Jeannie Mai's requesting the court hold off on enforcing her prenup with Jeezy ... saying she didn't have enough time to review it before signing.

The talk show host filed the request Thursday afternoon in Fulton County Superior Court ... asking the judge to either deny Jeezy's motion to enforce the prenuptial agreement or at least hold off on enforcing it until the parties can exchange info about it.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, JM says the prenup process was so quick -- they started negotiating just five days before she walked down the aisle -- she doesn't think she was able to do her proper due diligence on the agreement.

Basically, she says she didn't go through Jeezy's financial disclosures with a fine-toothed comb to make sure she was getting a fair deal ... saying the truncated window "raises significant concerns about the adequacy and thoroughness of the due diligence process."

She's also kinda calling out Jeezy here ... saying she has "significant reservations" about her ex's financial disclosures. Her legal team says the rapper only handed over one personal financial statement with approximate taxes and insists she was legally entitled to a thorough examination of all documents.

We previously reported ... Jeezy filed for divorce from Jeannie back in September saying the marriage is "irretrievably broken." Jeezy seemingly implied he thinks Jeannie cheated on him in his music ... but she came out and denied any suspected infidelity.

In fact, Jeannie took it a step further -- outright suggesting he might've been the one who possibly cheated -- claiming he'd pay through the nose for it per the prenup if that did, in fact, turn out to be true.

También está un poco criticando a Jeezy aquí. Dice que tiene "reservas significativas" sobre las revelaciones financieras de su ex. Malia Obama has come a long way from her childhood days in the White House ... 'cause she's now walking the red carpet at Sundance as a straight-up filmmaker.

The 25-year-old daughter of former president Barack Obama made her debut on the red carpet at the Park City, Utah annual event Thursday night.

Malia looked just stunning in her light blue button-down shirt, gray overcoat, gray scarf, black pants and shiny brown boots.

The former first daughter showed up for the premiere of her new short film, "The Heart," which she wrote and directed under the name Malia Ann. Turns out that Ann is her middle name, which appears in the credits.

Malia has said the movie is about "lost objects and lonely people and forgiveness and regret, but I also think it works hard to uncover where tenderness and closeness can exist in these things."

Sounds like a winner to us! Let's hope the Sundance jurors and audiences think so, too, when they go vote for their favorite flicks in each category.

As a side note ... Malia was just 10 when she moved into the White House during her dad's 8 year tenure as the 44th President of the Unites States from 2009 to 2017.

Richard Simmons made very clear this week that he doesn't approve of Pauly Shore making a movie about him/his life -- but Pauly thinks he'll win the guy over ... eventually.

The actor touched down at the Salt Lake City Int'l Airport Thursday, where he's in town for the Sundance Film Festival that's going down this weekend in neighboring Park City. Right off the bat, photogs on hand were ready to pepper him with questions about this film of his.

Of course, the big one being ... do you think it's right to proceed with this Richard Simmons biopic -- even though the man himself hasn't given his blessing ... explicitly so.

Check out Pauly's take here, 'cause he touches on a few different things. For starters, he thinks RS might be singing this tune today ... but could well be feeling completely different about it by tomorrow. More importantly, though, he thinks intention is everything with this.

From Pauly's view, he's not coming from a vindictive place -- and he vows to do Richard justice in his portrayal of him. He also says straight up ... build it, and they'll come!

Pauly goes on to explain that he genuinely believes once Richard can see this new short film of his -- on which the forthcoming biopic will be based -- RS will come around to seeing his things his way, basically suggesting the work will be good ... and it'll be done right by Rich.

Bottom line for Pauly here ... people love Richard, and they also love him -- and he says folks are itching to see both of them make a comeback in a big way.

His question is ... what's wrong with giving the people what they want?!?

Pierce Brosnan's not caving to the federal government ... fighting two charges he hiked into a restricted area at Yellowstone National Park.

