Jack Osbourne felt something was amiss while poring over his credit card statements ... and he was proven right when he discovered he'd been the target of identity theft.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the red flags started flying for Jack when he saw just a few odd charges, and it prompted him to start looking back at previous months' statements. Good thing he did, 'cause lo and behold ... he found a slew of charges he never made.

We're told Jack contacted law enforcement and reported the unauthorized charges totaled around $30k. It appears the charge to his card came from an employee of a monthly service Jack has scheduled at his house.

The LAPD is now investigating the case, though no arrests have been made. We know getting hit for five figures worth o' cash flat-out sucks ... but it beats the last time Jack fell victim to a crime.

TMZ broke the story ... Ozzy and Sharon's son was brutally attacked back in April after an apparent homeless man walked up to him on a coffee shop patio and sucker punched him.

Amber Portwood allegedly threatened the YouTuber who posted clips of her machete incident with her baby daddy ... and that could get her in big trouble with her probation officer.

The Marion County District Attorney tells TMZ ... Katie Joy -- the woman behind a YouTube account that's been documenting Amber's domestic violence case -- reached out to the D.A.'s Office and accused Amber of making threats.

We're told the D.A. passed it along to the probation officer overseeing the "Teen Mom OG" star's case. As we've reported, Amber pled guilty to 2 felonies -- domestic battery and intimidation. She got 906 days of probation, but if probation is violated the judge can send her to the slammer for a long time.

In this clip from Amber's Instagram Live ... Katie claims Amber's speaking directly to her, when she says, "I know your address." Portwood says someone is going to get what she has coming to her, and Katie claims Amber's clearly referencing her.

Remember ... Katie's YouTube account, Without a Crystal Ball, published video and audio of the entire blowout between Amber and Andrew Glennon.

Sources close to Katie tell TMZ ... she's getting threats from Amber's fans hoping she dies, and she's afraid one of Portwood's fans will attack her.

We're told Katie has not filed a police report because she's not sure what cops in Minnesota -- where she lives -- would be able to do.

Kim Kardashian West and her sisters loaded up with millions of dollars worth of jewelry for the launch of their new fragrance line -- and they also loaded up on extra muscle for protection.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney recently had a shoot for their brand new KKW Diamonds line -- just in time for the holidays -- and our sources tell us they had 3 armed security guards on hand at all times.

We're told the guards helped transport the diamond earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings to and from the set ... and stood to watch the entire time.

Our sources say the jewelry was borrowed from designer Lorraine Schwartz ... so she obviously had a vested interest in protecting the merch too.

The 'Diamonds' promos raised some eyebrows because -- as you know -- Kim doesn't flaunt expensive jewelry anymore ... ever since she was the victim of the armed robbery in Paris.

She still only wears fake or replica jewelry, with the exception of red carpet events and shoots like this. When she does wear the real stuff, she's clearly not taking chances.

JWoww's got a new million-dollar mansion to call home ... but she's still keeping her New Jersey roots.

TMZ's confirmed the "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" star plunked down $1.95 mil this summer for the 6-bed, 6-bath modern palace in Holmdel. JWoww's new house was featured a lot on the most recent episode ... in which she entertained some of the usuals.

The home sits on a 2.5-acre lot and features a huge gourmet kitchen and a large dining room, a master bedroom with a Jacuzzi in the bath, a furnished basement with a media room, billiard room and gym, and of course ... there's also a wet bar.

The private backyard has a huge pool and patio ... with a covered deck for the BBQ.

JWoww purchased the new pad just a few months after she posted video of her ex-husband, Roger Mathews, pushing her to the ground and made abuse allegations. They'd already been split for months at that point ... and finalized their divorce in August.

Amid the legal drama, she also listed her old awesome house she shared with Roger for $1.35 mil ... and as far as we can tell, it's still on the market.

Ted Bundy's murder kit is coming back to haunt Zak Bagans -- because Utah government officials are now dying to know if the kit actually belongs to them.

A rep for the Utah State Archives tells TMZ ... the spooky murder kit Zak recently bought could possibly be state property and IF that's the case, it was never Zak's to purchase.

