Snoop Dogg enjoyed some very special flowers for his birthday -- a customized bouquet enhanced with 4 dozen joints!!! Take that, baby's breath.

Snoop celebrated his 48th bday Sunday, and the folks who know him best surprised him with one of the things he loves most on this Earth ... WEED!!!

Check out this ganja gift ... it's a flower arrangement with 48 pre-rolled joints filled with the stickiest of the icky ... one for each of Snoop's trips around the sun.

Snoop's present is the creation of the cannabis floral designer and artist, Leslie K Monroy ... and she tells us folks at Snoop's weed company, Merry Jane, saw some of her work at Flowers on Flowers and just had to get something dank for the Doggfather.

We're told half the joints are filled with Indica and the other half with Sativa ... and the bouquet also includes 4 small weed clones and 8 tall clones, in addition to the normal plants. We know what you're thinking: Next Mother's Day is gonna be lit!

No word what kinda birthday cake Snoop had, but we guarantee it tasted really good!!!

Singer Maggie Rogers wasn't having it when some morons in the crowd wanted her to take her top off ... telling them to STFU!!!

The incident went down over the weekend at The Moody Theater for Austin City Limits Live. She ended the show with an encore of her most popular track, "Alaska," and, as is her custom, gives a moving preamble for what she calls "the most vulnerable part of the set."

Then ... the hecklers came out of hiding. Watch the vid ... you hear Maggie get interrupted by obnoxious concertgoers before you hear someone yell "Free the nips." The 25-year-old singing sensation didn't skip a beat and immediately called out the hecklers for their sexist comments.

The next day ... Maggie said she was "stunned, furious, fuming" and confused over the incident. And, she made it crystal clear that "there is no space for harassment or disrespect or degradation of any kind at my show. be kind to each other out there." Words to live by.

BTW ... Maggie's singing career catapulted about 3 years ago when Pharrell listened to her track, "Alaska," which was a homework assignment she was asked to prepare for her class at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU.

Suge Knight could be in prison for the rest of his life, but he doesn't want to go out a broke man ... so he's entrusting Ray J to cash in on his name.

Sources close to the former Death Row Records boss tell TMZ ... he's signed over his life rights to Ray, with the expectation he'll make the right decisions with Suge's story and make some money for him and his family while he's behind bars.

We're told Knight's been friends with Ray J for decades and trusts his business acumen and ability to choose the right projects for film, TV, book publications and more.

Our sources say a documentary on Suge and his famous record label is already being developed ... as well as a project about Tupac Shakur and there are discussions of bringing Death Row back.

On the latter, we're told it's a longshot that would require additional investors ... but Suge's letting Ray take the reins on exploring the venture.

Of course, all of this is huge for Ray J and his bank account too ... which is a nice follow-up to the lucrative $1 million deal he inked in August to get people to invest in the weed biz.

Looks like he's now in charge of 2 major enterprises -- not to mention side hustles in the headphones and scooter industries ... so business looks good.

Suge, meanwhile, is serving hard time for at least the next decade. As we reported ... he struck a 28-year plea deal in his murder case last year, but got credit for time served and with prison overcrowding, he could be released in a little more than 10 years.

If half of Hollywood's elite were in Rhode Island this weekend for Jennifer Lawrence's wedding, then the other half was almost certainly at Andrew Watt's birthday party in L.A.

TONS of celebs were out in force Saturday night to attend the musician/producer's 29th born day at an exclusive house party in Benedict Canyon, where it basically became a parade of star power for the young and famous as folks made their way home one after another.

Justin and Hailey Bieber were there, as was Camila Cabello (sans Shawn Mendes), Jared Leto, Miguel, Diplo, Brooklyn Beckham, Josie Canseco, Kaia Gerber, Kelly Osbourne, Travis Barker, Luka Sabbat, Jasmine Tookes and lots of other whipper-ish snappers.

Adam Levine was there too, BTW -- he performed on stage, alongside the Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins and Chad Smith and Josh Klinghoffer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Andrew performed as well ... rocking out on the guitar, and having a ball doing it.