The actor entered a not guilty plea for two illegal hiking charges on January 4 after he was cited for allegedly wandering into a "delicate" hot springs at the park in Wyoming.

The judge granted PB's request to cancel his initial court appearance and set up a virtual conference for February 20.

As we previously reported ... authorities cited 007 last month for allegedly going off-trail near Mammoth Hot Springs on November 1 -- violating several closures.

The proof seems to be in the pics here too ... Brosnan appears to have forgotten his lessons in spy secrecy, posting photos that look like they're from the off-limits area. He was up in Wyoming filming his new Western "The Unholy Trinity."

The hot springs are off-limits to tourists for a reason ... they're super fragile and can take years to correct if damaged -- not to mention the people who have died from falling into the boiling/acidic springs

Colin Nathaniel Scott is just one example ... authorities think he dissolved in the pool waters -- only slightly higher on the pH scale than stomach acid -- after venturing off-trail in 2015.

If found guilty, Pierce might see a $5,000 fine ... or even six months of hard time.

Ariana DeBose got lumped in with actors who became songbirds in their movies this past year -- a joke cracked at the Critics Choice Awards ... which she didn't appreciate one bit.

The Oscar winner was on hand Sunday night at the latest award show in Santa Monica -- where she was up for a statuette in the Best Song category for her tune in Disney's "Wish" ... alongside others in films like "Barbie," "The Super Mario Bros. Movie" and "Rustin."

Before they announced the winners, presenters Bella Ramsey and Anthony Ramos made a crack about some of the stars in the group ... labeling them "actors who think that they're singers," name-dropping Ryan Gosling, Jack Black and, surprisingly, Ariana herself.

The camera cut to her face right at that moment, and she looked fairly confused/insulted.

Welp, as it turns out ... that's exactly how she felt inside -- 'cause she later took to IG to express the sentiment that we all saw on her face ... writing, "I Didn't Find It Funny Lol."

While you could argue the crack was in good fun, fans jumped to her defense to point out it was technically inaccurate -- 'cause ADB most certainly *can* sing ... and does so flawlessly. Not only has she received accolades for her musical performances on camera, but she's a star on Broadway as well -- so to compare to the likes of JB and Gosling does seem off.

Sounds like one of the CCA script writers just might not like her ... that's the vibe anyway.

Chelsea Handler couldn't resist taking a dig at her ex-boyfriend Jo Koy during Sunday's Critics Choice Awards in L.A. for his much-criticized Golden Globes performance.

Chelsea was hosting the CCA event onstage at the Santa Monica Airport's Barker Hangar last evening when she gave Jo a shot as she served up jokes during her opening monologue.

The comedian set it up like this ... "Unfortunately, Martin Scorsese isn’t here tonight, but that’s not going to stop me from letting everyone in this room know that I would toss him around like a little Italian meatball." The crowd chuckled.

Then Chelsea hit the punch line ... "Thank you for laughing at that. My writers wrote it."

Ouch, Jo! That must have hurt, especially from an ex! Jo, as you know, got roasted in the press and on social media after his jokes fell flat as host of the Golden Globe Awards earlier this month.

Jo's wisecracks about the film, "Barbie," were met with groans and, when he poked fun at Taylor Swift, she shot him an icy look.

Sensing he was going down in flames, Jo tried to blame his writers for his bad jokes, telling the GG audience, “Some [jokes] I wrote, some other people wrote. Yes, I got the gig 10 days ago! You want a perfect monologue? Yo, shut up. You’re kidding me, right?”

He added, “Slow down, I wrote some of these and they are the ones you are laughing at.”

Last week, Jo tried to clean up his remarks during an LA Times interview, admitting it was a "rookie move" to fault his writers.

Now we'll have to see if Jo responds to Chelsea's jab.

Ariana Grande has been the focus of a lot of gossip as it pertains to her romantic relationships lately -- something she tackles head on in her new single ... in raunchy terms.

