Bobby Brown says he and Chris Rock are all good ... after the comedian made what some consider a tasteless joke about Whitney Houston -- but you can tell Bobby's still waiting for 2 magic words.

He was leaving LAX Monday, when we asked if he was still mad at Chris for using Whitney's image to make a joke about people wasting his time. His punchline was, "Hurry up I got crack to smoke."

Bobby told us Chris hasn't reached out to apologize personally, but added ... "He's still my boy" and made it clear he'd like to make peace with him.

Sounds like a simple "I'm sorry" would go a long way with B Brown.

Rock, btw, was getting flooded with comments from pissed Whit fans ... including Bobby, who wrote, "During this time of women empowerment you choose to use your time to try and humiliate our QUEEN!!!"

Chris eventually deleted the post, and Bobby's at least saying he harbors no ill will.

Unclear if Bobby's gonna hear from Rock on this subject -- dude's been taking shots at Whitney for a minute. Still, Bobby says there's one big ticket item Chris could give him if he's truly interested in making amends.

If you were thinking something basic like a Rolex, think bigger. As Bobby put it, "I got one of those."

Instead, Neymar turned up to the Boum Boum nightclub in Paris to help Rihanna celebrate the launch of her new luxury fashion brand.

Neymar posted a pic of the two hanging out with the caption ... "Queen and powerful woman 👑🤫 @badgalriri."

As for Mbappe ... he did okay (even without Neymar to support him) -- winning the Ligue 1 Player of the Year award ... along with the Young Player of the Year.

Careful, Neymar ... Mbappe is the new hotness.

And, if you're not careful, he might skip YOUR next award ceremony when Rihanna calls him!!

Nipsey Hussle's baby mama is a wanted woman -- with a lengthy criminal record -- after she recently skipped out on a court appearance in a DUI case.

Tanisha Foster was busted for DUI in Los Angeles a couple years back. She pled no contest to one of the charges and was sentenced to 3 years probation. Foster missed a court date for the case on May 15 -- her probation was revoked -- and a bench warrant was issued.

The DUI arrest isn't the only thing on Foster's record ... in 2007 she was busted for vandalism, annoying phone calls and disturbing the peace. Those charges were eventually dismissed after she completed her probation. In 2006, she was arrested for resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

The arrest warrant comes in the middle of a nasty back and forth with Tanisha and Nipsey's brother and sister. Nipsey's siblings are asking for custody of his 10-year-old daughter, Emani, claiming Tanisha isn't a stable parent.

Both sides were in court for an emotional hearing Tuesday. Tanisha broke down in tears saying it had been months since she spent time with Emani. A judge cleared the courtroom and gave the two 20 minutes together.

Before Drake had his own clothing line, teenage Aubrey Graham daydreamed about Lacoste gear and a diss track he called, "Smell P***y" -- and jotted down all his aspirations in ONE notebook ... and then tossed it.

Drake's notebook, from around 2000, is going up for sale through the memorabilia company, Moments in Time -- and they're hawking this slice of his high school years for a mere $35k.

Drake's love for Lacoste was crystal clear ... he slapped a huge sticker on the notebook cover, signing his stage name above the famous crocodile logo.

Inside the notebook -- found in a dumpster near his grandfather's furniture factory -- Champagne Papi proudly wrote about buying a Lacoste jacket for $171, and listed another Lacoste shirt and hat under his "must-haves."

Federal prosecutors are laying out an overwhelming case connecting Kodak Black to a shooting earlier this year ... but the rapper's attorney says the feds are all bark with no bite.

Prosecutors say Kodak bought 3 weapons and more than 100 rounds of ammo back in February from Lou's Police Distributors -- a federal firearms licensee in Hialeah, Florida. That purchase, prosecutors allege, was facilitated after Kodak lied on a January gun application.

Kodak dropped $3,518.71 for a Mini Draco pistol, Sig MPX K 9mm pistol and Sig P238 .380 pistol.