What's more ... the Archives dept. has contacted the Utah State Attorney General's Office to discuss any legal options it could take to formally repossess the murder kit, and all documents and records related to the case.

TMZ broke the story ... the "Ghost Adventures" star bought a treasure trove of dangerous items seized from Bundy's infamous Volkswagen Beetle. The kit had been in former Salt Lake Co. Sheriff's detective Jerry Thompson's possession until his wife sold them to Zak.

The kit included 2 mismatched gloves, a flashlight, orange wire, Glad trash bags, a brown gym bag, white clothesline rope and strips of bed sheets used for tying up his victims.

Sources close to Zak tell TMZ ... the ghost aficionado feels he bought the collection free and clear. Plus, he feels the person he bought it from was the legal owner of the kit.

The Archives rep makes it clear ... "If these are government records, we certainly would love to have them in the custody and care of Utah State Archives."

Blac Chyna is trying to help Tokyo Toni find true love by making sure her mom's suitors know how to pleasure a woman!!! Yep, go ahead and file this vid under super awkward.

The clip is from TT's new reality dating show, "Tokyo Toni: Finding Love ASAP" -- and in it, Blac Chyna, Toni and 'Love & Hip Hop' star Lyrica Garrett are sizing up one of Tokyo's eligible bachelors. The women encourage him to, umm ...  show off his best bedroom stroke.

We'll say this ... the guy gave it his best shot, but Tokyo looked a little too hot and too fast for him to handle. Blac Chyna was NOT impressed and seemed more concerned the dude was gonna break something ... like his hip!

TT joined us Friday on "TMZ Live" and said there's one thing she's looking for more than anything else in a man ... and it involves looks. Or, the lack thereof.

Jenelle Evans is trying to get back to enjoyable mom duties in wake of her nasty split with David Eason ... and part of those duties include spending time with her ex-BF, Nathan.

The former "Teen Mom 2" star visited a bowling alley/roller arena in Tennessee this week with a couple of her kids -- we're told the youngest two, 5-year-old Kaiser and 2-year-old Ensley -- for some roller skating, bowling, bumper cars and arcade games.

Jenelle's baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, was also on hand ... and a source tells us the two did a routine kid drop-off at the location. Jenelle and Nathan have Kaiser together.

We're told Jenelle appeared to be in very good spirits, and she had no issue snapping a pic with an employee.

As we reported ... Jenelle got a restraining order against David after telling the court, "I am scared for my life and my children's well-being." She cited his recent threats and history of violence as examples and a judge agreed ... granting the order prohibiting Eason from contacting Jenelle and her children.

The 'Jersey Shore' cast is trading in the boardwalk for Bourbon Street ... the gang's turning up in New Orleans one last time before Angelina Pivarnick walks down the aisle.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Pauly D, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Snooki, Deena and JWoww were back together this week in the Big Easy for Angelina's bachelorette ... tossing beads, wearing Mardi Gras masks and stumbling through the crowded streets.

'Jersey Shore' cameras were rolling the entire time ... and the bachelorette party will be featured on the next season of the reality show.

Angelina is marrying Chris Larangeira on November 20 ... and she picked the perfect place for her last hurrah. Can't go wrong with 3-for-1 drinks, beignets, jazz and legally boozing in public.

Dog the Bounty Hunter contemplated what would happen if he killed himself after his wife, Beth Chapman, died from cancer ... and it shows just how far he's come in dealing with his grief.

Dog talked about having suicidal thoughts on the season finale of "Dog's Most Wanted" Wednesday night -- which captured the raw moments after Beth passed -- saying ... "I just hope that I don't live very much longer without her."

Less than 12 hours after she died, Dog opened up to the cameras about how much he was hurting ... and wanting to take pain pills.

He said ... "I feel like if I did something to myself right now and passed away, suicidal, and I got to heaven, I'd go, 'Hi, honey!' and she'd be like, would she go, 'You dumb ass, why did you do that?' or would she go, 'Wow, you're here!'"

Dog then struggled to fight back tears.

