Jay-Z and Beyoncé can do whatever they please with their money, and anyone who has an issue with their new $200 million pad should try taking notes, instead of shots ... so says, Deon Cole.

We got the comedian out in NYC, where he had a message for all the naysayers calling their massive new Malibu mansion a gross exhibition of wealth.

As we first reported, the power couple dropped $200M in cash for the spectacular home -- and Deon's suggesting their haters quit critiquing, and get out into the world and achieve their own version of success.

He's realistic -- we can't all spend like the Carters, after all -- but the bigger point is, find your own level of success.

TMZ broke the story ... the couple purchased the 30,000-sq-ft estate from renowned art collector William Bell and set the record for the most expensive home ever sold in California. It sits on 8 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Malibu's Paradise Cove neighborhood, aka Billionaires' Row.

As you know, they are still hanging on to their mansion in Bel-Air, which they snagged for $88M in 2017.

Deon's take on Jay and Bey's eye-popping real estate portfolio is ... they've worked hard to earn their coins, and can spend it however they'd like. He also notes, $200M is still a relative drop in the bucket, considering their collective wealth.

Forbes says Jay-Z is worth $2.5 billion, and Beyoncé's was estimated around $500 million. Of course, she also just kicked off her "Renaissance" tour, which is expected to gross over $1 billion.

So, while they can more than afford the new crib, DC does say for $200 mil, it better come with some amazing technology. Automated TP service, anyone?

Former "American Idol" winner Samantha "Just Sam" Diaz is living a bad case of deja vu ... singing in New York City subways for money.

Just three years removed from winning "Idol" in 2020, the non-binary singer says they're back to showing off their pipes in subway stations ... making a living off the cash and coins folks leave in their donation box.

Just Sam is documenting the full circle moment on social media ... posting clips on Instagram showing themself covering different songs in NYC subway stations.

In a since-deleted caption, Sam says they were embarrassed to be reverting back to subway singing after winning the famous reality singing competition.

According to The Sun, Sam's deleted caption said, "Back in 2021, I was super embarrassed to be going back to the trains. I didn’t want people to know that I legit needed the money. I didn't want people to know that it wasn't optional. I was disappointed in myself for allowing myself to fall so low after winning Idol, but then I had to take it easy on me and remember that I started my journey with Idol at 20 years old."

Sam won "Idol" at the height of the pandemic, during a 2020 season that went remote midseason, and contestants performed while isolated. Sam beat out runner-up Arthur Gunn to win the show's 18th season.

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are definitely giving their relationship a real second chance ... because they're still going strong after making out at Coachella.

Shawn and Camila were out for a coffee date Tuesday in New York City, holding hands and looking super happy as they strolled around the Big Apple.

The rendezvous comes a little over a month after we last saw Shawn and Camila together ... when they were holding hands in Santa Monica on the heels of their music festival hookup.

Remember ... Shawn and Camila started dating back in 2019 and they stuck together through the pandemic, even quarantining together.

But, they broke up in November 2021, and there were plenty of rumors -- and some photos -- suggesting Shawn was moving on ... potentially with his chiropractor, Dr. Jocelyne Miranda.

That is until last month when the exes met up at Coachella and ended up kissing, hugging, and dancing in the desert.

BTW, Dr. Miranda had a front-row seat for the couple's Coachella PDA ... so, that rumor looks like it was empty calories.

Kanye West and Gap are still beefing in the wake of their failed partnership ... and now things are getting nasty in the form of a $2 million lawsuit.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Gap wants Kanye to foot the bill for any damages it might incur in a lawsuit it's facing ... because Gap feels Ye and his company are responsible for putting them in this mess.

As for that mess -- Gap is being sued by Art City Center, a company that says it owns a building in downtown L.A. that was leased to Gap as a storefront for Kanye's Yeezy clothing line.

Art City Center says the building underwent a ton of unapproved alterations when Gap was hawking the Yeezy collab in 2021 and 2022 ... and the company is suing Gap over the cost to restore the premises. So, Gap is, essentially, trying to pass that buck to Kanye.

In the suit, Gap says its contract with Kanye called for Gap to not be held liable for any claims like this that might be brought against them.

Gap is going after Kanye for more than $2 million ... which includes the amount the company thinks it's about to get dinged for over the Yeezy store -- plus a little extra for Gap's attorneys' fees, of course.

