Drake's refueling in the Caribbean before his Raptors take on the Warriors in the NBA Finals -- flying down in his massive new jet ... which is a monster compared to other airliners.

Champagne Papi's new custom "Air Drake" plane was spotted on a landing zone in the Bahamas Sunday, where all its grandeur and OVO swag were on full display as it sized up what appears to be a much smaller Delta-branded model nearby -- maybe a -700.

Drake didn't settle for a standard G4 -- he opted for a custom 767-300F Boeing plane, which normally seats hundreds of passengers or even cargo loads. The retail price for this type of ride has ranged anywhere from $185M to $220M over the past couple years.

He also gave a tour of the plane as it was being finished up earlier this month, and it's definitely got all the bells and whistles you might expect.

Can't blame Drizzy for wanting to get away for a few days either -- he was Toronto's biggest cheerleader these past few days ... and could certainly use some rest if he's gonna bring that same energy for Oakland (which we're sure he will).

Offset truly is all about the bag -- that much he made clear this week by flying his ass all the way to Russia to perform at a kid's bar mitzvah.

The Migos rapper was spotted performing at the private coming-of-age party Friday at an undisclosed location in Moscow, where he was filmed by multiple people doing his thing on stage.

He didn't keep his distance from party-goers either -- Offset stepped down at one point to get up and close and personal with the kids in attendance ... including the boy of honor himself. Looks like they even had themselves a little dance-off in front everyone.

Offset performed a handful of songs, and he stuck around to take pics with some of the guests too. A good sport through and through, really. The big question now ... how much did homeboy collect???

We know big name rappers have been convinced to do to bar/bat/b'nai mitzvahs for as low as $50k, while some payouts have been as high as $150k for a show. Word around town is that Kanye once quoted a media exec a cool mil to do one ... so these gigs are definitely worth it, especially if you're a top-tier talent like Offset is.

Now, for a dude to travel around the world and get on the mic in Mother Russia ... ya gotta imagine he took home a good chunk of cheddar to show for it.

Tiger Woods didn't exactly have a poker face Friday night at his Vegas charity game.

Tiger and Russell Westbrook yukked it up during a game at the Whiskey Down saloon at the MGM Grand as onlookers gawked at the famous players.

Tiger organized the event -- called the Tiger Jam Experience -- for the TGR Foundation, which raises money for college access and educational opportunities for underserved students in the U.S. There's also a concert and a post-party and, of course, golf at Shadow Creek.

The legendary golfer has had his highs and lows in the last month. He won the Masters in epic form, he got the Presidential Medal of Freedom, but he's also being sued by the family of 24-year-old Nicholas Immesberger, an employee at his Jupiter, Florida who got extremely drunk after his shift ended and died after crashing his car.

Hip-hop artist Sosamann was allegedly involved in cajoling 2 young women to come to California with promises of living the Hollywood dream ... then forcing them to turn tricks instead.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the women were arrested in a prostitution sting in L.A. earlier this month, and during police questioning they claimed the rapper and others lured them to the West Coast, then forced them into selling themselves for sex.

The women also claim they were unable to escape.

We're told cops investigated and arrested a group of people for human trafficking ... including the rapper.

Sosamann was arrested and booked on a felony charge on May 11, but was released the next day after posting a $100k bail. He's due in court next month.

No further details are available, but we're told the investigation is ongoing.

Sosamann's been around for a few years, but recently released a track featuring NBA YoungBoy titled "Who I Am."

If Conor McGregor is serious about a rematch with Floyd Mayweather, all he needs to do is call ... this according to Mayweather Promotions CEO, Leonard Ellerbe.

Ellerbe runs Floyd's boxing business and has had his hands in some of the biggest events in the company's history ... including the McGregor and Pacquiao fights.

So, now that Conor has publicly stated he wants a second crack at Floyd, we asked Leonard if Mayweather would be down.

"Conor McGregor knows he's always welcome to that ass whooping," Ellerbe tells TMZ Sports.

"If Conor wants some of that smoke again, he knows what he's gotta do."

Long story short ... Ellerbe says Conor just needs to pick up the phone and call and they can get the ball rolling.

Even though Ellerbe says he hasn't spoken to Floyd about the fight, he's CERTAIN the 50-0 legend would dust off the gloves for another 9-figure payday.

But, Ellerbe says Floyd doesn't NEED the money ... noting he's heavily invested in real estate -- he owns several buildings in Times Square -- and he's set for life.