Sources close to Dog tell TMZ ... he watched the emotional episode with some loved ones, including his son, Garry, and his personal adviser, Richard Moore, at his Colorado home. We're told they all cried together, but Dog was able to get a little closure and realized he's going to pull through.

Our sources say Dog watching himself contemplate suicide has inspired him to encourage people to seek help during their darkest moments and remember the pain becomes manageable over time ... especially with a support system.

Jenelle Evans isn't the only one fearful for her children's well-being in the presence of David Eason ... her ex is too, and he's relieved she finally left him.

Sources close to Nathan Griffith -- the father of Jenelle's 5-year-old son, Kaiser -- tell TMZ ... he's happy if Jenelle's happy ... and if that takes no longer being under the same roof as David, then he's all for it.

We're told Nathan was constantly worried about Kaiser's safety due to Eason's track record of violent and disturbing behavior. That's why Nathan attempted to get primary custody from Jenelle ... although, she ultimately retained it.

Our sources say Nathan thinks Jenelle is a good mom, and now that he has some peace of mind ... he's perfectly fine with her having Kaiser. We're told he also hopes co-parenting with her will be easier with David out of the picture.

Kate Flannery realizes she probably brought a knife to a gun fight as far as challenging Sean Spicer on "Dancing with the Stars," but says all his Presidential support might alienate core 'DWTS' fans.

We spoke to the 'Office' star Wednesday on "TMZ Live" on the heels of her elimination, and asked why she thinks Spicer keeps getting through ... despite the judges giving him incredibly low scores.

Kate -- who had to bow out after dancing a jive - says Sean's obviously got the backing of President Trump ... which goes a long way in this country. Whether he deserves to be there or not is almost irrelevant --  as she notes, it's really a popularity contest.

She rightfully points out that she's got her own fanatic base herself, especially after her old 'Office' costar, Steve Carell, gave her a shout-out -- and adds that 'Office' fans have been more than supportive in her 'DWTS' bid.

But, when push came to shove ... the power of Trump was too great to overcome for Dunder Mifflinites. And, that's a shame for dance fans, according to Kate ... who says a bad dancer like Spicer winning, purely on fan votes, would hurt the show.

Mama June continues to push her family away -- at times going totally off the radar -- and they feel things are getting to the point of no return.

Family sources tell TMZ June has been in and out of communication with her loved ones over the last few weeks ... bouncing from hotel to hotel. She most recently made an appearance -- though brief and angry -- at an Alabama courthouse.

We're told June will still text with her daughters here and there but mostly remains out of the picture. We're told the family is deeply concerned for her health and has offered to get her help many times.

June's family members have made it a routine to drive around and check up on where she's staying and use her SUV as a landmark for whatever hotel she might crash at.

Back in September, we're told June's family hadn't heard from her in over a week. They became so concerned for her safety, they called the cops to go and check on her.

Law enforcement sources tell us officers responded to the hotel June was holed up at in Georgia and her boyfriend, Geno Doak, answered the door. We're told June eventually came to the door as well and proved she was just fine.

Our sources say June's family members fear she's reaching a point of no return ... and Geno's only making things worse.

Kim Kardashian gave her mother a blast from the past for her birthday ... organizing a super-secret lunch outing at the home where Kris Jenner raised the Kardashian kids.

Kris turned 64 years young Tuesday, and Kim pulled out all the stops to make sure her mom had a very special day ... Kim rented out her parents' old home, and she also rented every car her parents ever owned to get Kris, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie to their destination.

Kim kept her guests guessing with twists and turns, inviting everyone to the Beverly Hills Hotel and then pulling a switcheroo ... lunch wasn't at the hotel, it was at the old Kardashian home.

Kris started crying when she figured out what was going on, and Kim says everyone was super emotional during their meal. Kris' daughters sang happy birthday as she blew out the candles on a cake decorated as one of her old vanity license plates.

As for the lunch, it looked pretty fancy ... everyone got their own personalized napkins. High-class stuff.

And, in keeping with the throwback theme, Kim recreated the family's old table settings, complete with a landline phone and used their old wallpaper as decor.