As we reported ... Kanye pulled the plug on his partnership with Gap back in September, claiming the company double-crossed him with empty promises.

We reached out to Kanye's camp ... so far no word back.

Johnny Depp didn't leave London without paying tribute to his longtime pal and late guitarist, Jeff Beck ... performing on the same stage they did a year ago, all in his honor.

Johnny hit the stage Monday night at the Royal Albert Hall for a tribute concert for Beck, who died earlier this year. Depp was in the company of some rock legends for the show ... including Eric Clapton, Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood, Billy Gibbons, Joss Stone, Kirk Hammett and more.

The icon-heavy concert comes on the heels of some other big moments for Depp -- he was just celebrated at the Cannes Film Festival for his movie, "Jeanne du Barry" ... and he inked a $20 mil deal with Dior.

He was in rock star mode, though, in London ... rocking a pair of shades, a beret and a jacket with a photo of Beck on the back.

As we reported, Beck died at the age of 78 in January after contracting bacterial meningitis.

The show is the first of 2 tribute concerts, announced by Beck's wife Sandra and Eric Clapton back in March.

And, JD's performance was especially significant. Remember, Johnny and Jeff actually performed together at the exact same venue in May of last year.

You'll recall, they were touring together following Johnny's defamation trial against Amber Heard. In fact, Johnny wasn't in court for the verdict because he had a gig.

Zedd knows how to crank out tunes -- and apparently babies -- 'cause a woman went into labor at his Nevada show over the weekend and gave birth.

The Grammy award-winning musician was performing at Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas Saturday when a pregnant fan urgently needed to deliver near the stage.

An on-site medical team assisted the woman and rushed her to a hospital, where her infant girl was delivered.

After his performance, Zedd heard about the baby drama and took to Twitter to track down the woman. Zedd wrote, "I heard someone gave birth at the stage DURING MY SHOW. Can someone pls help me find the person? I'd like to reach out!" Zedd got it wrong ... the woman gave birth at the hospital, but close enough.

Zedd got a response Monday night from none other than the new mom herself, Cristina Celis.

Celis tweeted a photo of herself cradling her newborn daughter in a hospital chair with a caption that read, "It was me." She added her baby is "safe, happy and healthy," and thanked the first aid team for their help. The new parents decided to change her middle name to Daisy.

Yung Gravy's recovering from taking a huge tumble while doing something sweet for his fans -- and the accident likely had the crowd singing his song, "Oops!!!"

Gravy was in Gulf Shores, Alabama performing Sunday at the packed Hangout Music Festival, and this video shows just how brutal the fall was while he was doing a little crowd work.

As you can see, the "Betty" rapper was walking a path, with fans on either side and handing out roses on his way back to the stage. The dude never saw the slightly raised plywood in his way, and let's just say ... Gravy was tripping, hard.

Keep in mind, he's like 6'6", so it's a long way down!

Gravy powered through, and after 2 security guards helped him up, he finished the show ... and we've learned he was playing hurt.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Gravy suffered a broken left elbow and a broken right wrist. He initially thought a couple Advil would be enough, but when he went to the ER on Monday, doctors discovered the fractures.

You'll recall ... earlier this year, Gravy told us he was excited about some projects he's cooking up in 2023, especially a supposed collab with rapper Quavo.

The security guard who went viral for being an undercover Swiftie says it was a simple process to get the job working Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, but he admits things didn't go as he originally planned.

Davis Perrigo, whose day job is accounting, joined us Monday on "TMZ Live," and explained he just had to fill out a form in order to work "security" at Nashville's Nissan Stadium for Taylor's concert -- and even did a test run by working a Luke Combs' concert at the same venue the week before.

Nelly is so pissed judges awarded Devin Haney the win over Vasiliy Lomachenko, he says he's done watching the sport -- he's finished with boxing!

And, the 3x Grammy award winner isn't alone ... lots of fans are pissed off at yet another controversial decision.

"I'm just letting y'all know I am done with boxing," the 48-year-old rapper said. "They will never get another motherf***ing dime out of me."

"This is a travesty! I am done with boxing!"

The highly contested fight went down Saturday night in Las Vegas ... and went the full 12-rounds. Two judges scored the fight 115-113 (7 rounds to 5), and the third judge had it 16-112 (8 rounds to 4).

Boxing star Shakur Stevenson is also of the belief that Loma was screwed, saying he scored it 8 rounds to 4 rounds.

