Kylie Jenner believes a business snatched up a trademark in bad faith, trying to make a buck off her daughter's name ... so she's trying to put the kibosh on it.

Kylie filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, going after a company called Business Moves Consulting ... which filed to trademark "Stormi Couture" a month after Kylie and Travis Scott welcomed their baby, Stormi Webster, into the world.

Of course, as we first reported, Kylie applied for her own trademarks for Stormi -- including one for "StormiWorld" -- but got hit with a lawsuit from Business Moves because it claimed people would be confused by their similarities ... and it registered its "Stormi Couture" trademark first.

Jenner's on the counterattack now though -- she's asking the trademark office to cancel BMC's "Stormi Couture" trademark, claiming the company was fraudulent in its application and only got the trademark to capitalize on her daughter's name.

Kylie says Stormi has "achieved fame in her own right," and points out that her "StormiWorld" birthday parties have been covered by major media outlets like Vogue. She also says Stormi's cosmetic line has already become hugely popular.

As Kylie's team states in the docs ... "The Stormi name is well known, and uniquely and unmistakably is associated with Stormi Webster."

Kylie also says BMC has a history of this sort of trademark behavior involving other celebrities -- including DJ Khaled. He sued the company over their "Asahd Couture" trademark back in 2018, believing they were ripping off his son's name for their benefit.

Kim Kardashian is unleashing her army of followers on the All in Challenge -- which is sure to raise a ton of cash, but it's also setting up one fan with the deal of a lifetime.

Kim accepted Gisele Bündchen's challenge Monday by announcing to her more than 167 MILLION followers on Instagram she's joining the fundraiser to help feed people amid the economic crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The opportunity's insane -- win lunch at a top spot in L.A. for a winner and a guest with the Kardashian sisters. The deal also includes a 1-night hotel stay and 2 roundtrip coach airfare tickets to L.A. The winner and guest will also be included in the filming of the upcoming season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

As you know by now ... 100% of the proceeds will go to relief efforts through Meals on Wheels America and America's Food Fund, which benefits Feeding America and celebrity chef Jose Andres' remarkable efforts through his World Central Kitchen.

Kim Kardashian's beauty line is putting a pause on its operations because of the coronavirus -- telling customers their orders won't show up on their doorstep anytime soon.

KKW Beauty made the announcement Monday, saying because of statewide health orders being imposed in California ... they're temporarily closing the company's fulfillment center, where they ship out products. That means they can't guarantee any delivery dates at this time.

The company does say that as soon as shipping is allowed to resume, any customers' order in limbo at the moment will receive top priority. And, for anyone who doesn't wanna wait that long, KKW Beauty says it'll let folks cancel unshipped orders at any time for a full refund.

The only catch is your order has to have been placed on or after March 16, 2020 -- when most nationwide coronavirus policies started to take effect -- in order to be eligible for the refund.

KKW Beauty says it'll continue to keep its customers and fans updated on all its social media feeds, and will push forward with beauty tips and other content in the meantime.

President Trump had a strong message for the 3 ex-prisoners who visited him in the Oval Office alongside Kim Kardashian ... make an impact on society similar to Alice Marie Johnson.

Trump hosted Crystal Munoz, Judith Negron and Tynice Hall at the White House after commuting their prison sentences ... and Crystal says the Prez told them to find a way to make a positive impact on the community now that they're getting a second chance.

Crystal tells us Trump used Alice as a shining example. Kim brought Alice's case directly to Trump in 2018 -- she served 21 years for a nonviolent drug offense -- and after 45 commuted her sentence Alice became a key advocate for criminal justice reform.

During the 30-minute sit-down, Trump asked each woman about their story and shared his opinions on what they should do moving forward.

Crystal is taking Trump's call to action to heart ... telling us she's heading back to her home in West Texas to help her husband start his own screen printing business.

It was a whirlwind day for all the women -- hanging with Kim and Alice at the Four Seasons before being whisked off to The White House and noshing on fancy food.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are still hanging out quite a bit in the wake of their breakup -- but it looks like they're only doing so when their kid's in the picture.

KJ and TS were spotted with young Stormi Sunday at Sky High Sports in Woodland Hills -- which is a giant trampoline warehouse. As you can see, it was just the three of them here (plus at least one bodyguard trailing behind) ... and the parents got pretty close.

It looks like Kylie might've even attempted to take a selfie of the trio while they were walking in. BTW, eyewitnesses tell us they didn't rent the place out -- the family just rolled up like regular customers, although they did bounce around in a VIP area.

In any case, it's clear they're not averse to one another. We've heard they're on a up trend, romantically, since Stormi's recent birthday party. Remember, sources told us the former couple were hanging out pretty much through the whole party and gave off signs of a possible rekindling.

Anyway, later on Sunday ... they hit up a nearby mall and plaza where we're told they stopped off for frozen treats at Afters (great ice cream spot out there). At this point, you could definitely make out one security guard who was rolling with them, but again ... pretty intimate setting.

