Kylie Jenner Her Yacht is Baller ... But Get a Load of These!!!

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner is plunking down $1.2 million a week to charter Tranquility, a 300-foot megayacht. By the way, add to that the fuel cost and at least a 30% gratuity for the crew of 29. Insane on so many levels, but there are other yachts that give hers a run for her money.

Check out what we found:

Flying Fox. She floats 446-feet strong ... dwarfing Tranquility!!! There are 54 crew members to tend to your every need. It can be yours -- temporarily -- for $4.4 million a week. The likes of Jeff Bezos have opened their wallets to roam the oceans blue on this incredible ship.

Sailing Yacht A. Holy crap!!! It's 468 feet. It accommodates 20 guests, with a crew of 54. It's got everything ... from a helipad to a spa and a gym, etc. etc. This $500 million boat is not for charter, but if ya know the owner -- Russian industrialist Andrey Melnichenko, well, you could get an invite.

Savannah. It's 272 feet, a little shy of Tranquility. But get this -- it has multiple pools and an underwater lounge!!! Kylie could've saved a little cash, because it charters for $1.36 mil a week.

Alfa Nero. Getting a little cramped -- 266 feet long. It has an infinity pool and a helipad and there are 26 crew members for a maximum of 12 guests. It's yours for $922,500 a week.

Chris Johnson Warns Cowboys ... Zeke's Holdout Could Lead To Career-Worst Year!!!

Published | Updated

Chris Johnson is sending a stern warning to Jerry Jones ... if ya let Ezekiel Elliott's contract holdout continue -- it could lead to the running back's career-worst year!!!

Of course, CJ2K would know that best ... the legendary RB says when he held out for all of training camp before the 2011 season -- it contributed to him having the worst season of his Titans career.

"You can train all you want to train, but until you're actually out there playing football and doing all those stuff and instant moves and stuff, you'll never be in football shape until you do it."

Johnson -- who waited until Sept. 1, 2011 to end his contract standoff with Tennessee brass -- says it took him 6 GAMES before he finally felt in football shape because of the layoff.

Chris still managed to get over 1,000 yards on the season, but barely ... logging just 1,047 and only 4 TDs.

CJ2K's advice to Jerry to make sure Zeke doesn't suffer the same fate in Dallas?

"If you're the Cowboys, you need to get him in right now."

Johnson also tells us he's a HUGE fan of Zeke's ... and says he wants the RB to continue the holdout until Jerry and the 'Boys pay him what he deserves nonetheless.

By the way, even though Johnson had a down season after his holdout ... it worked out pretty well for him financially -- he got the Titans to pay him $53.5 MILLION over 4 years!!!

Seems like Jerry's gonna have to AT LEAST hit that number for Zeke's new deal ... and it's obvious Chris thinks Jerry better get it done ASAP!!!

Kanye West Surprises John Monopoly ... Brand New Bday Lambo!!!

Published | Updated

What do you get a guy for his birthday when his name literally reminds you of moneybags? If you're Kanye West ... you go big, black and Italian.

Ye blew the doors off all birthday surprises when he showed up to his former manager John Monopoly's party at Delilah in WeHo Wednesday night with a brand new luxury ride fresh off the lot -- a customized 2019 Lamborghini SUV.

John Monopoly
NOT-SO-ANONYMOUS GIFT

John told us the gift was from a "very good guy" and brother of his with whom he goes back 30 years. He's coy about it, never dropping a name, but it was pretty easy to figure out. Monopoly discovered West and served as his manager for his first 3 albums.

We also got a pic of Kanye after he made the special delivery to confirm the poorly kept secret.

We're told the customized SUV with the matte-black paint job goes for around $300k ... and John says he didn't even see it coming.

BTW -- Monopoly's bday bash was also a lot of fun on the inside of the club in the private VIP section. Along with Kanye, we're told rapper Cam'ron, fashion designer Don C and Jacob York were there.

Happy birthday, John!!!

Ray J Million Dollar Marijuana Deal ... I'm Seeing Green!!!