During the show ... Adam belted out Prince's "Purple Rain," with the birthday boy himself helping out as well. Safe to say, the live entertainment was second to none.

Oh, and Lori Loughlin's daughter, Olivia Jade, showed up with her boyfriend -- which is ... interesting. Felicity Huffman's off in prison -- where her mom may very well end up by the end of her trial -- and OJ's out doing her thing. Keepin' that same energy, we see.

Anyway, it was definitely a hodgepodge of A-listers -- but it looks like everyone was having a good time. And, it was quite the opposite from the elegant affair across the country.

PnB Rock and his crew appear to have gotten into a pretty nasty brawl -- but for now, it seems no one's gone running to cops yet.

The Philly born rapper was in his hometown Saturday with his boys, where they were hanging out at the Hill Creek projects at one point ... chatting up locals and shooting video of each other goofing around and smoking up -- all of which they posted on IG.

Later, the same group of guys -- including PnB Rock and rapper PnB Meen -- were allegedly seen beating the crap out of three men inside a Neiman Marcus at the King of Prussia Mall ... just outside of Philly. Eyewitnesses tell TMZ that PnB and the crew rolled up to the store in an Escalade and rushed in to attack the 3 dudes, whom we're told were just shopping.

Based on video we got of the fight, it looks like PnB and co. were rolling at least 5 deep. Most of them also appear to be wearing the same clothes from their IG stories.

According to bystanders on the scene, the attack looked unprovoked. After the beatdown, we're told PnB Rock and his friends hopped back in their car and peeled away. Our sources say the 3 guys immediately ran into the main mall area, presumably to alert someone.

King of Prussia's security division refused to comment on the incident, and the Upper Merion Township Police -- which oversees this specific area of PA -- tell TMZ they're unaware of any such fight at Neiman Marcus and haven't received a complaint about it.

Fetty Wap just got hit with a battery charge stemming from his melee with security at a Vegas casino ... and surveillance footage shows the rapper landing some haymakers!!!

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Fetty is charged with one count of misdemeanor battery for striking the security guard in the head.

Ya gotta see the video from outside the Mirage Hotel and Casino where last month's fight went down ... you see Fetty connect with two punches as guards swarm and try to bring him down during a huge scuffle.

We broke the story ... Fetty Wap was busted in September after a fight broke out in the casino parking lot, and Mirage security made a citizen's arrest until Las Vegas Metro PD showed up and took him into custody.

Kanye West has gone international with his Sunday Service ... this time the destination was Jamaica.

Kanye barreled into Kingston Friday for a concert in Emancipation Park, to the delight of a huge crowd that crammed into the space for the 2-hour service.

No sign of Kim and the kids ... they could have made the trip, but they were nowhere in sight.

Kanye did bring along a choir of at least 120 people. He opened the service with the gospel song, "Prince of Peace," and also performed Damian Marley's "Welcome to Jamrock." He closed the show with "Jesus Walks."

The concert was made even better by weather conditions ... it was a cool, breezy night.  Some of the people in the crowd were so overcome with emotion they were sobbing.

Kanye and company were all wearing City of Kingston shirts. He launched Jamaica themed merchandise on his online shop.

Some people on social media, however, blasted Ye for profiting off government logos without paying royalties.

This might be the classiest clap back ever ... Floyd Mayweather subtly responding to 50 Cent after the rapper said Floyd's protege Gervonta Davis stole Mayweather's chick.

Earlier this week, 50 posted a video on social media saying he got a tip about someone who "took champ's bitch" -- and then identified the lady stealer as Davis.

"I don't know what the f**k," 50 said ... "Nelly took one of the bitches, Ray J took one of the bitches, now Gervonta done took one of the bitches. He bought the bitch a Bentley, Maybach, motherf**king condo and all that s**t. Now Gervonta got the bitch? N***a probably want to put a suicide note, man."

So, when we saw Floyd this week, we asked him about Gervonta -- and Mayweather showered him with praise, essentially saying Davis is like family.

