan Thompson's doing.

Khloe just posted a series of tweets starting with, "This has been an awful week & I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I). I’m a rollercoaster of emotions & have said things I shouldn’t have."

She then adds this has been very painful because she was hurt by someone close to her who she loves and treats like a little sister -- Jordyn -- but ultimately ... this is all Tristan's fault.

It's interesting ... Khloe adds even though she was humiliated by Tristan cheating on her -- it wasn't as much of a shock this time around.

Now she says it's time for her to move on and count her blessings -- "my family, my health, & my beautiful baby True."

This is a near 180 from Friday when Khloe quickly called BS on Jordyn's story on "'Red Table Talk" and accused her of being a liar and home-wrecker. Jordyn admitted she shouldn't have gone to Thompson's house party, but claimed she didn't really cheat with him ... there was just a friendly goodbye kiss with zero passion.

Khloe later said they were equally to blame.

2:30 PM PT -- Danielle's rep, Steve Honig, has clapped back at Marty's insinuation, telling us ... "Marty needs to stop trying to parlay his 15 minutes of fame into a career in reality television."

Honig adds ... "He should be spending his time addressing his own issues, of which there are many, rather than providing commentary on Danielle."

Marty Caffrey says Danielle Staub getting remarried so quickly after their divorce is pretty shocking -- even for her -- but he thinks there might be an ulterior motive ... worth a couple million bucks.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star's ex-husband tells TMZ ... he doesn't understand the urgency of Danielle tying the knot again UNLESS it has to do with their divorce agreement -- specifically, the part where she has to buy their $2 million NJ home.

Marty says he hopes Danielle and her new fiance, Oliver Maier, are truly happy and in love, but watch the clip ... he has a list of reasons that make him doubt it.

We broke the story ... Danielle was ecstatic leaving the courthouse just a little more than a week ago, flaunting her divorce papers and giving Marty a parting middle finger.

Days later she revealed she was engaged again -- for the 21st time! -- and is scheduled to marry Maier Monday in NYC. After it's official, Staub will become a duchess ... because Oliver is the duke of Provence. His family is from southern France, and owns 15 vineyards and 2 castles.

Nice catch.

Marty seems to be cool with all of it ... as long as the house gets paid off. If it does, he says he'll buy Oliver a drink.

We reached out to Danielle for comment -- no word back so far ... but she might be a little busy planning her 4th wedding.

Kevin Garnett's divorce is not going to come cheap ... if his estranged wife gets what she feels she's due.

According to new legal docs ... Brandi Garnett is seeking $146,000 per month in spousal support, plus another $46k monthly in child support for their 2 daughters -- ages 10 and 6. Brandi says she has the girls 95 percent of the time.

Do the math ... and that's more than $2.3 million per year. Brandi says that's fair, though, because she claims KG's still hauling in at least $5 mil a year ... on top of having earned more than $300 mil in his NBA career.

Brandi's also asking for $300k in attorney fees immediately to cover the cost of the divorce proceedings so far and estimated future costs to hammer out an agreement.

There's more -- according to the docs, Brandi's requesting an additional $25k to retain counsel in another financial matter involving Kevin allegedly getting swindled out of $77 MILLION. As we reported, KG claims his former accountant worked with a crooked wealth manager to steal a fortune from him over several years.

Brandi filed for divorce from Kevin in July after 14 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

The federal R. Kelly investigations are expanding -- agents specializing in human trafficking cases have now reached out to Kelly's former stylist, who has ties to a couple of the singer's exes.

Sources close to celebrity stylist Kash Howard tell TMZ ... Dept. of Homeland Security agents contacted Kash Wednesday and wanted to schedule a sit-down with her. It appears the call was prompted by a video that popped up all over YouTube this week.

In the video, Kash is behind the wheel of a car with 2 of Kelly's ex-girlfriends, Halle Calhoun and Vonecia Andrews, as they talk to a media outlet about their relationships with the singer. Vonecia, aka Vee, was sobbing throughout the video, which our sources say Kash recorded last year.

We reached out to Kash, and she says, "Mr. Kelly hired me as his personal Fashion Stylist where I provided wardrobe direction for concerts, album cover shoots, and special appearances. Our professional relationship along with all communication ceased in March of 2017."

She also tells us she was only in the video because she was offering moral support to Halle and Vonecia.

As for Kelly's legal battle, Kash says, "Mr. Kelly faces very disturbing charges. And while I have never personally witnessed any wrongdoing, I support those in search of the truth."

TMZ broke the story ... the feds have 2 separate U.S. Attorney's Office investigations going, and will meet with Joycelyn Savage's parents, who say they have "physical evidence" to turn over.

We're told DHS also reached out to the Savages, and agents are in contact with Kash's attorney to set up the meeting with her.

Kelly's attorney, Steven Greenberg's reaction to the investigation is ... "That’s their job. But just because they are looking into something, certainly nobody should conclude that they have any evidence of any wrongdoing or a crime was committed.”

Ex-NBA star Gilbert Arenas says Khloe Kardashian has no one to blame but herself -- and her vagina -- for Tristan Thompson's cheating.

Arenas went on a pretty vulgar tirade on social media (captured by Baller Alert) explaining in graphic detail why he thinks KK's skills in the bedroom are to blame for Thompson stepping out on her.

The former All-Star then makes a LeBron comparison -- shaming Khloe because Tristan hooked up with 21-year-old Jordyn Woods ... and not a more "experienced" woman.

"He didn't even cheat on u with a (lebron type of talent #veteran)," Arenas said ... "He went for a trey young, exciting BUT no playoff experience."

Nikki Bella is putting John Cena firmly in her rear view ... and moving forward with her new love interest ... her "Dancing With The Stars" partner, Artem Chigvintsev.

Sources close to Nikki tell TMZ ... Nikki isn't rekindling her romance with John -- despite rumors to the contrary -- and she sees no future with him.

We broke the story ... Nikki and John broke up last summer. We're told they still talk every now and then, but nothing will ever go back to how it was.

With John down for the count, we're told Nikki and Artem are spending a lot of time together.

We're told Artem flew out to L.A. Monday on his day off and squired Nikki to Wally's in Bev Hills. They drank wine and shared a meat and cheese board. Folks who were there say the date went on for hours ... lots of flirting.

Our Nikki sources say she's really into him and it looks like it's turning serious.

Ariana Grande and Big Sean got their #ThrowbackThursday started a little early ... with a snuggle session in his car.

The exes were cozied up in Sean's car Wednesday night outside a recording studio in Los Angeles. For the record, Ariana was at the studio first, Big Sean showed up after ... and she came outside for the reunion.

Ariana showed off one of her pooches to her ex-bae ... great excuse to get closer. BTW, they left together in his ride.

You'll recall ... Ariana and Big Sean dated for almost a year before she pulled the plug on the relationship in April 2015. She claimed the rapper embarrassed her with his "billion dollar p***y" lyric.

They both eventually moved on -- Big Sean with Jhene Aiko ... but it appears old flames die hard.

Fast forward to last winter ... Ariana dropped her "Thank U, Next" song. The opening lyric goes, "Thought I'd end up with Sean but he wasn't a match."

But, in the music vid, her "Burn Book" shows she's still got it bad for Sean ... writing Sean's "so cute, so sweet" and "(could still get it)."

And, almost 3 months later ... it looks like Sean's getting it.
