Drizzy has been raging on Kawhi Leonard's double-decker parade bus all morning long ... and when someone tossed a brew his way -- he went full Stone Cold Steve Austin on it!!!

He cracked it open ... poured it down the hatch -- and appeared to dab afterward!!

The parade is going on hour No. 5 ... but there's a chance we haven't seen the best from Drake yet -- he's supposed to address the crowd once the parade reaches the end.

O.J. Simpson says he didn't do it ... making a VIDEO claiming he's NOT the real father of Khloe Kardashian -- because he NEVER hooked up with Kris Jenner.

Simpson -- who already shot to 600,000 followers in the 48 hours after joining Twitter -- says he wants to set the record straight on the Kardashian rumors, starting with rumblings that he and Kris got busy back in the day.

"I want to stress ... never in any way shape or form had I ever had any interest in Kris romantically or sexually and I never got any indication that she had any interest in me," Simpson said.

"So, all of these stories are just bogus and bad and tasteless."

Of course, O.J. and Kris' ex-husband, Robert Kardashian, were BFFs -- but O.J. is adamant he never tried to make a move ... even after they divorced.

As for Khloe ... people have been speculating that Simpson is her "real" dad for decades because she looked different than her sisters, Kim and Kourtney.

"Khloe, like all the girls, I'm very proud of," O.J. said ... "just like I know Bob would be if he was here."

"But, the simple facts of the matter is she's not mine."

Tracy Morgan just learned a hard lesson about owning a Bugatti -- fixing a scratch is the equivalent of plunking down enough money to buy the car that sideswiped it.

We broke the story ... Tracy was sideswiped by a Honda CR-V 15 MINUTES after driving his $2 million ride out of the showroom.

The Honda driver nailed the front bumper, and to replace it ... an unreasonable $22,000!!!

But wait, there's more. The fender on the driver's side quarter panel was also damaged, and we're told that will cost $10,000, and that doesn't include labor.

Cops say the accident was the Honda driver's fault ... we don't know her insurance policy limits, but it better be substantial.

The Honda chick is lucky ... if there were structural damage, she'd have to sell the farm.

As you can clearly see from the video, Tracy was none too pleased as he assessed the damage on the street.

President Trump doesn't like having his train of thought interrupted, which he made very clear Sunday by demanding a redo when somebody coughed in the middle of his interview.

45 was chatting it up with ABC's George Stephanopoulos in The White House, discussing everything from the Mueller report to his still-unreleased tax records -- and as he was explaining the latter ... someone off-camera let out a heavy cough that threw DT off.

He stopped mid-sentence and asked George if they could run his answer back, 'cause he didn't appreciate the interruption. Trump said quite bluntly, "Let's do that over, he's coughing in the middle of my answer," going on to add, "I don't like that, you know?"

George seemed to indicate that the culprit was Trump's Chief of Staff, Mick Mulvaney, but it's unclear if it was in fact him. Whoever it was ... Trump definitely wasn't very nice in telling them to shut the hell up. In fact, he instructed them to leave the room.

"You just can't, you just can't cough," Trump told the cougher.

George and the ABC team reset and the Prez finished his tangent about his "fantastic financial statement." What's funny is that the gaffe made it to air during Sunday's broadcast.

Nipsey Hussle's family has a new argument for why they should retain custody of his daughter -- they claim there's ample proof her mother is unfit, based on her 2 other children.

Sources close to the late rapper tell TMZ ... his family's lawyers think they can win the custody battle for his 10-year-old girl, Emani Asghedom, by highlighting Tanisha Foster's track record with her 18-year-old daughter.

We're told the girl is currently in juvenile detention in L.A., and has been in and out of the system since she was 12. Our sources say she's in juvi now for petty theft, and nobody will come forward to claim her ... including Tanisha.

Even though her daughter is 18, we're told the detention center won't release her because she doesn't have a GED or a stable environment to which she can return. Our sources say Tanisha's been MIA most of her daughter's life and has refused to attend her court hearings.

We're told Foster also has a 17-year-old son who bounces around from home to home and doesn't attend school regularly.

Nipsey's family claims the proof is in the pudding and feels Foster is not a fit parent -- and definitely isn't qualified to care for Emani.

We broke the story ... the family also believes Foster is unstable due to her long rap sheet and current legal issues.

Emani is currently living with Nipsey's sister, Samantha, who kept custody of her after a court hearing last month ... much to the chagrin of Tanisha.

2:47 PM PT -- Cesar's team told us he would be working with the bird, however, a spokesperson for the Metropoulos brothers says Cesar's team is full of it. The rep tells us, "As the owner of the Playboy mansion, Daren Metropoulos is very proud to have the only private zoo in Los Angeles. He has provided every resource necessary to create a protective environment where these very unique animals are flourishing."