"He's an unbelievable fighter and they can’t stop him," Floyd said.

"He’s the best at what he do. I’m behind him. I look at him like a son, ya know? I’ve been working with him for years now. And, the only thing we’re gonna do is keep racking those victories and beating the best they got out there."

Seem like a guy who thinks Gervonta stole his lady??? Not really ...

Mike Posner's putting 6 months worth of wear and tear on his feet behind him with a big dip in the Pacific, and ya can't say he didn't earn it ... after WALKING damn near 3,000 miles!!!

The EDM star completed the trek -- from New Jersey to California -- in 6 months, and by his count, he covered 2,851 miles over that period. Mike celebrated when he reached the sand on Venice Beach by jumping in the ocean.

Not only was it not easy ... it could've killed him. You'll recall ... Mike was bitten by a baby rattlesnake back in August as he made his way across Colorado. After a few days in a hospital, he got back on the horse ... or his feet, albeit with the help of a walker.

Mike had been logging about 24 miles per day, but the snakebite slowed his pace for a while.

Still, he trekked on to complete the journey. He told us way back in April when he started that the deaths of his father and Avicii inspired him to make the trip ... and he hoped to inspire others to achieve their goals.

His personal goal was to reach Cali by October, so he nailed that. If anyone deserves a massage on the beach today ... it's you, Mike!!!

The Game just lost his appeal for a new trial in a civil suit in which he was accused of sexual assault ... so he's still on the hook for more than $7 million in damages.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the rapper was denied a new trial by a federal appeals court in Illinois.

As we've reported ... Game lost the lawsuit filed by Priscilla Rainey -- a former contestant on his 2015 reality show, "She's Got Game," who accused him of sexual assault -- and an Illinois court ordered him to pay her $7.13 mil.

Rainey claims Game was high on drugs and reached inside her dress, "forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks." Game called her "a thirsty Gatorade mascot of a transvestite."

Game appealed the initial ruling, but on Thursday the appeals court affirmed the lower court's ruling, slamming Game for blowing off the trial by not showing up and calling his conduct towards Rainey "deeply reprehensible."

Nick Young and Rihanna???

It almost happened ... with the NBA star saying he shot his shot at the superstar after she watched him ball out at a Lakers game, but there was one thing holding him back ... Iggy Azalea.

It all went down around 2014, according to Swaggy (who told the story on the "Certified Buckets" podcast) ... saying he was motivated to play outta his mind after he saw RiRi sitting courtside at Staples Center.

"I had a good game, so [the reporters] asked me why ... and I said, you know, Rihanna was there."

Young says the shout-out got a reaction from Rihanna -- who actually hit him up afterward, but he didn't follow through because there was already another famous lady in the picture.

"She hit me back, but I couldn't go full throttle with it because I was like, in the beginning stages of my relationship with [Iggy]."

The hosts of the podcasts nearly lost their minds over Nick's revelation -- with Sarunas J Jackson saying straight-up, "WRONG ONE MAN!"

"You coulda been King of Barbados! You could have been first man of Barbados right now!"

Don't worry, Nick defended Iggy's honor -- "I think I did pretty good, though. It worked out for a little bit."

Of course, Nick and Iggy dated for years and even got engaged ... but things fell apart after Nick admitted messing around on Iggy on cell phone footage posted by then-teammate D'Angelo Russell ('memba that?!?).

Kanye West's crusade to corner the market for his Sunday Service gear just got shot down by the trademark gods ... of the U.S., anyway.

Ye applied for exclusive ownership of the mark, "Sunday Service," to slap it on clothing, dresses, footwear, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, shirts, socks and tops. But, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office shut him down because, basically ... someone's already working that corner!!!

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, someone else already registered the name -- and therefore Kanye using it would likely cause confusion in the marketplace.

We broke the story ... Kanye applied for the trademark in July. He'd started selling gear even before that, on Easter Sunday, to coincide with his performance at Coachella. He was hawking hoodies for $165 and $225 a pop and socks for $50.