Published | Updated

Ray J is making bank to get people to invest in dank ... he just inked a lucrative deal to convince rich folk to bankroll legal marijuana startups.

Sources with knowledge of the deal tell TMZ ... Ray J is making $1 mil per year to get people to spend money on weed, as an executive for a cannabis crowdfunding company.

Ray J signed on to become the chief strategic media officer for MarijuanaStock.org ... and his new duties include making infomercials for the brand, encouraging people to invest in the burgeoning bud biz and enlightening potential investors on the possible high returns. Financially, that is.

Our sources say, the company sought out Ray J because he's super plugged into the legal weed biz ... and for his long Rolodex of celeb friends. In Ray's case, it's what he knows AND who he knows. Ray's manager, David Weintraub, tells us Ray was given full creative control for his new venture.

As we first reported ... Ray J recently became heavily involved in legal marijuana, pouring in $5 MILLION to join the green rush and get his own chronic company off the ground.

Now, Ray J is turning ganja into even more green.

Dog the Bounty Hunter Targeted in $430k Dubai Scam!!! Other Celebs Hit Too

Published | Updated

Dog the Bounty Hunter just got a sweet, sweet offer -- $430,000 to fly to Dubai and make a speech, and if that sounds too good to be true ... that's only because it's really a total ripoff.

Here's the thing, though, the six-figure check is very real ... and Dog could cash it, but then he'd really be screwed. His literary agent, Alan Nevins at Renaissance Talent, tells us the dough was delivered Wednesday morning to his office by FedEx, and it immediately set off all sorts of alarms.

We're told this all started last month when Alan got an email, seemingly from the office of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan -- the real Deputy Prime Minister of United Arab Emirates -- offering to pay Dog a handsome fee to speak at an economic empowerment convention for small business owners on August 31.

They sent a contract that was very sophisticated -- with all the proper clauses regarding travel, taxes and indemnity -- so both sides agreed to follow up and see where it all led. Dog joked to Alan that if it turned out to be fake, maybe he could help break up a money laundering scheme.

Sure enough ... things got sketchy after they negotiated a fee and signed the deal. First off, all communication was by email -- the foundation claimed that was due to the 11-hour time difference between L.A. to UAE.

Then there's the website for the alleged event -- mansourfoundation.org -- which looks very real, and even allows you to make donations. However, only by snail mail or email ... NO credit cards. Alan thought that was weird and tells us he called the host hotel listed on the website, only to find out no such event was going down there.

Another red flag came when organizers in "Dubai" told Alan they'd had trouble wiring funds to the bank where he has his business account, so they asked for his personal account at a different bank.

Dog and Alan knew it wasn't real at that point, and decided to walk away -- but lo and behold the live check arrived. The catch was organizers asked Dog to donate $250k of the funds back to the organization.

Alan says he did some research, calling the Portland bank that issued the check and the Portland construction company -- Benson Industries -- that allegedly wrote it. Both are real! Alan says the bank confirmed it's an active account, but wouldn't say for whom. Benson told him they had no knowledge of any such check being cut.

Federal and local law enforcement sources tell us this scam is like the new Nigerian Prince letter ... except with much higher dollar amounts to target rich celebs. We're told, a rash of celebs have been hit up lately -- and if Dog had deposited the check, the funds would have vanished a few days later. So, if he'd sent back the $250k, it would've come out of his own pocket.

We're told it's next to impossible to track down these scammers -- so, Dog dodged a big bullet.

Kylie Jenner She Pasta Time Shopping ... Before Boarding Mega-Yacht!!

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott and the rest of the brood arrived on Italian soil, but before they traded land for sea, they did what every self-respecting tourist does in Italia ... they shopped.

Kylie and Co. arrived in Positano ... where they joined Scott Disick and Sofia Richie, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble and Kylie's friends just days ahead of her 22nd birthday.

The group beelined it for a couple stores before boarding a tender that chugged its way to their floating palace ... the $250 million mega-yacht, "Tranquility."