Kim says she kept her emotions in check until she went into her old bathroom, closed the door and cried ... and she says everyone felt the presence of their late father, Robert Kardashian.

Teresa Giudice is telling the Italian government she trusts her husband, Joe, is not gonna run off with their kids outside of the homeland -- his or hers -- and that's why she's vouching for him as he tries to get a passport.

The 'Real Housewives' star hit up the Italian Consulate in NYC Tuesday to sign off on some paperwork that would allow Joe to get an Italian passport. Joe wants to get the passport so he can travel to countries closer to the U.S. where his kids can more easily visit him. The one place Joe can't come -- the U.S. of A.

Of course ... Joe was deported from America back to his native country of Italy -- and he's not allowed back for the time being.

Joe has applied for a passport in Italy and Teresa has to agree before he gets one. The reason -- the Italian government wants to make sure Teresa has no issues that Joe might take the kids to Cuba or some other place and not return the children. She has no fear of that.

We're told Teresa is planning to take the brood to see Joe in Italy in the next week. She's working hard to make sure her kids have a relationship with their dad, even if he can't come back to America.

El Chapo's wife is in talks to do something really shocking, and that's talk ... on reality TV about the family business while El Chapo rots in prison!!!

Emma Coronel Aispuro was recently in Miami for a sit down with none other than cocaine godmother Griselda Blanco's youngest son, Michael Blanco. It was a business meeting, but not THAT kinda biz -- sources familiar with negotiations tell us Emma and Michael were talking about her joining the cast of VH1's "Cartel Crew."

TMZ got these pics of Emma aboard a yacht -- note the bodyguards in black watching over her -- as Michael and his baby mama, Marie, pulled up on their boat for the face-to-face meeting. Michael is already one of the stars of 'Cartel' ... which is currently in its second season.

The scene looked kinda "Scarface"-y ... which, we're guessing, is exactly why VH1's trying to convince Emma to come aboard. Drama sells.

What's crazy about this deal is the fact that El Chapo's gang -- the Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico -- is still VERY much active and dangerous, even though he's serving out a life sentence in federal prison.

Just a couple weeks ago, they forced Mexican authorities to release Chapo's son by taking soldiers and cops hostage. Point is, Emma's past is still alive and kicking ... so, you gotta wonder how much she could safely say on the show.

Mike Fleiss says he and his wife have buried the hatchet and are on the road to reconciliation after a nasty divorce ensued between them this summer.

The 'Bachelor' creator tweeted out the news in a statement Sunday, saying ... "Happy to report that @FleissLaura and I have reconciled. I love my wife and am grateful for this opportunity to work on our marriage... Thanks for the support, #BachelorNation!"

His wife, Laura Kaeppeler, echoed that sentiment with her own Twitter account -- which she seems to have created in the past few days -- and even elaborated a bit by saying both she and Mike had made poor decisions that she labeled as "immature" and "irresponsible."

She went on to say that an emotionally charged incident over the summer led to a situation they both regret -- seemingly referencing the alleged attack she initially claimed Mike inflicted upon her -- but also denied that Mike had intentionally tried hurting her.

Laura writes, "We both take full responsibility for our actions and have worked very hard to repair the damage to our relationship and family and are working together with the help of a marriage counselor to rebuild what we lost. I love @fleissmeister and our kids very much. We appreciate your support at this time." They both retweeted each other.

This is a complete 180 from what looked to be a bitter and acrimonious divorce case just a few months ago -- when Mike claimed that Laura had violated the terms of their agreed-upon $10 million settlement by taking their kid to Hawaii and going off the radar.

Mike said Laura was allowed to go live in Hawaii, but was supposed to set up appointments with a psychologist, and alleged she never did that ... cutting off all communication and dashing Fleiss' hopes of co-parenting. She fired back  though, saying he was a bully and called her several bad names, while also making it difficult to co-parent.

This, of course, comes after they originally struck the big divorce settlement -- which led to Laura dropping a domestic violence restraining order she'd taken out against Mike.