The pop star dropped her new single, 'Yes, And?,' Friday ... and it's stirring up buzz for many reasons -- but one of the biggest takeaways fans are noticing right away is the fact that she addresses all the scrutiny over her split with Dalton Gomez/hookup with Ethan Slater.

The lyrics kinda speak for themselves here ... AG sings this during the bridge, "My face is sitting, I don't need no disguise // Don't comment on my body, do not reply // Your business is yours and mine is mine // Why do you care so much whose d**k I ride?"

The chorus is also telling in terms of how she deals with all the noise aimed her way, with her crooning ... "'Yes, and?' // Say that shit with your chest, and // Be your own fuckin' best friend // Say that shit with your chest // Keep moving like, "What's next?'"

Of course, her words here reflect what's been a whirlwind romance for her and her new Broadway boyfriend -- which dovetailed with her divorce to Dalton ... all of which came together somewhat messily last year. Despite that, AG's apparently tuning out the haters.

Now, the track itself is quite solid -- an upbeat dance-friendly, '90s-esque bop ... and it's certainly a good introduction into her solo comeback ahead of her new album dropping.

However, even on the musical front ... there are some heads turning over what some think is a familiar sound here -- namely, the fact that the beat feels very 'Vogue'-coded, if not a rendition of it. As far as we can tell, Ari didn't sample Madonna ... but damn, it is similar.

Anyway, it's just a footnote of analysis of the song -- by and large, everyone is digging it.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are still beefing with a bank over their Georgia mansion ... and now the bank says it has every right to foreclose on the place to collect the money it’s owed.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Truist Bank claims the couple defaulted on their mortgage … and now the bank has the right to foreclose on their mansion.

Kim and Kroy are going through a messy divorce, but they're still living inside the family residence ... remember, Kroy's got the primary bedroom and Kim has the nanny suite and basement.

Truist Bank says it's well aware of the divorce proceedings, but it claims that's not enough to block its foreclosure rights.

TMZ broke the story ... in October, Kim and Kroy asked a judge to stop the bank's foreclosure auction so they could sell it on their own ... and they've slashed the price on the estate to $5.5 million.

Truist Bank says it voluntarily delayed the auction in November ... but Kim and Kroy haven't been able to sell it themselves, and now the bank is apparently getting impatient and intends to exercise its foreclosure rights so it can collect on the debt.

Meanwhile, Kim and Kroy remain at each other's throats over their finances and divorce proceedings ... that is, when they're not banging.

Michael Strahan came on his own show to share that his daughter was recently diagnosed with a rare brain cancer ... and it explains why he'd taken off so much time from his TV jobs back in the fall.

The 'GMA' host sat for a segment on the ABC program Thursday opposite his coworker Robin Roberts -- where he and his 19-year-old, Isabella, revealed she's been receiving treatment lately for a malignant tumor doctors found in her brain in October.

The cancer is known as medulloblastoma, and in the package they aired ... Roberts goes into detail about the size of the tumor that was discovered by doctors -- noting it was about as big as a golf ball and lodged toward the base of her skull.

Once they discovered the tumor, Isabella underwent emergency surgery at Cedars-Sinai in L.A. ... which is where Michael's daughter was attending college at USC.

Once her father caught wind of everything, he says he booked it to the West Coast -- Mike's normally working in NYC -- and he was by Isabella's side for a good long while ... which now explains his absence from 'GMA' and Fox NFL Sunday around that time.

The procedure to remove the mass appears to have been a success -- with the operation happening right around her 19th birthday -- and her recovery was long and arduous.

Now, though ... Isabella says she's doing much better as she continues to receive treatment -- including radiation, which has caused her to lose her hair. In February, Michael says she'll begin chemo as well. Of course, the whole journey has been stressful on the family.

Selena Gomez is already back on Instagram 20 hours after she said she was taking a break from social media.