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie & Co. boarded a private jet Tuesday filled with family and close friends to begin her big bday celebration. It's gonna be extravagant ... with a little help from the 29-person crew.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie boarded the private jet with the train of what looks like a wedding dress poking out of the garment bag as it was dragged along the tarmac. It could have been fully covered up, but we're guessing it may have been a gag ... which Kylie often pulls. We're told they're not getting hitched on the trip.

CREDIT CARD STRUGGLES

Jerry O’Connell might want to join a biker gang ... because trying to rent a bicycle sure as hell ain't working!!!

This is the funniest clip you'll see all day ... Jerry's in the middle of Manhattan trying to use a bike-sharing program, but his credit card keeps getting REJECTED!

Jerry admits it's SUPER EMBARRASSING ... and he keeps swiping and swiping ... but no dice.

It's hilarious ... Jerry makes a crack about his awful credit score, and then dips into his wallet to fish out his mom's debit card. Still nothing doing. Side note: Who carries their mom's debit card?!?

Anyway, seems the Citi Bike machine just didn't feel like working -- neither do we -- so it's not like Jerry's flat broke.

Pretty sure Jerry's got money in the bank ... dude's got his own talk show premiering Monday on FOX, and our guy asked who he's dying to interview. Hint: Jerry has royal aspirations.

And, don't sweat it ... he does eventually get a ride. The old-fashioned way.

El Paso Shooting Prisoners to Host Baked Potato Sale ... To Help Shooting Victims

Published | Updated

Prisoners near El Paso are holding a bake sale for the victims of the mass shooting this weekend -- and by bake ... we actually mean baked potato.

The Otero County Prison Facility -- which is in Chaparral, New Mexico, about 30 minutes North of the Texas town -- is putting on an event Friday on its grounds, where inmates will be selling loaded baked potatoes to prison staff ... in an effort to raise money.

Nissi Jimenez, an Otero County Prison official, says the facility wanted to help their neighbors in any way possible ... figuring it would be a great way to help the grieving community with an in-house effort. All proceeds will be given to the El Paso Community Foundation, which is facilitating donations for the victims and their families.

As for how it'll work ... we're told the prison bought around 150 potatoes for the event, and plan to have 15 inmates working the kitchen to hand out the stuffed snack at $6 a pop, plus charging extra for add-ons.

Their goal is to raise $1,000 in baked potato sales ... but the facility is also taking straight-up check and cash donations in addition to potato profits. It'll all go down in the front lobby, where hundreds of prison employees are expected to attend.

There are more ways the prison plans to contribute -- Jimenez says there are extracurricular clubs in which prisoners participate, and 4 of them have committed to donating money toward the event ... upwards of $1,000 has been pledged so far.

Might sound like small potatoes, but at a time like this ... every penny counts for hospital bills, medical procedures, and other costs.

22 people were killed in Saturday's massacre, and dozens more were injured. The suspected shooter, Patrick Crusius, was taken into custody.

Mass Shootings GoFundMe Cracking Down on Scammers ... Verified Campaigns ONLY

Published

GoFundMe is going to extreme lengths to make sure no one scams money from people looking to donate to the families of mass shooting victims ... and so far, the company says the funds are being distributed as intended.

Sadly, a harsh reality -- fake accounts pop up in the wake of tragedies like this weekend's massacres in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio ... but GoFundMe tells us they're implementing safeguards to ensure no one gets duped this time around.

Honchos at GoFundMe tell TMZ ... the company has a team working around the clock to review and verify all the campaigns seeking money related to the El Paso and Dayton mass shootings, ensuring donations end up in the right hands.

The confirmation process goes like this ... before any money is released or transferred to the beneficiary of the campaign, their information, including their banking information, is verified. If there are any red flags, GoFundMe freezes the funds until they're sure everything is kosher.

You might notice something different on the GoFundMe site for this go-round ... they've launched a centralized hub for verified campaigns, and we're told they're working directly with campaign organizers to guarantee funds raised for the tragedies are not misappropriated.