The statement continues, "Because of the iconic status of the property, Daren receives many requests to visit the zoo. Cesar Milan contacted Daren a year ago and he granted him access."

"There are no plans now or in the future, for the African grey crowned crane, or any other exotic animal to leave the zoo or to be cared for or trained by anyone other than the current team of professional caretakers. Any reference to the contrary is inaccurate."

Cesar Millan's spreading his wings ... using his talents to tame a moody birdie at the Playboy Mansion.

We're told the new owners of the famous mansion -- brothers Evan and Daren Metropoulos -- will hand over their African grey crowned crane sometime at the end of this month. The plan ... the famous dog trainer will calm the temperamental bird at his Santa Clarita ranch.

Cesar came into the picture near the end of last year during a visit to the mansion ... where the Metropoulos bros groused to Cesar about the bird's aggressive tendencies ... like charging people and just making it difficult for caretakers to tend to the exotic bird.

Cesar connected with the African crane during his visit and made it submit ... showing who's boss, and it astounded everyone. The brothers were duly impressed and hatched a plan with Cesar to reboot the bird.

The crane's gonna get the full Cesar treatment, and when he's done, it'll head back to the Mansion ... hopefully way less cranky.

UFC legend Daniel Cormier says he's tired of people thinking combat sports is a beauty contest, saying both him and Andy Ruiz Jr. prove the fact that FAT GUYS CAN FIGHT!!!

Ruiz set the Keto diet back 10 years when he knocked out Anthony Joshua a couple weeks ago ... making blubbery brawlers all over the world believe in the power of the ponch.

We talked to Cormier and he told our guy it's about damn time, saying fighting is less about looks and more about ability.

As far as Ruiz, Cormier says anyone paying attention could see Andy was more than capable of beating Joshua, but they all got fooled by the fat.

Kylie and Kendall's father posted a Father's Day tribute Sunday, honoring not only her own dad -- who was a WWII vet -- but also her two sons, Burt and Brandon (who are both dads) ... as well as Kanye West, Rob Kardashian, Scott Disick and Travis Scott.

You'll notice that Tristan is absent from the group shout-out. He, of course, shares a kid with Khloe Kardashian ... but got kicked to the curb after cheating on her (again).

Clearly, Caitlyn's not a fan of the guy ... none of the Kardashians seem to be at this point, frankly. Also interesting -- Khloe posted some cryptic messages ahead of the big holiday that one could interpret as being aimed at her baby daddy.

On her Insta story, Khloe posted stuff like ... "stop having relationship problems with someone you're not in a relationship with" as well as, "reminder: you cannot change a person who doesn't see an issue in their actions."

The good news ... Khloe seems to have a decent co-parenting relationship with Tristan for the sake of their daughter, True. She told Laura Wasser recently that she keeps it cool with him and tries to keep any bad energy away from the kid.

It's Father's Day -- and as the rest of us give a big hug to our papa bears ... these famous folks are pretty much doing the exact same thing.

Lots of stars took to social media Sunday to celebrate the holiday -- whether that meant honoring their own dads with a selfie, or snuggling up with their kids. Take, for example, Tom Brady -- who's got three children of his own -- cozying up with the tykes in his bed.

You also got Chance the Rapper, who shared an adorable photo of his daughter coming up to him for what seems like a goodbye kiss while he sat in the driver seat of his car.

Tons of other celebs honored Father's Day as well -- Rob Lowe got a photo with his pops, as did Bret Michaels, Ryan Seacrest, David Beckham and Paul Stanley.

Other A-listers posed with their kids, such as Magic Johnson, Omar Gooding, James Van Der Beek, Slim Thug and more.

Tory Lanez claims that a couple directors working on a music video he was a part of tried swapping a darker-skinned woman for a lighter one on set ... but he wasn't having it.

The Canadian rapper posted a behind-the-scenes clip of him being filmed for Nafe Smallz's "Good Love" video, which officially dropped Thursday. In Tory's BTS video, you can see a black woman dancing next to him ... but at some point, it appears someone behind the camera motions for her to leave -- only to be replaced with a lighter-skinned black woman.

Tory calls for a timeout and brings back the darker-skinned woman. It sounds like he says, "We don't even need that," going on to tell the lighter-skinned lady that she's beautiful. Filming picks up from there, with the original woman back in place.

Tory says what he experienced is an ongoing issue in the entertainment industry, and that it needs to stop. He says sure, he might joke about the black community like everyone else does, but "WHAT IM NOT GOING TO DO IS ALLOW ANY OF THESE DIRECTORS TO DE-VALUE OUR BLACK WOMEN." He adds, "countless times I've seen directors swap out our women of color for women of lighter complexion, or women with straighter hair ETC."