"Lomachenko won," Stevenson said after the fight. "I thought it was robbery. Lomachenko won."

Of course, Team Loma also believes they were screwed ... and say they plan to appeal the decision to the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

"Somebody needs to end this injustice," Lomachenko’s manager Egis Klimas said during the post-fight press conference.

"Those judges’ scoring is completely insane, and they do not understand how those fighters are working hard to get into a place and to be robbed like that, it's not acceptable."

It's yet another controversy in the sport of boxing ... and it comes a week after a highly controversial stoppage in Rolly Romero and Ismael Barroso match.

According to Forbes, Jay is worth $2.5 billion ... thanks to his lucrative liquor businesses, Ace of Spades and D'Usse, his music catalog, and his fine art collection -- with pieces from Basquiat.

In 2022, Forbes estimated Beyoncé's net worth to be just shy of $500 million ... crediting her tours, music catalog, and appearances in feature films to the majority of her wealth.

Of course, she also just kicked off her "Renaissance" tour, which is expected to rake in more than $1 billion ... so their net worth will only go up from here.

TMZ broke the story, the Malibu purchase was the most expensive ever recorded in the state of California.

Kurt Cobain smashed his Fender Stratocaster back in the '90s, but the move only jacked up the price of the guitar ... going for a whopping 10 times the estimated amount at auction.

The late Nirvana frontman destroyed the electric guitar while recording the group's iconic 1991 album, "Nevermind," but the pieces were put back together and sold at Julien's Auctions this weekend in NYC.

The instrument was supposed to fetch between $60,000 and $80,000, but, as it turned out, it went for an earth-shattering $595,900. It was signed by Cobain and the other two band members, drummer Dave Grohl and bassist Krist Novoselic.

According to Julien's, Cobain gifted the guitar to Screaming Trees singer Mark Lanegan (also deceased) while Nirvana was touring in '92 ... but it's not clear who made the purchase at auction.

Anwar Hadid seems to be sending shots at his ex-girlfriend, Dua Lipa, after she stepped out with her new boyfriend, Romain Gavras, for the first time.

Anwar made a bunch of Instagram posts on Sunday with some concerning messages that seemingly were directed at Dua, who made her public debut with her new boo over the weekend. In one post, the 23-year-old model posted a selfie and captioned it, "Trying to not to find and kill him."

Anwar didn't say who he was directly referring to, but it took fans no time to conclude he was taking aim at his ex. Dua and Romain -- a 41-year-old French director -- made a big splash Friday at the Cannes Film Film Festival.

In a mirror selfie, he wrote "I can't breath," followed by random posts of the ground -- one included the words, "I hate the way you say my name," ... and another said, "Have fun."

As fans started assuming Anwar was talking about Dua, one commented ... "he's obsessed... WHAT OMG... Oh What does he want from her."

Just because Ja Morant flashed guns on camera while listening to NBA Youngboy and rap music doesn't make it hip hop's fault ... so says Maino, who tells TMZ Sports the blame for Morant's woes is entirely on the Grizzlies superstar -- and no one else.

We got the "All the Above" rapper out in L.A. this week days after Morant was seen yet again on a social media live stream waving around a firearm ... and he told us straight up, Morant needs to get his act together quickly.

Memphis has suspended Morant from team activities indefinitely over the latest video. NBA commissioner Adam Silver, meanwhile, said earlier this week he was disappointed while announcing the league has already commenced an investigation into it all.

Looks like Adidas is trying to make good after getting skewered for failing to part ways with Kanye West during his antisemitic tirade ... because the company's donating a chunk of its upcoming Yeezy profits to the Anti-Defamation League and other charities.

Adidas says it's going to sell off some of its remaining inventory at the end of this month, adding a "significant amount will be donated to selected organizations working to combat discrimination and hate, including racism and antisemitism."

In addition to the Anti-Defamation League, the Philonise & Keeta Floyd Institute for Social Change -- started by George Floyd's brother, Philonise -- will also benefit.

It's unclear how much will go to the charities, but as we reported, there's about $1.3 billion in Yeezy products left over after the company pulled the plug on Kanye back in October.

You'll recall, Adidas seemed slow on the draw when it came to Ye -- dropping him well into his antisemitic tirades, including his unforgettable post -- "death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE."

Ye also had some extremely controversial takes regarding Floyd's tragic death back in 2020.