On March 7, prosecutors say, a Porsche Panamera rented by Kodak drove to Golden Acres -- a neighborhood in Pompano Beach where he grew up -- and fired away. The feds say the intended target was a rival rapper, who was not hit but whose house -- filled with kids -- was littered with bullets. No one was hit.

Law enforcement responded to the scene and found several spent castings and the MPX K Kodak bought in February. Prosecutors say the weapon had Kodak's fingerprints and a live round in the chamber that jammed during the shooting.

Prosecutors also say cops found the Porsche abandoned 14 miles from the scene of the crime and heavily damaged. The SUV's GPS data was then downloaded ... pinpointing the SUV in the Golden Acres neighborhood at the time of the shooting.

In docs, the feds say multiple witnesses saw Kodak at the scene of the shooting. The rapper has NOT been charged with any crime and the investigation continues.

As we first reported ... federal prosecutors wanna keep the rapper behind bars and deny him bail on the heels of his arrest at Rolling Loud for allegedly lying on 2 gun applications. While laying out their argument to keep Kodak behind bars, prosecutors brought up the March 7 shooting.

Future gave his son, Baby Future, a brand new Rolex for his 5th birthday -- and now, he's kinda getting dragged for it online over the kid's reaction ... which might be a tad harsh.

The Atlanta rapper posted a ton of photos and videos of the epic superhero-themed bash he threw for his and Ciara's son Saturday, which was basically a child's dream come true.

One of the clips Future threw up showed BF opening the box to a Rolex ... which seemed to leave the young tyke somewhat underwhelmed as he responded with a half-hearted "Thanks." It's a pretty hilarious reaction, but folks are really letting Future have it.

The general reaction to papa's gift -- the kid's 5 ... what's he gonna do with a Rolex??? He wants toys, man!!! Not sure if that's totally accurate, seeing how Baby Future was rocking it.

Also worth pointing out ... DJ Khaled gifted his own son -- who was only A YEAR OLD at the time -- a $100k, diamond-studded watch that he wouldn't be able to wear for years to come. DJK didn't face nearly half the backlash for that ... so people should really cut Future a break here. At least his kid can actually put the watch on, and he looks great with it too.

Meanwhile, Ciara and Russell Wilson appeared to throw a birthday party of their own for young Future around the same time frame -- which also looked pretty sweet on camera.

Gotta say, the dueling birthday parties reminds us of Blac Chyna and Tyga's competing birthday bashes for little King once upon a time. It's a win-win for the kid in either case, really. Double the presents and cake ... and a whole lot of fun.

DaBaby's security team is in big trouble because the man they viciously beat Friday night could die ... according to his mother.

The victim -- whose performing name in Don Trag -- is currently in the hospital and in a coma, according to his mother. The mother tells us, her son was actually performing in Lawrence, Massachusetts the night he was beaten. Don Trag's brother, who's also a rapper, says all Don Trag wanted was to take a photo with DaBaby when his security went nuts on him with a ferocious pounding.

Don Trag's brother says he has significant brain and neck swelling and "is not doing well." His mom says things are even more ominous. She says 22-year-old Don Trag was at her home outside Boston Saturday -- hours after the attack -- when he collapsed.

As we reported, Don Trag had been taken to the hospital right after the attack, but released and went to his mom's home.

As we reported, the incident went down at Centro Nightclub, just before DaBaby was about to take the stage. Our DaBaby sources told us Don Trag got aggressive and that's when his security stepped in. DaBaby looked on as Don Trag got thrashed.

Police showed up after the attack, but none of the witnesses wanted to cooperate.

Britney Spears is clearly trying to make it clear ... she's living her life.

Brit and BF Sam Ashgari went for some grub Saturday night at Lure Fish House in Westlake Village, near her home.

She looks great and seems happy ... at least from the pic.

TMZ broke the story, despite the social media cry to "Free Britney," her conservatorship is biz as usual. She interacts with her dad, conservator Jamie Spears, multiple times a day. She has freedom to do as she wishes, with an asterisk. Her dad makes sure security follows his daughter wherever she goes, to make sure she doesn't cross the line ... e.g., if she went to a liquor store, security would step in.