Lil Pump already seems very familiar with the weed industry, but now he's TCOB when it comes to CBD and THC ... as the face of a new cannabis company.

The "Be Like Me" rapper is adding to his resume by teaming up with the brand, Smoke Unhappy ... which just launched this past week. We're told he'll not just serve as a brand ambassador ... but as a partner in the company with creative and marketing input.

He'll obviously be a key product tester, too ... AND receive a percentage of sales.

Smoke Unhappy founders Kamil Mizstal and Larry Chachko tell us when they were planning the launch at the end of 2018, they were looking for someone who fits the brand perfectly, and their mutual friend and biz partner Eric the Jeweler suggested Pump.

And the rest is history.

Smoke Unhappy produces a wide variety of CBD and THC products in house, which will be available in states like California where marijuana use is legal. It also sells grinders, cartridges, apparel and much more.

The man who claims he's Charles Manson's grandson has to s*** or get off the pot ... at least that's what the murderer's estate is demanding.

Jason Freeman claims he's the son of Charles Manson, Jr., which therefore makes him the grandson of the notorious head of the Manson Family. He's gunning to become the administrator of the estate and the sole beneficiary of Manson's estate.

Here's the problem for Freeman ... Manson left a will, leaving all of his assets, including his "exclusive music catalog" to one of his pen pals, named Michael Channels.

Freeman, who claims Manson was worth millions at the time of his death, wants to invalidate the will and step in position to inherit the estate as next of kin. Freeman's dad died in 1993.

The Estate has asked Freeman to take a DNA test to prove one way or the other if he's related, but according to legal docs, he's repeatedly refused. So, the Estate is now asking a judge to order a DNA test.

The Estate concedes this ... an Ohio court found Freeman is related to Manson, but the estate calls the ruling "muddled."

As for the pen pal ... he and Manson exchanged letters and phone calls for 2 decades. The pen pal occasionally visited Manson in prison. Manson's handwritten will looks like the real deal, but Freeman clearly is not convinced.

As for what Manson really has ... he did write a Beach Boys song that made the B side of one of the group's singles back in the day.

James Holzhauer is making his alma mater proud with his "Jeopardy!" dominance, but he's gonna have to keep the streak going even longer if he wants the University of Illinois to award him a huge honor.

Illini Big wigs tell TMZ ... James is proving there are many ways to use a math degree from Illinois, but they're not ready to hand him an honorary doctorate any time soon. You might think it's because he kinda shaded his campus experience recently on the show.

James recently told Alex Trebek he "attended class as little as necessary" at Illinois and joked he majored in online poker -- but, we're told that's not why the University is holding out ... though, it can't help.

Fact is, the requirements for giving out honorary doctorate at Illinois are pretty strict, unlike other Universities where the Chancellor can unilaterally decide to hand them out like candy. At Illinois, faculty members must nominate and vote for candidates, and so far, no one's gone to bat for James.

The 2005 Illini grad recently extended his winning streak to 25 consecutive games, banking a whopping $1,991,135 and drawing huge ratings for "Jeopardy!" -- but his diverse knowledge clearly isn't impressing people on campus.

We know what you're thinking -- what if James writes a fat check? That might not do it either.

Case in point ... alum Larry Gies donated a whopping $150 MILLION to the University AND was this year's commencement speaker, but even he's getting iced out.

Ellen DeGeneres just scooped up an amazing estate from Adam Levine for the tidy sum of $45 MIL!!!

Official records show ... Ellen bought Adam's incredible Bev Hills property from her good friend. The sale became official late Thursday afternoon.

The mansion is more than 10,000 square feet strong and it's pretty spectacular. It has a gym, spa, guest house, resort-like pool, 2 kitchens, a professional screening room. The master bedroom is 2,000 square feet!!!

The baronial talk show host and her wife, Portia, have listed their Bev Hills home for $17.9 mil, so they're on the move.

As for their new digs, Adam and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, bought the estate in 2018 for $35.5 mil from "Will and Grace" creator Max Mutchnick, plunked down an additional $7 mil for improvements, and listed it last month for $47.5 mil. So, they got close to asking.

BTW ... Pete Sampras is a former owner.

As for Adam, he and Behati bought Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's Pacific Palisades estate for $32.