As you know ... 22 people were killed in the mass shooting in El Paso, and hours later in Ohio, another shooter took 9 innocent lives.

Money has been pouring in to help victims' families and their beneficiaries ... and GoFundMe is guaranteeing no one gets scammed this time.

Bam Margera Celeb Boxing Promoter Says Good Luck in Rehab, But Return Our $$$

Published | Updated
UPDATE

6:21 AM PT -- We're told Bam's team has returned the check without cashing it.

Bam Margera going to rehab has a celeb boxing promoter in a tough spot -- he's looking to get back the dough he just fronted Bam to ref a high profile match.

Damon Feldman, the promoter putting on a bout featuring the infamous Bagel Boss, tells TMZ ... Bam got half of his fee up front -- a cool $2,500 -- after signing a deal last week agreeing to be a ref. The deal called for Bam to get another $2,500 after the event. Damon says he hopes Bam gets better soon, and he won't hold the "Jackass" star to his contract.

The only catch ... Feldman says he wants his money back.

As we reported ... the "Viva La Bam" star is spending the next 60-90 days in treatment, meaning he's unavailable for the September 7 event in Atlantic City. Damon says he's contacted Bam's team to get the money back, but so far, radio silence.

TMZ broke the story ... Damon and Bam agreed to the deal just before Margera went off the rails last weekend -- berating a Southwest Airlines employee and getting booted from the flight.

The next morning, Bam took to social media and pled for Dr. Phil's help because his "family is in shambles" ... claiming his troubles were worse than ever.

Ryan Seacrest Massive Disney Deal in the Works ... For More 'Idol,' 'Live,' Etc.

Published | Updated

Ryan Seacrest was weirdly left out of Disney's press release announcing a new season of "American Idol" -- but we've learned he's not out, just delayed with the Mouse House ... on account of what looks like a massive new deal.

Our Disney sources tell TMZ ... Ryan will likely return as host for a third season of 'AI' on ABC, as its longtime host. The reason the deal hasn't been signed ... he's currently in talks with Disney honchos for a huge contract that goes way beyond 'A.I.' and "Live with Kelly and Ryan."

We're told the new deal encompasses what he's doing now, but includes a massive production deal for new TV shows, produced through his production company.

Interesting ... at the same time, the ABC bigwigs were announced Monday that Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie were coming back to 'Idol' for season 3, Ryan was spotted leaving Marea restaurant in NYC with Disney TV Chairman Peter Rice.

You'll recall ... Ryan ended up landing around $15 million from Disney with his current contract.  Our Disney sources say this is a much sweeter deal.

We're told it's just a matter of time before Disney announces it's snagged Ryan again.

Zayn Malik Lists $10M Bachelor Pad Penthouse ... So Long, SoHo (& Gigi)!!!

Published

Zayn Malik's ex, Gigi Hadid, appears to have moved on from their relationship -- now, it looks like her former beau has too ... 'cause he's moving on out of the neighborhood.

The One Direction star listed his SoHo penthouse -- which is a stone's throw away from Gigi's NoHo apartment -- just over a year after purchasing it for north of $10 million. Zayn snapped it up in March of 2018 shortly after he and Gigi temporarily broke up ... now, he's put it on the market again a few months following what seems like a permanent split.

The on-again, off-again couple reportedly called it quits for good in January of this year.

Zayn bought the place above its listing price of $10.5 mil, shelling out $10.69 big ones. He's currently selling it for $10.8 million -- trying to recoup some of that cash, apparently.

If you got $10 million or so lying around, it might be a good buy. The penthouse has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 932 square feet of a private roof terrace space. It also features heated floors, 12 foot vaulted ceilings and sprawling floor plan.

Zayn doesn't really have much reason to live near Gigi anymore -- she's got her hands full with 'Bachelorette' hunk Tyler C -- so he's searching for buyers. Step right up!!!

Jussie Smollett Even IF I Lied ... City of Chicago's Lawsuit is Bogus!!!