Since then, his Sunday Service events have become a weekly attraction all over the country -- from Wyoming to Queens, NY -- attracting big crowds and celebs.

Fugees rapper Pras says when it comes to singing the n-word ... Gina Rodriguez has to earn a pass. Question is ... has she?

Pras hopped on "TMZ Live" Friday and let it be known that only certain Latin people who have contributed to the culture and those deeply embedded in the black community are given an honorary pass to say the word while singing a song.

As far as Gina's concerned ... Pras says he knows she's Latina but doesn't know her background well enough to speak on whether to issue her an honorary pass or not.

As we reported ... Gina got a lot of heat earlier this week for saying "n***a" while singing Lauryn Hill's verse on the Fugees' 1996 hit, "Ready or Not."

"Love & Hip Hop Miami" star Amara La Negra and Boyz II Men singer Shawn Stockman say Gina's earned the green light ... but seems the debate rages on.

Lady Gaga came way too close to the edge of glory when she invited a fan onstage and leapt into his arms ... because he was not ready for the spotlight.

Gaga was in the middle of a performance for her Las Vegas residency show, 'Enigma,' Thursday night at Park MGM when she brought the fan, Jack, up to join her.

Jack looked like he didn't want to let go when Gaga gave him a hug, so she obliged and decided to jump up and wrap her legs around his waist ... and that turned out to be a very bad choice.

After a few little hops and twists, everyone's laughs and cheers turned to gasps as Jack took a misstep off the right side of the elevated stage and went tumbling off ... still holding on to the star of the show.

The 2 crashed hard, and it looked like Jack came down on top of Gaga. Here's another angle.

The good news ... everyone seemed to be uninjured after the nasty spill, and Gaga announced to the crowd that everything was okay. She added ... "The only thing that’s not okay is we need some stairs for the damn stage so I can get back up."

The singer also consoled Jack, who was apparently in tears after the fall, and invited him back up to sit with her as she played piano and performed "Million Reasons."

She told him ... "Could you promise me something? Could you forgive yourself right now for what just happened?" and added, "I think that’s amazing. We f****g love each other so much we fell off the damn stage."

What a pro. Her post-concert ice bath and hot bath was extra necessary after this one.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott don't seem fully committed to breaking up, because they're spending an awful lot of time together, and it may not just be about Stormi.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Kylie and Travis are getting very comfortable together since their split, and he's been spending lots of time at her house -- something we're told will continue.

We broke the story ... Travis dislocated his knee after falling onstage at Rolling Loud, and now we're told the injury is one of the reasons he's been holed up at Kylie's crib in Calabasas, where he's mostly hanging with Stormi.

We're told when he's not at Kylie's main crib ... Travis is spending nights at the home he and Kylie shared in Bev Hills.

Our sources say Kylie and Travis are maintaining a friendship, and over the next few months, they plan on spending even more time together with Stormi because the holidays are fast approaching.

Those plans are already in motion ... as we've reported, Kylie and Travis took Stormi to a pumpkin patch earlier this week from some good ol' fashioned Halloween fun. But, it was telling the parents only took pics with their kid.

As of now, our sources say the plan is to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas as a family, and the goal for Kylie and Travis is to keep things familiar for Stormi with family parties and events including both mom and dad.

And, get this ... while Kylie and Travis aren't currently a "couple," we're told some of their friends believe the exes will get back together by the end of the year. Remember, there's a little bit of a pattern here ... break up, make up, break up, etc.

Elton John and "Rocketman" star Taron Egerton performed Thursday night in L.A. ... but lots of fans were super pissed they sang a grand total of 2 songs.

Fact is ... it was always billed as the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra playing the soundtrack to the movie "Rocketman" at the Greek Theatre. But, the billboard for the concert clearly says it features Elton and Taron ... so lots of fans felt shortchanged.

After the Symphony did its thing, Elton and Taron came out and performed "I'm Gonna Love Me Again," and "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me" ... but that was it.