Bushwick Bill is pulling out of the Geto Boys reunion and now, on the eve of their tour kicking off, the whole thing's been canceled ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Bushwick Bill tell TMZ ... he was not down with the tour because he felt organizers were piggybacking off his stage 4 pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Specifically, he thought the title -- The Beginning of a Long Goodbye: The Final Farewell -- made it seem like he was on his deathbed.

As we reported, the legendary rap group was slated to begin a 4-city tour Friday -- but the promoters tell us, with Bill backing out ... they've now pulled the plug.

The wheels for the tour were first put in motion in late April. We're told that's when Bushwick phoned his group mates, Scarface and Willie D, and told them he wanted to do a Bushwick and Friends tour, but wanted to talk more about it after a doctor's appointment.

Unfortunately, that's when he found out about his cancer diagnosis.

We're told Bill believes tour organizers exploited his cancer news, jacked HIS tour idea and turned it into a full reunion for the Dirty South legends -- and that's why he decided to pull out.

People connected to Willie and Scarface tell us they were blindsided by Bushwick, and claim he didn't voice any complaints about the tour as recently as last weekend.

3:22 PM PT -- We're told Goldberg had the audience cracking up throughout his speech, including when he joked about the current college admissions scandal.

He encouraged graduates as they walked up to get their diplomas to tip the trustees a few bucks -- or a few thousand -- if they want to get their relatives admitted ... in jest of course.

Journalist Jeffrey Goldberg could have given the best speech of all time to the graduates of Johns Hopkins University, but he wasn't going to top Robert F. Smith ... so he swiftly let them down.

The editor-in-chief of The Atlantic gave the commencement address to the new grads Thursday in Baltimore, and addressed the elephant in the room right at the get-go, by telling them it wasn't going to be a Morehouse College copycat situation ... and that triggered a chorus of boos.

As you know ... Smith, a billionaire, pledged $40 million of his own money during his Morehouse College commencement speech this week to cover the entire amount of the class of 2019's college debt ... and they're getting free bling too.

Goldberg makes it clear he's not going that route ... for a couple reasons. First -- he doesn't have that kind of cash. Second -- the school has an alumnus who's MUCH more equipped to pull a Morehouse move.

Cardi B's cosmetic surgery complications have led to an unintended bonus ... skyrocketing ticket sales!!!

We broke the story ... the rapper had to cancel her headlining gig at the 92Q Spring Bling Festival Friday night in Baltimore so she could properly recover from her recent liposuction and breast augmentation ... at the encouragement of her doctors.

Cardi admittedly had been pushing it to the limit to honor her commitments despite having work done, telling a Memphis crowd on May 5 she should have canceled because "moving too much is going to f*** up my lipo" ... but she rocked it anyway.

Same goes for performing at Rolling Loud and twerking at her Fashion Nova launch party.

She finally had to postpone this time, though ... but TMZ's learned the whole ordeal's been a blessing in disguise. Event organizers quickly announced a September 8 makeup date, and it's generated way more buzz ... and a better bottom line.

Sources close to the event tell us after Cardi made the call to postpone for health reasons, organizers were worried there would be backlash and the rescheduled show wouldn't sell ... but it's done the exact opposite.

We're told within 30 minutes of our story going up, nearly 2,000 tickets sold ... and an additional 2,600 and counting have sold since. Add these totals to the tickets previously purchased -- which will be honored in September -- and it looks like the show will have no problem selling out its 13k capacity venue.

Nipsey Hussle's first baby mama will object to the appointment of the rapper's brother to administer his estate, and might even ask that SHE be appointed administrator, if the hearing goes down as planned, and millions of dollars are on the line ... sources connected to the case tell TMZ.

Sources connected to Tanisha Foster tell TMZ, she will not accept Sam Asghedom, Nipsey's brother, as the manager of the late rapper's fortune, which Sam estimates at $2 million. Sam filed legal docs, saying Nipsey died without a will, and he wants to be appointed the administrator of his brother's estate. A judge is set to rule on Sam's request June 10.

Under California law, Nipsey's children would share equally in his estate. In addition to 10-year-old Emani, the child Nipsey had with Tanisha, he left behind 2-year-old Kross, who's mother is Lauren London. So, each would get around $1 million, less fees and taxes.

Tanisha is fighting for custody of Emani, and if she's successful, she would have some power in handling the money and would probably be entitled to use some of it to provide for the child. A judge has temporarily blocked Tanisha from having physical custody of Emani ... the child is currently living with Nipsey's sister.