And, as we reported, smart phones are off limits to Brit, because her dad doesn't want people contacting her who might have ulterior motives.

Britney also said she'll perform again. As we reported, her longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, said he hasn't heard from her in months and it's Britney's decision when, if ever, she'll return to the stage.

Diablo seems to have rebounded in a big way ... after his involuntary psych hold and an apparent suicide attempt.

We got the DJ/producer in West Hollywood Saturday night outside Delilah, and he was super introspective about the downward spiral he had experienced just weeks before, when he posted an alarming note on Instagram, saying, "I'm gonna end it tonight. Goodbye everyone."

Diablo was placed on a 5150 hold after friends called the cops to rush over and help him. He now says one of his missions is to spread awareness about mental illness, and how to take steps to keep it in check.

Diablo was at the club with Lil Xan, who was clearly wasted as they made their exit.

Gucci Mane is not goin' up North for a series of concerts after all ... at least not for a few more months.

The rapper's postponed his 'Live in Canada' tour -- which had 10 stops scheduled in May -- because he wants to bring a bigger and better show to his fans than he had in the bag ... according to his rep.

We're told Gucci and the promotion company he's working with are planning for early September to make up the shows, and he'll be more equipped to give his fans what they deserve ... because he's currently working on a new album.

Our sources say the September tour will still include stops in the big Canadian cities -- like Ottawa, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver -- and will hopefully add Toronto as well ... which wasn't scheduled in May.

We broke the story ... the rapper had to obtain a temporary resident permit to enter Canada for his tour, which was no small feat, considering his long rap sheet and the country's tough stance on folks with prior convictions.

Gucci made it happen though, and his rep says his paperwork is still in good order and will be through September ... so he won't have to worry about it when it's time to take the stage.

As for the 10 venues where Gucci was supposed to perform this month ... tickets are being refunded due to the postponement.

DaBaby bailed on a concert he was supposed to perform at because of an overzealous fan -- who allegedly became confrontational and handsy ... and, thus, got the crap beat of him by the rapper's crew.

The North Carolina-bred MC was all set to take the stage Friday night at Centro Nightclub in Lawrence, MA -- where he was headlining.  DB never made it in the building 'cause his security team and entourage were too busy beating some guy to a pulp outside ... according to Derek Lemire, who was promoting the event for NTS Entertainment.

We're told the fan wanted a photo with DaBaby, but got turned down. When the dude persisted by asking again, Lemire says he got swarmed by DB's posse ... and took a severe beating.

You can see DaBaby looking on nearby as the dude gets thrashed. He's wearing his signature "KIRK" chain that he's always wearing on stage and social media. We're told the fan was carried away by stretcher and taken to the hospital.

To make matters worse, Lemire tells us that DaBaby completely flaked on the gig ... bouncing after the altercation and allegedly taking the money he was paid with him. Lemire says NTS shelled out $22k for DaBaby, and he's working on getting it back.

A police spokesperson tells us cops responded to the scene early Saturday morning -- but when officers arrived, none of the witnesses would cooperate.

As far as how this went down from the DaBaby's point of view, we're told it was a classic case of look-but-don't-touch. The fan persisted on getting a photo, and when he was repeatedly denied ... the guy allegedly started talking smack and getting handsy with Baby's security. Our sources say the dude touched the hand of the rapper's bodyguard ... and then it was on.

Tyga was once married to Tristan Thompson's baby mama ... and that creates a crazy, tangled web!!!

We found court records showing Tyga and Jordan Craig -- who has a 2-year-old son, Prince with TT -- got hitched on September 06, 2010 and they filed divorce docs exactly one month later. Interesting ... Tyga recently started liking Jordan's pics on Instagram, a clear sign he's trying to grab her attention.

The brief marriage certainly adds an interesting layer to the Kardashian dating tree. Tyga has a kid with Blac Chyna who also has a child with Rob Kardashian. Tyga, of course, also dated Rob's sister, Kylie.

As for the Tristan side of things ... he went on to have a daughter, True, with Khloe Kardashian.