If they aren't meant to be together romantically, it's at least comforting to know they can get together and co-parent their child successfully. Good on them.

Kim Kardashian is the queen of birthday surprises, because she just took Jonathan Cheban's birthday cake to the next level, as in ... supersized snack!!!

Here's the deal ... Jonathan, or rather Foodgod, celebrated his 46th trip around the sun Friday, and had ordered up a cake from Divine Delicacies Cakes in Miami. Kim caught wind of it beforehand, called the bakery and requested a supersized version as a BIG surprise.

The final product is a sight to behold ... it stands a whopping 5 feet tall and is completely edible! Well, aside from the Swarovski crystals spelling out FOODGOD on top. Damn thing even glows in the dark with 24 karat gold accents.

Each layer of cake is a different flavor -- there's vanilla rum with dulce de leche, vanilla with vanilla bean custard, chocolate with chocolate buttercream, red velvet cream cheese, cookies and cream, guava cream cheese, coco and guava and Baileys. Ya full yet???

All told, the cake took 16 hours to complete and cost Kim about $10k.

Foodgod was caught completely off guard when he picked up his order, and the bakery even decorated the front entrance just for him.

Caitlyn Jenner has 2 new grandchildren -- Brandon Jenner and his wife are the proud new parents of twin boys!!!

Brandon and Cayley Stoker just registered birth certificates for the twins with Los Angeles County records. The documents say the bundles of joy arrived on Wednesday, February 19.

The couple knew they were going to have twins -- they announced that back in August -- but remember ... they said they didn't want to know the gender before they were born. Sorry, no fancy gender reveal parties for them.

Brandon and a very pregnant Cayley tied the knot last month at the Santa Barbara Courthouse -- and earlier this month, Cayley had her baby shower in Malibu. We're still trying to find out if they've named the boys yet.

BTW ... Brandon's the son of Caitlyn and Linda Thompson. He already has a daughter, Eva, from his first marriage to Leah Felder.

The twins bring Caitlyn's grand total on grandkids to a whopping 18!!!

That's A LOT of holiday shopping.

Kanye West may not like this ... Kim Kardashian says she doesn't think she can handle any more children because they wouldn't get the attention they deserve.

Kim makes the revelation on Laura Wasser's 'All's Fair' podcast ... telling the Disso Queen she's open to having more babies with Kanye but has some serious doubts about doing so.

As you know ... Kanye recently said he wants 7 kids, despite his wife saying she's ready to throw in the towel after becoming a mother of 4.

Kim says she's already got her hands full with Saint, North, Chicago and Psalm ... and she's worried about not being able to pay enough attention to all the little ones if the family expands.

While Kim admits having more kids would be nice, she says her age and her desire to become a lawyer are two major roadblocks.

It's funny ... Kim says she still hounds Kris Jenner on the daily, and that's another reason why she's got some reservations.

Kim Kardashian is now in a Nordstrom near you -- or at least her SKIMS representatives are, and by that we mean living, breathing mannequins ... sometimes known as models.

The reality TV beauty mogul made a splash Wednesday in NYC, where she rolled out her SKIMS shapewear line in the Midtown Nordstrom store. Her hubby, Kanye West, came to support the launch as well. Kim came armed with a gaggle of models, flaunting a broad range of options and body types.

No one can complain about a lack of diversity -- the human mannequins came in all shapes and sizes ...which is kinda the whole point of Kim's product.

Looks like another Midas touch for the Kardashians ... we're told there was a line out the door for the Nordstrom launch ... with some folks waiting since as early as 2 AM. The first 50 in line got a meet-and-greet with Kim.

Kim didn't just wave and dash, though. She actually stuck around for quite a while and even got behind the register for some purchases, proudly ringing up customers.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott pulled out all of the stops and more for Stormi's, second birthday.

If this all rings a bell, this is the second annual StormiWorld, and the parents claim this one's better than the first.

Rob Kardashian hasn't moved on from Blac Chyna with Tommie Lee ... despite heavy spec from Wendy Williams.

Sources close to Rob tell TMZ ... recent reports claiming he's been dating the 'Love & Hip Hop' star are 100 percent untrue. We're told Rob and Tommie know each other, but they aren't close and don't even talk regularly.

Tommie's got her own show coming in the next few months ... so any shot of Rob being on that is gone too.

Williams slammed Rob on her show Thursday for allegedly dating Tommie, someone she says has a worse track record than his ex, Blac Chyna.

While it's true Tommie does have quite the rap sheet -- especially after multiple arrests and a child abuse case in the past 2 years -- we're told it's all irrelevant ... at least when it comes to Rob's dating life.

For the record ... Tommie's clearly not happy with Wendy's comments either and has sounded off on the talk show host in her Instagram stories.

As for Rob and Chyna ... they have their own issues to sort out. We broke the story ... he wants joint custody of their daughter, Dream, revoked for Chyna, but she's not having it.