Tory finished by writing, "IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY AS ARTIST TO STAND UP AND NOT LET THIS HAPPEN ... it's BEEN time to embrace our woman of color."

Interestingly enough, it looks like the shot of the woman dancing next to Tory in the white room didn't even make the final cut of the video ... but she makes multiple appearances throughout regardless.

Drake seems to be giving folks a rare sneak peek into his life as a dad ... sharing what sure looks like a Father's Day gift from his baby boy.

Drizzy posted a photo Sunday of some artwork with spattered paint over stenciled-in "PAPA" lettering. He captioned his photo, "Happy Father's Day." The gift is almost certainly from his 1-year-old son, Adonis, whom he shares with French model Sophie Brussaux.

This wouldn't be the first time that Drake's shared some of Adonis' art on social media. During the holidays, he posted a photo of a handprint painting his son created. At the time, he said Adonis was greater than Picasso ...and seemed like a proud pops for it.

As we've reported ... Drake's been bragging about his boy to friends and family since Sophie gave birth. He's had a solid co-parenting relationship with her too, sometimes sending private jets so she and Adonis can fly out to see him ... whenever possible.

Drake doesn't live with Sophie or Adnois -- we're told his work schedule doesn't allow for it. He does Facetime the kid daily though ... so they've definitely got a relationship.

Wendy Williams' new guy is sick and tired of people thinking he's hanging with her in hopes of landing a sugar mama ... because he insists he's not about that life.

Sources close to Marc Tomblin tell TMZ ... he doesn't care at all about fame and he's not the type of guy who'd let a woman take care of him financially. We're told the only reason he's kicking it with Wendy is because they enjoy each other's company.

We're told Tomblin hasn't asked Williams for a dime since they've been together and won't in the future -- don't let those pics of them hitting an ATM fool you. He's also telling friends that NYC shopping spree they went on was not funded solely by Wendy ... he purchased his own things.

Our sources say Marc's been getting a lot of flak from people who are suspicious of his motives, so he's been blocking them ... along with anyone who reaches out to him to talk crap about Wendy.

As we've reported ... Wendy's ignoring all the haters and naysayers and living her life how she wants. As she put it to us, "I am a 54-year-old grown ass woman. I know what I'm doing."

She's also been careful about not calling Tomblin her boyfriend, but making it clear she's having a lot of fun with him ... enough to keep him around in NYC with her much longer than expected.

Lauren London is remembering Nipsey Hussle on a holiday marked for dads ... and she's doing it with a touching tribute honoring his fatherhood.

On Sunday, Lauren posted a sweet photo of her, Nipsey and their son, whom Lauren is cradling. She captioned her pic, "One of the reasons I fell in Love with You.... Your Fatherhood." Lauren added, "Today we celebrate You Love you Ermias."

Nipsey and Lauren had one child together -- 2-year-old Kross. He also had another child -- his 10-year-old daughter, Emani -- from a previous relationship.

Clearly, Lauren is still mourning the loss of her partner -- who died in March after being shot. She added another message on her Instagram story that hit the point home ... "Sent a lot of prayers to Heaven last night," with prayer hand emojis attached.

As we've reported ... Nipsey's daughter is currently in the custody of his sister, Samantha, after she filed for guardianship over her -- Sam feels Nipsey's first baby mama is unfit to care for the child. They're in the middle of a custody battle right now over the issue.

Blue Ivy is on her way to stardom, at least that's the way it seems based on her performance at a big dance recital.

Beyonce and Jay-Z's 7-year-old took center stage at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy in L.A. and slayed it in black tennis shoes and sparkly jean shorts. It was the annual Spring Concert, this year titled "Colors."

She danced to her mom's song, "Before I Let Go," a redo of the hit from Frankie Beverly and Maze.

Blue Ivy actually performed 3 times during the show.

Cuba Gooding Jr. has his share of problems these days, but he's not lacking for fans, albeit the ones who are related to his defense.

Cuba hit up Le Bilboquet in Long Island, NY, and mugged with Rachel Heller, the daughter of Mark Heller, the lawyer who is defending him in his groping case.

It's the first time we've seen Cuba since he was charged with sexual abuse and forcible touching.

TMZ obtained surveillance video show Cuba at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge where he allegedly grabbed a woman's breast. You can see Cuba reach toward her breasts but Cuba and Mark Heller insist Cuba did not do anything criminal.

There are 2 parts to the video. In the second part, you see the woman complain to security as Cuba is on a sofa nearby with his girlfriend. As she talks to an employee of the restaurant you see Cuba cross her path, look at her but he doesn't seem to say anything.