On Thursday, the singer/actress posted an IG photo depicting her with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay in her house. Her caption read, "@gordongram stepped into my kitchen and showed me how to make an amazing Breakfast Burger."

A day earlier, Selena announced she was cooling it for a bit on social after posting a video of her and her boyfriend, Benny Blanco having fun with some kids, presumably family.

This isn't the first time Selena has stepped away from Instagram, but it was probably her fastest return.

You may recall, she recently took a break after she came under scrutiny for her remarks about the Israel-Hamas war.

Lindsay Lohan is proving once again she's so fetch ... 'cause the actress gave fans a huge surprise when she showed up to the premiere of the new "Mean Girls" film.

The star of the OG 2004 flick joined the cast of the new version Monday night in New York City -- which obviously was a mega treat for those in attendance.

Lindsay wasn't the only one walking down memory lane at the event -- Tina Fey was also flashing smiles with the cast in the Big Apple.

As you know, she's reprising her role as Ms. Norbury ... and she also wrote the screenplay for the new film, as well as the musical that came before it.

Tim Meadows also makes a "Mean Girls" return in the new movie, but it looks like he didn't join his past and present cast members on the pink carpet. Folks like Megan Thee Stallion, Reneé Rapp, Jon Hamm, Lorne Michaels, and many more were there, too.

It's not clear if Lindsay makes a cameo in the new flick -- that would be pretty sweet -- but she did reunite with her former cast members Amanda Seyfried and Lacey Chabert for a "Mean Girls"-themed commercial for Walmart last year.

Rachel McAdams, who played Regina George in the 2004 version, was notably absent from the ad ... and told Variety she "wasn't that excited about doing a commercial," and was unaware her fellow "Plastics" would be involved.

BTW, it looks like hardly anyone was wearing pink to the premiere ... but to be fair, it wasn't Wednesday.

2:51 PM PT -- Cardi B says she and Offset banged on NYE ... but again denies they are back together.

In a social media post, Cardi reveals she had sex with her estranged husband but says they are still working on their issues, going to therapy and aren't officially ending their split.

Cardi B and Offset started off the new year together ... but she says that doesn't necessarily mean they are together again.

The estranged couple rang in 2024 at a strip club in Miami, throwing money around and dancing ... and it's all on video.

But Cardi says the NYE hangout -- which was a group hang -- isn't a sign they've kissed and made up ... far from it.

In fact, Cardi has a message for folks thinking she's back with Offset ... "we not together.. we together when I say so not when you THINK so."

Thing is ... Cardi and Offset were both in Miami for work ... they each had NYE gigs at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach - Offset performed at LIV and Cardi poolside - making this rendezvous pretty easy.

Cardi and Offset spending time together amid their split and then her denying they're back together is quickly becoming a thing ... it happened during Christmas and once again after they were spotted in NYC.

CB also said she's leaving toxic energy in 2023 ... and it's clear Offset doesn't fall in that category.

It will be interesting to see if Cardi and Offset do in fact patch things up again ... stay tuned.

Cameron Diaz has some simple marriage advice ... keep 'em separated, referring to spouses -- because, she's all for normalizing individual bedrooms for married couples.

Of course, she's been married to Benji Madden since 2015, but the actress still told Molly Sims and Emese Gormley on the "Lipstick on the Rim" podcast that her dream cohabiting situation would be just to doze off alone.

In fact, screw separate bedrooms ... Cameron said she was down for couples having different HOMES while they're at it!

Her couples counseling sesh goes like this, "To me, I would literally, I have my house, you have yours. We have the family house in the middle. I will go and sleep in my room. You go sleep in your room. I'm fine."

The "Charlie's Angels" star is allowing for a middle bedroom to "convene for our relations." At least there's that, Benji!

Molly and Emese were pretty shocked, prompting Cameron to walk things back a bit ... she clarified these opinions were formed pre-Benji bliss, and claims to have changed her tune since cause he's amazing.