Travis Tritt was involved in a fatal car accident just before 3 AM Saturday morning.

The country star was on his tour bus on a South Carolina highway when he says a Jeep, going the wrong way, hit a pickup truck in front of his vehicle, killing 2 -- the driver of the jeep and the passenger in the truck that was struck. His tour bus was sideswiped by another vehicle and only sustained minor damage. No one on the bus was injured.

Travis said, "I feel so bad for those who died needlessly tonight. I’m literally shaken by what I witnessed. God bless those who died and their families. Two human beings died tonight for no reason other than stupidity. I’m saddened beyond belief!"

It's unclear why the Jeep was going the wrong way, but Travis said, "I’m told that two people were killed in tonight’s accident as the the result of someone who was obviously driving drunk or impaired. Just a sober reminder to everyone to never drive if you’ve been drinking or impaired in any way. Uber or Lyft is just a phone call away."

Britney Spears may be in the eye of a social media firestorm, but her conservatorship is working 24/7 and it's business as usual.

Sources with knowledge of the conservatorship tell TMZ ... Britney and her dad, conservator Jamie Spears, talk at least 3 times a day, often at Britney's behest. There have been reports Britney and Lynne Spears have squeezed Jamie out of his daughter's life, but it's not the case. In fact, we're told she's actually calling him "more than usual."

As for how the conservatorship runs ... we're told it's the same way it's run for 11 years. Britney fills her day with massages, acupuncture, facials, hair appointments and caring for her 2 sons.

She's free to come and go as she pleases, with certain restrictions. Security follows Britney at all times, but they don't meddle unless there's a red flag. For example, we're told liquor stores are off limits. You'll recall, Britney had issues with alcohol back in 2008 when she went into a tailspin.

There are other restrictions that Britney doesn't like, but they're in place nonetheless and haven't changed. Most notably, she really wants an iPhone, but we're told Jamie has put the kibosh on that because of concerns over social media and people with ulterior motives contacting her. Britney has taken the issue up with the judge -- as recently as a week ago Friday -- but the judge sided with Jamie.

Britney and Kevin Federline still have 50/50 joint custody of their sons ... the actual time week-to-week has gone back-and-forth for various reasons, but the formal arrangement hasn't changed.

As one source put it, "Britney does what she wants. The conservatorship protects her, but with a few exceptions it doesn't restrict her in her day-to-day life."

Jay-Z didn't bother reaching out to a musician whose song he sampled on one of his most popular albums, and now the dude wants his all these years later ... according to a lawsuit.

Soul artist and guitarist Ernie Hines recently filed suit against Jigga, Roc-A-Fella Records, Sony Music and Timbaland -- who produced the track Ernie's griping about -- claiming they jacked one of his songs from back in '69 and used it on Jay's 1998 record "Vol. 2... Hard Knock Life" without his permission ... and without ever paying him.

Hines says his track "Help Me Put Out the Flame (In My Heart)" was sampled for the 'Vol. 2' song "Paper Chase" ... but he didn't even become aware of it until last year.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Hines asserts that he's a senior citizen -- he is, the guy's 81 years old -- and that he doesn't listen to rap music ... only learning about the alleged unauthorized use of his song in 2018. Presumably, that's his excuse on why he's doing this now, well past the statute of limitations.

Funny enough, 'Paper Chase' is listed on Tidal as having sampled 'Help Me' on a specific sampling page that lays out all the songs used to make that classic album. So, there's no question Timbaland used it to produce Jay's track.

There's more ... Hines claims Timbaland also used 'Help Me' on Ginuwine's 1999 album, "100% Ginuwine" -- once again without his permission or without any payment. Interestingly, Ginuwine isn't a defendant on the lawsuit.

Janet Jackson is loved in Las Vegas .... and that couldn't be clearer from the opening night of her residency.

Janet performed Friday night to a packed house at the Park Theater at the MGM. The show is part of her tour -- "Metamorphosis."

Her set list is awesome -- "Nasty," "Escapade," "Miss You Much," "Free Xone."