Published | Updated

Jussie Smollett says the City of Chicago is simply trying to exact a pound of flesh from him after his criminal case was dismissed -- a move he calls unprecedented and unfair.

Jussie filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit Chi-Town filed against him to recoup the cost of the investigation into the alleged racist and homophobic attack. In the docs, Jussie says the City has no business suing him because even IF you assume he did lie about the attack -- although he's not admitting that -- there's no way he could have foreseen the enormous amount of money Chicago PD spent on the case.

Jussie also says the city's argument that he's responsible for the investigation costs falls flat because Chicago hasn't shown "a direct link between [Jussie's] statements and the costs the City incurred."

032619_rahm_kal 3/26/19
SOMETHING STINKS

Chicago claims the investigation cost Chicago PD at least $130,000 just in overtime. As we reported, the City also wants Jussie to cover its attorneys fees, and wants punitive damages. In all, it's seeking nearly half a million bucks from Jussie.

The "Empire" star wants the whole suit tossed with prejudice ... meaning it can't be refiled.

Tom Brady $40 Mil Boston-Area Mansion For Sale ... Retirement Hint?!

Published | Updated
UPDATE

9:08 AM PT -- Brady's mansion was briefly listed for sale on Zillow early Tuesday morning ... but was later switched to "off the market."

UPDATE

Doesn't seem to change a thing in terms of the pad being for sale ... likely only means TB12 is looking for serious, private buyers only.

Tom Brady is putting his $40 million, Boston-area mansion up for sale ... and it's got us all wondering -- IS THIS A HINT AT RETIREMENT FOR THE G.O.A.T.?!?!

Of course, TB12 just signed a contract extension with the Patriots ... but NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the details of the deal mean Brady is only under New England control through the 2019 season.

Translation -- both the Pats AND Brady are off the hook if he wants to retire after this year.

Most figured that was just standard procedure when dealing with a QB who's 42 years old ... but now that Brady's listed his house for sale -- is it time to start worrying in New England???

If these are Brady's last days in New England ... at least we now know the guy was living like a king during his time there -- 'cause his Chestnut Hill house is INSANE!!!

It's a 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom pad located on 5 acres just feet from one of the nicest golf courses in the state.

It's got a rec room, gym, wine room, spa AND an outdoor organic herb/vegetable garden ... and the place even features a guest house with a full yoga studio in it.

Reports say Brady and Gisele are house hunting for new places to live in both Connecticut and New Jersey.

By the way, if ya want to move in to Brady's palace ... hope ya got some serious cash -- Brady's asking $39,500,000 for it!

Hope ya saved up!

Al Harrington Buys Australian Basketball Team 'Skip College, Play for Me!'

Published | Updated

Al Harrington is now the part owner of an Australian pro basketball team -- and he's hoping to recruit major high school talent to skip college and play for him ... because he PAYS!!!

39-year-old Harrington, along with Josh Childress and Zach Randolph, have all purchased ownership stakes in the South East Melbourne Phoenix of Australia's NBL, the top pro league Down Under.

So, when we saw the former NBA star leaving Craig's on Monday night, we had to ask him why he decided to make the move.

"I always wanted to own a basketball team, brother ... I'm living my dream."

He then joked, "Sucks that I gotta go all the way to Australia to do it though!"

Then, Al got serious and raved about the league ... telling TMZ Sports he thinks it should be a better pipeline to the NBA than the current NCAA system.

In fact, when we asked Al how he planned to recruit some of the top prep players in the country to go to Australia instead of schools like Duke, Kentucky, Arizona, etc ... he had a compelling argument.

"Go to college for free ... or make $20,000 to $40,000 a month playing for me."

Sounds good to us!

Some major stars are already skipping college to play ball in Australia -- including LaMelo Ball and R.J. Hampton.

R.J. HAMPTON TALKS AUSTRALIA

The question remains ... will the move help their NBA Draft stock and really make them more prepared for the Association?

We also asked Al if he's concerned about racism in Melbourne after the recent incident with Ben Simmons ... and ya gotta hear Al's real talk.
